AbstrakFilm Chef yang beraliran drama – komedi ini dirilis pada tahun 2014 dengan menghasilkan US$45 Juta pada dua minggu penayangannya di bioskop seluruh Amerika dan masuk jajaran film box office dengan rating 7,3/10 versi IMDb. Film ini menghadirkan banyak interaksi antara ayah dan anak yang bisa menjadi acuan bagi orang tua dalam membangun interaksi terhadap anak. Interaksi karakter Carl (Ayah) dan Percy (Anak) yang menjadi subjek penelitian ini diulas dengan pendekatan semiotika John Fiske. Hasil penelitian ini tersaji pada tiga level analisis semiotika John Fiske yaitu level realitas yang digambarkan dengan interaksi karakter Carl dan Percy di ruang-ruang sempit dan padat pada area food truck “El Jefe” maupun area lain baik interior (dalam ruang) maupun exterior (luar ruang). Level representasi yang digambarkan dengan sudut pengambilan gambar (angle) dan komposisi yang membawa penonton untuk tetap terlibat dalam setiap interaksi antar karakter. Terakhir level ideologi patriarki yang menjadi temuan dalam penelitian ini bahwa ideologi patriarki yang dihadirkan dalam film ini bisa dijadikan acuan dalam membangun interaksi ayah dan anak sehingga anak tersebut tidak kehilangan sosok orang tuanya. Kata Kunci : interkasi sosial, patriarki, realitas, semiotika AbstractThis drama-comedy film, Chef, was released in 2014 with the US $ 45 million in two weeks of screenings in theaters across America and entered the ranks of box office films with a rating of 7.3/10 of the IMDb version. This film presents many interactions between father and son that can be a reference for parents in building interactions with their children. The interaction of Carl (Father) and Percy (Son) characters are the subjects of this study are reviewed by John Fiske's semiotic approach. The results of this study presented at three levels of John Fiske's semiotic analysis; the level of reality depicted by Carl and Percy's character interaction in narrow and dense spaces in the "El Jefe" food truck area and other areas both interior (inside) and exterior (outside room). The level of representation depicted by the camera angle and the composition that brings the audience to remain involved in every interaction between characters. Finally, the level of patriarchal ideology found in this study that the patriarchal ideology presented in this film can use as a reference in building the interaction of fathers and children so that the child does not lose the figure of his parents. Sulitnya mengenali penyakit liver sejak dini menjadi permasalahan yang sering terjadi. Dengan berkembangnya teknologi, saat ini diagnosis penyakit liver dapat menggunakan metode data mining. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan seleksi fitur dan normalisasi data untuk mencari model optimasi untuk klasifikasi penyakit liver dengan algoritma K-Nearest Neighbor. Metode K-Nearest Neighbor dipilih karena memiliki prinsip sederhana dan mudah digunakan, tetapi pada beberapa penelitiannya memiliki akurasi relative rendah. Proses klasifikasi pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan melakukan pengisian data yang kosong setelah itu dilakukan pembobotan atribut dan normalisasi pada data yang terpilih. Pada penelitian ini nilai akurasi yang paling optimal didapat ketika menggunakan normalasi min-max, dengan seleksi fitur Information Gain dan Gain Ratio digunakan nilai rata-rata untuk mengisi kekosongan data dengan menggunakan nilai k = 10. Sedangkan pada seleksi fitur Symmetrical Uncertainty dapat menggunakan nilai 0 untuk kekosongan data dan nilai k = 5.

