This study aims (1) to explain internal factors that are strengths and weaknesses in the economic development of the community in Purun Village, (2) to explain external factors that are opportunities and threats to community economic development in Purun Village, (3) to explain creative industry development strategies Purun crafts in the right Purun Village. This study uses FGD (focus group discussion) by selecting competent people in fields related to Purun woven crafts in Purun Village, Banjarbaru City. The results of this study indicate that the strategy for developing the creative industry of pure handicrafts is in quadrant IV, which produces a W-O strategy as follows: (1) Looking for alternative run dryer technology to facilitate production so that it can expand to a broader market share. (2) Regulate business management properly to expand marketing.

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan: (1) Untuk Mengetahui dan Menganalisis Pengaruh Pelatihan Vokasi terhadap Minat Wirausaha (2) Untuk Mengetahui dan Menganalisis Pengaruh Keputusan Alih profesi. terhadap Minat Wirausaha. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis deskriptif dan analisis Regresi Linier Berganda, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 63 responden. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linier berganda, maka Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1). Pelatihan Vokasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan Terhadap Minat wira usaha.(2) Keputusn alih profesi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan Terhadap Minat wirausaha. This research was conducted with the aim of: (1) To Know and Analyze the Effect of Vocational Training on Entrepreneurial Interest (2) To Know and to Analyze the Effects of Decisions on Transfer of Professions. against Entrepreneurial Interest. The research method used in this research is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis, with a total sample of 63 respondents. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, the results show that (1). Vocational training has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest. (2) The decision to transfer a profession has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest.

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan: (1) Untuk Mengetahui dan Menganalisis Pengaruh Kompetensi SDM terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Makassar.. (2) Untuk Mengetahui dan Menganalisis Pengaruh Teknologi Informasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Makassar. (3). Untuk Mengetahui dan Menganalisis pengaruh Komuniksi organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Makassar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis deskriptif dan analisis Regresi Linier Berganda, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Komunikasi organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Makassar. This research was conducted with the aim of: (1) To identify and analyze the influence of HR competence on the performance of the Makassar City Environmental Service employees. (2) To identify and analyze the effect of information technology on the performance of the Makassar City Environmental Service staff. (3). To Know and Analyze the influence of organizational communication on Employee Performance of the Environmental Service of Makassar City. The research method used in this research is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis, with a sample size of 100 respondents. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, the results show that (1). Human resource competencies have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance of the Makassar City Environmental Service 2) Information Technology has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance of the Makassar City Environmental Service (3). Organizational communication has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance of the Makassar City Environmental Servicet.

The management of oil and gas (Migas) in Indonesian energy law has witnessed a shift towards national control, including provisions in the 1945 Constitution that establish natural resources as state wealth. Law No. 22/2001 regulates various technical, economic, environmental, and community participation aspects of the oil and gas sector. Decisions by the Constitutional Court (MK) have clarified the state's ownership of Migas resources in accordance with the constitution. Renewable energy is crucial for Indonesia's sustainable development, with collaboration between the government and the private sector aimed at increasing the penetration of renewable energy, overcoming financial barriers, and protecting the environment. The MK's decision regarding Law No. 22/2001 supports state sovereignty, the interests of the people, and the goals of preserving natural resources and sustainable development. The key issue at hand is the nature of oil and gas management in Indonesian energy law and whether the legal considerations in the Constitutional Court's decision No. 36/PUU-X/2012 align with Indonesian energy law. The research method employed in this study is a normative juridical approach, also referred to as doctrinal research, which involves the examination of legal documents and literature. Through this research, Indonesia aims to fulfill its commitment to reducing environmental impact and dependence on fossil fuels through renewable energy sources.

The importance of Quality Assurance (QA) is increasing worldwide, particularly in developed countries where products and services are prominent. The aims of this study analyze a comprehensive and essential comprehension of Internal Quality Assurance in Indonesian Higher Education Institutions (HEIs). The main approach utilised in this study involved doing a literature review, wherein relevant literature from many reliable sources was identified and subsequently filtered based on its relevance. This study emphasises four research topics that warrant thorough investigation. The implementation of the SPMI (System of Internal Quality Assurance) in multiple Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) has been effectively executed, with the involvement of quality assurance bodies at the university, faculty, and study programme levels. Furthermore, there is the preparedness of SPMI documentation, the execution of the quality cycle, and the implementation of Internal Quality Audit by the Audit Team. It is imperative to consistently and sustainably implement SPMI in Indonesian Higher Education Institutions (HEIs). This will lead to an improvement in quality and the ability to satisfy stakeholders through the effective execution of the University's trifocal functions, namely teaching, research, and services.

