Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis gaya kepemimpinan demokratis terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Nusalima Kelola Sarana. Penelitian menggunakan teknik analisis pengumpulan data, reduksi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan dilakukan dengan studi pustaka, observasi dan wawancara dengan manajer sebagai informan kunci dan empat karyawan. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan gaya kepemimpinan yang digunakan di PT. Nusalima Kelola Sarana Tangerang Selatan yang memiliki gaya kepemimpinan demokratis. Dalam rangka meningkatkan efektivitas kinerja karyawan, manajer saling menghargai potensi masing-masing dengan melakukan kegiatan yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efektivitas kinerja karyawan, dan sejauh mana penggunaan pelatihan, serta efektivitas kinerja karyawan, serta kemampuan karyawan dan meminimalkan bantuan orang lain. Namun dalam memotivasi karyawan dirasa kurang memadai dan hal ini berdampak pada rendahnya tingkat inisiatif karyawan.

The goal of this research is to analyze and calculate the impact of marketability and product innovation variables on competitive advantage. The researchers took a quantitative approach, employing narrative and associative methods. The population in this study was Tegal city banana chip/lanntak SMEs, with a total sample of 31 Tegal banana/lanntak chip SMEs with specified criteria, non-probabilistic or using saturated sampling techniques. The analytical method used is multiple correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, the certainty test, and partial hypothesis testing (t-test) combined with the F-test. Based on the t-test results, the'marketability' variable has a significant positive effect on the 'competitive advantage' variable, while the 'product innovation' variable has a significant negative effect on the 'competitive advantage' variable. show. ". According to the F-Test results, the ability to market and transform products at the same time has a significant effect on competitive advantage variables.

The purpose of this article is to provide literature for a comprehensive understanding of eco-friendly and sustainable marketing in addition to the questions at hand. This qualitative study used a mini-review approach to achieve our research objectives. The green marketing mini-evaluation was done by reading and analyzing dozens of peer-reviewed journal articles. The first table contains information about the title of the article, author, publisher and year of publication The results of this study with proof and true corroboration that the concept of green marketing has been used in various business organizations with various gaps and phenomena.

In the contemporary technological era, the significance of marketing for educational institutions has experienced a significant surge. The effective execution of marketing tactics can aid in the recruitment of prospective students and concurrently elevate the standing of the institution. Marketing initiatives should be carried out prudently and in accordance with the technological progressions that occur. The objective of this study is to furnish insights for early childhood education institutions in formulating efficacious marketing tactics that align with contemporary demands. The primary emphasis of this investigation is on qualitative analysis. Methods for gathering information include paying close attention and taking detailed notes, with subsequent analysis including data reduction, visualisation, and conclusions. The results of this study show that to develop marketing strategies in the digital era, schools need to consider factors such as market characteristics and needs, the use of social media and online platforms, data security, the quality of educators, and the needs of students. Therefore, they should consider the needs and characteristics of the market and develop educational content that is relevant and appealing to prospective students and parents, which implies that by optimising technology and online platforms and considering the needs and characteristics of the market, schools can improve the reputation and quality of education offered and help increase parental and community involvement in promoting education.

Amidst the current era of globalization and heightened business competition, organizations across diverse sectors encounter obstacles in the recruitment, cultivation, and retention of optimal talent. The strategic management of talent has emerged as a critical area of emphasis for organizations seeking to cultivate a skilled and proficient labor force. The present study aims to investigate the impact of information technology, specifically the implementation of a human resource management system, on enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of talent management procedures. This research is qualitative in nature. The techniques used to obtain information involve careful observation and meticulous note-taking, followed by analytical procedures such as data reduction, visualisation, and inference. The results of this study show that the role of IT in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of talent management processes is significant. The use of IT in employee recruitment and selection, skills development, employee engagement, and data management provide many benefits to organisations. However, challenges such as data privacy and security, digital divide, organisational complexity, ethical aspects, and the importance of human interaction need to be addressed to achieve optimal results.

In the era of globalisation and rapid advances in information technology, the role of IT in driving innovation and growth of entrepreneurial businesses has become increasingly important. In this research, an in-depth analysis of the role of information technology in driving innovation and growth of entrepreneurial businesses will be conducted. This research will involve collecting secondary data from various sources. The focus of this study is primarily qualitative. Methods for gathering data include paying close attention to detail while seeing and recording data, and then using analytical techniques like data reduction, visualization, and inference to draw conclusions. The results of this study conclude that IT has a very important role in driving innovation and growth of entrepreneurial businesses. In today's digital era, entrepreneurs need to utilise IT effectively to accelerate product development, improve operational efficiency, expand market reach, drive business innovation, and enhance customer experience.

