The incidence of HIV/AIDS is still high and continues to increase. The Indonesian Ministry of Health's report on P2P in 2019 in Indonesia was 50,282 HIV cases and 7,036 AIDS cases. West Sumatra is ranked 19th regarding the highest number of HIV cases with 541 HIV cases and 258 AIDS cases. The HIV incidence rate in Padang City in 2019 was 287 cases. The aim of this research is to determine the role of bundo kanduang and religious scholars in controlling HIV/AIDS. This research uses quantitative cross-sectional methods. The research will be conducted in Padang City, Payakumbuh City, Fifty Cities Regency, Bukitinggi City and Pasaman Regency in West Sumatra Province with a sample size of 104 people. The research was conducted from August 2021 to December 2022. The research procedures that will be carried out are data collection, data analysis and data interpretation. Data was collected using a questionnaire with data sources namely primary and secondary data. Data were analyzed computerized using SPSS version 25, univariate and bivariate. The results of the research obtained information that there was a relationship between the role of biological mother (p-value = 0.001) and religious ulama (p-value = 0.000) with HIV/AIDS risk behavior. Based on statistical results, information was obtained that there is a relationship between biological parents and religious scholars with HIV/AIDS risk behavior. It is hoped that the West Sumatra government will again increase the role of community leaders by involving community leaders in preparing plans to control HIV/AIDS in the community.

Untuk meningkatkan profesionalitas guru, MGMP adalah salah satu organisasi profesi. Dalam konteks reintegrasi, sangat penting untuk mempertimbangkan bagaimana mengubah atau mengaktifkan kembali setelah perubahan situasi atau kebijakan tertentu, seperti kurikulum Merdeka Belajar. Pembelajaran berbasis SMART Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, dan Time-bound harus didukung melalui penyesuaian kembali agenda, fokus, dan strategi kolaboratif. Institusi pendidikan memiliki kemampuan untuk secara signifikan meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran dan pembelajaran melalui pelatihan dan workshop yang terus-menerus dan komprehensif. Selain itu, mereka dapat mempersiapkan guru untuk menghadapi tuntutan pembelajaran yang berubah dan perkembangan teknologi di era Merdeka Belajar. Dari 54 peserta pelatihan, ada peningkatan kemampuan untuk membuat dan membuat evaluasi berbasis SMART. Hasil pendampingan dan portofolio yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan hal ini.

Banyak guru masih belum sepenuhnya memahami konsep literasi global dan bagaimana memasukkannya ke dalam kurikulum dan pendekatan pembelajaran mereka. Keterbatasan ini dapat disebabkan oleh berbagai hal, seperti kurangnya pelatihan guru dalam literasi global yang memadai, kekurangan sumber daya yang relevan, dan tekanan dari kurikulum yang sudah ada. Pendekatan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dan pendampingan digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan kegiatan PKMLN, yaitu mengatasi masalah yang ada di mitra. Di Sekolah Indonesia Riyadh (SIR), Arab Saudi, 35 guru dari berbagai mata pelajaran terlibat dalam kegiatan ini. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta membuat rencana dan menilai sesuai dengan kriteria Kurikulum Merdeka. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa para peserta tidak hanya memiliki kompetensi guru yang memadai, tetapi juga menunjukkan komitmen yang kuat terhadap melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawab sebagai guru dalam kurikulum merdeka.

Pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek merupakan pelayanan yang bertanggungjawab kepada setiap pelanggan yang melakukan transaksi di apotek dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas kesehatan pasien. Pelayanan kefarmasian yang berkualitas berpotensi memotivasi keputusan pembelian di Apotek. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dapat melihat hubungan tingkat kualitas pelayanan kefarmasian dengan keputusan pembelian pelanggan di Apotek Askia Bogor. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan memberikan kuesioner kepada 99 sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dalam pengambilan datanya. Data dianalisis dengan uji korelasi Somers’d. Data hasil uji Somers’d menunjukkan nilai p-value 0,017<0,05 yang mengindikasikan terdapat hubungan signifikan antara tingkat kualitas pelayanan kefarmasian dengan keputusan pembelian pelanggan di Apotek Askia Bogor. Nilai koefisiensi Somers’d sebesar 0,249 mendeskripsikan keeratan hubungan yang rendah dan searah.

