Penurunan kapal dengan metode airbag memiliki potensi risiko yang besar terhadap dampak pada kerusakan kapal. Hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan dengan masih adanya kecelakaan penurunan kapal dengan metode airbag. Sehingga sampai saat ini belum ada badan asuransi yang berani menanggung risiko pada peluncuran kapal menggunakan airbag. Oleh karena itu pada studi ini dilakukan analisis risiko kerusakan kapal pada proses peluncuran dengan metode airbag. Hal ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses perhitungan yang benar, risiko-risiko apa saja yang dapat terjadi dan apa rekomendasi preventif (pencegahan) yang diberikan agar risiko tersebut berkurang atau bahkan hilang pada proses peluncuran kapal dengan metode airbag. Metode yang digunakan dalam menganalisis risiko kejadian didapatkan berdasarkan dari beberapa langkah pengerjaan. Pertama, adalah mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor risiko. Kedua, mengidentifikasi bahaya sehingga dampak risiko dapat diketahui. Ketiga, melakukan evaluasi risiko berdasarkan penilaian kuantitatif pada tingkat probabilitas dan tingkat keparahan. Terakhir, hasil dari penilaian risiko dimitigasi dengan memisahkan mana risiko yang dapat diterima dan mana risiko yang harus diberikan tindakan. Pada proses identifikasi akar permasalahan (root cause) dilakukan dengan bantuan Fault Tree Analysis, dimana identifikasi dilakukan dengan diawali asumsi kegagalan peluncuran (top event) kemudian penyebab kegagalan dirinci hingga sampai pada suatu kegagalan dasar. Rekomendasi preventif diberikan berdasarkan dari akar permasalahan yang muncul. Pada proses perhitungan digunakan kapal kontainer 100 TEUs sebagai referensi kapal yang akan diluncurkan dengan metode airbag. Dengan berat peluncuran 1156.94 ton dibutuhkan airbag sebanyak 20 buah dengan diameter 1 meter dan bearing capacity sebesar 16.66 ton/m. Kapasitas winch yang dibutuhkan untuk menahan kapal tersebut adalah 795.4 kN. Gaya angkat buritan terjadi setelah langkah 7 dan terapung bebas setelah langkah 8. Sedangkan pada identifikasi risiko dilakukan berdasarkan periode peluncuran. Untuk periode 1 pada kondisi kritis kapal bisa anjlok, untuk periode 2 kapal membentur landasan atau badan kapal bisa patah sedangkan untuk periode 3 pada kondisi kritis kapal bisa karam atau kapal bisa mengalami dropping. Dari hasil identifikasi akar permasalahan yang dilakukan dengan Fault Tree Analysis, didapatkan 11 rekomendasi preventif yang harus dilakukan pada proses penurunan kapal dengan metode airbag.

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengevaluasi program sekolah unggulan SMAN 2 Sangatta Utara dengan menggunakan model goal free evaluation. Sekolah unggul adalah sekolah yang memiliki program unggulan yang berbeda yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan prestasi peserta didik sebagai upaya untuk membekalinya ilmu pengetahuan dan memiliki jati diri bangsa. evaluasi difokuskan pada dampak positif yang sesuai tujuan program, dampak negatif di luar tujuan program dan dampak sampingan positif di luar tujuan program. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI, guru, kepala sekolah dan pengawas sekolah. Metode penelitian adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan kuesioner. Hasil evaluasi program sekolah unggulan memiliki dampak positif dengan frekuensi 33, dampak negatif dengan frekuensi 23 dan dampak sampingan dengan frekuensi 59. Dari hasil penelitian dampak positif dan dampak sampingan lebih besar dari pada dampak negatif, menunjukkan bahwa program telah berhasil namun dampak negatif yang muncul tetap harus diperhatikan dan di perbaiki agar tidak mengganggu kestabilan program yang sudah bagus.

