This research is made because the students mark is low. This research is to show the influence of cooperatife learning model of NHT integrate skills time token and self efficacy toward students mark in economy of the students of SMAN 3 Pariaman City. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, as the result class X6 as the experimental class and class X4 as the control class. Data were collected by using two different instruments. The first one, a questionaire of self efficacy. The other one was on objective test of economy lesson. Data analysis technique is descriptive analysis, inductive analysis and hypothesis testing using two-way Anova. The result of anylising the data showed (1) students’ mark who has studied with cooperatife learning model of STAD of NHT integrate skills time token is higher than the students who are studying in conventional learning process. (2) Students’ mark with high self is higher than the students with low self efficacy. (3) There is no interaction among this learning model, self efficacy to the students mark. Abstract This study aimed to analyze the influence of smart campus information technology assessment, implementation of ISO 9001:2008 quality management system, the knowledge management skills of leadership and motivation of faculty performance UNP. The study population is a lecturer at the State University of Padang. The sample size was determined based on the requirements of SEM analysis using maximum likelihood estimation model to obtain the 175 respondents with randome proportional sampling technique. Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling software AMOS19. The results of the study is the assessment of smart information technology campuses significant effect on knowledge management, leadership skills significantly influence the Management of knowledge, leadership skills significant effect on faculty performance, and motivation significantly influence the performance of the lecturer. This study aimed to analyzethe influence of education, compensation, organizational culture on employee motivation at PT.BRI Branch Office Pariaman. Population in this study were all employees of organic and non-organic (contract employee) at PT.BRI Branch Office Pariaman. Sampling technique is proporsional cluster sampling. Sample were 110 people. Colected data were statistically analized with descriptive and inductive analysis consisting of multicollinearity test,normality test, heterocedasticity, linearity test and multiple regression analysis. Based on the result of this study concluded that (1) education have not a significant effect on employee motivation in PT. BRI Branch Office Pariaman.(2) Compensation significant effect on employee motivation at PT.BRI Branch Office Pariaman,(3) Organizational culture significantly influence employee motivation at PT.BRI Branch Office Pariaman.Keywords : Education, compensation, organizational culture, motivation

This research aims to identify 1) The effect of internal cooperation and communication to marketing strategy implementation within Bank Nagari.2) The effect of driven to be the best to marketing strategy implementation within Bank Nagari 3) The effect of learning organisation to marketing strategy implementation within Bank Nagari 4) The effect of customer orientation to marketing strategy implementation within Bank Nagari5) The effect of competitor orientation to marketing strategy implementation within Bank Nagari. This research contains all of Bank Nagari’s employeeas populations and 95 among them were choosen as samples. Data were gathered by using interval scale quiestionnaires and results were analysed by using descriptive statistics and path analysis. The results showed that Internal cooperation and communication affects insignificantly positive to marketing strategy implementation (Coef 0,157 sig.0,126), Driven to be the best affects insignificantly positive to marketing strategy implementation (Coef 0.049 sig.0,503), Learning organisation affects significantly positive to marketing strategy implementation (Coef 0.244 sig.0,002), Customer orientation affects significantly positive to marketing strategy implementation (Coef 0.327 sig.0,000) and Competitor orientation affects significantly positive to marketing strategy implementation (Coef 0.231 sig.0,003). This research also adress some aspects to be continuesly improved by Management to maximize the level of exixtence of market oriented culture as well as marketing strategy execution within Bank Nagari. This study analyzes: (1) the effect of role conflict on cyberloafing behavior (2) the effect of role ambiguity on cyberloafing behavior (3) the effect of role overload on cyberloafing behavior (4) the effect of role conflict, role ambiguity, and role overload simultaneously on cyberloafing behavior. This study is quantitative. The population in this study is. The population in this study were employees of PT. Semen Padang in the HR and general department, the finance department, the production planning department, and the communication department, with a total of 257 people. The sampling technique was taken using proportional clustered simple random sampling where the number of samples was 156 people. Collecting data using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The analysis technique used is through SPSS 25.0 software. The results of data processing in this study indicate that: (1) role conflict has a positive and significant effect on cyberloafing behavior among employees of PT. Semen Padang (2) role ambiguity has a positive and significant effect on cyberloafing behavior among employees of PT. Semen Padang (3) role overload has no influence and is non-significant to cyberloafing behavior in PT employees Semen Padang (4) role conflict, role ambiguity, and role overload have a positive and significant effect on cyberloafing behavior among employees of PT. Semen Padang.

