The use ofartificial intelligence (AI) in human resource management (HRM) isgaining increasing attention, with many organizations recognizing itspotential to enhance operational efficiency. The majority of respondentsin this study demonstrate awareness of AI, with more than halfunderstanding the technology and its functions in the context of HRM.Most respondents hold a positive view towards AI adoption, with over60% believing that AI can improve organizational efficiency. Keybenefits identified include time savings in recruitment, improved dataanalytics, and more accurate employee turnover predictions. However, despite the widespread support for AI, some concerns remain. About12% of respondents expressed concerns regarding algorithmic bias thatmay arise in AI-driven decision-making processes, as well as challengesin safeguarding employee privacy. These issues highlight theimportance of caution when implementing AI, ensuring that thetechnology does not exacerbate inequalities or infringe upon individualprivacy. Overall, the survey results reflect a generally positive attitudetowards AI, while also emphasizing the need for a more cautiousapproach in its application. Organizations must address ethical andprivacy concerns and ensure that AI is used to support fair andtransparent decision-making

The phenomenon of free association, particularly involving sexual behavior outside of marriage, has significant economic implications. This paper examines the economic impact of free association from a legal perspective, exploring how it affects individuals, families, and society. The primary economic concerns include increased healthcare costs due to sexually transmitted infections (STIs) and unintended teenage pregnancies, which impose a financial burden on both public health systems and affected individuals. Additionally, the disruption of education due to early pregnancies and health issues can lead to reduced productivity and lower human capital quality, negatively impacting long-term economic growth. The legal perspective is crucial in managing and mitigating these economic impacts. Effective laws and regulations can set clear boundaries and provide protections, especially for vulnerable groups such as teenagers. Legislation on the legal age for sexual activity and comprehensive sex education can help reduce risky behaviors associated with free association. Moreover, laws supporting access to reproductive health services and counseling are vital in minimizing negative economic consequences. This paper aims to analyze how legal frameworks can be optimized to address the economic challenges posed by free association. The methodology includes a review of existing laws and their effectiveness in managing free association's economic impacts, as well as case studies demonstrating successful legal interventions. The goal is to provide recommendations for policy improvements that align with both economic stability and social welfare. By integrating economic and legal perspectives, this paper seeks to highlight the importance of a synergistic approach to managing free association. Effective legal measures not only uphold social and moral norms but also contribute to economic well-being, ensuring a balanced and healthy society.

The Green Economy has turned into a growing trend in the fourth industrial revolution (industry 4.0), particularly after the Covid-19 pandemic hit the world. The efforts to increase the investment (investor domination) in Law Number 11 of 2020 on Job Creation are apparently not reinforced by other instruments and overlook the principle of sustainable development. This study aims to analyze the legislative policy regarding the criminal sanction of the corporation which commits criminal acts related to prevention and eradication of forest destruction after the enactment of Law No. 11 of 2020 on Job Creation. The main observed issue is in the incompatible formulation of administrative sanctions and criminal sanctions. Hence, to analyze such matters, this qualitative research employs a normative legal perspective. This study finds the incompatible formulation of 'Criminal Sanctions' on Corporations, as it is stated in Article 82 Paragraph (3), Article 84 Paragraph (3), Article 85 Paragraph (2), and Article 96 Paragraph (2). Moreover, there is also an unfitting interpretation of 'Administrative Sanctions' in the "forms of administraÂtive fines".

This study attempts to predict the impact of framing in decisions that preceded the presence ofrisk information in the format of value at risk and sensitivity analysis, and also preliminary evidencein assessing the implementation of a predetermined standard. It was done experimentallywith the design of between-within-subject design and 2 (Format: VAR & SA) x 2 (Frame: Gain &Loss) factorial using 15 students of Master of Accounting program and PPAK program that actsas a participant in the experiment. The result showed that there are no differences in decisionsmade by participants if the information is presented in the form of value at risk or sensitivityanalysis. This suggests that participants did not give different weights to the format of risk reportsthat are presented, so it can be concluded that both the format of risk reports in this studydid not affect the investment decisions. Thus, companies can choose one of two formats to meetthe obligations of the risk statement presentation required by the IFRS No. 7. This study alsoprovides additional evidence that the individual decisions can be influenced by framing andproves that theory within the framework of Prospect Theory plays a role in investment decisions.

