This study aims to examine the relevance of the first principle of Pancasila in supporting diversity and the role of the state in maintaining harmony of diversity in Indonesia. The method used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytical method. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the First Principle, "Belief in the One and Only God," supports diversity in Indonesia by emphasizing the value of inclusivity that promotes tolerance, respect, and recognition of various religions, cultures, and traditions. This supports the principle of Bhinneka Tunggal Ika, making diversity a unifying force for the nation. In addition, the state has a strategic role in maintaining harmony of diversity through regulations that ensure religious freedom, law enforcement against intolerance, and the development of multicultural education. Although challenges such as radicalism and intolerance remain, collaboration between the government and society is essential to realize social harmony in accordance with the values of the First Principle in Pancasila.

The national economy depends on micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Unfortunately, many people face problems with financial management. This can hinder the progress and sustainability of the business. The purpose of this study is to reveal successful financial management methods. To improve the economic independence of micro-entrepreneurs, we use the community service method. We use a comprehensive and in-depth qualitative approach. We explore the meaning thoroughly through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document review. Studies show that collaboration can produce extraordinary results. To achieve this goal, do three things. First, manage finances simply and in a targeted manner. Second, provide financial training. Third, provide intensive assistance. This process significantly increases the effectiveness and efficiency of micro-businesses. This is a practical suggestion for community service institutions. With real support, the growth of small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) can move in a brighter direction.

Healing fiction is a genre in literary works that has a theme about healing, both spiritually and emotionally. The characters who appear in the healing fiction genre are described as finding inner peace and trauma recovery through the process of self-introspection, courage to face problems, relationships with others and relationships with nature. The healing fiction genre with its narrative that depicts characters who finally find inner peace, allows readers to experience emotional catharsis. This research will look at how the narrative elements of the healing fiction genre can be a vehicle for readers to experience the cathartic process. This research will use the narrative text analysis approach of Japanese novels with the healing fiction genre. This research will also use a thematic analysis approach to find out readers' responses. Reading works in the healing fiction genre can be a cathartic medium because it presents a feeling of relief like what happens in the process of accidental pleasure.

This research aims to determine the leadership design of Sekolah Penggerak principals in instilling good practices in high schools in East OKU Regency. The method used in this research is research and development. The Research and Development (R&D) research procedure used in this research adopted the ADDIE model which consists of five stages, namely: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The results of the research show that the initial conditions for the development of Sekolah Penggerak for school principals in implementing good practices in SMA East OKU Regency still require adaptive school planning and management to adapt to current developments and ensure quality learning. The Sekolah Penggerak principal's leadership design in instilling good practices is presented in units such as the Sekolah Penggerak program, school operational management working group, mentoring activities by the principal, and mentoring of the principal. The feasibility of the leadership design was declared feasible to implement, with an average score of 83.4% on the feasibility criteria and 80.73% on the material validator. This research could be groundbreaking in understanding how school leadership can influence best practices in secondary schools and provide valuable new insights for educational practitioners, researchers, and policymakers. This research can make a significant contribution to our understanding of how school leadership can improve best practices at the high school level, as well as provide a foundation for further research in this area.

The purpose of this study was to determine student learning outcomes after using the problem based learning model. The population in this study were all students of class VI MI Nihayatul Amal. The sample of this study was in class VI as the experimental class of MI Nihayatul Amal. The method in this study used quantitative methods. The results showed that the application of the problem-based learning model during the Covid-19 pandemic resulted in an increase in the activities and learning outcomes of MI Nihayatul Amal students. The effectiveness of the problem based learning model can improve the results of MI Nihayatul Amal. Problem based learning (PBL) in learning at MI Nihayatul Amal prioritizes student learning styles so that students' potential can be summarized through the inquiry process and accelerate learning to be effective and efficient. One of the appropriate learning methods is to apply the basic problem learning method in simulation and communication learning.

The advent of the pandemic has prompted changes in the learning motivations of students. This investigation seeks to ascertain how students perceive the relative merits of online and offline modes of learning and their relationship with students' learning motivations. The research employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive methodology. This research design is descriptive with an interview approach, with the objective of eliciting students' perspectives on online and offline learning and their relationship to student learning motivation. The analysis of this study revealed a consensus among the respondents that online learning affords a greater sense of relaxation. Nevertheless, online learning is perceived as a source of boredom and lack of engagement. In contrast, offline learning is associated with a high level of motivation, particularly when students can learn with friends. This negative reaction manifests in students telling stories or engaging in other distracting activities when the teacher presents the learning material. Furthermore, students are easily bored during learning, suggesting that the relaxing experience of online learning has an adverse effect on their attention span in the traditional classroom setting. In light of the students’ perceptions, it is hoped that teachers will be able to create engaging offline learning environments and encourage more student activities with their peers.

