This study aimed to find out how the work motivation and performance of employees in the Civil Service Police Unit and the Enrekang District Fire Department and to find out how much influence motivation on the performance of employees in the Office. The method used in this study was a quantitative method using statistical formula to help process data and analyze data obtained from the results of the study by distributing questionnaires / questionnaires as many as 40 questionnaires to 25 Satpol employees and 15 Damkar employees with a total of 40 respondents. This study used a simple linear regression formula to find out whether there was a relationship between motivation and performance, then proceed with the determination coefficient to determine the results of the effects caused. The results showed that motivation had a relatively moderated relationship with employee performance. Based on the analysis results that had been described then Motivational variables significantly influence employee performance variables in the Civil Service Police Unit and Enrekang District Fire Department.

AbstractThis study aims to determine the role of motivation and inhibiting factors in improving the performance of employees at the Bontoramba Village Office. The type of research used is qualitative research methods and the type of research used is descriptive, collecting techniques using observation and interviews. The results of this study indicate that 1) Physical needs in the form of providing office facilities have been met. 2) Security needs, as well as civil servant discipline law at work. 3) social needs from the strength of kinship or friendship and coordination between other agencies in carrying out activities. 4) The need for appreciation, namely the provision of acknowledgment of self-esteem from the Regent. 5) Self-actualization of training or training development according to employee needs. The barrier to motivation is that there are still employees who can't operate computers and lack discipline in work, such as some who don't come on time.Keywords: Motivation, work, employees

This study aims to determine the development of CBT in Bissoloro Tourism Village, Gowa Regency and to determine whether there is an influence on visitor interest. The research approach used is descriptive verification. By using data collection techniques through questions given to visitors in the form of questionnaires, also through CBT development documentation. Based on the results of research related to the development of CBT on visitor interest, the following results are obtained: Optimization of CBT-based tourism in the Bissoloro tourist area is included in the quite optimal category. Where each variable assessed is the economic, social, cultural, political and environmental aspects and the highest aspect is the environment. The visitor interest variable is included in the quite optimal category. Where each variable assessed includes attractions, comfort, facilities, infrastructure and accommodation and the highest aspect is accommodation.

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the level of community satisfaction with administrative services at the Duampanua sub-district office, Pinrang Regency. The method in this research uses quantitative research methods with descriptive research type. The data obtained was then analyzed using simple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that the analysis of the service quality variable is in the very good category with an average of 84.6 and the analysis of the community satisfaction variable is in the very good category with an average score of 86.26. Based on the results of a simple linear regression test, it shows that the service quality variable has an effect of 0.96% on community satisfaction with a significant value of 0.000 at the Duampanua sub-district office, Pinrang Regency.

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the development of the state civil apparatus in improving the quality of work of employees at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of North Luwu Regency. This type of research is qualitative by using descriptive type. Collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of bureaucratic responsiveness in the Population and Civil Registry Office of Enrekang Regency can be said to have been implemented well, this is in accordance with data showing that the implementation of bureaucratic responsiveness in the Regency Population and Civil Registry Office Enrekang is in the high category. There is an important aspect that needs to be considered, namely the aspect of placing service users as customers whose interests must always be prioritized. Keywords: Job promotion, work motivation

This study aims to: determine service management at the Secretariat Office of the Enrekang Regency Council, determine the performance of employees at the Enrekang Regency Council Secretariat Office, and determine the effect of service management on employee performance at the Enrekang Regency Council Secretariat Office. Data collection using a questionnaire that was distributed to 50 employees. The data analysis used descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: service management was in good category with performance appraisal as the most prominent aspect, employee performance was in good category with the most prominent aspect of responsibility and service management had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Enrekang Regency Council Secretariat office. Thus, the higher the service management provided, the higher the employee's performance. Through performance, it is known the level of achievement of the results that have been achieved, or it will be known how far the implementation of tasks has been carried out. This study purposed to determine the effect of supervision on the prevention of drug abuse in the Baddoka National Narcotics Agency Makassar City and focused on drug abuse control in the Baddoka National Narcotics Agency Rehabilitation Center Makassar City. This study used a quantitative sample of 53 people by using saturated sampling so that the total number of employees was sampled. Data were collected by using a questionnaire instrument. The data was analyzed quantitatively using simple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that the influence of supervision of drug abuse prevention at the National Narcotics Agency Baddoka Makassar Rehabilitation Agency, there was a significant influence between control and drug control. Therefore, the hypothesis in the study was accepted because it was supported by the significance value. Furthermore supervision of the employee was also influenced by direct and indirect supervision techniques.

This study purposed to determine and analyze the effect of compensation on the performance of honorary staff in the Makassar city education office. This type of research was a descriptive study using quantitative methods and approaches that described compensation for the performance of honorary staff in the Makassar city education office. The population in this study was 157 people with a sample of 50 people. Then the analysis techniques used by researchers were descriptive statistical analysis techniques and simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study showed that compensation had a positive and significant effect on the performance of honorary staff, with an Adjusted R Square coefficient of 0.630 meaning that 63.0% of compensation affected the performance of honorary staff in the education office in Makassar.

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the respondents' responses to the influence of education on employee performance at the Pangkep District Education Office. The type of research used is quantitative research with descriptive research type. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample with the measurement of the research instrument, namely; likert's scale. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis techniques and simple regression analysis techniques with the help of SPSS software applications.Based on the results of research with descriptive statistical analysis, the results of respondents' responses were 88.20% which showed that the level of education in the assessment was very good and respondents' responses to employee performance obtained results of 88.5% which showed that the performance of employees at the Pangkep Regency Education Office was classified as very good. The results of the regression equation can be interpreted based on the t value, it is known that the t value is 60,612 t table 2,024, so it can be concluded that the education level variable (X) has an effect on employee performance (Y) at the Pangkep Regency Education Office.Keywords: Education, Performance, Employees

This study purposed to de termine how employee performance and its influence on patient satisfaction in Labuang Baji Makassar.hospital.data collection techniques were observation and questionnaire.data analysis tecniques used descriptive analytical techniques and simple linear regression analysis techniques.the population in the study was the patients of Labuang Baji Makassar Hospital as many as 65 patients and 5 representatives in each poly.With drawal samples using nonprobability sampling technique with a sample size of 40 people.Based on the results of statistical analysis of the model summary table showed that the magnitude of the correlation value or the relationship (R) of 0.790.independent variable or employee (X) s performance on the dependent variable satisfaction y was shown by the adjusted (R) Square value of 0.614.it meant that 61% of the influence of the independent variable or employee (X) s performance on the dependent variable vatient (Y) sarisfaction in Labuang Baji Makassar Hospital also from the results of the output was in a good level.
