This study aims to examine the effect of work discipline, and the work environment on organizational commitment of Malikussaleh University with job satisfaction as intervening variable. This research is Quantitative research. The instrument of data collection is using questioner. Determination of respondents using Census techniques. Census is a sample determination technique that takes the entire population into samples. The population in this study was 158 employees at the University of Malikussaleh. The sample in this study that can be used amounted to 153 people while others are not in return. Data analysis using SPSS with path analysis and test sobel. The results of data analysis obtained work discipline, and work environment organizational commitment has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction Malikussaleh University employees. Work discipline, work environment, and organizational commitment have a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction of Malikussaleh University civil servants. job satisfaction does not mediate the influence of work discipline on employee organizational commitment at Malikussaleh University job satisfaction does not mediate the influence of work environment on organizational commitment of employees at Malikussaleh University, Keywords : Work Discipline and Work Environment, Organizational commitment to Job Satisfaction

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture and leadership style on teacher performance with work environment and job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The data used are primary data by distributing questionnaires to 140 respondents, namely teachers who teach at Senior High Schools in Dewantara District, North Aceh Regency. The method used to analyze the data is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of the study found that the organizational culture and work environment had a positive and significant effect on the work environment and job satisfaction of senior high school teachers in Dewantara District, North Aceh Regency. Furthermore, found organizational culture, leadership style, work environment and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on the performance of high school teachers in Dewantara District, North Aceh Regency. Furthermore, it was found that work environment variables and job satisfaction mediate fully the influence of organizational culture and leadership style on the performance of high school teachers in Dewantara District, North Aceh Regency. Based on the results of these studies it is expected that the leaders or principals in Dewantara Subdistrict, North Aceh Regency be able to give attention and priority in institutionalizing organizational culture and creating a conducive work environment to improve job satisfaction and teacher performance. Keywords: organizational culture, leadership style, work environment, job satisfaction and teacher performance

ABSTRAKThe teacher is one of the most important components in improving the intelligence of the nation's children. Teacher performance is an important factor in realizing these goals. Efforts to improve teacher performance are one of the priorities of the country. This study aims to determine the effect of transactional and transformational leadership styles on teacher performance through job satisfaction. The data used are primary data by distributing questionnaires to 144 teachers at the State Vocational High School (SMK) in North Aceh Regency. The method used to analyze data is the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Method with the Amos device. The results found that transactional leadership and transformational leadership have a significant effect on job satisfaction and teacher performance and job satisfaction has a direct effect on teacher performance. Furthermore, it was found that job satisfaction mediated the effect of transactional leadership and transformational leadership on the performance of North Aceh District Vocational School teachers. Based on the results of the study, it is expected that school leaders or principals, to improve teacher performance, need to maintain the application of transactional and transformational leadership styles and give priority to increasing job satisfaction. Â

Dalam rangka penanganan cepat covid-19 diperlukan pemahaman masyarakat di Kab. Kolaka Utara khusunya di desa La Nipa-nipa dalam meningkatkan kesadran untuk mencegah dan melawan virus covid-19 dalam bentuk Perilaku Hidup Bersih Dan Sehat (PHBS), Gerakan Menggunakan Masker (GEMAS), serta Penggunaan Antiseptik dan Desinfektan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Kegiatan tersebut merupakan  salah satu program khusus dari pemerintah Indonesia yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas kesehatan masyarakat Indonesia secara keseluruhan serta untuk mencegah virus corona masuk dalam tubuh kita. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah meningkatkan pemahaman dan ketrampilan masyarakat dalam perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat, penggunaan masker, penggunaan Antiseptik dan Desinfektan serta peningkatan ketentraman/kesehatan masyarakat di Kab. Kolaka Utara khususnya di desa La Nipa-nipa. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan dengan sosialisasi atau ceramah yang didukung interaksi kesehatan serta media leaflet. Minat masyarakat untuk menerapkan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat, gerakan menggunakan masker, serta Penggunaan Antiseptik dan Desinfektan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari sangat besar, sehingga penyuluhan tersebut mudah diterima dan dapat menciptakan sikap yang positif terhadap kesadaran dari diri sendiri untuk menjaga kebersihan diri dan sekitar.

