This research aims to know how Javanese language faces the progressof times. The presence of social media as a new medium in communicating demands Javanese language to make adjustments. One form of adjustment of Javanese language can be seen through the interface display of Javanese-language Facebook that fullof internet terms. This research examines how Javanese language creates and matches the Internet terms contained in the interface display of Javanese-language Facebook. This research uses a qualitative method that describes the findings obtained from the glossary of Javanese-language Facebook. The results of this research indicate that the term-matching on the interface display of Javanese-languageFacebook is mostly done by loan, not by translation or creating the term of internet in Javanese language. It proves that Javanese language is open and flexible to foreign influences. This is the characteristic that causes Javanese language to live and survive for centuries until now. Total Quality Management (TQM) is a management concept that prioritizes customer satisfaction. In establishing the basic principles on the implementation of TQM, many different experts and literature. Implementation of TQM in the public sector that is not profit oriented, do not have to adopt all elements of TQM to achieve optimum performance and customer satisfaction. Most important is a breakthrough and a strong commitment especially from the leadership to achieve the goals set. Sragen establish Integrated Service Unit Poverty (UPTPK), which combines all the services of poverty of all the Agency / Department under one roof. Services in UPTPK also become easier with the support of Information Systems Web-based Poverty Reduction. On June 23, 2015, UPTPK received an award from the United Nations as a Second Public Service category in the Asia Pacific region. Mother facing a period of menopause will experience problems physiologically psychological and like sweating nocturnal, dryness of vagina resulting pain in bone when correlating sexual, worries and less self confidence. Sigh is not balmy when correlating deductible sexual by giving intervention of treatment appropriate causing can increase quality of life at menopause mother. Intention of this study is to know massage effectivity with aromatherapy frangipani to comfort of the relation of sexual at menopause mother. 40 responders involved in this research consisted of 20 responders at group of intervention and 20 responders at group of control. This research applies method quasi experiment of type pre and post test with group control. Result is showing existence of difference having a meaning balmy taste when correlating sexual at group of intervention at before and after intervention (p < 0,0005). From result of research is recommended by massage with aromatherapy frangipani to health officer in public and clinic climaterium as part of treatment upbringing as a mean to increases comfort of the relation of sexual at menopause mother.

Pasien yang dilakukan pembedahan hampir seluruhnya mengalami nyeri. Nyeri yang dialami oleh pasien pasca pembedahan dapat mempengaruhi kestabilan hemodinamik dan dapat mssenurunkan imunitas tubuh sehingga mengganggu proses penyembuhan. Tujuan dari karya akhir ilmiah ini adalah untuk memberikan gambaran penerapan teori keperawatan Comfort Kolcaba dan pendekatan Family Centered Care dalam mengatasi nyeri pada anak pasca pembedahan laparatomi. Penerapan teori comfort dalam melakukan asuhan keperawatan pada pasien pasca pembedahan dapat meningkatkan kepuasan keluarga dan efektif menurunkan nyeri pada pasien nyeri yang dipengaruhi faktor kecemasan. Aplikasi teori comfort yang ada belum menggunakan ceklist comfort karena perawatan difokuskan pada masalah nyeri sehingga evaluasi yang dipilih menggunakan skala nyeri FLACC dan VAS. Teori comfort dapat diaplikasikan terutamapada pasien yang mengalami nyeri ringan dan pasien dengan peningkatan skala nyeri yang dipengaruhi kecemasan.

The study attempts at discussing the quality management with the Quality Management System (SMM) ISO 9001:2015 applied in the Arabic Language Education. The discussion was focused on elaborating seven principles of SMM ISO 9001: 2015, containing customer focus, leadership, engagement of people, process approach, continuous improvement, evidence-based decision making and management relationship. The quality management is expected to assist the Arabic language education to create quality, process and graduates who are well-prepared to compete both in the national and international levels. As a part of the process, the SMM ISO 9001:2015-based quality management elucidates a comprehensive guidance for the Arabic Language Education departments to continuously improve their system to fulfil the customer and the user satisfaction. Seen from the result, SMM ISO 9001:2015 can assist the educational institutions to produce graduates who are productive, capable and competitive in the national as well as global levels.

