Education is a conscious effort in creating conditions and situations that support the learning process, potential development and personality formation. Ideally educators and learners have the ability to maintain adab and understand their respective rights and obligations. But in recent years there have been cases involving educators and learners, who have harmed the world of education and obscured the positions and roles of educators and learners. The focus of the study in this qualitative research is limited around islamic perspectives towards educators and learners. Based on some literature, it is known that in Islam there are four subjects categorized as educators. The main task of educators is to bring the hearts of students to Allah SWT through various learning methods. The learner is someone who intends to develop his potesi through the guidance and education process of the adults around him, sehigga he becomes someone who is well-known, faith-fearing and noble, improves his quality of life and performs his duties as a man and caliph. Related to that, educators and learners have several conditions and characteristics that are fused in their personality and realized in each of their deeds.

Abstrak : Tujuan studi ini adalah untuk membuat orang lebih sadar akan kebutuhan mendesak untuk reformasi dalam pendidikan islam. Pendidikan Islam harus beradaptasi agar dapat memenuhi tuntutan dan harapan lingkungan global yang cepat berubah. Hal ini juga bertujuan untuk menciptakan komitmen yang jelas terhadap pendidikan islam mengingat revolusi industri keempat (Era 4.0) dan masalah yang dihadapinya. Sejak revolusi industri keempat (4.0) dimulai, hampir semua aspek kehidupan telah terkena dampaknya, termasuk pendidikan. Seperti yang kita tahu. Selama fenomena ini diganggu, komunitas pendidikan islam dituntut untuk menjadi bagian dari proses penyesuaian. Muslim yang baru lulus menghadapi tantangan baru, termasuk harapan dan peraturan yang belum pernah mereka hadapi sebelumnya. Mengikuti perkembangan zaman memerlukan peningkatan dan penemuan kembali segala sesuatu mulai dari proses dan tata kelola hingga kurikulum dan keterampilan sumber daya manusia hingga sarana dan prasarana. Pendidikan Islam, di sisi lain, akan semakin ketinggalan zaman. Karena itu, mengembangkan program pendidikan islam yang nyata sangat pentimg jika kita ingin tetap kompetitif di masa yang tidak pasti ini peserta harus menyela satu sama lain untuk mengerjakan solusi.

This study aims to identify the categories of motivation and appropriate stimulants for the RSD Mangusada staffs in learning English. This research is a qualitative research with method of collecting data using questionnaire distributed to 50 staff of RSD Mangusada from various divisions. The questionnaire contains closed questions that are filled out using Likert’s scale. The data in this study were analyzed descriptive-qualitatively by describing the categories of motivation in learning English. The results of the data analysis show that there are five categories of single dominant motivation and three categories of combined dominant motivation possessed by the staff of Mangusada Badung Hospital in learning English, those are intrinsic dominant motivation category, extrinsic dominant, integrative dominant, instrumental dominant, amotivation dominant, intrinsic- integrative dominant, intrinsic-instrumental dominant and extrinsic-instrumental dominant. Based on the results of the data analysis, it can be concluded that the main factor which encourages Mangusada Hospital staffs to learn English is only limited to the desire to fulfill practical needs, such as the desire to get a better job and/or to get a higher income. The desire to fulfill this practical need arises both from within the learners and from the environment. Thus, if RSD Mangusada needs to improve the English competence of all its staff in order to improve services, pragmatic stimulants is needed in order to get an optimal result.

Dalam proses pembelajaran antara guru dan siswa yang dimana guru sebagai transfer of knowledge tidak hanya terbatas pada ilmu saja namun bagaimana aplikatif yang didapat didunia bangku dapat di aplikasikan di lingkungan. Guru yang manjadi pengajar mendapat beban akan hal ini berpikir ekstra bagaimana berupaya keras akan pencapaian target, namun oleh teori kontruktivisme memberikan kemudahan yang dimana teori kontruktivisme ini memberikan ruang pada siswa untuk bertanya, untuk menyampaikan dugaan terkait materi pelajaran, jika dipraktekan dalam PAI menjadi suatu kemudahan dalam mempraktekan kehidupan beragama yang benar dengan berpikir aktif dan cepat.

