This study aims to identify and understand the needs of English Language Learners (ELL) in elementary schools, as well as to explore effective teaching strategies to support their academic success. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, data were collected through semi-structured interviews, classroom observations, and document analysis. The findings reveal that ELL students' needs encompass linguistic, cognitive, and affective aspects, requiring a holistic approach to learning. The study also highlights the critical role of teachers in creating an inclusive learning environment through differentiated instruction, the use of technology, and family engagement. However, challenges such as limited resources and inadequate teacher training pose barriers to the implementation of these strategies. The study concludes that comprehensive support from the educational environment is essential to help ELL students reach their academic potential. Recommendations for further research include exploring educational policies and more in-depth teacher training.

Radicalism, commonly intertwined with terrorism, assumes a critical role in Indonesia's efforts to counter and deradicalize individuals as part of its broader counterterrorism strategies. Despite the incorporation of contra-radicalization and deradicalization measures within the Indonesian Anti-Terrorism Law, the legal framework lacks a precise definition of radicalism. The absence of a clear legal concept prompts ongoing debates among academics and political entities, leaving the definitive elucidation of radicalism largely within the purview of the government. This article contends that for the sake of achieving conceptual uniformity and ensuring legal clarity, a formal regulation addressing the nuanced dimensions of radicalism is imperative. The objective herein is to scrutinize the existing model for gauging radicalism in the Indonesian context and subsequently formulate a robust legal construct surrounding this complex phenomenon. To this end, a set of four criteria—intolerance, fanaticism, exclusiveness, and revolutionary fervor—has been devised to quantitatively measure the extent of radicalism. This measurement process involves the administration of interviews or surveys, with the resultant data shedding light on respondents' inclinations and tendencies. The proposed legal framework posits that an individual or group can be categorized as radical only when they meet the predefined criteria encapsulated within the regulations, encompassing the four specified dimensions. By delineating and operationalizing these criteria, this research endeavors to contribute to the development of a comprehensive legal framework for addressing radicalism in Indonesia. This approach not only facilitates a more nuanced understanding of radicalism but also provides a tangible basis for legal categorization and intervention. Ultimately, the aim is to enhance the effectiveness of counterterrorism efforts by establishing a clear and standardized definition of radicalism within the Indonesian legal landscape.

The objectives of this research are 1) To determine the learning process activities in PAdBP in class III at SDN 74 Panyiwi before using the Coopertif model with the make a match method; 2) To find out the implementation of cooperative learning in PAI lessons in class III at SDN 74 Panyiwi; 3) To find out the application of the cooperative learning model in increasing students' learning motivation on the Let's Learn QS material. Al-Kautsar in class III at SDN 74 Panyiwi. This research is a type of classroom action research. The approach used in this research is a qualitative research approach supported by quantitative data. The subjects of this research were 8 class III students consisting of 7 female students and 1 male student. The data collection techniques are observation and questionnaires, while the data analysis techniques used are qualitative analysis techniques through observation sheet data and questionnaire data analysis. The results of this research are 1) Students' learning motivation in PAI lessons on the Let's Learn QS material. Al-Kautsar in class III at SD Negeri 74 Panyiwi is in the very good category with a percentage of student learning motivation observations in cycle I of 67% and at the end of cycle II of 87%; 2) Cooperative learning using the make a match type in PAI lessons on Let's Learn QS.Al-Kautsar material in class III of SD Negeri 74 Panyiwi experienced an increase, namely in cycle I by 67% and cycle II with a percentage of 87%; and 3) Application of the make a match type cooperative learning model can increase students' learning motivation on the Let's Learn QS material. Al-Kautsar in class III at SD Negeri 74 Panyiwi with a percentage in cycle I of 67% while in cycle II the percentage was 87%.Abstract English version written using Calisto MT – 10. This study aims to describe the planning, implementation, and assessment of short story writing skills using the relay writing method in class IX students of SMP Negeri 17 Makassar. This research is a type of classroom action research. The subjects of this study were students of class IX.5 of SMP Negeri 17 Makassar. The class totaled 30 students, consisting of 17 boys and 13 girls. The data in this research are process data and outcome data. The data obtained were analyzed using qualitative and quantitative data analysis. . The results showed that there was a huge improvement from cycle I to cycle II. By applying the relay writing learning method, it can increase students' activeness and short story writing skills. Some of the factors behind the improvement of students' short story writing skills are that the relay writing learning method encourages students to be more active in the learning process because the relay writing learning method makes it easier for students to express their ideas.

This study aims to describe the techniques of affiliator persuasive language in the Tiktok application and describe the function of affiliator persuasive language in the Tiktok application. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, data sources from the Tiktok application. The form of data in this study are sentences, phrases, and quotations in affiliator videos on the Tiktok application. The data collection techniques in this research are note-taking, reading, and documentation techniques. The data analysis techniques in this research are data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results showed that there are techniques of affiliator persuasive language in the Tiktok application that can be known, namely rationalisation, identification, suggestion, conformity, substitution and compensation. The functions of the affiliator's persuasive language on the Tiktok application found, namely to influence decisions and to change views.