The purpose of analysis and evaluation of curriculum S1 UIA is to look at thecurriculum S1 currently used are still relevant to needs of student of UIA as the curriculum inorder to improve the quality of kearning proces in the UIA. Teh number of samples usedevaluation as many as 127 students of teh seventh of teh academic year 2015/2016.Curriculum evaluation instrument involves seven indicators that were previously tasted thevalidity and reliability of the instrument. The validity of test results using r product momentis valid all with values between 0,608 – 0,691. The results of reliability test using AlphaCronbach shos coeffcient was 0,8084. Thus the curriculum instruments used as valid andreliabel measurement tools.The finding are as follow : curriculum S1 UIA program that is currently used as thestructure of curriculum, the composition of the subject and the number of credit (SKS) betwencore curriculum and institutional curriculum is still relevant use, both in term of standard ofHigher Education as well as the needs of students.

The effect of Mind mapping Methods and Critical Thinking SkillsLearning and Outcomes History Of StudentsInLearning History (experimental studies InClass X Senior High School 1 Wanayasa Purwakarta). The purpose of this research was todetermine the effect of mind mapping methods of learning, critical thinking skills, and theresult of learning the history of high school students. This study uses a 2x2 factorial designexperiment with a sample of 40 students conducted in Senior High School 1 Wanayasa..These results of the research show that; (1) the outcomes of students from groups that aretaught using mind mapping higher than students taught by lecture method, (2) there is noeffect of significant interaction between instructional method and critical thinking skills ofstudents in the teaching of history, (3) students have the ability to think critically high andare taught by the method of mind mapping higher learning outcomes than students taught bylecture method, (4) students who have the ability to think critically low and is taught bylecture method higher learning outcomes than students taught by using mind mapping.Thisresearch shows the successful use of instructional methods. Therefore, teachers areexpected to be: (1) enhance the creativity and understanding of learning methods toimprove and train the critical thinking skills of students in learning the history, (2) providestudents the opportunity to be creative in making a map of concepts that they canunderstand, (3) train students more vigorous, active, creative history teaching so thatstudents can think scientific, logical, critical, and may find the concept of learning materialindependently

1) Perbedaan hasil belajar IPA antara kelompok siswa yang menggunakan bahanajar audio visual dan bahan ajar modul, 2) Pengaruh Interaksi antara kreativitas belajardan bahan ajar terhadap hasil belajar IPA, 3)Perbedaan hasil belajar IPA yangmenggunakan bahan ajar audio visual dan bahan ajar modul pada siswa yang mempunyakreativitas belajar tinggi, 4) Perbedaan hasil belajar IPA yang menggunakan bahan ajaraudio visual dengan bahan ajar modul pada siswa yang memiliki kreativitas belajar rendah.Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode eksperimen dengan menggunakan rancangan groupfactorial 2x2. Target pada penelitian ini adalah semua siswa kelas VI SDIT Nurul FikriDepok. Populasi terjangkau terdiri dari 66 siswa yang terdiri dari masing-masing kelasadalah 33 siswa, Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan secara acak atau randomsampling dari empat kelas didapat dua kelas sample yang terdiri dari kelas control sebanyak33 siswa dan kelas eksperimen sebanyak 33 siswa. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis danpembahasan maka disimpulkan hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan bahan ajar audiovisual lebih baik daripada siswa yang menggunakan bahan ajar modul. Kedua, adanyainteraksi penggunaan bahan ajar audio visual dan kreativitas terhadap hasil belajar IPA.Ketiga Siswa yang menggunakan bahan ajar audio visual memiliki kreativitas lebih tinggidaripada siswa yang menggunakan bahan ajar modul. Keempat, siswa yang kreativitasnyarendah tidak berpengaruh pada hasil belajar dalam menggunakan bahan ajar audio visualdan bahan ajar. Berdasarkan hasil temuan tersebut di atas dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwapemanfaatan bahan ajar audio visual cukup efektif untuk meningkatkan kreativitas danmeningkatkan hasil belajar IPA.Abstrak meliputi: latar belakang penelitian, tujuanpenelitian, metode penelitian, hasil penelitian, dan kesimpulan penelitian yang ditulis secarasingkat dalam kesatuan. The target population is all students of class IV MIS. AlImaroh West Cikarang Bekasi Regency. Affordable population in this study were students of class IVMIS. Al-Imaroh Cikarang Barat. Samples were taken using sampling, multi-stage random samplingbased group factorial design, so that the selected 40 students.Instruments used to obtain the datathrough the variable learning methods Role Playing (A), emotional intelligence (B), and learningoutcomes Siroh (Y) using a Likert scale. Analysis of the reliability of the variables A and B dab Ycalculated by product Moment, the result of variable A at r table = 0.923, variable B of r table = 0.918and variabek Y of r table = 0.918 Data collection techniques were analyzed using descriptive analysisand inferential analysis such as ANOVA two lanes to test the hypothesis followed by Turkey or Scheffetest. With Liliefors and homogeneity testing using Bartlet test. Statistical tests showed that the data ofthe three variables normal and homogeneous.Results showed that: (1) the results of student learning are taught with methods Role Playinghigher than students taught by lecture method in subjects Siroh. (2) There is an interaction effectbetween the methods of learning and emotional intelligence of students' learning outcomes in subjectsSiroh.