SEO merupakan cara atau teknik yang digunakan agar sebuah situs dapat terdaftar di mesin pencaraian sehingga mendapatkan trafik lebih dari mesin pencarian. Ada dua macam teknik Search Engine Optimization yang bisa digunakan diantaranya: Off Page dan On Page Search Engine Optimization. On Page SEO merupakan sebuah teknik yang yang dipakai pada page website dengan cara memvariasi pada bagian website seperti conten, link HTML, tag HTML dan keyword (Himawan et al., 2017). Sedangkan Search Engine Optimization Off Page merupakan sebuah cara yang dilakukan di external website itu sendiri (Riyanto & Purwadi, 2017). Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah memahami cara konfigurasi kata kunci dan memberikan pemabahan tentang cara meningkatkan trafik dengan metode On Page dan Off Page SEO. Metode ini akan di terapkan pada situs pencariilmu.com dan dari hasil pengujian akhir yang dilakukan menggunakan metode On Page dan Off Page SEO mengalami peningkatan dari keyword yang sudah sitargetkan pada situs pencariilmu.com mengalami peningkatan yang cukup signifikan. Kemunculan masing-masing keyword berada pada halaman 2 mesin pencarian.

Clustering is one of the data mining techniques for grouping a set of data with similar characteristics in a cluster. Methods clustering, one of which is K-Medoids or PAM (Partitioning Around Medoids), an algorithm identical to k-means because it breaks the data set into groups. The algorithm k-medoids use to overcome the weakness of k-means which is sensitive to noise and outliers. The level of similarity of characteristics in clustering determines by measuring the distance between the data. This study uses Euclidean Distance and Chebyshev Distance to determine the cluster from each distance measure. This study compares Euclidean and Chebyshev distance implementation on k-medoids clustering. In this study, the group obtained using the Chebyshev distance on k-medoids produces a more optimal cluster.

The world of health is in an uproar with the discovery of a new type of virus, namely Corona Virus-2 (SARS-CoV-2) and the name of the disease as Corona virus disease 2019 (COVID-19). This virus is easily spread contagious. Therefore, to prevent transmission of this virus, the government makes regulations for the community to minimize physical contact with the outside world and avoid crowds, which is also known as physical distancing , namely limiting the distance between people from one another. The impact of this virus has caused many community activities to be disrupted, including the process of teaching and learning activities so that several institutions carry out online. One of the symptoms suffered by people exposed to COVID-19 is a high body temperature at > 37.5°C so it is necessary to carry out periodic checks without touching (non-contact). With these problems, a prototype for checking body temperature based on the Internet of Things was made. The way the Internet of Things is by creating or embedding arguments in programming form. Argument commands create interactions between remotely connected machines when connected to the Internet. In this study, the design of a body temperature checking device uses an MLX90614 sensor with an Arduino Uno microcontroller, 12c LCD as display output. The results of testing the design of this system, the resulting MLX90614 sensor reading accuracy test was obtained at 99.6%. This indicates that the MLX90614 sensor is functioning properly.

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah menjadi pendorong utama pertumbuhan signifikan e-commerce di Indonesia. Website salah satu sebagai elemen pendukung utama e-commerce menunjukkan antarmuka (user interface) yang optimal sangat penting. Studi pada website Bangbeli melalui pendekatan User centered design (UCD) melibatkan pengguna sebagai stakeholder dengan pengujian usability menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS). Lewat pengujian usability menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS) mengungkap permasalahan pada tahap pertama yang membutuhkan perbaikan. Setelah perbaikan, prototype website Bangbeli mencapai tingkat penerimaan yang dapat diterima, disetujui oleh 71,0% dari 49 responden pada tahap akhir, sesuai dengan metode SUS. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan sebuah tampilan antarmuka (user interface) yang optimal dan meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna saat mengakses website Bangbeli.