Abstrak. Penelitian ini membahas tentang banyaknya Madarasah Ibtidaiyah di Kabupaten Kubu Raya yang belum terakreditasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kegiatan perencanaan program pendampingan akreditasi Madrasah Ibtidaiyah di Kabupaten Kubu Raya, dan pelaksanaannya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR) atau juga dikenal dengan penelitian aksi bersama. Instrument atau alat pengumpulan datanya adalah observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan lembar penilaian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka dapat diketahui bahwa: 1) Kegiatan perencanaan progam pendampingan akreditasi madrasah dilakukan dengan workshop yang melibatkan Kepala Sekolah, Kemenag Kabupaten Kubu Raya dan prodi PGMI IAIN Pontianak. 2) Pelaksanaan program pendampingan madrasah ibtidaiyah di Kabupaten Kubu Raya dilakukan melalui 2 siklus kegiatan workshop dalam memahami 8 standar akreditasi. Abstract. This study discusses the number of Islamic elementary schools in Kubu Raya Regency that have not been accredited. This study aims to determine the planning activities of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah accreditation assistance programs in Kubu Raya Regency, and their implementation. The method used in this research is the Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach or also known as joint action research. Instruments or data collection tools are observations, interviews, documentation and assessment sheets. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that: 1) The planning activities of the madrasah accreditation mentoring program were carried out by workshops involving the Principal, the Ministry of Religion of Kubu Raya Regency and the PGMI IAIN Pontianak study program. 2) Implementation of the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah mentoring program in Kubu Raya Regency is carried out through 2 cycles of workshop activities in understanding 8 accreditation standards.Â

Latar belakang diakukannya penelitian ini yakni kurangnya penguasaan peserta didik dalam memecahkan masalah berupa cerita yang berhubungan dengan permasalahan kehidupan, dan sulitnya mengaplikasikan pembelajaran ke dalam kehidupan keseharian, terlebih pada mata pelajaran matematika. Diterapkannyaa pendekatan realistic mathematic education secara e-learning adalah salah satu cara untuk menangani masalah yang sudah diuraikan, khususnya dimasa pandemi Covid-19. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian adalah untuk melihat terdapat pengaruh atau tidak terdapat pengaruh penerapan pendekatan realistic mathematic education terhadap hasil belajar matematika. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian eksperimental yang dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 1 Menganti. Dalam penelitian kali ini digunakan teknik ppurposive sampling, Sampel kelas eksperimen yaitu kelas X IPA 1 dan untuk kelas kontrol yaitu kelas XIPA 2. Berdasarkan hasil analisis ditunjukkan rata-rata hasil belajar matematika kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi daripada kelas kontrol yaitu diperoleh t hitung > t tabel yaitu 5,50 > 1,99 sehingga ditolak, terdapat pengaruh pendekatan realistic mathematic education secara e-learning terhadap hasil belajar matematika.

Kelurahan Meteseh terletak di Kecamatan Tembalang merupakan salah satu kecamatan di wilayah Kota Semarang, Propinsi Jawa Tengah. Di Kelurahan Meteseh sekarang ini sedang diberdayakan ibu ibu dalam merintis usaha aneka olahan pangan, biasanya pembuatan otak – otak bandeng presto, bandeng presto, kue bolu karamel, onde – onde dari tepung mocaf. Tujuan dari dilaksanakan PKM ini adalah dapat memberikan memberikan pelatihan bagaimana proses pembukuan dan manajemen pemasaran bagi usahanya. Target yang ingin dicapai adalah masyarakat menjadi kreatif dan bisa membuat laporan keuangan dan bagaimana melakukan pemasaran dari kretifitas yang dihasilkan, untuk dijadikan salah satu ide untuk dijadikan peluang untuk berwirausaha seehingga dapat meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga dan mampu menganalisis kelayakan berwirausaha dalam menghasilkan dan mengolah aneka jajanan pasar. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM ini adalah pemberian pelatihan pembukuan dan manajemen pemasaran. Hasil dan Luaran yang ditargetkan oleh pengabdian adalah dengan adanya pelatihan membuat pembukuan dan pemasaran produk maka masyarakat yang mengikuti pelatihan akan termotivasi untuk berwirausaha terutama membuat hasil olahan aneka jajanan pasar yang lebih bervariatif sehingga dapat meningkatkan pemahaman dan pengetahuan mengenai pembukuan dan manajemen usaha dan dapat meningkatkan perekonomian keluarga.

