Manajemen sekolah akan efektif dan efisien apabila didukung oleh sumber daya manusia yang profesional untuk mengoperasikan sekolah dengan kurikulum yang sesuai dengan tingkat perkembangan dan karakteristik siswa, kemampuan dan commitment (tanggung jawab terhadap tugas) tenaga kependidikan yang handal, dan semuanya itu didukung sarana-prasarana yang memadai untuk mendukung kegiatan belajar-mengajar, dana yang cukup untuk menggaji staf sesuai dengan fungsinya, serta partisipasi masyarakat yang tinggi. Bila salah satu hal diatas tidak sesuai dengan yang diharapkan atau tidak berfungsi sebagaimana mestinya, maka efektivitas dan efisiensi pengelolaan sekolah kurang optimal. Pelaksanaan administrasi peralatan dan perlengkapan sudah merupakan pekerjaan rutin dan orang-orang di hadapkan kesukaran-kesukaran yang kurang berarti, namun untuk penyempurnaan pekerjaan para ahli menyarankan beberapa pedoman pelaksanaan administrasinya, sbb: 1. Hendaknya kepala sekolah sebagai administrator tidak terlalu menyibukkan dirinya secara langsung dengan urusan pelaksanaan administrasi peralatan dan perlengkapan pengajaran. 2. Melakukan sisi pencatatan yang tepat sehingga mudah di kerjakan, 3. Administrasi peralatan dan perlengkapan pengajaran harus senantiasa ditinjau dari segi pelayanan untuk turut memperlancar pelaksanaan program pengajaran.

Pendidikan yang diberikan orang tua kepada anak dengan menggunakan cara yang komunikatif tanpa adanya kekerasan. Kekerasan merupakan pendidikan yang tidak dianjurkan dalam agama. Kekerasan adalah perilaku yang dapat menyebabkan keadaan perasaan atau badan menjadi tidak nyaman. Jenis penelitian ini adalah studi kepustakaan yaitu menganalisa data yang telah diperoleh melalui surat kabar, jurnal serta buku-buku tentang pendidikan anak dalam keluarga. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode kepustakaan. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan mengumpulkan buku-buku, jurnal-jurnal, dan hasil penelitian lainnya. Analisa data dengan cara analisis isi (Content Analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mendidik anak dengan cara kekerasan akan tidak efektif. Dilihat dari kacamata Pendidikan Islam, pendidikan dengan kekerasan bukanlah pendidikan yang dianjurkan oleh Allah dan Rasul- Nya. Pendidikan melalui kekerasan dapat dikategorikan menjadi dua yaitu kekerasan verbal dan kekerasan non verbal (kekerasan psikologis dan fisik). Konsep pendidikan anak tanpa kekerasan dapat dilakukan dengan memahami arti anak sesungguhnya dan mencintainya karena Allah SWT., samakan pandangan orangtua, selalu mendoakan kebaikan kepada anak, mendidik dengan keteladanan, menasehati melalui perkataan yang baik, menjalin komunikasi yang baik antara orangtua dan anak

Disruptive environmental changes make many organizations have no other choice but to transform. Forms of change that are incremental in nature such as improvements, innovations, and services. Hospitals need to make fundamental and radical changes in transformation. Hospitals are also required to carry out service transformations that enable patients to continue to receive health services. The purpose of this literature study is to find out more about the role of human resources in the organizational transformation process in hospitals. The method in this research is to study the literature. Literature study is used with data collection techniques by conducting a review study of books, literature, records, and reports that have something to do with the problem being solved. The results of the literature study that has been analyzed on the role of human resources in the process of organizational transformation in hospitals are optimizing capabilities, creating strategic vision and mission, giving trust in teams or organizations, and evaluating in terms of organizational vision and mission. It can be concluded that transformation is a process of adaptation to the existence of an organization. Organizational transformation at the hospital has also involved changes in organizational structure, cultural changes and the addition of types of hospital services. So that the transformation that is built through integrated and comprehensive service quality improvement activities with the implementation of hospital accreditation, which measures a number of performance indicators and evaluates hospital programs, guarantees the implementation of regulations, policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) as a quality assurance effort. For Hospital Agencies this becomes a policy and a good process of change in increasing innovation, strategy and creating new things. Organizational transformation in human resource management into a change from a process that is planned and can be managed.

The use of factor analysis methods to reduce variable dimensions is generally known and has been used in various disciplines. The two famous extraction methods of factor analysis are principal component analysis and maximum likelihood. This study aimed to compare both, principal component analysis and maximum likelihood. By their constructed matrix correlation, applied to bank financial ratios. The study is developed from an initial set of 22 ratios of healthy indexed banks. The use of bank financial data aims to identify the structure of the financial ratio of healthy indexed banks. There are 10 variables satisfying the criteria of factor analysis techniques to be considered in the analysis. Both principal component analysis and maximum likelihood suggest three factors that can be used to represent 10 variables.Keywords: factor analysis; principal component analysis; maximum likelihood; financial ratios; bank health.

