The purpose of this study are to: 1) To be able to know and analyze about the function of Notary / PPAT in Appeals Process Acquisition of Land Rights Under the Foreign Investment Regulations. 2.) To be able to know and analyze the Protection of Investor Interests Investing in the Era of Regional Autonomy Under the Foreign Investment Law. The method shows the procedure and process of a study undertaken to achieve an objective results. Method of normative juridical approach specifications in this research is descriptive analysis, the data collection method, literature (study document), with critical analysis and finding the problems and legal issues that will be examined and gather all the information related to the problems studied.The results of this study concluded Function Notary / PPAT in the filing process of acquiring land rights based on foreign investment regulations number 25 in 2007. The function of Notaries easier for the public to take legal actions both Indonesian citizens or citizens of foreign countries who participate in investing in Indonesia , The Indonesian government also needs to prepare for national law and the law of international relations to establish it. Government to maintain legal certainty for foreign investors without discrimination by being able to compete with domestic investors. Many images are spread in the virtual world of social media. With the many editing software that allows so there is no doubt that many forgery images. By forensic the image using Error Level Analysis to find out the compression ratio between the original image and the fake image, because the original image compression and fake images are different. In addition to knowing whether the image is genuine or fake can analyze the metadata of the image, but the possibility of metadata can be changed. In this case the authors apply Deep Learning to recognize images of manipulations through the dataset of a fake image and original images via Error Level Analysis on each image and supporting parameters for error rate analysis. The result of our experiment is that we get the best accuracy of training 92.2% and 88.46% validation by going through 100 epoch.

This study aims at examining a model of learning physics through multi-intelligence, which are valid, practical, and effective to enhance learners’ autonomy. The authors developed instruments and learning media to obtain a valid, practical, and effective model using research and development design. The results showed that this lack of autonomy of learners in learning physics. The experiment showed that the physics learning through multi-intelligence met the criteria of valid, practical and effective. All the aspects of physics learning with multi-intelligence run well. The ability of teachers to manage learning was at the high category. The physics learning with multi-intelligence was in the medium category. The activities of learners in learning fulfilled the ideal time and learners responded positively to the learning model of physics through multi-intelligence.

This research is about the effectiveness of using word wall in teaching simple present tense at the first year students of Junior High School 1 Parigi. The study tried to answer this problem: “Is the word wall effective to be used in teaching simple present tense?”. The objective of the research was to find out the effectiveness of word wall in teaching simple present tense at the first year students of Junior High School 1 Parigi. This research used quasi-experimental design. The population of this research was the first grade students of Junior High School 1 Parigi in academic year 2014/2015. The total number of the population was 48 students. The sample of the research was selected by using total sampling technique. They were divided into two classes, one of the two classes was experimental class and the other became the controlled class. The data were collected through test. After the treatment, the students’ achievement from the pre-test to the post test has improved highly. It can be seen that, the improvement of their score from the pre-test till the post test. The mean score of the pre-test for the controlled class is 42.50, but it has increased to 68.95 at the post test. The mean score of the pre-test for the experimental class is 48.33, but it has increased to 80.20 at the post test. It means that, the experimental class better than the controlled class. World wall has some advantages for the learning process, such as the colorful design of the word wall which could activate the student’s thinking process and students will not be bored and passive in class because they will interact with the word wall. Based on the data above, the researcher concludes that word wall is effective to be used in teaching simple present tense. English teachers should explore more methods that could be used to teach simple present tense.

Humanitarian principle aims to protect and ensure respect for the human. This research uses a normative, and the research also applies a descriptive-analytical approach to examine and analyse the research questions of the thesis. In doing so, this research uses a secondary data, These legal materials are subsequently analysed using a qualitative juridical approach.The results showed that the First, the concept of legal protection of prisoners of war under the Geneva Convention III 1949 indicates that the combatants who have the status of 'hors de combat' must be protected and respected in all circumstances. Tribute in the form of an obligation not to commit acts harmful, do not aggravate the situation, and do not kill people who are protected. Penahanpun state obligation to prevent harm and damage; Second, implementation of the Geneva Convention III 1949 against US prisoners of war in Guantanamo is not optimal. This happens because of differences in the interpretation of the Articles in International Humanitarian Law so as to cause the indication practices inhumane treatment, no legal protection, not considered welfare and not related to the outside world at Guantanamo will be undertaken by the US military guards.Keywords: Respect, Humanity, Prisoner of War, Armed Conflict, Guantanamo