This paper examined the effect of obedience pressure on real earnings management. It also also investigated whether the relationship between obedience pressure and real earnings management is moderated by individual’s religiosity level. Religiosity is an individual believed as sources of ethical value that would normatively affect the management ethical decision. Prior studies have documented that management decision could be influenced by obedience pressure, however, there is limited study that specifically tested the effects of obedience pressure and religiosity on real earnings management. This study utilized a laboratory experiment with a 2 x 2 (obedience pressure x level of religiosity) factorial design involving 89 participants. This study found that individuals under obedience pressure were more likely to perform real earnings management than control group. However, religiosity did not significantly mitigate the association between obedience pressure and real earnings management. There is no significant effect of individual’s religiosity level on real earnings management decision.

Degenerative diseases are the number one disease in Southeast Asia. Based on WHO data in 2008, the death rate in Southeast Asia was around 14.5 million, around 55% (7.9 million) caused by degenerative diseases. One of the degenerative diseases is diabetes mellitus. Diabetes mellitus is a metabolic disorder characterized by hyperglycemy. Research that has been carried out to look at the antidiabetic activity of onco (Spondias pinnata (L.f.) Kurz) leaves is still limited to the extraction results. Objectives: This study aims to determine the fraction of onco leaf ethanol extract in inhibiting the enzyme alpha glucosidase, having antidiabetic activity and histopathological picture of pancreatic cells in streptozotocin-induced male white rats (Rattus norvegicus). This study used inhibition testing of the enzyme α-glucosidase fraction of onco leaf ethanol extract with concentrations of 12.5, 25, 50,100 and 200 μg/mL using a microplate reader with a wavelength of 405 nm, as well as with experimental laboratory test animal methods as many as 28 mice divided into 7 treatment groups the induced streptozotocin except the normal group. Group I as normal control of rats that were only given regular drinking food, group II as negative control without treatment, group III as positive control using glibenclamide drugs and group IV ethanol extract 500, V n-hexane fraction 132.54, VI ethyl acetate fraction 126.24 and VII water fraction 239 mg/KgBB treatment given for 14 days. The results showed that onco leaf ethanol extract inhibits the enzyme α-glucosidase with very strong strength (IC50 = 39.13 μg / ml) and the n-hexane fraction has the effect of reducing glucose levels as well as the ability to correct the histopathology of the pancreas of male white rats (Rattus norvegicus) induced streptozotocin. Conclusions: Ethanol extract and the fraction of onco leaves (Spondias pinnata (L.f.) Kurz) has antidiabetic activity with a mechanism of action inhibiting the enzyme alpha glucosidase and the activity of decreasing blood glucose levels and has the ability to correct the histopathology of the pancreas of male white rats (Rattus norvegicus) induced streptozotocin.

Comfort is the experience a person receives from an intervention. This is a direct and comprehensive experience when physical, psychospiritual, social, and environmental needs are met. Acupressure Digital Massage Tools (ADMT) is a modified tool that can be used on acupoints. This research is to determine the effectiveness of ADMT on comfort. This research is divided into 3 stages, namely stage 1 ADMT development, and validation, second stage ADMT tool application, and third stage production development. The research design for stage 1 is R&D and the second stage now uses a quantitative pre-post test design with a control group design. Samples were taken using a purposive sampling technique. The research subjects were 40 healthy respondents grouped into two, the first group was a sample of the healthy group with ADMT totaling 20 people and the second group was a sample of the healthy group with hand acupressure totaling 20 people, data analysis used demographic characteristics and research variables, namely ADMT and pain level. Bivariate analysis uses Wilcoxon and Mean Withney. The results of the information collection concluded that the ADMT action provided a feeling of comfort with validation that the respondents stated that they were comfortable by showing a feasibility score of 70%. Using Acupressure Digital Massage Tools (ADMT) is suitable as a tool for comfort levels.
