Educational planning is an integrated process, which will be achieved if all parties related to the field, both government and society, have the same understanding in preparing integrated planning. This condition requires each planning unit to have human resources for planning who understand the substance of educational development and have the ability to prepare educational planning based on the conditions of each region and in accordance with structured, systematic development planning, and refer to the planning system in accordance with central government policies. The main objective of this training is to improve the technical competence of educational planning managers so that they are able to understand policies related to the basics of educational planning, statistics in educational planning, education sector diagnosis and projection techniques and simulation models in educational planning and make follow-up plans as a reference in carrying out their duties and functions as educational planners in their work units. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the competence of human resources for educational planners at the regional level. One strategy is to carry out Educational Planning Training in collaboration between local governments and local universities

One of the efforts to improve the quality of education is planning according to the needs of the school. The education unit has an education report card in which there is information about quality indicators based on the National Assessment (AN) which is carried out every year where the results of the AN are described in the education report card which contains the report of the education unit as a whole starting from Numeracy Literacy, Instructional Leadership of school principals, educators and education personnel, and learning environment etc. Education units in Nusa Tenggara Province in general and in Mataram City in particular have implemented data-based planning (PBD), but it is not optimal because the program is relatively new. In the education report card, there are recommendations that are referred to as the preparation of the School Activity Plan and Budget (RKAS) in which there is a priority scale of recommended programs/activities such as improving teacher competence, increasing literacy and numeracy, strengthening character education and structuring the school environment. Through Community Service (PKM), in this case to junior high school education units, socialization programs/activities are needed through workshops with the theme of data-based planning.

This research aims to determine whether education level influences entrepreneurial spirit in uekambuno village, Ulubongka subdistrict, Tojo Una-UnaRegrency, Central Sulawesi Province. This research employs a quantitative approach with an explanatory research method. The data used are primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to the community in Uekambuno Village, Ulunongka Subdistrict, Tojo Una-Una Regency, and Central Sulawesi Province. A sample of 30 respondents was drawn. The data analysis technique involutes simple linear regression. The results indicate an influence of educational level on entrepreneurial spirit in Uekambuno village, Ulubongka sub-district, Tojo Una-Una regency, Central Sulawesi Province. The education level influences the entrepreneurial spirit by 23.9%, while unexamined variables influence the remaining 76.1%.

This study aims to determine the effect of implementing school introduction and orientation toward students’ teaching ability in the class of 2018, Economic Education Departement, Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. This research uses a quantitative approach and explanatory research methods by taking primary data from the distribution of questionnaires to students in Economic Education, Class of 2018, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. The number of sampling in this study is 43 respodents, and the data analysis technique uses simple linear regression. The result show that school introduction and orientation influence the teaching ability of students in the class of 2018 Economic Education Departemen, Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. The influence amount reaches 40.6%, and the rest unexamined variabels influence 59.4%.

This research aims to understand the correlation between three main factors, namely workload, skill level, and worker motivation in carrying out their duties at the Regional Research and Development Agency of East Tanjung Jabung Regency. The focus of this research is to evaluate the impact of competency and workload on work motivation through analysis of employee performance in the institution. The research method used was a combination of quantitative and descriptive verification approaches, using path analysis techniques and involving 65 respondents as samples. The results of the research show that the competency and motivation of employees in the Balitbangda of East Tanjung Jabung Regency have a very high level, while the workload is considered very appropriate, and employee performance is considered high. These findings support the research premise. The analysis states that the combination of skills and workload has a significant influence on employee motivation. Motivation is also slightly influenced by competence and workload. Employee performance is identified as a variable that is significantly influenced by competency and workload. In addition, it was found that there was a partial and statistically significant relationship between competency and workload and employee performance. Motivation was also proven to have a significant influence on employee performance. Overall, the analysis shows that the performance of employees at Balitbangda East Tanjung Jabung Regency is influenced by a combination of competency, workload and motivation. The direct influence reached 35.6%, while the indirect and total influence were 11.8% and 47.4% respectively.

This study aims to determine: 1) Is there an influence of Organizational Culture on the work effectiveness of the employees of the Kerinci Merangin Hydro Hydroelectric Power Plant, how much is the effect partially? ?, 3) Is there any influence of Work Facilities on the work effectiveness of the employees of the Kerinci Merangin Hydro Hydro Power Plant and how much of the effect is partially? big effect simultaneously? The research methodology used is descriptive qualitative and descriptive quantitative approaches. The research results are; 1) partially, there is an influence of Organizational Culture on the work effectiveness of the employees of the Kerinci Merangin Hydro Hydroelectric Power Plant, 2) partially, there is an influence between the work ability of the employees of the Kerinci Merangin Hydro Hydroelectric Power Plant, 3). Partially, there is no influence of facilities on the work effectiveness of the employees of the Kerinci Merangin Hydro Hydro Power Plant, 4) Simultaneously, there is the influence of organizational culture, ability and work facilities simultaneously on the work effectiveness of the employees of the Kerinci Merangin Hydro Hydro Power Plant.