Abstract This study aims to determine students's increased understanding of the concept in terms of thinking style after the implementation of the model-based PBL experiments on matter and energy. This study uses quasi-experimental methods, the shape of nonequivalent control group design involving two study groups namely experimental and control classes were held in MAN Rukoh Banda Aceh class XI the first semester of academic year 2015/2016 consisting of 24 students experiment class and 25 students control class. Data collection instruments; 1) Tests to see increased understanding of the concept; 2) Test thinking style questionnaire to determine the type of thinking style the students to absorb information. The results showed that: 1) There is an increased understanding the concept of students with the application of model PBL learning based experiment than higher conventional learning seen from N-Gain both classes, reaching 71% higher category for experimental class and 32% for control class. 2) On this kind of thinking style random abstract experimental class is better than the control class. On this kind of thinking style concrete sequential increase understanding concept of experimental class is better than the control class. On this kind of thinking style abstract sequential increase understanding of the concept experimental class is better than the control class. On this kind of thinking style concrete random improved understanding concept of control class reached (4.00) while the experimental group (0.00) for the experimental class did not have a concrete random thinking styles. Abstrak Terdapat empat jenis gaya berpikir siswa yang digunakan dalam penelitian, yaitu Sekuensial Konkret (SK), Sekuensial Abstrak (SA), Acak Konkret (AK), dan Acak Abstrak (AA). Berdasarkan empat jenis gaya berpikir tersebut, jenis gaya berpikir yang paling tinggi terjadi peningkatan pemahaman konsep fisika dan indikator pemahaman manakah paling tinggi peningkatannya. Inilah tujuan yang ingin diketahui dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan pada 24 siswa MAN Rukoh Banda Aceh kelas XI sebanyak 24 siswa untuk kelas eksperimen dan 25 siswa kelas kontrol setelah dilakukan perlakuan dengan model PBL berbasis eksperimen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode quasi experimental, dengan desain nonequivalent control group design dan pengumpulan data menggunakan; tes untuk melihat peningkatan pemahaman konsep; dan angket untuk melihat jenis gaya berpikir yang dimiliki siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa indikator pemahaman konsep “Translasi†terjadi peningkatan tertinggi pada siswa yang memiliki jenis gaya berpikir “Sekuensial Konkret (SK)†pada kelompok eksperimen, sebaliknya untuk siswa yang memiliki jenis gaya berpikir “Sekuensial Abstrak (SA)†indikator pemahaman konsep tertinggi adalah “Translasiâ€, ini terjadi pada kelas kontrol. Kata Kunci: Model Pembelajaran PBL Berbasis Eksperimen, Pemahaman Konsep, Gaya Berpikir.

Primers are oligonucleotides which have an important role in the PCR process. To get the primer can be done by doing a primary design. Beta-carotene encoding genes are genes that play a role in the formation of beta-carotene in carotenoid biosynthetic pathways in several plants including cassava. This study aims to obtain primers who can identify beta-carotene encoding genes in cassava plants. Primers are designed using primary 3 plus software online. The results obtained were five specific primers, namely PSY, CRTISO, LCY α, LCY β, and BCH primers which could identify beta-carotene coding genes such as PSY, CRTISO, LCY α, LCY β, and BCH on cassava. Primers designed according to the criteria for primary length, GC content and temperature melting for beta-carotene encoding genes in cassava.