Penelitian ini menguji kinerja metode K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) dengan dan tanpa Synthetic Minority Oversampling Technique (SMOTE) dalam klasifikasi analisis sentimen pada data Tweet dengan kata kunci "Jokowi" di Twitter. Pengujian dilakukan dengan berbagai variasi presentase data training dan data testing, menggunakan nilai K=3 untuk KNN tanpa SMOTE, serta K=1 untuk KNN dengan SMOTE. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa metode KNN dengan SMOTE mencapai akurasi tertinggi sebesar 93%, presisi sebesar 100%, dan recall sebesar 85%, sementara KNN tanpa SMOTE mencapai akurasi 82%, presisi 82%, dan recall 98%. Secara keseluruhan, penggunaan KNN dengan SMOTE memberikan kinerja baik dan akurat dalam mengklasifikasikan sentimen pada data Tweet "Jokowi", khususnya dalam mendeteksi sentimen positif. Penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya mempertimbangkan metode oversampling seperti SMOTE untuk meningkatkan performa KNN dalam mengatasi ketidakseimbangan data pada klasifikasi analisis sentimen di media sosial Twitter.

This study aims to examine the performance of pico hydro scale cross flow water turbines using multilevel double penstock as a conductor of water flow. Multilevel double penstock is used to reduce the transportation process from highways that are affordable to four-wheeled vehicles / cars to the location of the installation of the turbine. This condition causes the need for small-scale water turbine designs with lightweight construction with a kock down system. Overall the picohidro scale turbine construction is needed relatively cheaper transportation costs, so that people who have not been reached by the PLN network can be touched by small and cheap electricity. Turbine construction data has a runner diameter of 170 mm, body dimensions 200 mm x 300 mm x 250 mm, frame 250 mm x 800 mm. Pool tando 600 mm x 1200 mm and penstock length 16m. The power produced is theoretically around 2500 watts, with a data flow of 50 liters / second and a water level of 8 m. 65% efficiency. The research method is analyzing the double penstock water flow, by making paralon pipes in stages, ranging from 5 incci diameter, 4 inches and 3 inches, flow analysis approach using a gradient line, where the incoming water velocity and water velocity come out until entering the transmitting pipe. The performance results of this turbine provide an average actual power of up to 2000 watts. The stability of the inlet water condition is used by the Tando pond as a water bath. If there is excess water in the sediment tank, the water gate is used out, where excess water will automatically flow into the exhaust channel.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of alternating current (AC) and direct current (DC) on the bend testing results of low carbon steel welding joints. The results of this study are expected to determine the cracks that occur from the root bend and face bend testings in the AC and DC welding process. This study used experimental method, where the research was done by giving AC and direct polarity DC (DC-) SMAW welding treatments. The material used in this research was low carbon steel plate DIN 17100 Grade ST 44, thickness 10 with E7016 electrode type. The process of welding joints used a single V seam, strong current of 90A, and the welding position of 1G. The testing of welding joints was carried out by bend testing using the standard acceptance of AWS D1.1 root bend and face bend testing results. The results of the bend testing showed that the AC welding root bend test specimen held no cracks while the DC welding root bend test held cracks with incompelete penetration and open crack defects. On the contrary, the AC welding face bend test had open crack defects and in the DC welding face bend test was found a crack. Thus, there was a difference in the crack resistance of the welding joint from the types of current used through the root bend test and face bend test. Therefore, it can be summarized that AC welding is better for root welding and DC welding is good for capping welding.

This paper is motivated by the implementation of an incident where nurses and midwives who received the delegation of authority could not read the writing from the Doctor which should be read on the Integrated Patient Progress Notes (CPPT) sheet but were read on the operation report sheet and the writing from the doctor was difficult to read. The purpose of this study is to analyze and find the negligence of Medical Personnel in granting delegation of authority to nursing staff and to analyze and find legal protection for Nursing personnel who carry out the delegation of authority from the negligence of medical personnel. Normative legal research, applying normative case mapping involving the results of legal actions, as well as analysis of government regulations. This study applies a qualitative approach. The results of this study have many implications for providing information on the following matters, namely; (1). Nursing personnel can be subject to criminal sanctions in carrying out the delegation of authority due to medical negligence (2) legal protection for nursing personnel who receive the delegation of authority from medical negligence. So, it is concluded that Nursing personnel can be subject to sanctions because the authority given to nursing personnel is not in accordance with their main duties and is not carried out in writing by the person giving the authority.