Unication accommodation among multilingual familyHumans interact through communication. In conversations, they tend to practice communication accommodation, where utterances are adjusted among interlocutors. One of humans’ first social interactions is with their family. In a multilingual family, communication accommodation often takes place. The aim of this study is to determine the forms of communication accommodation that occur in conversations between multilingual family members and to determine the factors that motivate their emergence. The data in this study are in the forms of oral conversations between multilingual family members. They were collected using observation method where in some parts the researcher was involved and not involved in the conversations. Data were also collected through basic tapping technique, complemented with note-taking technique. They were then analyzed quantitatively and analytical results were presented formally. The results showed that convergent and divergent communication accommodation process occurred in conversations between multilingual family members. In general, convergent accommodation is more common as compared to divergent accommodation. Different communication accommodations were revealed when they are discussed from the perspective of completeness and direction of the accommodation. In addition, they are driven by different factors. Peristiwa ini dikenal dengan istilah akomodasi komunikasi. Interaksi yang paling awal dilakukan oleh seseorang pada umumnya dimulai dari lingkungan keluarga. Dalam sebuah keluarga yang multilingual, peluang munculnya akomodasi komunikasi sangatlah besar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk-bentuk akomodasi komunikasi yang terjadi dalam percakapan antar anggota keluarga yang multilingual serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mendorong munculnya akomodasi komunikasi tersebut. Data dalam penelitian ini berupa data percakapan antaranggota keluarga yang multilingual. Pengumpulan data diakukan dengan metode observasi libat cakap dan bebas libat cakap dengan menggunakan teknik dasar sadap kemudian dilanjutkan dengan menerapkan teknik catat. Data dalam penelitian ini dianalisis secara kuantitatif dan hasil analisis disajikan secara formal. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, ditemukan bahwa terdapat proses akomodasi komunikasi yang terjadi dalam percakapan antar anggota keluarga yang multilingual. Akomodasi tersebut bersifat konvergensi maupun divergensi. Secara keseluruhan, akomodasi yang bersifat konvergen lebih sering terjadi jika dibandingkan dengan akomodasi yang bersifat divergen. Akomodasi komunikasi yang terjadi berbeda-beda ditinjau dari segi kelengkapan dan arah akomodasi dengan faktor pendorong yang berbeda-beda pula.Kata kunci: akomodasi komunikasi, percakapan, multilingual

One of the environmental changes that have successfully influenced the world of education universally is the pace of digital technology. In the context of education, the emergence of the concept of developing modern technology based on Internet of Things (IoT) and distance learning, certainly demands the optimization of technological utilization. Islamic Education is a catalyst for cross-generation spiritual literacy developers who should not be ignorant of any changes that occur. Responding to the increasingly unpredictable rate of digital technology, an attitude of awareness needs to be done, one of which is through mainstreaming digital inclusion in learning so that the advancement of digital technology can be restored to its role as a medium to increase the effectiveness of knowledge not as a barrier to the learning process. This study tries to identify several domains from digital inclusion into Islamic Education for higher education through a literature review. Some of the digital inclusion domains detected in this study are social networking, entertainment applications, information search engines, websites, and e-learning. This research is a preliminary analysis of the utilization and involvement of digital technology in the learning of Islamic Education and has produced several information regarding the identification of several digital inclusion domains, accompanied by strategies and techniques of implementation in learning activities. The study also includes academic advice for future studies.

Latar Belakang Masalah : kecenderungan peningkatan remaja dengan status gizi sangat kurus dank urus di Kalimantan Tengan berdasarkan data Riskesdas dapat menimbulkan permasalahan kesehatan, terutama pada remaja putri. Remaja putri menjadi kelompok paling berisiko mengalami kekurangan gizi dan anemia yang dapat mempengaruhi kesehatan reproduksi dan menentukan masa depan generasi selanjutnya. Masyarakat di Desa Tumbang Rungan kebanyakan memiliki social ekonomi menengah kebawah, Pendidikan yang rendah dan fasilitas serta informasi kesehatan yang terbatas rentan akan risiko kesehata. Program Tablet Tambah Darah diwilayah ini baru diaktifkan kembali, sehingga perlu dilakukan analisis kondisi status gizi, anemia dan faktor determinannya seperti status kesehatan dan gaya hidup remaja putri di wilayah ini. Metode Penelitian : penelitian deskriptif analitik secara potong melintang. Sampel diambil dengan purposive sampling pada remaja putri di SMP Satu Atap Tumbang Rungan. Data penelitian meliputi data status gizi (berat badan, tinggi badan, IMT/U), status kesehatan (pemeriksaan hemoglobin, siklus menstruasi) dan gaya hidup (sarapan pagi, asupan protein, aktivitas fisik, prestasi belajar). Hasil: subyek penelitian sebanyak 24 orang mengalami status gizi kurus 8,3%, anemia sebanyak 12,5%. Terdapat hubungan antara status gizi dengan menstruasi (p=0,005). Factor determinan yang berisiko adalah sarapan pagi dan asupan protein yang kurang. Kesimpulan : kejadian gizi kurang dan anemia pada remaja putri di SMp Satu Atap Tumbang Rungan disebabkan factor kebiasaan sarapan pagi dan asupan protein yang tidak memadai.

