This research was conducted at Public Elementary School 68 Palembang with 34 teachers as respondents in the study sample. In this study there are three research variables consisting of two independent variables Principal Competence (X1) and Community Participation (X2), and one dependent variable Quality of Educational Services (Y). The extent to which the realization and role of community participation in education depends on the understanding of the community itself in education, and depends on the ability of the school. Quality education services are educational services that are in accordance with the plan and achieve the goals set and can meet the expectations and needs of customers. The results obtained in this study illustrate that the quality of educational services in Public Elementary School 68 Palembang is very good and can meet customer needs.

This study aimed at analyzing the relationship between principal supervision and interpersonal communication partially and simultaneously with the work ethic of teachers at Prabumulih Public High School. This research was a survey research with a quantitative approach. The research subject was the teacher while the object of the research was the supervision of the principal and the interpersonal communication. The results obtained indicate that there is a relationship between the principal’s supervision and interpersonal communication partially and simultaneously significant with the work ethic of teachers in SMA Negeri Prabumulih.

The purpose of this research was to determine the function of classroom teacher education management in improving student learning outcomes of SD Negeri in Babat Toman District, Musi Banyuasin Regency. This research is a qualitative research, with the aim of being able to gain an in-depth understanding and interpretation of the meaning of the phenomena in the field. The function of classroom teacher education management in improving student learning outcomes of SD Negeri in Babat Toman Subdistrict, Musi Banyuasin Regency can be said to be good and in accordance with the duties assigned in carrying out the learning process.

This study determined the management competence of principals in improving the quality of education in SD Negeri 1 Epil, Lais District, Musi Banyuasin Regency. This research method is a qualitative descriptive. Sources of data in this study were teachers who assisted in the learning process at SD Negeri 1 Epil, Lais District, Musi Banyuasin Regency. Data collection techniques in this study include 1) interviews and 2) documentation. The data analysis used in this study were 1) data reduction, 2) display or presentation of data and 3) conclusions and data verification. The results showed that the management competence of the principal in improving the quality of education in Lais District was good. This paper contributes to upgrade the principal’s management competence in order to improve the quality of education.

This study determined the effect of organizational culture and principal leadership on teacher performance. This study uses quantitative methods with correlational research. The population of this study was 43 people, namely teachers of public elementary school teachers in Gugus 6, Gelumbang District. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using correlation analysis techniques and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that: (1) organizational culture has a significant effect on the performance of Public Elementary School teachers in Gugus 6, Gelumbang District; (2) principal leadership has a significant effect on the performance of Public Elementary School teachers in Cluster 6, Gelumbang district, and (3) organizational culture and principal leadership simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of public elementary school teachers in Gugus 6, Gelumbang District.

This study determined the effect of supervision and professionalism on teacher performance in State Junior High Schools of SP. Padang. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were all junior high school teachers with the status of Civil Servants in SP. Padang. While the sample was obtained by totaling sampling technique with 51 respondents. Data collected by documentation, questionnaires, and observations. Data analysis techniques using simple linear regression formula and multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software. The results of the study concluded that there was an influence of supervision and on the teacher performance of the State Junior High Schools of SP. Padang. There is an influence of teacher professionalism on teacher performance in State Junior High Schools of SP. Padang. There is an influence of teacher supervision and professionalism together on the teacher performance of State Junior High Schools of SP. Padang.

This study described the quality of learning in Public Primary Schools 22 Banyuasin III. The qualitative method was used in the study. Informants were headmaster and teachers. Data were collected using interviews. The results showed that the management of grade teachers in the implementation of the teaching process relevant with the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. The obstacles were lack of visual aids.

The target and output of this training is to implement the Tridharma of Higher Education, and writing Classroom Action Research (CAR) for teachers at SMA Negeri 1 OKI. The training methods used are 1) lecturing in which the trainer explains to the trainees what and how to write and publish CAR; and 2) evidence-based learning, where training participants are invited to write together and know how to write CAR. The results obtained from this training can make participants (teachers) 1) write the background of the problem; 2) formulate the problem; 3) write a literature review; 4) writing research methodology; 5) write the results of research and discussion; 6) write conclusions, suggestions and bibliography; and 7) writing abstracts and bibliography.

The goal of this study was to look at the influence of work motivation and work discipline on teacher performance at the State Junior High School in Bayung Lencir District, both partially and concurrently. This study was carried out in the State Junior High School in Bayung Lencir District, Musi Banyuasin Regency, with 192 teachers serving as participants. Questionnaires and documents are used to collect data. Construction and content validity are used in the validity test. Conbach alpha is used in the dependability test. Normality, homogeneity, and linearity tests are used to analyze test requirements. Simple regression and multiple regression approaches were used to evaluate the data. According to the findings of this study, there is a partial or simultaneous effect of motivation and work discipline on teacher performance, as well as a positive association between motivation and discipline on teacher performance.

This study aimed at determining the principal's leadership and work motivation on teacher’s performance both partially and simultaneously. The study was done in SD Negeri Banyuasin I, with 93 teachers as sample. The results obtained indicate that principal's leadership and work motivation on teacher’s performance both partially and simultaneously have significant influence. The research concludes that the principal must focus on his leadership and work motivation of teacher to improve teacher’s performance. This study encourages school principals and teachers to focus on their leadership and work motivation to have good teacher’s performance.
