Financial risk management is an important element in maintaining the operational sustainability of educational institutions, especially in Islamic boarding schools, playing an important role in maintaining operational sustainability and quality of education. Najaahaan Islamic Boarding School as one of the pesantren-based educational institutions, faces challenges in financial management that can affect the smooth running of various educational and social activities. This research aims to identify and analyse the implementation of financial risk management at Najaahaan Islamic Boarding School, including the challenges faced and the strategies implemented to overcome these risks. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of observation and interviews conducted by researchers at the Najaahaan Islamic Boarding School. The results showed that the implementation of financial risk management at Najaahaan Islamic Boarding School has included risk identification, risk analysis, and risk mitigation. However, some weaknesses were found in terms of systematic risk documentation and monitoring. The main risks faced include income uncertainty, non-optimal fund management. To overcome this, the pesantren has implemented several strategies, such as diversification of income sources through productive business development. The conclusion in this study is that although the implementation of financial risk management at Najaahaan Islamic Boarding School has been running well, improvement efforts are needed in the aspects of strategic planning, use of information technology, and increasing the capacity of human resources

Legislation on contract infisakh in muamalah transactions is an urgent thing to know in order to avoid it. The problem of discrepancies between contracts and practices often occurs in Sharia financial institutions, especially Sharia banks. There are several factors behind the emergence of this case, including the relatively few quality human resources who understand well the implementation of the muamalah contract. Contemporary problems with modern transactions trigger contract incompatibility, such as the conversion of a shirkah contract to a bai' contract which occurred at Bank Syariah Indonesia Bojonegoro Branch. This research aims to explain and describe the legal legislation for annulment (infisakh) of contracts in fiqh muamalah transactions, and the law for converting shirkah (meant Musharakah Mutanaqishah) contracts with bai' (meant Bai’ ‘Inah) contracts at BSI Bojonegoro Branch. This research methodology is field research with a qualitative approach. The research location is Bank Syariah Indonesia Bojonegoro Branch. Data collection techniques were obtained from observation and interviews. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The research results show that eliminating contracts that are not following practice and replacing them with appropriate contracts is an action that must be taken to realize the supremacy of Islamic law in muamalah transactions. Then the conversion of the shirkah contract to bai' carried out by BSI Bojonegoro Branch was the right action, and by the substance of the National Sharia Council Fatwa No. 49/DSN-MUI/II/2005 concerning Contract Conversion and Bank Indonesia Regulation No. 10/18/PBI/2008 concerning Restructuring.

Penelitian ini merupakan hasil penelitian lapangan (Field Research) tentang “Pengulangan Nikah Perspektif Hukum Islam”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjawab pertanyaan mengenai bagaimana proses pengulangan nikah oleh Penghulu dikarenakan wali nasab dianggap tidak adil. Dan bagaimana analisis hukum Islam terhadap proses pengulangan nikah oleh Penghulu dikarenakan wali nasab dianggap tidak adil. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik deskriptif analisis untuk menggambarkan secara jelas kasus tentang pengulangan nikah dikarenakan wali nasab dianggap tidak adil di KUA. Dengan menggunakan pola pikir deduktif, yaitu dengan memaparkan segala teori yang bersifat umum tentang pengulangan dalam Hukum Islam Pengulangan pada dasarnya boleh dilakukan, tergantung yang menjadi sebab pengulangan tersebut. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa pengulangan nikah oleh penghulu dikarenakan wali nasab dianggap tidak adil sesungguhnya tidak perlu dilakukan, meskipun sah-sah saja, karena untuk melihat adil dan tidaknya wali pada zaman ini adalah sulit. Dalam hal ini didasarkan pada pendapat Mazhab Hanafi, Hanbali dan mayoritas ulama Syafi’iyah yang tidak mensyaratkan adil bagi wali.

Abstract Socialization is the most important process that we consciously or unconsciously live in our daily lives. Education policy is very important related to the morals of students. Aims to find out how to socialize education policy; knowing the stages of education policy socialization of education policy. This research was carried out with a qualitative descriptive approach seen from the point of view of education policy socialization, an approach that was in accordance with the circumstances found. The results of this study indicate that; there are several stages that need to be considered in the educational policy socialization process, namely: 1) the preparation stage (play stage), and 2) the action stage (game stage). Education policies that have been formulated can be disseminated using various media, both in the form of communication media such as posters, brochures, banners, and billboards, as well as through electronic media, such as optical discs (compact disks or DVD), sosial media, internet, radio and television.

Kecelakaan lalu lintas merupakan salah penyebab kematian terbesar di Indonesia.Khususnya di daerah Kabupaten Maros. Daerah ini merupakan salah satu daerah di Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan dan juga dapat menghubungkan antar kota dari Makassar ke Pangkajenne dan Makassar ke Bone, sehingga banyak terjadi perjalanan antar kota dan provinsi mengakibatkan laju pertambahan penduduk dan jumlah arus lalu lintas di Kabupaten Maros meningkat secara pesat dan kebutuhan akan prasarana transportasi terus bertambah. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu Menganalisis potensi daerah rawan kecelakaan dan Merumuskan solusi mencapai zero accident. Metode pengumpulan data didapat dari laporan kecelakaan lalu lintas yang dicatat oleh Polresta Kabupaten Maros Tahun 2019, 2020 dan 2021 dan data yang di dapat berupa data kelengkapan atribut pencegah kecelakaan seperti rambu rambu, marka jalan, lampu jalan dan kondisi topografi jalan. Hasil survei dan analisis yaitu Potensi daerah rawan kecelakaan di Kabupaten Maros berdasarkan metode Cluster Analysis pada tiga tahun terakhir banyak terjadi pada daerah perkotaan dengan jalur arteri primer dan jalur arteri skunder sabagai daerah blackspot ter banyak terjadi paling banyak 75 titik kecelakaan lalu lintas pada klasifikasi sangat rawan hanya pada radius 11.5 km2 dan Dengan memperhatiakan kelengkapan fasilitas dan penempetan rambu sehingga berfungsi dengan maksimal.

