The impact of climate change is a threat to vulnerable communities if they are unable to adapt and mitigate to this condition. The dangers that will arise due to climate change include hydrometeorological disasters such as floods, landslides, typhoons and storms. In addition, various health problems arising from the disaster such as death, injury, diarrhea and skin diseases. Jambu Air village is an area that borders directly with the city of Bukittinggi. Therefore, it has strong characteristics of a sub-urban area. Due to rapid population and infrastructure growth, and a large number of migrants live there, this area has risk of increasing environmental problems that have implications for increasing the negative impacts of climate change. Inappropriate waste disposal activities will increase the risk of flooding and diseases. This community service activity aims to increase the commitment of the leader of this village and youth to be more concerned about the risks of climate change to overcome health and disaster risks. The activity was carried out by lecture method in July 2019 that is located in Jorong Jambu Air, Banuhampu District. Speakers for this activity are climatologists from the Global Atmosphere Watch Koto Tabang (Meteorology Climatology and Geophysics Council) and academics from the environmental science. The activity generates commitments from community leaders and youth on the issue of climate change. It is expected that young people can increase the pro-environment behavior.

This objective of this research is to test the effect of Profitability,Liquidity and StructureAssets on Capital Structure. The independent variable in this study was Profitability,Liquidity and Structure Assets, while the dependent variable in this study is the CapitalStructure. The population of this research is 139 manufacturing companies listed on theIndonesia Stock Exchange 2012 and 2013 period. The data were obtained from publishedfinancial statements of the company. Through purposive sampling technique obtained atotal sample of 50 companies. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regressionusing IBM SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) version 21.0. The resultsshowed simultaneous Profitability, Liquidity and Structure Assets significant effect on theCapital Structure. While partially variables that doesn’t significantly influence theprofitability and Structure Assets of Capital Structure, while variable Liquiditysignificantly influence the Capital Structure.

The Covid-19 outbreak provided surprises and also provided challenges for various educational institutions, including universities. The government has banned universities from conducting face-to-face lectures. The government has issued a policy for implementing temporary courses online (Ministry of Education and Culture Dikti Circular No.1 2020). All universities are required to be able to conduct online or online learning. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of online lectures during the Covid-19 Pandemic for UAD Wates. This research method uses descriptive analysis method through a survey with a google form questionnaire which is conducted online. The sample in this study were students of UAD Wates class of 2017, 2018, and 2020. The respondents in this study were 15 respondents. The effectiveness of online lectures during the Covid-19 Pandemic for students at UAD Wates was quite effective in preventing the transmission of the Covid-19 virus. However, the results of the study also show that online lectures have not been running effectively, because there are still lecturers who do not conduct online lectures. The learning method used is still dominant with assigning assignments to students so that many students are overwhelmed in doing coursework.

Teknologi pendidikan merupakan sekumpulan pengembangan media yang diinovasikan secara kompleks dan terpadu untuk tunjuan pendidikan. Pada zaman yang semakin modern ini semua peserta didik harus mampu untuk berkompetisi, sehingga pendidik maupun peserta didik harus mempersiapkan diri dengan perkembangan teknologi. Dengan semakin berkembangnya teknologi, hal tersebut dapat menunjang pembelajaran disekolah, dengan adanya teknologi dapat memperluas sumber belajar menembus ruang dan waktu. Sehingga dengan adanya berbagai karakteristik dan gaya belajar peserta didik, harapannya teknologi dapat menjadi media yang solutif dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan. Tentunya hal tersebut harus dimanfaatkan oleh lembaga pendidikan guna memaksimalkan potensi siswa menghadapi era persaingan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kajian literature, dengan tujuan memaparkan peran media interaktif dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam bagi siswa dengan gaya belajar visual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media interaktif memiliki peran penting untuk siswa dengan gaya belajar visual, selain dapat memaksimalkan potensi peserta didik, media interaktif juga dapat bermanfaat bagi pendidik untuk mendapatkan feedback yang relatif cepat dalam kegiatan pembelajaran.

Teknologi di zaman milenial saat ini sangatlah berkembang pesat, kita dapat mencari informasi apapun melalui teknologi terutama dalam bidang pendidikan. Ada beberapa macam alat teknologi yang dapat kita gunakan sebagai sumber informasi, yaitu handphone, laptop, komputer dan masih banyak lagi. Handphone adalah alat yang teknologi yang sering digunakan karena mudah dibawa kemana-mana, mudah digunakan pula oleh berbagai kalangan dan biasa disebut dengan gadged. Tujuan dibuatnya tulisan ini untuk mengetahui seberapa penting teknologi bagi anak dibawah umur. Saat ini tidak hanya orang dewasa saja yang pandai menggunakan teknologi tetapi anak-anak dibawah umur pun sudah pandai menggunakannya. Dengan sering bermain gadged dirumah, dapat mempengaruhi masalah sosial yang dapat mengganggu anak.