In the rapidly evolving digital age, organisations around the world are facing new challenges in managing their human capital. Digital transformation has significantly changed the business landscape, affecting the way organisations operate, communicate and compete in an increasingly competitive marketplace. This research aims to identify HRM best practices that can help organisations overcome the challenges of digital transformation and achieve success in the adoption of new technologies. The focus of this study is primarily qualitative. Methods for gathering data include paying close attention to detail while viewing and recording data, and then using analytical techniques such as data reduction, visualisation, and inference to draw conclusions. The study concluded that HRM strategies in organisations' digital transformation are key to the success of companies in facing the changes of the digital era. By focusing on improving employees' digital competencies, cultural and leadership changes, proper organisational restructuring, talent management, performance measurement, effective communication, flexibility, and good risk management, organisations can optimally leverage digital technology to achieve competitive advantage, improve business performance, and provide added value to customers.

Di Indonesia, proses panen garam dari meja garam dilakukan oleh manusia dengan menggunakan sekop. Proses tersebut tidak produktif karena keterbatasan tenaga manusia yang melakukan di bawah lingkungan panas terik matahari. Untuk itu, konsep desain mesin panen garam dikemukakan dan dievaluasi. Metode dalam mengonsep desain mesin panen garam merujuk pada metode desain rekayasa dari Pahl dan Beitz, yang dimulai dari dekomposisi fungsi hingga keputusan memilih konsep desain terbaik. Konsep desain mengarah bahwa mesin panen garam tersebut digunakan untuk mengambil garam dari meja garam dan memindahkannya kedalam karung. Semua fungsi dilakukan dalam satu mesin dan digerakkan oleh suatu penggerak mula. Sedangkan pengendalian terhadap jalannya mesin dilakukan oleh manusia atau operator. Beberapa kriteria desain mesin diantaranya adalah kapasitas 25 kg garam per batch, dan berat mesin yang didukung oleh meja garam tidak lebih dari 30 kg untuk menjamin geoisolator meja garam tidak rusak. Tujuan dari evaluasi ini untuk mendapatkan konsep desain mesin terbaik yang produktif dan memenuhi kriteria. Tahap evaluasi desain meliputi dekomposisi fungsi, pengembangan konsep dengan bantuan matriks morfologi dan evaluasi kelayakan, yang menentukan apakah desain tersebut lolos atau tidak dengan menggunakan matriks keputusan. Secara teknis, beberapa konsep desain diajukan dan kemudian dikembangkan dengan dasar kriteria atau batasan-batasan desain. Hasilnya adalah suatu konsep desain mesin panen garam yang efisien, produktif, dan ramah lingkungan, yang direkomendasikan untuk selanjutnya dibuat prototipe virtual dan diuji.

The use of ICT has fundamentally changed the way organisations work and operate in various sectors, including HRM. Along with technological advancements, organisations across industries have adopted various ICT solutions to improve efficiency and productivity in HRM administration processes. The role of ICT in improving HRM administration efficiency is increasingly recognised as a key element in achieving organisational success in this digital era. This research aims to explore relevant studies and literature on how ICT has influenced and improved HRM administration efficiency in various organisations. The current research type is qualitative. Data collection techniques include listening and recording important information to conduct data analysis through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. This study arrived at a discovery that the role of ICT in improving the efficiency of HRM administration has become something that cannot be ignored. The application of technology in HRM provides various benefits to organisations, including more efficient employee recruitment and selection processes, automation of administrative tasks, more affordable and accessible employee training and development, and more secure and integrated employee data management.

In the era of globalisation and advances in information technology, entrepreneurship has become one of the key factors in driving a country's economy. Technological developments have also opened up new opportunities for individuals to create technology-based innovations, known as technopreneurship. The purpose of this study is to analyse the role of technopreneurship education in increasing students' entrepreneurial interest and competence. This research is a literature review that adopts a qualitative method approach, which means it will analyse and interpret data by relying on information and text from various sources. The results show that the role of technopreneurship education in increasing students' entrepreneurial interest and competence is very important and has a wide impact. Technopreneurship education brings positive impacts not only on individual students, but also on society and the economy as a whole. By combining technology and entrepreneurship, it equips students with the necessary knowledge, skills and mentality to become successful entrepreneurs in the digital and innovation era.