Analog rice is one of the foods which are made from various kinds of flour that can be alternative rice. Thepurpose of this research was to create and test the characteristics of analog rice made from cassava flourenriched with shrimp proteins. Observation parameters on this research are moisture content, uniformity ofgrain, bulk density, water absorption and color test. The design of this study is using cassava flour and flourshrimpwith composition of each treatmentas follow : A (100 : 0), B (95 : 5), C (92.5 : 7.5),D(90 : 10), E (85 : 15).This study showed that analog rice produced water content of 12.53%- 14.01%, coarse grain diameter 0.95%-6.64%,moderate coarse grain 21.02%- 37.78%and fine grain55.58%- 78. 03%, bulk density from 0.57 to 0.73g/cm3 and water absorption 71.33% - 118.67%. Based on the analysis of variance (ANOVA), the treatment ofanalog rice influences on the nature of analog rice which is uniformity coarse andmedium with an effect on theresult of bulk density. The dominant color of the resulted analog rice is brown.Keywords: Fraction analog rice, Shrimp flourprotein, Cassava flour.

The Covid-19 pandemic has caused major changes in almost all aspects of life, one of which is the education system. Changes in the education system make it difficult for students to receive the material, especially students at the Elementary School and Kindergarten levels, because learning that is usually done conventionally turns into distance-learning or done online, the implementation of which cannot be separated from the use of technology information. This journal aims to examine the role of technology in the implementation of learning during the Covid-19 pandemic, besides that it also examines the challenges of education during the Covid-19 pandemic using descriptive-analytical literature methods. The results and conclusions in this paper show that technology has an important role in the implementation of learning, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic like today. Technology plays a role as a medium in making interactions between educators and students in the implementation of online learning. In addition, technology also plays a role in facilitating educators to deliver learning material so that learning continues even though it is not done face to face. In the implementation of online learning, of course, there are obstacles that become challenges for educations actors, related to academic culture, including values, attitudes, knowledge, skills, and readiness of technology-related facilities and infrastructure. The implementation of literacy and training related to the use of technology can be a solution to facing some of the challenges of online learning during the current Covid-19 pandemic.

Pengaruh Teknologi bagi Pendidikan. Seiring berjalannya waktu teknologi dalam dunia pendidikan mengalami berbagai perkembangan, dimana segala hal sudah memanfaatkan teknologi untuk mempermudah segala pekerjaannya, termasuk dalam dunia Pendidikan seperti sekarang semakin banyaknya sekolah menengah kejuruan yang di bangun itu menjadi bukti bahwa teknologi pendidikan yang ada di Indonesia semakin lama semakin maju, karena sekolah kejuruan mengunakan alat dan media dalam melakukan pembelajaran yang di lakukan disekolah. Teknologi menjadi sebuah alat pendukung yang digunakan dalam pendidikan untuk mempermudah guru dalam mengajar peserta didik dengan hasil yang ingin dicapai. Di masa seperti saat ini sering kita temui adanya penggunaan teknologi dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh seorang pendidik untuk mengajar atau pelajar atau mahasiswa untuk belajar. Namun dalam perkembangan teknologi yang modern ini juga bisa saja tidak hanya berdampak positif bagi pendidikan, tetapi juga membawa dampak negatif pada perubahan perilaku yang di lakukan oleh peserta didik yang bisa merusak norma, aturan pendidikan, dan moral dalam kehidupan sosial.