This study aims to determine the learning effectiveness of elementary school students during the Covid-19 pandemic or what is often called online learning, which is indirect face-to-face learning between teachers and students as usual, but only through virtual (screens cell phone or laptop). Where during a pandemic everyone must carry out all their activities from home, including elementary school students. Research through interviews throughmedia WhatsApp with the guardians of the students gave responses about the various obstacles in this online learning. And parents with all kinds of efforts to continue to seek education in any circumstances for their children, including when Indonesia is being hit by the Covid-19 pandemic. Online learning is the choice of academics from various walks of life from kindergarten to college. This was chosen because it was considered the most effective and efficient enough, both for the students and their guardians and for the teachers. For the smooth running of this online learning, the main thing that must be considered and prepared is a cell phone or laptop complete with the contents of a quota or data package, also a place that can be reached by the network, and what is no less important is the assistance of parents in operating the tool while the child is learning or do the work of the teacher. These facilities are used to exchange information from two directions for the sake of supporting education. This situation forces all parents, students and teachers to really maximize technology so that learning objectives can be achieved properly, children's achievement does not decline even though they do it remotely.

In the learning process at every level of education there must be problems faced by various sectors, both educators, students and even learning support such as learning facilities and others. Problems that occur always have causes that are hereditary so that significant reforms are needed. When technology enters the realm of education, all its sub-sectors will experience an impact that is felt both on a small and large scale. The impact on the assessment process is inevitably negative and positive. Affective Assessment is still a hot topic of conversation and the obstacles have yet to be resolved. This makes it an obstacle because technology is involved in matters of affective assessment aspects in the world of education. The purpose of this article is to discuss the problems experienced by teachers in general regarding the above obstacles, namely technology and affective assessment. The author explains how the teachers in the affective assessment process through the use of technology and so on. Articles are made through literature review research by collecting library sources related to the scope of discussion about technology, education and assessment. The article produces a solution that has been offered to solve the problems that have become obstacles for teachers in the world of education in the technology era. With the impact that occurs from technology on affective assessment, it results in problems that need to be solved with the solutions given and can be used as a basis for the future so that education can be better.

Dalam kemajuan dan peradaban dunia khususnya pada bidang teknologi menjadi faktor yang penting. Faktor yang penting daripada teknologi yaitu pendidikan, dimana pendidikan sendiri yaitu pelita akan kemajuan teknologi. Suatu peradaban dunia akan tetap maju apabila suatu pendidikan juga berjalan dan berkembang. Dalam agama islam teknologi merupakan inovasi dan kreatifitas yang memberikan manfaat selama pemanfaatannya tidak menerjang akan norma-norma agama. Dimana dari hal tersebut, tujuan dari tulisan ini untuk mendeskripsikan hubungan teknologi pendidikan dengan pendidikan agama islam dimana sebagai usaha yang membina dan mengasuh peserta didik supaya selalu dapat memahami ajaran Islam secara menyeluruh yang kemudian peserta didik dapat menghayati tujuan, dan mengamalkan serta menjadikan Islam sebagai pandangan hidup atau pedoman hidup. Sehingga terdapatnya suatu teknologi pendidikan dalam pendidikan agama islam ini sebagai pemecah masalah.

This study aims to identify teachers' confidence in teaching English using a You*Tube channel in early pandemic. This study used a qualitative quantitative approach with a survey method. The data sources in this study were 50 teachers from both public and private primary schools in Denpasar who used You*Tube channel as the media in teaching English. The data were collected through questionnaires consisting of 30 closed and open statements which were grouped into four categories. Closed statements consisted of yes/no statements as well as agreement and frequency statements based on a Likert’s five-point scaling. Open statements were intended to provide additional information on the answers to the closed statements that had been given. The data were analyzed qualitatively and presented descriptively using narration supported by diagrams and tables. The result of analysis data showed that teachers' confidence in teaching English using a YouTube channel in the early pandemic was supported by many factors, such as educational background, teaching experience and teacher perspective in online English learning using the You*Tube channel. However, teaching English through the You*Tube channel needs to be used frequently to improve teachers' skills and techniques in using this media for better teaching.