The evaluation discusses the implementation by the Guidelines for the Community Health Insurance Year 2008, the health insurance for the poor has become reality. JAMKESNAS is a great agenda for realizing to fulfill the rights of health that is facilitated by the Ministry of Health and Local Government with funding sourced from the tax and the natural resources. The core issues are implementation and realization JAMKESMAS programs such as, basic health services and referrall health service, beside to show the response of poor society. This evaluation used qualitative methods with combine between juridical normative approach to review the legal and regulatory norms as well as policy analysis and implementation of study related any policy issued by the local government to fulfill rights of health for the poor. The result of evaluation show relatively successfully help poor communities in the province West of Nusa Tenggara to get free service of health in the context of human rights protection from the state, but still need more significant enhancements for optimal benefits. There are several problems that needs the way out such as : the distribution of cards is not on target; variety of drugs and patients’ needs. The limited-quality drugs to be a dilemma for Hospital in Mataram.

Rights of children in conflict with the law which consists of the right to be examined in a family, the right to always be accompanied by a parent / guardian or foster parent, the right to be accompanied by a supervising community and the right to be accompanied by legal counsel can not be protected and enforced. While the factors that support and hinder the implementation process of children in conflict with the law are based on the ignorance of the rights of children suspected or accused child rights are protected by laws and regulations, law enforcement officials are not divulging information about rights owned by the suspect or the accused child either intentionally or unintentionally, there is no provision that expressly regulate the legal consequences if the rights of the suspect or defendant is not notified or violated and the role of legal counsel in the examination of cases of children in conflict with the law in the District Court of the less obvious

The purpose of the study was intended to determine the policy of the local government in the fulfillment of the right to basic education , and any obstacles encountered in the context of primary education in remote indigenous areas . The purpose of the study was intended to determine the policy of the local government in the fulfillment of the right to basic education , and any obstacles encountered in the context of primary education in remote indigenous areas . The data used in this study is a secondary data collected by literature search ( library research ) and primary data (field research ) that the data collected from each subject , in this case the informant Department of Education , Principals & teachers ( formal ) , organizers of non education informal ( outside of school ) , Community leader / religious , NGO , parents , and Children of primary school age ( which is still in school and dropping out of school ) . While the primary data collection tool was the interview will be made to suit the needs of the target group of the study. The study sample was taken from the whole group / unit Belu District Education Office in East Nusa Tenggara Province . Local Government Policy in the fulfillment of basic education rights to people in remote indigenous communities have been working to improve the quality and quantity of basic education primary school . At the local government level , there are efforts in basic education budget allocated in the budget although it has not reached 20 % as stated in the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia Year 1945 . Constraints faced in the provision of basic education in the region is limited infrastructure and educators both in quantity and quality . Agencies active in implementing basic education programs in addition to the education office is the Regional Office of Religious and Social Service programs through family expectations (PKH) .

National action plans on human rights (ranham) the third generation is an attempt is conceived of as the guidelines of reverence, protection, promotion and fulfilment of human rights and human rights to the state responsibilities and obligations for citizens. But in the implementation of not in accordance with government policy, the focus of local governments must consider, the potential, and the problems not yet fulfill the good and healthy environment for the community. The condition of the environmental quality that is less good on water and air pollution caused by industrial waste.This writing ranham trying to unravel the readiness of the implementation of the committee, and to know local government policy in order to ranham pro environment. Health can be defined as a good and perfect condition physically, mentally and socially, hence cannot just be assumed as a condition of physical illness or infirmity. The right to health is guaranteed under Article 28 H (1) and Article 34 (3) of the fourth Amendment of the 1945 Constitution. This right is also universally recognized in various international instruments of human rights law, such as under Article 25 (1) of the UDHR, and Article 12 of the Covenant on ESC rights (economic , social , and cultural). The purpose of this study is to describe the government’s policy on health programs for the poor, and also describe several constraints in implementing the program. This study shows that the implementation of the local government’s policy concerning health insurance for the poor is yet to be optimal in fulfilling the right to health care for the poor. The health program set up by the local government including JAMKESMAS, Jamkesda, Jampersal, and Non-Quota Jamkesmas, is yet to be maximized and there are still many shortcomings that need to be improved.

National survey data (NSES) in 2003, the number of disabled people in Indonesia as many as 1.67 million people, or 0.8 percent of the entire population of Indonesia. With disabilities as members of society and as citizens of their existence is less well cared for by fellow members of society and government. Of Law. 39 Year 1999 on Human Rights, namely Article 41 paragraph (2) Any claim with disabilities, the elderly, pregnant women, and children, are entitled to obtain facilities and special treatment. Article 42 which states every citizen who are elderly, physically disabled or mentally disabled and entitled to special care, education, training and assistance at the expense of the state, to ensure decent life with dignity, enhance self-confidence and ability to participate in the life society, nation and state. Problem is how to get the right people with disabilities equal opportunity in employment in the private sector? The purpose of this study was to determine the right of persons with disabilities equal opportunity to obtain employment in the private sector.