The purpose of this study is to analyze and evaluate the implementation of a social entrepreneur-based curriculum at Santa Maria vocational school. This study uses a qualitative method approach by applying an illuminative evaluative model using observations and interviews. Based on the results of the study, it was found that social entrepreneur-based curriculum planning in Santa Maria vocational school involves considerations and foundations that lead to the philosophical and social entrepreneurial goals. The implementation of the social entrepreneur curriculum runs with planning that is in line with the vision and objectives of the social entrepreneur curriculum in the education unit. The obstacles that occur indicate the internal motivation of students and they still need training related to social entrepreneur integration in subjects and their development in learning activities. Overall, this evaluation explains that the process of implementing a social entrepreneur-based curriculum can run well and receive positive responses from students and teachers.

Findings from various sources are gathered in this article to highlight the important role of educators in developing curriculum. Teachers must successfully implement the curriculum in the classroom as part of their function as educators. They play an important role in the teaching process. Meanwhile, the curriculum functions as a framework for organizing and planning educational resources used in teaching and learning activities. The background to writing this article arises from the author's understanding of indications that the role of teachers is not optimal, especially in applying the concept of an independent curriculum. The purpose of this article is to dig deeper into the role of teachers in developing an independent curriculum. The research method used is library research or library research, involving various sources such as books, articles and related research. The authors' findings highlight how important it is for teachers to play a critical role in developing curriculum in educational institutions, focusing on their capacity to communicate knowledge effectively so that the curriculum can be implemented. The analysis and conclusions of the discussion chapter produce useful recommendations, such as how important it is for educators to understand technological advances, how to adapt to an ever-changing curriculum, and how to prioritize tasks so they can be completed efficiently.

Character has a significant role in shaping quality individuals and making a positive contribution to society. Education is recognized as an effective means of character development, and one non-formal approach that has great potential is through regular recitation activities. This activity is periodically carried out to understand religious teachings and can be held in various places such as mosques, prayer rooms, or homes. Within the scope of the Sidotopo Dipo Gang 2 Kompleks in Surabaya, routine reciting activities are identified as key elements that shape the character of citizens. Its positive impact involves increasing religious understanding, strengthening moral values, bonding social relations, and increasing social awareness. This research applies a qualitative approach with an in-depth case study method in the Sidotopo Dipo Gang 2 Kompleks. The subjects of the study consisted of citizens who were active in routine reciting activities. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed qualitatively to provide an overview of the dynamics of character building of citizens through routine recitation activities.

Children with Special Needs (ABK) are often identified differently by society, even though they actually have the same rights as children in general to participate in social life. ABK need guidance to improve their ability to interact with their surrounding environment. The aim of this research is to find out the effective steps that have been taken by inclusive schools in assisting and developing their social skills along with the supporting and inhibiting factors. This research is a qualitative descriptive research using the case study method. Data was collected through observation, documentation and interviews. Then the data was analyzed using Miles and Huberman's interactive approach. As a result, there are many effective steps at this school that can be implemented by other schools in developing the social skills of ABK. And shows the development of ABK's social skills over various times. Slowly positive changes can be observed after one semester and more significant ones are formed when entering the 4th year after implementing these steps. There are also supporting and inhibiting factors which have been prepared to be resolved together with the student's parents.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis (1) pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai; (2) pengaruh kualitas sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja pegawai; (3) pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai; (4) pengaruh disiplin terhadap kinerja pegawai; (5) pengaruh budaya organisasi, kualitas sumber daya manusia, gaya kepemimpinan dan disiplin terhadap kinerja Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain Ex-Post Facto. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pegawai BAN-S/M Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan. Sampel penelitian ini dilakukan dengan jumlah 64 karyawan sebagai responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS 26.0 for Windows. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa: 1) budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai; (2) kualitas sumber daya manusia tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai; (3) pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai; (4) kedisiplinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja; dan 5) pengaruh budaya organisasi, kualitas sumber daya manusia, gaya kepemimpinan dan disiplin