Background: Premature Rupture of Membranes (PROM) is one causes of fetal mortality and morbidity. Suspected chorioamnionitis is a major cause of preterm labor. Methods: This study was observational analytic cross-sectional approach. Sample of 694 study subjects that satisfy with inclusion and exclusion criteria were taken from the medical records of patients who gave birth in RSUD Dr. Moewardi. The data was analyzed using bivariate analysis and processed with Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) for Windows 20:00. Results: Chorioamnionitis is a risk factor 1.045 times to preterm delivery occur (OR = 1045; CI = 95%, 0737, 1483, p = 0804). Chorioamnionitis caused death of neonatal mortality 1.554 times compared with norma pregnancy (OR = 1554; CI = 95%, 0790, 3057, p = 0.194). Chorioamnionitis 1.747 times risk factors for occur asphyxia in preterm labor and statistically significant (OR = 1747; CI = 95%, 1114, 2741, p = 0.014). Conclusions: There was no significant relationship between chorioamnionitis with preterm labor and chorioamnionitis with neonatal mortality. This study was aimed to evaluate effect of a mixture of Averrhoa bilimbi fruit filtrate and shrimp paste (Mysis sp.) on the growth performance, blood profile, selected intestinal bacterial number and pH value of broiler digestive tract. The mixture of A. bilimbi fruit filtrate and shrimp paste were incubated for 4 days and were then used in the experiment. For in vivo experiment, 40 day-old Lohmann broiler chicks were distributed randomly to two treatment groups, i.e., control (T1) and chickens given the mixture of 10% A. bilimbi fruit filtrate and shrimp paste in drinking water (T2). Body weight and feed intake were recorded weekly. At day 42, 2 birds from each pen (8 chicks per treatment group) were taken for blood and digesta collection. Internal organ weight and carcass traits were determined thereafter. Feed conversion ratio (FCR) was lower (P<0.05) on treatment group than control. Hemoglobin and mean corpuscular volume (MCV) of treatment group were higher (P<0.05) than that of control. Total cholesterol was higher (P<0.05) in treatment group than that in control. Total cecum coliform was lower (P<0.05) in treatment group than that in control. The pH values of the small intestinal segments (jejunum, ileum, cecum) was lower (P<0.05) in treatment group than that in control group. In conclusion, administration of the blends of A. bilimbi fruit filtrate and shrimp paste into drinking water improved FCR, increased hemoglobin and MCV values, decreased gut pH and cecal coliform of broiler chickens.

The process of freeze drying caused detrimental effect on plasma membrane and acrosome of the spermatozoa, even it potentially could alter the chromatin and DNA integrities. On the other hand, DNA integrity is essential for spermatozoa to participate in pronucleus formation during fertilization event. Therefore the evaluation of DNA integrity should be carried out to study the effect of freeze drying process. EDTA, EGTA, and PBS were used as dilution media of spermatozoa prior to freeze drying process to protect the DNA. Toluidine blue staining and comet assay methods were used to evaluate the alteration on chromatin and DNA integrities of spermatozoa, respectively. The results revealed that the highest compacted chromatin after 6 months storage of freeze-dried spermatozoa were observed from EGTA-3 (98%) and EGTA-1 (97%) treatments that had significant differences compared to all PBS treatments (90-92%), but not for fresh spermatozoa (100%). Whereas, the highest compacted DNA integrity of freeze-dried spermatozoa were observed from EGTA-2 (92%) and EGTA-3 (92%) but had no significant differences compared to other treatments including fresh spermatozoa (97%). These results demonstrate that EDTA and EGTA tend to be able to protect chromatin and DNA integrities of ram spermatozoa during freeze-drying and storage compared to PBS. The research objective was to determine the effectiveness student worksheet based guided inquiry for growing students critical thinking ability. The research method is quasi experimental with one group pretest posttest design. Random sample selection from population class VIII SMPN 22 Bandar Lampung year lesson 2016-2017, so that obtained class VIII E and VIII G as sample. Quantitative data in the form of pretest, posttest, and n-Gain result were analyzed inference using t-tes. Qualitative data in the form of observation result of teacher ability anf student activity in learning analyzed descriptively. The result showed n-Gain critical thinking ability of experiment class students (0.35) higher than control class (0.25). The ability of teachers and student activities in learning is very high. Thus it is concluded that the use of Student worksheet based guided inquiry effectively fosters students critical thingking ability.Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui keefektivan penggunaan LKS berbasis inkuiri terbimbing dalam menumbuhkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Metode penelitian adalah eksperimen semu (quasi experimental) dengan rancangan one group pretest posttest design. Pemilihan sampel secara random dari populasi kelas VIII SMPN 22 Bandar Lampung tahun pelajaran 2016-2017, sehingga diperoleh kelas VIII E dan VIII G sebagai sampel. Data kuantitatif berupa hasil pretes, postes, dan n-Gain dianalisis secara inferensi menggunakan uji-t. Data kualitatif berupa hasil observasi kemampuan guru dan aktivitas siswa dalam pembelajaran dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan n-Gain kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas eksperimen (0,35) lebih tinggi dibanding kelas kontrol (0,25). Kemampuan guru dan aktivitas siswa dalam pembelajaran sangat tinggi. Dengan demikian disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan LKS berbasis inkuiri terbimbing efektif menumbuhkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa.Kata kunci : LKS, inkuiri terbimbing, kemampuan berpikir kritis