Sejalan dengan perkembangan zaman modern saat ini teknologi semakin berkembang dan canggih, hal tersebut membuat banyak masyarakat yang memanfaatkan teknologi sebagai penyalur hobi hingga mata pencaharian. Pentingnya hak cipta bagi ekonomi suatu negara, terutama dalam perdagangan, menjadikan perlindungan hak cipta menjadi hal yang sangat krusial. Baik di tingkat nasional maupun internasional, pada bulan September 1990 di Jenewa, disepakati mengenai masalah ini melalui Intellectual Property in Business Briefing yang dikenal sebagai TRIPs (Trade Related Aspect of Intellectual Property Rights). Banyak remaja saat ini menggunakan teknologi untuk menciptakan komik dalam format digital. Akan tetapi, sisi lain dari perkembangan ini adalah bahwa komik digital menjadi lebih rentan untuk disalin oleh orang lain tanpa izin. Hal ini berdampak pada pencipta komik digital yang mengalami kerugian baik dari segi ekonomi maupun moral. Maraknya penjiplakan atau tindakan tracing yang dilakukan dikalangan ilustrator atau pencipta itu sendiri, yang mana seharusnya pencipta harus menciptakan karya atau ciptaan berdasarkan pemikirannya sendiri dan bukan menjiplak karya milih orang lain. Perlindungan hukum kepada illustrator terhadap tindakan tracing melalui aplikasi Line Webtoon dijamin oleh pemerintah dengan adanya Undang-Undang Hak Cipta karena gambar digital sendiri termasuk kedalam objek yang dilindungi hak cipta. Serta apabila terdapat sengketa mengenai tindakan tracing tersebut dapat diselesaikan dengan cara litigasi maupun non litigasi, namun khusus sengketa atau konflik di dalam Line Webtoon, maka akan menggunakan cara mediasi. Hospitalization experienced by a child is an orchestrated process or crisis requiring the child to remain in the hospital to undergo therapeutic treatment until he recovers. Feelings of anxiety are one of the impacts of the hospitalization process that children may experience when they are faced with stressors in the hospital environment and to reduce the impact of anxiety due to hospitalization on children, it is important to provide media that allows them to express their feelings of anxiety. One effective method is play therapy. Origami play therapy games are considered more effective in reducing anxiety and are suitable for ages 3-6 years. Applying nursing care to hospitalized children aged 3-6 years who experience anxiety by providing origami play therapy. The design of this scientific work uses a descriptive analysis design with a case study approach. The results of the intervention before and after providing origami play therapy showed that origami play therapy had an effect on reducing anxiety levels in hospitalized children aged 3-6 years. Origami play therapy has been proven to help reduce the level of anxiety in children who are hospitalized