ABSTRAK Sebagai elemen struktur yang dominan menerima beban tekan aksial, maka kolom sangat menentukan kekuatan dari suatu konstruksi bangunan. Secara umum perilaku kehancuran kolom yang terjadi akibat beban aksial. Tulangan lateral atau sengkang sangat diperlukan untuk mencegah terkelupasnya (spalling) penutup beton dan terjadinya tekuk lokal (local buckling) pada batang-batang longitudinal akibat beban aksial, sehingga sengkang sangat efektif untuk meningkatkan kekuatan dan memperlambat proses keruntuhan kolom beton terkekang agar menjadi lebih dektail. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan kuat tekan aksial kolom beton bertulang dengan kombinasi sengkang tertutup dan sengkang diamond. Benda uji yang digunakan untuk perbandingan yaitu benda uji kolom beton polos sebanyak 3 (tiga) unit, benda uji kolom beton bertulang yang menggunakan sengkang normal sebanyak 3 (tiga) unit dan benda uji kolom beton bertulang yang menggunakan sengkang tambahan dalam bentuk diamond sebanyak 3 (tiga) unit. Semua benda uji direncanakan dengan penampang persegi ukuran 100 mm x 100 mm dan tinggi 300 mm. Untuk tulangan longitudinal digunakan tulangan 8D8 mm dengan tegangan leleh (fy) 298,57 MPa dan tulangan sengkang Ø5,8 mm dengan tegangan leleh (fy) 378,68 MPa dengan jarak sengakang 100 mm. Hasil pengujian memperlihatkan bahwa benda uji kolom dengan penambahan sengkang exstra diamond (B3) dapat menerima kuat tekan aksial yang lebih besar dibandingkan dengan benda uji kolom yang lainnya. Nilai kuat tekan yang diterima benda uji kolom B1 sebesar 190 kN, benda uji kolom B2 sebesar 246,67 MPa dan benda uji kolom B3 sebesar 260 kN. Dari hasil perhitungan persentase nilai kuat tekan yang diterima benda uji kolom B1 sebesar 27,27 %, sedangkan untuk benda uji kolom B2 mengalami peningkatan nilai kuat tekan sebesar 35,41 % dan untuk benda uji kolom B3 mengalami peningkatan sebesar 37,32 %. Kata Kunci : Sengkang Diamond, Kuat Tekan Aksial, Beton Bertulang.

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: (1) langkah-langkah pembelajaran keterampilan bercerita dengan media gambar berseri; (2) pengaruh media gambar berseri dalam pembelajaran keterampilan berbicara terhadap aktivitas belajar siswa; dan (3) pening-katan keterampilan bercerita siswa kelas VII MTs Padureso Tahun Pelajaran 2012/2013 setelah memperoleh pembelajaran dengan media gambar ber-seri. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tes dan nontes. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Teknik pe-nyajian hasil analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik penyajian informal. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, dapat disimpulkan bah-wa (1) langkah-langkah pembelajaran keterampilan bercerita dengan media gambar berseri, yaitu (a) siswa menganalisis gambar; (b) siswa merangkai pokok-pokok cerita menjadi urutan cerita yang baik; dan (c) siswa bercerita di depan kelas; (2) aktivitas belajar siswa mengalami perubahan perilaku positif terhadap pembelajaran keterampilan bercerita dengan media gam-bar berseri. Hasil observasi menunjukkan perubahan perilaku positif siswa dengan hasil prasiklus sebesar 48, 25%; siklus I 74%; dan siklus II 82,25%; (3) hasil pembelajaran keterampilan bercerita dengan media gambar berseri mengalami peningkatan dengan hasil rata-rata prasiklus sebesar 55,7; siklus I sebesar 65,15; dan siklus II sebesar 77,6. Penyakit Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) merupakan penyakit yang ditularkan oleh nyamukAedes aegypti. Penggunaan insektisida yang berasal dari tumbuhan mojo (Aegle marmelos L.)mengandung senyawa tanin, saponin, alkaloid, flavonoid, terpenoid, dan steroid, yang berfungsi sebagai larvasida. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan ekstrak daun mojo (Aeglemarmelos L.) dalam mengendalikan nyamuk Aedes aegypti dengan metode elektrik denganmenggunakan 2 konsentrasi yaitu 60% dan 70%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui kematian nyamuk rata-rata pada konsentrasi 60% ekstrak daun mojo (Aegle marmelos L.) sebesar 16%, dari 30ekor sampel nyamuk, pada 240 menit waktu pengamatan, dan konsentrasi 70% ekstrak daun mojo(Aegle marmelos L.) sebesar 18%, dari 30 ekor sampel nyamuk, pada 240 menit waktu pengamatan.memenuhi Lethal Consentration 50 (LC50) dimana nyamuk Aedes aegypti yang mati rata-rata mencapai 16 ekor (53%) dan 18 ekor (56%). Sedangkan pada kontrol tidak terdapat nyamuk yang mati.Kesimpulan yang di peroleh dalam penelitian ini yaitu Pada konsetrasi 60 % dan 70 % ekstrak daunmojo (Aegle marmelos L.) mampu pada 240 menit dengan 240 menit waktu pengamatan, dimana rata-rata kematian nyamuk Aedes aegypti sebanyak 16 ekor (53%) dan 17 ekor (56%) dan telah mencapaiLC50Kata Kunci : Daun Mojo, Aedes aegypti, Metode Elektrik