This article describes the implementation and achievements of the sakīnah family during the Covid-19 period. Both refer to the technical guidelines of the Indonesian Ministry of Religious Affairs in 2011 regarding the criteria for the sakīnah family. This study uses sociological and al-maṣlaḥah approaches. The research location is in Konda District, Konawe Selatan Regency. The researchers obtained data from the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA), sub-district government, village heads, community leaders, and the public. This study found that the criteria for the sakīnah family were irrelevant to apply. The reason is that the expectations of these criteria are too high, especially in the fields of economy and social status. In addition, the KUA officers did not implement the sakīnah family counselling properly. Thus, the criteria for the sakīnah family need to be simplified and adapted to the conditions and characteristics of each region.

AbstrakKarsinoma nasofarings (KNF) merupakan keganasan yang paling sering ditemukan pada bagian kepala dan leher yang memerlukan kajian jelas dalam penegakkan diagnosis agar penatalaksanaan yang diberikan sesuai dan akurat. Salah satu kendala yang ditemukan pada KNF adalah diagnosis dini dan rekurensi. Narrow Band-Imaging adalah salah satu teknik pemeriksaan noninvasive dan mudah dilakukan, menggunakan teknik optikal terkini dan filter sinar biru dengan panjang gelombang tertentu, yang mampu meningkatkan sensitivitas pemeriksaan nasoendoskopi dengan pengamatan perubahan struktur vaskularisasi akibat pertumbuhan tumor terutama untuk KNF dengan sifat pertumbuhan endofitik. Pola-pola perubahan vaskularisasi yang ditimbulkan oleh KNF dapat diamati dengan jelas melalui pemeriksaan ini dan diharapkan juga mampu memberikan kepastian waktu bagi klinisi dalam menentukan saat yang tepat untuk melakukan tindakan lanjut yang lebih invasif seperti biopsi sehingga diperoleh hasil yang lebih akurat di saat yang tepat.Kata kunci: Narrow Band-Imaging, Karsinoma Nasofarings, Endoskopi AbstractNasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) is the most common cancer in the otolaryngology, head and neck region, that needs an accurate examination for the management. An obstacle in management of NPC is the early diagnosis of the disease and recurrency. Narrow-band imaging, is a non-invasive diagnostic technique, which uses optical technique and special long wave blue filter, that will increase the sensitivity of the nasoendoscopy in the diagnosis of NPC by observing the changes in vascularisation, especially in exophitic growth. One of some factors that take effect for the cleanroom sterilization is the integrity of HEPA filters. The value of HEPA filters integrity should be contained in the qualification document of air conditioning system (HVAC). HEPA filters integrity testing aims to ensure the performance of HEPA filters that installed in the air conditioning system, so that no leakage occurs in the installation of HEPA filters, that cause the cleanroom becomes unsterile. The methodology used is to supply aerosol concentration in the upper HEPA filter between 10 - 100 μg/L, and then perform a maximum aerosol penetration measurement on the downstream of HEPA filter. The results are compared with the standard provisions that is contained in the "Procedural Standards for Certified Testing of Cleanrooms", where the maximum permissible penetration is 0.01%. The maximum value of aerosol penetration below 0.01%, that states a HEPA filter has good integrity. While the maximum value of aerosol penetration percentage above 0.01%, states that a HEPA filter has poor integrity. Integrrity test of HEPA filters was performed on 8 units, there are in the cleanroom preparation and cleanroom process of labled compound. The result obtained from the test is that all HEPA filter units have excellent integrity with maximum penetration percentage below 0.01%. The maximum aerosol penetration rate obtained from the overall HEPA filter is 0.004825 % ± 0.000707.Keywords: Labled Compound, Cleanroom, HEPA filter integrity, aerosol penetration

This policy research aims to describe about the actualization and habitualization of ideology on interreligious harmony. This ideology is constructed whether through top-down state policies or local value basis which is proactively advocated by elites of religions. This research uses a survey method to gain actual and evaluative responses from the respondents which is limited for Moslem and Christian groups in East Kalimantan. The research findings depicts that perceptions of the public related to inter-religious harmony tend to be very positive, the response rate represented the average index of 0.79. Although it could not be denied that there are other facts found in this study by interviewing people at the grass roots. These people gave different response; their responses tend to be negative which may lead to a conflict of identity between local people and migrants.
