This study aims to examine the influence of family, economic and lifestyle factors on consumer decisions. This research was conducted at the Royal Spring Housing, located in Gowa Regency. The population chosen is all home consumers at the Royal Spring Housing PT. Buana Sentosa Asri in Makassar. The number of samples is calculated using the Slovin formula, and the number of samples to be studied is 82 household samples and is determined by simple random sampling. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to all respondents. The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression. The results of the study found that family factors, economic factors, and lifestyle have a positive and significant effect on consumer decisions.

The aim of this research is to find out how much costs are incurred in the promotion mix PT Sungai Budi Group increases sales; examines the promotion mix, the most dominant increase in sales. The method of observation, library research, interview, are the research methods used in this study. The multiple linear regression method is the analytical method employed. The study was carried out at PT Sungai Budi Group in Makassar. Multiple linear regression with SPSS 20 was used to analyze the data. The result shows that mixed advertising, promotion and advertising have a positive influence on sales growth.

The level of CSR disclosure in Indonesia is still low because of a lack company commitment to do the CSR activities. The implementation of GCG indicated can support the implementation of CSR in an enterprise because there is a relationship between GCG and CSR. The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of GCG mechanism (proportion of independent commissioners, the number of audit committee, managerial ownership) and corporate transparency, either simultaneously or partially on CSR disclosure. This study uses listed company in SRI KEHATI Index at Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2015 as a population. The sample selection technique using purposive sampling and analytical method using panel data regression. The result of this study shows that GCG mechanism and corporate transparency simultaneously have significant affect on CSR disclosure. Partially shows that proportion of independent commissioners and corporate transparency have significant affect with negative direction on CSR disclosure, while the number of audit committee and managerial ownership has no affect on CSR disclosure.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui adalah 1) Untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan mata pembelajaran Al Qur’an Hadits di Madrash Aliyah Mazroillah Lubuklinggau. 2) Untuk mengetahui manfaat media pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran Al Qur’an Hadits di Madrash Aliyah Mazroillah Lubuklinggau. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Penggunaan media gambar dalam pembelajaran Al Qur’an Hadits di Madrasah Aliyah Mazroillah Kota Lubuklinggau dapat dikatakan telah digunakan, walaupun hanya mempergunakan yaitu media visual dan media audio visual. 2) Hasil belajar Al Qur’an Hadits di di Madrasah Aliyah Mazroillah Kota Lubuklinggau dapat dikatakan memuaskan karena siswa lebih terterik dalam kegiatan belajar dibandingkan dengan pembelajaran tanpa menggunakan media pembelajaran. 3) Faktor penghambat berupa sarana dan prasarana dan pendukung pelaksanaan pembelajaran mata pembelajaran Al Qur’an Hadits menggunakan media pembelajaran di Madrash Aliyah Mazroillah Lubuklinggau yaitu kemampuan guru dan pengembangan inovasi pembelajaran.

Bitcoin saat ini sudah mulai di kenal sebagai asset digital bagi para milenial dan tidak hanya menginvestasikan dana dalam instrument investasi tradisional seperti saham, obligasi, dan reksadana, generasi milenial juga mulai menginvestasikan dana dalam bentuk mata uang Criptocurrency dan menjadi sebuah tren investasi baru yang sedang meningkat di Indonesia dan merupakan instrument investasi paling menguntungkan di decade ini. Permasalahan yang sering muncul yaitu salah satunya adalah Cryptocurrency tidak bisa di prediksi dengan mudah, salah langkah dalam menganalisis dan prediksi akan berakibat fatal terhadap asset yang dimiliki, sehingga dapat menimbulkan kerugian besar ketika pelaku investor/trader melakukan keputusan tanpa berdasarkan analisa dan prediksi yang tepat. Algoritma MA dapat meminimalisir kesalahan dalam prediksi yang sering keliru dilakukan para investor/trader dalam memprediksi yang sering didasarkan pada intuisi dan emosi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hasil akurasi dari algoritma MA terhadap peramalan harga Bitcoin dan menentukan di posisi mana algoritma ini lebih efektif untuk digunakan dalam strategi analisis sehingga diharapkan informasi ini dapat dijadikan acuan untuk para pelaku trader/investor dalam menentukan keputusan Buy, Sell or Hold dalam berinvestasi dan mengurangi kesalahan proses perdagangan jual dan beli pada Bitcoin.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of: (1) Flexibility Strategy on the performance of culinary SMEs in West Sumatra, (2) Market orientation on the performance of culinary SMEs in West Sumatra. MSMEs engaged in the culinary field in West Sumatra are the objects that are the focus of this research. This study has a population consisting of SMEs in the culinary business in Padang, Bukittinggi, and Payakumbuh. The sample in this study was 100 MSMEs culinary business actors, with cluster random sampling data collection techniques. This research has a causative type. in this study using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis tool version 2.0.

Diabetes Melitus (DM) menjadi salah satu masalah di bidang kesehatan, dimana prevalensinya meningkat dari tahun ke tahun. Peningkatannya diperkirakan disebabkan oleh perubahan gaya hidup yakni kebiasaan makan yang tidak seimbang, asupan makanan tinggi energi dan tinggi lemak dengan indeks glikemik tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan asupan zat gizi makro, indeks glikemik pangan dan status gizi dengan kejadian DM tipe II di Poliklinik Rawat Jalan RS Drs. Titus Uly Kupang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian observasional dengan pendekatan kasus kontrol (case control) Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dimana jumlah sampel yang memenuhi kriteria sebanyak 69 orang. Hasil penelitian: berdasarkan hasil uji chi square menunjukkan bahwa status gizi (P value =0.004) , asupan karbohidrat (P value =0.046) dan indeks glikemik pangan (P value =0.041) memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan kejadian DM Tipe II sedangkan asupan protein (P value =0.902) dan lemak (P value =0.161) tidak ada hubungan. Kesimpulan : ada hubungan antara status gizi, asupan karbohidrat dan indeks glikemik pangan terhadap kejadian DM Tipe II di Poliklinik Rawat Jalan RS Drs. Titus Uly Kupang sedangkan asupan protein dan lemak tidak ada hubungan. Saran: Perlu adanya penambahan variable lain seperti aktivitas fisik dan faktor genetis.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of entrepreneurial orientation, market orientation and technology orientation on business performance in the Bilih fish business of Danau Singkarak Kenagarian Guguak Malalo. The population in this study were all business owners of Ikan Bilih Danau Singkarak Kenagarian Guguak Malalo. The number of samples in this study was obtained with a total sampling of 45 samples. The analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that entrepreneurial orientation, market orientation and technology orientation have a significant influence on business performance in the Bilih Fish business of Danau Singkarak Kenagarian Guguak Malalo.

The purpose of the study is to examine the instrument content validity and it’s construct validity of the mathematics self-efficacy scale based on valid dimensions. This research is part of the research on the effect of the number of scale categories on the accuracy of the prediction validity of the mathematics self-efficacy scale. The research instrument is a Likert scale questionnaire with five answer categories. Analysis of content validity using coefficient V by Aiken while construct validity uses the Confirmatory Factor Analysis method with the help of the LISREL 8.72 program. The results showed that (1) 28 of 40 items of the instrument content validity is valid in three dimensions : level, strength, and generality. (2) While 22 items out of 28 items of the instrument construct validity is proven valid as well. In conclusion, the mathematics self-efficacy scale instrument has been empirically tested valid for its content and construct validity.