Abstract: This study aims to describe the application of geogebra-assisted inquiry learning to improve student learning outcomes on integral material. This type of research is classroom action research (CAR). The subjects in this study were 36 students of class XI IPA-1 SMA Negeri 4 Bojonegoro. This research was conducted in two cycles. The results of this study are the application of inquiry learning to students of class XI IPA-1 SMA Negeri 4 Bojonegoro integral material with the help of geogebra can: (1) increase student learning outcomes by 4.5 points, namely in the first cycle the class average value is 68.3 and increased in the second cycle with a class average of 72.8; and (2) an increase in completeness between the first and second cycles by 8.4%, namely completeness in the first cycle by 69.4% and an increase in the second cycle by 77.8%. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan penerapan pembelajaran inkuiri berbantuan geogebra untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada materi integral. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 36 peserta didik kelas XI IPA-1 SMA Negeri 4 Bojonegoro. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Hasil penelitian ini adalah penerapan pembelajaran inkuiri pada peserta didik kelas XI IPA-1 SMA Negeri 4 Bojonegoro materi integral dengan berbantuan geogebra dapat: (1) meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik sebesar 4,5 poin yaitu pada siklus pertama nilai rerata kelas 68,3 dan meningkat pada siklus kedua dengan nilai rerata kelas 72,8; dan (2) adanya peningkatan ketuntasan antara siklus pertama dan siklus kedua sebesar 8,4% yaitu ketuntasan pada siklus pertama sebesar 69,4% dan meningkat pada siklus kedua sebesar 77,8%.

Kajian ini menganalisis pemberdayaan petani lebah madu hutan di Kawasan Taman Nasional Danau Sentarum (TNDS) dengan studi kasus di Desa Vega. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan program pemberdayaan, pelatihan dan pendampingan telah mendorong peningkatan kapasitas belajar, kapasitas berorganisasi, dan kapasitas berusaha. Kapasitas belajar petani meningkat terlihat dari kemauan belajar, mencoba cara baru dan menerapkannya sehingga terjadi perubahan cara budidaya dan panen madu dengan lebih memperhatikan kelestarian kawasan TNDS. Kapasitas berorganisasi dijelaskan dengan munculnya insiatif para petani lebah untuk membentuk organisasi yang mengkoordinir kelompok-kelompok petani, membuat kesepakatan yang mengatur tata cara budidaya lebah mulai dari persiapan hingga panen lestari; membeli madu produksi petani, menjaga kestabilan harga jual madu, dan memasarkan madu. Kapasitas berusaha dibuktikan dengan jalinan kerja sama kelompok petani dengan berbagai mitra yang membantu membuka jaringan pemasaran; sistem pengelolaan budidaya lebah madu, dan pengawasan mutu produk. Masalah yang dialami petani antara lain pola cuaca yang sulit diprediksi, pasang surut air sungai yang menyulitkan akses ke lokasi budidaya; jangkauan pemasaran dalam skala lokal; serta harga jual yang tidak stabil. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar komunitas peternak lebah menjalin komunikasi dan kerjasama dengan berbagai pihak untuk mendorong peningkatan mutu dan memperluas pemasaran madu.Kata kunci: pemberdayaan; penguatan kapasitas; petani lebah madu

Sarana pembelajaran merupakan salah satu sumber daya yang penting dan utama dalam menunjang proses pembelajaran di sekolah, untuk itu perlu dilakukan peningkatan dalam penggunaan dan pengelolaannya, agar tujuan yang diharapkan dapat tercapai. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan peran kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu sarana pembelajaran di SMP Islam Al Mujahidin Tempos. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif yang menggambarkan kembali data-data yang telah terkumpul mengenai strategi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu guru. Pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan tiga alur kegiatan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian diperoleh peningkatan mutu sarana pembelajaran SMP Islam Al Mujahidin adalah baik dengan alasan sebagai berikut: (a) sarana pembelajaran memadai dengan beberapa fasilitas pembelajaran berupa LCD Proyektor, Laboraturium IPA dan Laboraturium Komputer; (b) Pendekatan yang di lakukan oleh kepala sekolah, guru tidak merasa segan untuk menyampaikan saran dan berbicara langsung dengan kepala sekolah mengenai kebutuhan dalam proses pembelajaran; (c) Kepala sekolah terjun langsung dalam pengontrolan pembangunan prasarana sekolah bersama dengan wakil kepala sekolah beserta koordinator bidang sarana dan prasarana. Kesimpulannya, peran kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu dan sarana pembelajaran sudah terlaksana dengan baik di SMP Islam Al Mujahidin

The purpose of the research was to know the Jigsaw learning model can enhance on VII grade students’ cognitive learning outcomes in reading comprehension at SMPN 1 Praya Barat. It was participant classroom action research. It was done in two cycles. Each cycle consisted of planning, action, observation, and reflection stages. Subject of the research was 32 students. Instruments used were students' test, students' and teacher’s activities used observation sheets, at the end of each cycle. The research findings show that implementation of Jigsaw learning model can improve students' cognitive competence. Percentage of students' classical achievement in cognitive competence improves time by time. In pre-cycle, the percentage is 46% (not enough), in cycle I is 50% (not enough) and in cycle II is 92% (very good). Meanwhile, percentage of students' Activity also improves. In pre-cycle, the percentage is 52% (enough), in cycle I is 64% (good) and in cycle II is 80% (very good). From the finding, it proves that the implementation of Jigsaw learning model can improve students' cognitive competence and Activity in class VII of SMPN 1 Praya Barat