The purpose of this study were to analyze the relationship between organizational justice and innovative work behavior when knowledge sharing is a mediating variabel to employee PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah West Sumatera. The population in this study were all employee in the PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah West Sumatera as many as 253 employee. The number of samples unsed in the study was 155 employee using the proportional cluster simple random sampling technique. The research design used in this study is causality research. The data analysis technique used is the Structural Equational Model (SEM) with the help of the SmartPLS 3.0 The results of this study revealed that: (1) Organizational justice has a significant effect on innovative work behavior. (2) The influence of organizational justice has a significant effect on knowledge sharing. (3) The influence of knowledge sharing on innovative work behavior. (4) knowledge sharing mediating the organizational justice and innovative work behavior to employee at the PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah West Sumaterat.

Abstract. Cane is one of the agricultural commodities that have a good prospect to be developed as anindustrial raw material, in particular white sugar. Along with industrial development and populationincreasing, the need for sugar is increasing therefore the PT. Gunung Madu Plantations continues todevelop its existence in the increase of fresh sugar cane plantations (PTS) and the use of cost onsugar mill (mill cane).The purpose of this study was to analyze the use of quality costs incurred bythe company to the extent of damage Nira Cane, to analyze how much influence the cost of the qualityof the product quality improvement Nira Sugarcane at PT. Gunung Madu Plantations. the methodsthat used in this study is a qualitative analysis and multiple regression analysis. Based on the resultsof the regression analysis between the cost of the quality of the degree of damage Nira Sugarcaneproduction, which suggests that factors such as the quality costs (prevention costs, appraisal costs,internal failure costs and external) significant influence, because the p value (significance F value) offourth the cost of a quality below 0.05. Cost control quality made by the company, showing that thedevelopment cost of quality from year to year has increased from 2010 - 2014. With the increased,cost of quality, resulting in damage levels of Nira Sugarcane production can be decreased, especiallythe cost of prevention and appraisal costs.

Latar Belakang: Diabetes Melitus (DM)merupakan sindroma klinis gangguan sekresi metabolik, kerja insulin atau keduanya yang ditandai dengan hiperglikemia. Penanganan pasien DM bertujuan untuk mengontrol glukosa darah agar tidak menimbulkan komplikasi. Salah satu faktor yangmempengaruhi kadar glukosa darah pada pasien DM adalah stress. Berbagai manajemen untuk mengontrol stress dan glukosa darah pasien DM tipe 2 dapat dilakukan, baik melalui penatalaksanaan farmakologi dan nonfarmakologi. Penatalaksanaan non farmakologi yang saat ini berkembang di antaranya olah dzikir harian (Odziha). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Odziha terhadap tingkat stress dan kadar glukosa darah puasa pada pasien DM tipe 2.Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan desain eksperimen dengan kelompok kontrol. Kelompok intervensi melakukan Odhiza secara teratur 2 kali perhari selama 14 hari sedangkan kelompok kontrol tidak dilakukan eksperimen tersebut. Dilakukan pengukuran pre dan post test pada kedua kelompok, kemudian dianalisa dan dilakukan perbandingan hasil tes.Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya penurunan tingkat stress dan kadar glukosa darah puasa yang signifikan pada kelompok intervensi setelah melakukan Odziha selama 14 hari pada pagi dan sore/malam hari (p = 0,00).Kesimpulan:Odziha dapat menurunkan tingkat stress dan kadar glukosa darah puasa secara signifikanpada pasien diabetes tipe 2.Kata Kunci: Diabetes Melitus, Odziha, Glukosa Darah, Stress