This research aims to describe the implementation process and learning assessment by applying Schramm's communication model in learning news text. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. The focus of this research is the application of Schramm's communication model to VIII grade students in learning news texts at SMP Islam Bungoro and the assessment used in its application. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out in three stages, namely; observation, interview, and documentation. The research instruments used in this study are researchers who act as human instruments and auxiliary instruments in the form of observation sheets, interview guidelines and Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) instruments. The process of implementing learning by applying the Schramm communication model is carried out through two stages, namely planning and implementing learning. The results showed that the application of Schramm's communication model in learning was effective enough to be used in the learning process to further increase the intensity of communication between teachers and students. Learning assessment by applying the Schramm communication model to students includes four dimensions, namely KI-1 spiritual attitude, KI-2 social attitude, KI-3 knowledge, and KI-4 skills.

Abstrak. Berdasarkan, rumusan dalam PKM ini adalah Bagaimanakah penerapan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe role playing pada guru-guru SDN 55 Dateng-dateng pembelajaran PKn. Adapun tujuan yang diharapkan dari PKM ini adalah untuk penyamaan persepsi proses penerapan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe role playing dalam pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran PKn di kelas VI SDN 55 Dateng-dateng Kab. Majene. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penyuluhan ini adalah melati guru-guru-dalam menerapkan pendekatan role playing, yaitu pendekatan penyuluhan ini untuk mendeskripsikan aktifitas langkah-langkah model pada guru-guru dalam pelaksanaan penyuluhan. Jenis penyuluhan ini yang biasa juga disebut PKM dengan tahapan-tahapan pelaksanaan meliputi: perencanaan pembuatan media, Penyusunan RPP, peragaan model role playing. Pada Pelaksanaan dimulai dari memberikan angket untuk mengetahui kemampuan awal para guru-guru, dari angket ternyata guru- guru SDN 55 Dateng-dateng sudah mengetaui tentang pendekatan role playing tapi tidak pernah menggunakan pendekatan ini dalam pembelajaran . Berawal dari situ Tim pelaksana PKM memberikan penyuluhan melalui power point, menjelaskan cara menyusun rancangan pembelajaran pendekatan role playing pada guru-guru SDN 55 dateng-dateng. Kemudian setelah sesesai penjelan Tim guru-guru di bagi menjadi dua kelompok yaitu kelas tinggi dan kelas rendah. Kedua kelompok membuat RPP dengan penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Role Playing. Sesudah selesai menyusun masing-masing kelompok mempresentasikan kemudian kemudian masing-masing kelompok diberikan masukan untuk perbaikan pembelajarannya untuk di gunakan pada saat merekan di kelasnya masing-masing.Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran PKn, Pendekatan Kooperatif tipe role playing

Abstrak – Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada masyarakat Desa Mekkatta terkait tahapan pembangunan rumah tinggal layak huni dan mewujudkan pembangunan berkelanjutan, berwawasan lingkungan, dan meningkatkan kualitas hunian yang aman dan nyaman melalui pembangunan rumah instan sehat sederhana (RISHA). Risha merupakan sistem struktur pra-cetak kecil yang dapat dikerjakan oleh masyarakat secara umum. Risha terdiri dari tiga buah panel, yakni Panel P1, Panel P2, dan Panel P3 atau Simpul. Masing-masing panel memiliki berat kurang dari 47 kg, sehingga dapat diangkat oleh satu orang tenaga kerja serta tidak memerlukan peralatan yang digunakan pada saat perakitan. Tipe bangunan 188 m2 dengan total biaya pembangunan Rp. 86.500.000. Metode yang digunakan yaitu pemaparan materi secara langsung dan membagikan hard file kepada peserta yang hadir. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu masyarakat Desa Mekkatta memahami tahapan pembangunan hunian yang baik dan benar dengan sistim bangunan risha.Kata Kunci: Pembangunan Hunian, Risha.

This study uses a qualitative method. Data collection techniques were carried out by in-depth interviews, participant observation and documentation. Data were analyzed using an interactive model consisting of collecting data (data collection), reducing data (data reduction), presenting data (data display), and concluding (conclusion). Checking the validity of the data is done by testing the credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. This study also aims to find: (1) the role of PAI teachers (aqidah morals) in fostering student morals, (2) What are the driving factors in fostering student morals at MTs N 1 Central Buton, (3) What are the inhibiting factors in fostering student morals in MTs N 1 Central Buton. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the role of PAI teachers (aqidah morals) in fostering student morals at MTs N 1 Buton Tengah has shown a good attitude in accordance with Islamic teachings and applies what they get from the explanations given by the teacher at class during the learning process. (2) The driving factors in fostering student morals at MTs N 1 Central Buton are; parental factors and exemplary factors, (3) while the inhibiting factors in fostering student morals at MTs N 1 Central Buton namely; different family factors and friend factors.

This type of research is library research, that is, research and studies are carried out by tracing and examining literature or written sources related to the subject matter. The type of data in this study is qualitative data. Qualitative data, namely in the form of literature from various experts. Secondary data sources are data that come from literature books where all information is related to this problem. In analyzing the data obtained and as an attempt to draw conclusions, the collected data will be analyzed using a qualitative descriptive analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, this study produced several findings, namely that giving rewards does not always have to be expensive. But there is nothing wrong with giving children rewards in the form of goods. As long as the item is really needed. When a child makes a mistake, don't be scolded immediately, because this can cause the child to be psychologically depressed..
