This research aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of organizational culture and work environment on employee job satisfaction at the Tolitoli Ministry of Religion Office. This research uses a quantitative research design with an associative approach. The data source is primary, namely data obtained through observation, interviews, questionnaires using the Liker scale method and documentation related to this research. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis, the method is used to test the magnitude of the influence of each variable (Y), while the work environment (X2) has no significant effect on job satisfaction (Y). Meanwhile, the results of the simultaneous f test show that Organizational Culture (X1) and Work Environment (X2) simultaneously influence Job Satisfaction (Y). Thus, the indicators in Organizational Culture need to be maintained (X1) while the Work Environment indicators (X2) need to be evaluated for further research