Along with the advancement of technology, many people are busy with their activities. They seemed to compete with rush hour is done to make them feel tired both physically and mmental. However, activities that must be done to make them powerless to do just about relaxation / rest or other activities that keep them away from the done. This condition is very likely to cause stress on them. Basically physical problems related to stress. Another situation may be they are aware of their health, but busyness / ignorance / lack of empowerment sometimes make them neglect their health. It is possible busyness experienced, so that the corresponding natural underestimate their complaints. Of course these conditions endanger yourself. Other conditions due to the difficult access to health services or the high cost of health care. Under these circumstances begin to shift from a medical perspective to the traditional base, which is better known as alternative or non-pharmacological treatment. One is the Emotional Freedom Teknique (EFT). Eft is an emotional healing technique that can also heal physical symptoms. The results were surprising EFT eliminates the symptoms that arise routinely 50% -90%. Keywords: Emotional freedom technique Abstrak : Teknik Penyembuhan Emodional.Seiring dengan kemajuan teknologi saat ini, banyak individu yang disibukkan oleh aktivitasnya. Mereka seolah berlomba dengan waktu kesibukan yang dilakukan membuat mereka merasa lelah baik fisik maupun mmental. Namun aktifitas yang harus dilakukan membuat mereka tidak berdaya untuk sekedar melakukan elaksasi/ istirahat atau kegiatan lain yang menjauhkan mereka dari apa yang dilakukan. Kondisi ini sangat mmungkin menimbulkan stress pada mereka. Pada dasarnya masalah fisik berkaitann dengan stress. Situasi lain boleh jadi mereka menyadari akan kesehatan mereka, namun kesibukan/ketidaktahuan/ketidak berdayaan terkadang membuat seseorang/individu tersebut seolah terkesan mengabaikan kesehatannya. Hal ini dimungkinkan kesibukan yang dialami, sehingga yang bersangkutan meremehkan keluhan yang dialami. Tentu saja kondisi seperti ini membahayakan diri sendiri. Kondisi lain dikarenakan sulit mengakses pelayanan kesehatan atau biaya yang mahal untuk perawatan kesehatan. Berdasarkan keadaan ini perspektif mulai bergeser dari medis base ke traditional base, yang lebih dikenal dengan pengobatan alternatif atau non farmakologis. Salah satunya adalah EFT. EFT merupakan teknik penyembuhan emosional yang juga dapat menyembuhkan gejala fisik. Hasil yang mengejutkan EFT menghilangkan gejala-gejala penyakit yang timbul secara rutin 50%-90%.Kata kunci: Emotional freedom tecniqueÂ

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perencanaan pembelajaran saintifik pada RPP berdasarkan kurikulum 2013 dan implementasi pelaksanaan langkah-langkah pendekatan saintifik dalam pembelajaran PAI. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini dengan menggunakan observasi, wawancara,dan studi dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik menurut pendapat Miles and Hubermen, yaitu reduksi data, display data, dan verifikasi/kesimpulan. Data yang diperoleh dari lapangan menunjukan bahwa RPP yang telah dibuat sudah sesuai berdasarkan sistematika kurikulum 2013. Data hasil observasi juga menunjukan bahwa guru PAI telah melaksanakan langkah-langkah saintifik dengan baik. Mereka menggunakan media untuk proses mengamati, menggunakan teknik motivasi dan rewarduntuk menstimulasi siswa agar aktif bertanya dan berkomunikasi, serta guru menggunakan teknik presentasi dan konsep student center saat pembelajaran agar siswa aktif berbicara dan mengemukakan pendapat, sehingga diakhir pembelajaran siswa dapat menyimpulkan sendiri pembelajaran pada pertemuan itu. Guru juga terus membimbing dan melakukan penilaian terhadap siswa selama proses pembelajaran berlangsung