Higher education is present as a forum that has a considerable contribution in improving the quality of human resources in a nation according to the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 12 of 2012 concerning Higher Education point c reads; that in order to increase the nation's competitiveness in facing globalization in all fields, higher education is needed that is able to develop science and technology and produce intellectuals, scientists, and/or professionals who are cultured and creative, tolerant, democratic, have strong character, and dare to defend the truth for the interests of the nation. Universities as organizations that aim at service satisfaction are currently no longer reliable in terms of competitive advantage in this era of very high competition because other universities are also doing the same thing, so organizations need to emphasize commitment to achieving organizational goals by proactively improving the organization's image and increase student loyalty by looking at the quality of service and the quality of human resources (HR). The research method used is a quantitative approach with a total of 369 respondents with data analysis used through the SmartPLS 3.0 program, while the results obtained in this study are (1) Service Quality on Student Satisfaction has a direct but not significant effect; (2) Service Quality has a direct and significant effect on Organizational Commitment; (3) Quality of Human Resources has a direct but not significant effect on Organizational Commitment; (4) the quality of human resources has a direct and significant effect on student satisfaction; (5) Organizational Commitment has a direct and significant effect on Student Satisfaction; while (6) the quality of service has not been able to directly increase student satisfaction, and Organizational Commitment as a very important mediation needed to be able to increase the influence of Service Quality on student satisfaction; and (7) the quality of human resources can directly increase student satisfaction even without going through organizational commitment, so that the existence of organizational commitment as a mediation is not needed to be able to increase the influence of service quality on student satisfaction

The COVID-19 pandemic was causing unexpected challenges for all education systems. Several online platforms launched by the ministry of education maximize available e-learning solutions such as virtual education resources and open classrooms, encourage the possibility of innovation and accelerated digital transformation initiatives, and further develop lecturers' digital skills and competencies. This study aims to analyze the comparative needs of the current digital environment of Indonesian higher education and conduct an in-depth study of digital learning in the Indonesian higher education environment. This study also outlines the mitigation plan, the innovative strategy adopted, and the implications and recommendations for Indonesian universities. The research method uses a discourse analysis with literature and news sources to assess the higher impact, challenges, and opportunities of education during the pandemic in Indonesia. This study finds that the COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on higher education in Indonesia; Both lecturers and students in universities face many challenges in the teaching and learning process. The effect is worse in Eastern Indonesia due to poor internet connectivity for online learning. In terms of mitigating online learning, the impact is still unknown. The limitation in this study states that the literature and news studies are not comprehensive because the current pandemic crisis has not ended. This study can represent an illustration of the limitations of a more empirical study to be conducted on how the current crisis affects the learning process of Indonesian universities.

The aim of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the application of Problem-Based Learning methods in improving students’ learning outcomes at the eleventh grade of SMA Negeri 20 Tangerang Regency batch 2018/2019. This study used a quasi-experimental design and the techniques of collecting data were test, questionnaire, observation sheet, and document. The population in this study were 308 students consisted of students of eleventh grade in science 1 - 4 and eleventh grade in social science 1 – 4. This study used eleventh grade in science 2 and eleventh grade in science 4 as the sample that was taken non-randomly by using purposive sampling. The students’ learning motivation for economic subjects with the material about national income is considered good based on the t-test result. The value of t-test was 5,288 where tcount ttable (5,288 1,977). It could be concluded that there was a significant differences between students’ learning outcomes that used Problem-Based Learning method and those that used conventional method in economic subject of student national income material at the eleventh grade of SMA Negeri 20 Tangerang Regency. This research also found that Problem-Based Learning methods improved student’s motivation.
