This article discusses the role of society as one of the important pillars in law enforcement, particularly in the context of the critical constitution of citizens. This type of research is qualitative research, namely literature study. Data collection is carried out through research literature published through google scholar. Various articles relevant to the focus of research are reviewed and analyzed various findings. In addition, analysis and synthesis are carried out through various relevant book sources. The process of data analysis is carried out qualitatively which consists of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The finding of this study is that people who have a good understanding and awareness of the law can play an active role in supervising and criticizing the implementation of the law by the government and law enforcement officials. Civil society participation is essential to prevent abuse of power and ensure compliance with the constitution. Legal education for the community needs to be improved so that citizens understand their rights and obligations and can participate in the law enforcement process. Community involvement in the legal policy-making process is also needed so that the laws made are in accordance with the needs and sense of justice of the community. Partnerships between governments, law enforcement officials, and civil society are essential to effective and equitable law enforcement

This article aims to find out the public's views on electoral democracy in Indonesia based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach, through the literature review method. The main source of research data is research articles that are relevant to the focus of this article's problem and published through the google scholar website in the last 10 years. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the analysis show that democracy includes social, economic, and cultural conditions that require free political liberation and provide an opportunity for the emergence of opinions of respect for the existence of people for participation in the life of the state, and to be respected by the community. Each country has its own characteristics in exercising public power or democracy. This is because the history of a country describes the culture, way of life, and desires to be achieved. The state has an obligation and authority to organize a democratic process based on the law and the basic principles of democracy. It is important to restore democratic life based on laws based on Pancasila values

Bullying is any form of oppression or violence, which is done deliberately by a stronger person or group to intimidate or dominate others who are perceived as weaker. Both physical, verbal, and nonverbal bullying (spicy). Bullying often occurs in the school environment. This study uses a literature study study method. The main source of this research is research articles published on various sources, namely Google Scholar, Scopus, and Web of Science. The keyword used in literary livelihood is "bullying". The dtaa analysis was carried out qualitatively consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings of this study are that bullying has a huge impact on the victim's mental health, confidence, the victim feels depressed and will even injure himself or commit suicide. Indonesia is a country of law and human rights cannot be violated because human rights are highly respected. By protecting human rights, the goal is to prevent bullying behavior and minimize human rights violations. This study aims to determine the impact and prevention of bullying among students on the perception of human rights

Pancasila is often seen as an ideology that deals with global ideologies, such as capitalism and liberalism. The Pancasila that was built is for common welfare and social justice for all Indonesian people. This article aims to find out the national defense strategies that can be carried out to increase national resilience in the era of globalization. This research uses a qualitative approach through the literature study method. The main source of this research data is the research article published through google scholar. Data analysis is carried out qualitatively with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the dynamic implementation of Pancasila values in the life of society, nation, and state so that Pancasila remains relevant in its function as a guideline for decision-making and problem-solving in the life of the nation and state, and so that the loyalty of citizens and citizens to Pancasila is maintained. In the era of globalization, the strategy of defending the country is very important to increase national resilience. Therefore, governments, communities, and non-governmental organizations must work together to create effective national defense strategies to ensure national security and resilience and increase public awareness of the importance of national defense to enhance national resilience