Latar Belakang: Asam urat merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan pada lansia yang memiliki dampak besar terhadap aktifitas lansia. Lansia sering mengalami gangguan aktifitas karena tingginya kadar asa urat darah mereka. Tingkat pengetahuan lansia tentang penyakit asam urat perlu ditingkatkan untuk meningkatkan angka harapan hidup pada lansia. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas pendidikan kesehatan tentang asam urat terhadap tingkat pengetahuan lansia. Metode Penelitian:Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah lansia sebanyak 24 orang di Dusun Lemahbang Desa Lemahbang Kecamatan Kismantoro. Teknik Sampling yang digunakan adalah Purposive scampling. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 5 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. .Data dianalisis dengan tabel frekuensi. Hasil: Hasil penelitian didapatkan tingkat pengetahuan informan sebelum tindakan pada kategori kurang sebanyak 3 orang dan pada kategori cukup sebanyak 2 orang. Tingkat pengetahuan informan setelah tindakan pada kategori baik sebanyak 4 orang dan kategori cukup 1 orang. Tingkat pengetahuan seluruh responden mengalami kenaikan setelah dilakukan pendidikan kesehatan. Kesimpulan: Kesimpulan penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa Pendidikan Kesehatan tentang Asam Urat dapat meningkatkan tingkat pengetahuan lansia. Kesadaran lansia untuk mengontrol asam urat dengan pemeriksaan kesehatan secara rutin dan berkala perlu ditingkatkan agar status kesehatan lansia terjaga dengan baik. ABSTRACTBackground: Gout was one of the health problems in the elderly that has a major impact on the activities of the elderly. The elderly often experience impaired activity due to high levels of uric acid in their blood. The level of knowledge of the elderly about gout needs to be improved to increase life expectancy in the elderly. Objective: This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of health education about gout on the level of knowledge of the elderly. Method: This study is a qualitative descriptive study with a case study approach. The population in this study were 24 elderly people in Lemahbang Village, Kismantoro District. The sampling technique used was Purposive scampling. The sample of this study was 5 people. The instrument used was a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using a frequency table. Results: The results of the study showed that the level of knowledge of informants before the action was in the less category as many as 3 people and in the sufficient category as many as 2 people. The level of knowledge of informants after the action was in the good category as many as 4 people and in the sufficient category 1 person. The level of knowledge of all respondents increased after healtheducation was carried out. Conclusion: The conclusion of this study states that Health Education about Gout can increase the level of knowledge of the elderly. Elderly awareness to control uric acid with regular and periodic health checks needs to be increased so that the health status of the elderly is well maintained.

The cheerful gymnastics activity held at PPDK Changlun, Traditional Village, is a program designed to improve the gross motor skills of children with special needs. Through a series of fun and easy-to-follow movements, this program aims to help children develop body coordination, balance and muscle strength. This cheerful exercise is carried out with a positive and inclusive approach, accommodating the special needs of each child. A cheerful and enthusiastic atmosphere makes children feel comfortable and motivated to participate actively. The results show high enthusiasm from the children, which can be seen from their enthusiasm in following every movement and their enthusiasm for interacting with their friends. This program has proven effective in motivating children to move, learn and build self-confidence. Cheerful gymnastics at PPDK Changlun is a fun place for children with special needs to develop their motor skills, improve physical and mental well-being, and build positive social relationships. It is hoped that this program can become an example for similar programs in other places, and will continue to be developed to achieve more optimal results.

The physiological process of menstruation, which happens periodically in women, has been impacted by reproductive hormones, specifically progesterone and estrogen. Dysmenorrhea, or pain during menstruation, is one of the issues with teenage reproductive health during that time. The purpose of the research was to identify the variables associated with primary dysmenorrhea. This type of study was quantitative, with an analytic survey method and a cross-sectional approach in which the research data used primary data This study used 72 samples to represent the population of female junior high school students. The chi-square test was the data source. The study's findings a correlation between primary dysmenorrhea and physical activity (p value 0.005), menarche age (p value 0.033), and nutritional status (p value 0.044). The incidence of primary dysmenorrhea among female students at SMP Negeri 2 Mesuji in 2023 was shown to be correlated with physical activity, age at menarche, and dietary status. Adolescents should take responsibility for the key modifiable dysmenorrhea causes, like exercise routines and nutritional status, by learning more and adopting a healthy lifestyle.

Learning science in elementary schools still carried out conventionally which results in the lack of problem solving abilities in students. NHT and TPS are a kinds of methods that can support students’ problem solving abilities. This study was conducted to analysis the differences in students' science problem-solving abilities between the application of NHT and TPS learning materials for class IV public schools. This research was conducted in the form of experimental research using Quasy Experimental Design. The design used is Non Equivalent Control Group Posttest Design. The population in this study were 58 students in class IV. Sampling was carried out using a saturated sample technique in class IV A with a total of 28 students as experimental class I (NHT) and Class IV B with a total of 30 students being treated with TPS. The data collection technique used a test in the form of a posttest. These results indicate that there are dissimilarities or differences between the problem-solving abilities of fourth-grade students in experimental class I (NHT) and practical class II (TPS), especially in sound material. The NHT model that is applied has more influence on students' problem-solving abilities in the teaching and learning process compared to the TPS model.
