Requirements engineering is the initial phase of the software development life cycle it is a critical aspect of application development since it has a significant impact on the results of the product being created. This article focuses on the engineering requirements of the web-based application development process for reporting and assisting victims of violence against women using the Loucopoulos and Kanakostas Iterative Requirements Engineering Process Model. The application was created to contribute to the solution of the problem of violence against women in Indonesia, where violence against women is an iceberg phenomenon because not all incidents are reported. Furthermore, victims of violence against women require support in receiving emotional support in the form of counseling, which can be done online via chat or video calls. The results of these requirements engineering are alternative solutions, application feature design, database design, system modeling using UML, and application architecture design. The validation of requirements engineering was carried out using a low fidelity prototype

Tikus dibagi secara acak menjadi lima kelompok yaitu KN (kontrol negatif/tween 80 1%), KP (kontrol positif/natrium diklofenak 4,5 mg/kgBB), EEBAA1 (ekstrak etanol batang alang-alang 250 mg/kgBB), EEBAA2 (ekstrak etanol batang alang-alang 500 mg/kgBB), EEBAA3 (ekstrak etanol batang alang-alang 1000 mg/kgBB).

This exploratory research on the integration process of Agricultural Commodity Exchange (ACE) and Warehouse Receipt System (WRS) which has been launched since 2008 in Indonesia is based on a business perspective. The study is part of a comprehensive research that has been started in 2008 and is expected to continue until 2019. Data are obtained through observation, interviews with key informants implementing government policies, several WRS warehouse managers and ACE, secondary data and surveys to farmers. ACE is meant to increase famers bargaining power and WRS is to increase the price of agricultural commodities as well as part of the national logistics system that supports national food security policies. The efforts of CoFTRA to develop and integrate between ACE and WRS were never stopped since they were introduced in 2008, in fact until now they have not been well integrated. From a business perspective, so far there has not been a choice of sustainable business models for ACE and WRS as business start-ups that benefit all stakeholders, assuming without the support of government subsidies.

There has been a significant increase in communication activities between internet users in online media due to the increase in social media users. For instance, Twitter users may send messages via their tweets. However, tweets can also contain negative meanings. Therefore, it deserves special attention as it has the potential to contain hate speech. Even the government deems it necessary to publish regulations to deal with hate speech cases such as the Information and Electronic Transactions Law (ITE Law) issued in 2018 Article 28 paragraph 2 of the Hate Speech. Machine Learning (ML) is one of the techniques that can be used in identifying patterns. There are various types of data that ML can be applied to, including text (known as Text Analytic). Previous research has used the Support Vector Machine (SVM) method to identify hate speech on Twitter text with more than one label (multilabel). The purpose of this study was to identify hate speech on Twitter with a label of more than one (multilabel) via Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). The study obtained the best CNN model with an accuracy of 98.76% from the multi-label dataset on hate speech in Indonesian texts

The ability to write a research article is one of students’ obligation that must be mastered because final year university students are always faced to the final project especially writing an article to be published in national journal as one of the requirement to pass or graduate from the campus where she/he lectures. This research aims to identify the errors of using tenses in students’ articles. This research used the method of qualitative descriptive with test – pre-test and post-test as an instrument. Pre-test was done to measure how students understand the tenses with the functions while post-test was done after the result of pre-test needed to continue to the treatment in order to have a high good writing quality. After treatment was conducted, two groups still left three errors consisting of 33 from group 1 and 44 from group 3, and three groups left two errors consisting of 46 from group 2, 29 from group 4, and 15 from group five. From the result of post-test can be decided that peer teaching method is very effective to overcome students’ problem especially in understanding or mastering the use of tense in a research article. Tuberculosis remains a global health burden. Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection causes humoral and cellularresponses. Macrophages of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis evolve M1 polarization that blocks infection orimmunosuppressive M2, promoting tissue repair mediated by IL-4, IL-10, and IL-13. Previous research showed a decrease ofIL-4R and IL-10 expression in lung macrophages of anti-TB drug resistance. A molecular test can detectrifampicin- resistance. There has been no study, which showed the difference in serum IL-4 levels in rifampicin-sensitive andrifampicin-resistant tuberculosis patients. This study aimed to determine the difference between circulating IL-4 levels inrifampicin-sensitive and rifampicin-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis patients. This cross-sectional observational studyconsecutively recruited subjects based on positive molecular and acid-fast bacilli microscopic examination from MDR-TBClinic of the Dr. Soetomo Hospital between December 2018 to March 2019. Subjects were classified into arifampicin-sensitive and rifampicin-resistant group. On ELISA measurement, IL-4 data were analyzed with SPSS version 17.Mann-Whitney U test and ROC analysis tests were performed, and p < 0.05 was significant for α=0.05 (95% CI). There wassignificant difference between rifampicin-sensitive group (420±281 pg/mL) and rifampicin-resistant group(253±279 pg/mL) (p=0.014). Receiver operating characteristics analysis showed AUC 0.70, the sensitivity of 81.5%, thespecificity of 63.6%, and the cut-off value of 235.6 pg/mL. There was a significantly higher level of circulating IL-4 in therifampicin-sensitive group than the rifampicin-resistant group. IL-4 level in healthy subjects should be measured as thenormal value in the population. Immunology and metabolic parameters should be performed to increase samplehomogeneity. Further study was also needed to understand the IL-4 role in rifampicin resistance of lung tuberculosispatients in the Indonesia population.