The increasingly business competition is now fully realized by micro small and medium enterprises (MSME). Business actors continue to strive to innovation strategies on the products they offer to consumers, so that their products have high competitiveness and remain capable of being the choice of consumers. A new phenomenon in the marketing world is the concept of green marketing. Green marketing campaign program in Indonesia is shown from the development of environmentally friendly products (green products). Marketers carry out promotion of these green products through the most effective form of promotion by using green advertising. This study aims to examine whether green product and green advertising partially have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions on product consumers.Population this study all MSME product consumers in Purworejo and had seen MSME product advertisements, while the sample used was 120 respondents with a purposive sampling technique. Data collection in this study used a questionnaire filled out by those who met the research sample requirements. The questionnaire was tested and met the validity and reliability requirements. Data analysis uses multiple regression and hypothesis testing. The results of multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing indicate that the green product variable has a positive effect and significant green advertising has a positive and not significant effect on purchasing decisions partially. The main problem in public service particularly health care service is the public’s increasing demand for better quality of service. Therefore, hospitals as one of the means of health care providers should be able to increase public satisfaction. This is important to win the trust of patients and/or families of patients who come for treatment. The lack of patients’ satisfaction in the quality of service in hospitals in Indonesia contributes to the Indonesians’ choice of medical treatment abroad. Therefore, the study aims to determine the influence of quality ofservices provided by the hospital toward patients’ satisfaction. This quantitative research surveyed patients in Hospital Y in Padang city using questionnaire as a research instrument. The population is all the patients and/or families of patients who are served in the hospital during the data collection in the month of May to August 2014. A sample of 100 people was selected using accidental sampling. The collected data were analyzed using frequencies, percentages and averages using SPSS version16 for windows. Simple linear regression analysis technique was used for data analysis. Location of the study was a private hospital located in the city of Padang, West Sumatra Province, which in this research is referred as privatehospital Y. The results of this study indicates that there is a significant relation between the quality of service to the citizen satisfaction with the regression equation Y = 44.967 + 2.612 X with value of correlation (r) = 0.760, and the influence of quality of service to the public satisfaction in 57.8%. Then the results Achievement Level Respondents (TCR) in the quality of public services obtained a value of 74.8% with quite good category and to the satisfaction of the public to the TCR value of 75.3%with quite good category. It shows the quality of care in hospitals Y must be improved in order to obtain an increase in user satisfaction of the people who became his services. Based on the research findings, researchers suggest the hospital’s policy makers to prioritize the presence of doctors, particularly their punctuality during scheduled appointment as listed in the announcement board. Moreover, the patients expect the doctors to provide sufficient time to explain the diagnosis of the patients based on their examination.KEYWORDS: Quality of Public Services, Public Satisfaction, Private Hospital

Perkembangan teknologi dapat mendukung segala aspek kehidupan termasuk juga sektor pertanian. Tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa pemilihan bibit yang baik dan perawatan tanaman yang baik, seperti intefikasi pertanian. Intefikasi pertanian terdiri dari pengolahan tanah yang baik dan pengairan yang teratur.tanaman cabai memiliki pertumbuhan yang sangat payah. Untuk tumbuh baik tanaman cabai harus memiliki kadar air pada tanah yang seimbang. Tugas akhir ini membahas tentang pengontrolan kelembaban tanah pada tanaman cabai. Pada tugas akhir ini di buat sebuah alat pengontrolan kelembaban tanah sekaligus penyiram tanaman otomatis. Pompa air sebagai penyiram tanaman cabai. Sistem kerja penyiram tanaman cabai ini secara otomatis menyesuaikan kondisi kelembaban tanah yang terpantau. Untuk melihat hasil dari monitoring kelembaban tanah dapat dilihat pada tampilan LCD.

Sharing knowledge is one of important elements in academic libraries. The activity uses ICT to inform one another. Most academic libraries in Indonesia, supporting infrastructures and reward are the main factor to conduct the activity. The implementation of such activity, especially in academic libraries, has resulted some beneficial both for librarians and its users. Motivation is considered as one of important aspects in sharing knowledge. By having supporting facilities or infrastructures, the activity can run smoothly and properly.