This study aims to explore the influence of Customer Orientation and Media Adoption on SME Performance. This study uses a quantitative approach by collecting data from 100 SME respondents in Indonesia. The results showed that Customer Orientation has a significant and positive relationship with SME Performance (r = 0.687, p < 0.01) and proved to be a significant predictor in the regression model (B = 0.387, p = 0.012). In contrast, although Media Adoption also had a positive correlation with SME Performance (r = 0.665, p < 0.01), its effect was not statistically significant in the regression analysis (B = 0.250, p = 0.276). ANOVA analysis showed that the regression model as a whole was significant in explaining the variation in SME Performance (F-test significant), with an R Square of 0.478, which means that 47.8% of the variation in SME performance can be explained by this model. The conclusion of this study suggests that customer orientation is a key factor in improving SME performance, while media adoption, while important, requires a more strategic approach to make a significant impact. These findings emphasize the importance of focusing on customer orientation and effective media strategies in the management of SMEs to achieve optimal performance.

Religious leadership in Islamic educational institutions plays a strategic role in shaping a humanistic and ethical organizational culture. Amid growing moral challenges and value crises in education, there is a pressing need for leadership that is not only managerial but also deeply rooted in spiritual values. This study aims to analyze the role of religious leadership in developing an organizational culture that emphasizes human dignity and strengthens ethical values in educational governance. Using a literature review approach, this article examines recent studies related to religious leadership, organizational culture, and Islamic educational ethics. The findings reveal that the core characteristics of religious leaders include integrity, exemplary conduct, and strong adherence to Islamic teachings, which are reflected in their daily behavior and institutional policies. The organizational culture fostered by such leadership tends to be inclusive, participatory, and anchored in values such as rahmah (compassion), justice, and trustworthiness. Moreover, ethical values are not merely formal norms but are internalized within the collective behavior of school communities. The study concludes that religious leadership serves as a foundational pillar in creating a sustainable and dignified Islamic education ecosystem. These findings are expected to contribute to the development of Islamic leadership models that are relevant to contemporary educational management needs.

This research aims to analyze or see whether there is a relationship between online learning strategies and the learning motivation of Arabic Language Education Students at UIN Sultan Hasanuddin Banten. This research represents survey research using a quantitative approach. This research uses primary sources using data collection techniques, namely questionnaires. The questionnaire items were first tested for validity and reliability. The test results for the validity of the question items show a number that is smaller than 0.05 and this means that each question item is valid to be implemented. Then, the question items were also tested for reliability which produced a value of 0.616 lebih tinggi dari 0.6, meaning the question items were reliable and could be implemented repeatedly. The results of this research show a significance value of 0.004 lebih rendah dari 0.05, meaning that H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected. This statement refers to the existence of a relationship between online learning strategies and student learning motivation. Then, the Pearson correlation results showed a figure of 0.513 which was categorized as a normal relationship between the two variables. The results of the Pearson correlation test also show a positive value, meaning that the greater the focus on online learning, the more influence it will have on student learning motivation.

In implementing an independent curriculum, educators are expected to be able to meet the learning needs of each student with different characteristics. To realize the expected learning objectives of differentiated learning is the right idea. But the facts show that it is still rare for teachers to be willing to work on this because they do not have a clear concept to carry it out. This study aims to fulfill the implementation of differentiated learning in Islamic Religious Education subjects at SMAS Bina Putera-Kopo. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Research that uses hypothesis testing through data on words compiled, and data can be compiled for analysis using narrative descriptions. This study found that in an effort to implement differentiation, the following steps are needed; first, planning is carried out by mapping the initial abilities of students, what must be learned is interest and readiness to learn and determine essential material in learning outcomes; Second, it performs three components, namely the differentiation of content, processes, and products. Third, conduct an evaluation to determine the effectiveness and success rate of the objectives of the learning carried out. The researcher concluded that differentiation learning in Islamic Religious Education subjects provides an opportunity to learn naturally, starting from the initial ability of each student. The success of differentiated learning implementation is obtained due to the support of good communication and collaboration between both parties, namely the school and parents.

Education is a matter of life and living. The whole process in human life and life is the education process itself. Education is so important that Allah sent down the first verse to the Prophet Muhammad SAW, which is an order for humans to read and understand the meaning and purpose of creation, implying the process of divine education (QS 96:1) and basyariah (QS 96:4). This study aims to explore the urgency and paradigm of Islamic education contained in sura al-Alaq; 1-5. The method used in this research is a literature study. The data used were obtained from relevant sources consisting of books, journals and writings. That it is important to read between the lines of this verse, in order to develop basic human potential so that they are able to carry out the mandate to become caliphs on earth and become pious servants. Education that can develop the role of humans as caliph fil ardh is education that refers to the conceptual foundation with the main teachings of aqidah and morals. It is through the basic teachings of aqidah and morals that humans become intelligent, trustworthy, responsible, and have positive values, so they can create a safe and peaceful environment.
