Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan penerapan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dalam meningkatkan perilaku intrapreneur di lingkungan perguruan tinggi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif berjenis penelitian deskriptif. Instrumen peneltian ini mengacu pada karakter gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, karakter kewirausahaan, dan karakter perilaku intrapreneurship. Sumber data yang digunakan merupakan data primer yang diperoleh dari proses wawancara mendalam kepada informan. Kemudian data yang diperoleh akan diproses pada qualitative data analysis software NVivo 12 Plus. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki kontribusi dalam menumbuhkan karakter wirausaha dan mengembangkan perilaku intrapreneurship di lingkungan perguruan tinggi swasta daerah perbatasan.

Keberdaaan kampung kreatif tentunya menjadi bentuk persatuan persaudaraan di Desa Jagoi Sekida, masyarakat bersatu padu untuk dapat mengelola kampung kreatif tersebut untuk dapat dikenal oleh masyarakat luar. Berdasarkan hasil observasi, bahwa kearifan lokal yang dimiliki oleh masyarakat di Desa Jagoi Kindau melalui anyaman membangkitkan ekonmi kreatif dan mendorong destinasi pariwisata, untuk itu perlu dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut untuk dapat mengetahui gambaran Peran perempuan dalam mendorong ekonomi kreatif berbasis kearifan lokal sebagai pengerak destinasi pariwisata di perbatasan. Penelitian ini merupkan penelitian kualitatif fenomenologi, data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi penarikan kesimpulan dengan teknik ini diterapkan melalui tiga alur yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi/ triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunujukan bahwa gambaran perempuan dalam mendorong ekonomi kreatif berbasis kearifan lokal sebagai pengerak destinasi pariwisata di perbatasan dimana perempuan terlibat dalam perencanaan periwisata dan pelaksanaan pariwisata di Daerah perbatasan selain itu peran perempuan dalam atraksi, memiliki kontribusi cukup banyak, dimana perempuan bertanggung jawab dalam kegaiatan penyediaan anyaman rotan yang ditampilkan pada saat event, perempuan juga berperan sebagai pemandu wisata dimana perempuan memebrikan informasi terkait anyam-anyaman yang dihasilkan, bagaimana sejarah anyaman.

Kualitas pendidikan perguruan tinggi tidak lepas dari tersedianya sarana dan prasarana yang menjadi standar dari perguruan tinggi, IAIN Palangka Raya hampir setiap tahun melakukan pengadaan sarana prasarana, namun kegiatan ini belum didasari dengan analisis kebutuhan dan evaluasi terhadap sarana dan prasarana. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ketersediaan dan kelayakan sarana dan prasarana dari aspek persepsi civitas akademika di IAIN Palangka Raya. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah civitas akademika IAIN Palangka Raya. Sampel diambil secara acak yang teridiri dari tenaga pendidik, tenaga kependidikan, mahasiswa dan alumni. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode angket, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menujukkan ketersediaan sarana prasarana perkuliahan di IAIN Palangka Raya telah memenuhi standar dari permenristikdikti nomor 44 tahun 2015 tentang standar sarana prasarana pendidikan pasal 32-36. Namun IAIN Palangka Raya belum memenuhi ketentuan standar yang diatur dalam pasal 37 tentang standar sarana prasarana yang dapat diakses oleh disabilitas. Kelayakan sarana prasarana menurut civitas akademika IAIN Palangka Raya terkatogori layak dan sangat layak sebesar 79,56%. Hasil ini menujukkan kondisi sarana dan prasarana di IAIN Palangka Raya layak digunakan sesuai dengan standar kegiatan pembelajaran di perguruan tinggi.Â

Islamic Religious Education (PAI) plays a significant role in shaping the character of medical students who have a busy academic schedule. However, conventional learning often faces problems such as lack of student interest and limited time to attend classes optimally. This suggests the need for innovative strategies that can address the needs of the digital generation. This study aims to explore the effectiveness of YouTube media as an alternative to learning PAI that is interactive, flexible, and in accordance with the needs of medical students at Abulyatama University Aceh. The researcher used a mixed-method research method involving 120 students who were divided into two groups: experimental and control. Data were collected through pre-test and post-test and supported by surveys and interviews. The experimental group was given PAI learning using YouTube video content designed according to the curriculum while the control group used conventional methods. The research data were analysed using paired sample t-test statistical test to evaluate the difference in learning outcomes between the two groups. The results showed that the experimental group experienced a significant increase in post-test scores with an average of 83.14 compared to the pre-test of 66.11, while the control group only experienced a small increase from 65.05 to 70.22. The significant difference proved that YouTube media was able to improve the understanding of PAI concepts more effectively than conventional methods. Students also stated that YouTube media provides flexibility in learning time and is more interesting than traditional learning. Thus, this study illustrates that the integration of technology in PAI learning to answer educational problems, in addition, using YouTube as a learning media can be a strategic alternative in a more effective learning process for students with busy academic schedules.

Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have become a successful pillar of the Indonesian economy and achieved significant progress. The purpose of this study is to evaluate how competitiveness and product innovation affect the expansion of MSMEs in TegalWaru Village, Ciampea, Bogor. The method used is quantitative by applying the Slovin Formula Technique, and conducting data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results showed that product innovation and competitiveness significantly influenced the performance of MSMEs in TegalWaru Village, Ciampea, Bogor. F analysis showed a calculated F value of 86,705 with a significance of 0.000, indicating that the two independent variables, namely product innovation and competitiveness, jointly have a positive effect on the development of MSMEs. Among the two, the competitiveness variable has the most dominant influence, indicated by a calculated t value of 10.034 and a significance probability of 0.000. MSMEs are one of the pillars of the Indonesian economy that must continue to be strengthened. Thus, it can be concluded that together, product innovation and competitiveness have a significant influence on the development of MSMEs

Membaca permulaan merupakan Pengenalan kata, atau lambang bahasa, permulaan tekanan, tercakup dalam mata pelajaran membaca. Membaca permulaan adalah proses membaca untuk mengubah sistem tulisan sebagai representasi visual bahasa. Membaca seharusnya diajarkan sejak dini karena keterampilan atau kemampuan yang dimiliki siswa tergantung pada apa yang mereka dapatkan di kelas I. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca permulaan menggunakan media kartu kata bergambar pada siswa siswa kelas I UPT SPF SDN TIDUNG Makassar tahun ajaran 2023/2024. Hal ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kemampuan anak dalam membaca permulaan. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas kolaboratif menggunakan model penelitian dari Kemmis dan Mc Taggart yang dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi dokumentasi dan tes. Teknik analisis data dilakukan melalui deskriptif kuantitatif. Indikator keberhasilan dalam penelitian ini adalah jika persentase masing-masing indikator kemampuan membaca permulaan pada anak telah mencapai ≥80% dengan kriteria sangat baik, hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penggunaan media kartu kata bergambar dapat meningkatkan kemampuan membaca permulaan. Pada pelaksanaan Siklus I presentase yang dicapai sebesar 23,80%, dan pencapaian kemampuan membaca permulaan pada Siklus II sebesar 80,95%. Peningkatan dari Siklus I ke Siklus II sebesar 57,15%. The research addresses how well North Kalimantan Province of Indonesia executes mental health policies to deal with mental disorders (ODGJ) among its population. The practical implementation of Law No. 18 of 2014 faces substantial hurdles because the law specifies integrated service delivery with promotive and curative approaches while preventive and rehabilitative approaches. The study adopted qualitative methods to gather data by interviewing stakeholders along with analyzing documents and performing field observations. The analysis through thematic methodology revealed five significant obstacles which include insufficient infrastructure, poor inter-agency cross-sectoral coordination along with continuous financial limitations and inexperienced workforce shortage and the failure to maximize community health services. Multiple actors take part in implementing the system yet it remains ineffective because policy and execution operate apart from each other structurally. Research results demonstrate an immediate necessity for mental health infrastructure funding alongside improved governance systems and budget inclusion policies as well as human resource development and official recognition of community-led mental health care designs. Through this study researchers gain essential knowledge about strengthening mental health policy in resource-limited settings for providing sustainable and inclusive care to ODGJ patients.

This research aims to describe the homeroom teacher's speech in interacting with students at SMAS Angkasa Maros. This research is a type of qualitative research which is analyzed descriptively. The data in this research are oral speech that has been transcribed in the form of words, phrases, sentences or clauses that contain interpersonal meaning in the speech of the class teacher and class XII students at SMAS Angkasa Maros. The data sources in this research were the homeroom teacher and students of class XII IPS 2 and XII MIPA 4 at SMAS Angkasa Maros. The data collection technique in this research was carried out using recording techniques and note-taking techniques. The results of this research show that the type of MOOD that is more dominantly used in the WKP context addresses students who like to be alone in class and the WKP context addresses students whose devices are confiscated, namely the declarative indicative and the interrogative indicative. Meanwhile, the WKL context addresses students whose devices are confiscated during exams and the WKL context addresses students whose hair is shaved using the MOOD imperative type. From the results of this research new findings were found, with the theory of Functional Linguistic Systems (SLF) juxtaposed with the communication theory of Dr. Stephen R, it was found that students' openness to the homeroom teacher regarding the problems they were experiencing was carried out using two communication techniques, namely the perception check technique and the clarifying question technique. This technique is used by both homeroom teachers, both WKP and WKL, which can be seen in the speech function of questions and statements. The responses given by students predominantly use positive responses with the speech function of answer and acknowledgment. Meanwhile, the realization of speech functions in the form of non-typical MOOD choices is more common in WKP speech, while WKL shows the characteristics of typical sentences.

This research aims to: (1) examine the effectiveness of the NHT type cooperative model in learning to determine the intrinsic elements of short stories; (2) examine the effectiveness of the jigsaw type cooperative model in learning to determine the intrinsic elements of short stories; and (3) prove the effectiveness of the Numbered Head Together (NHT) type cooperative model and the jigsaw type cooperative model in learning to determine the intrinsic elements of short stories. This research is experimental research. The population in this study was class IX students at SMP Negeri 2 Mamuju, totaling 324 students consisting of eleven classes. From the eleven classes, samples were determined using a lottery technique. The sample in this study was 54 people consisting of class IX 3 and class IX 4. After determining the sample, the data was then collected using a test technique, namely by measuring students' understanding of the intrinsic elements of short stories. The variables examined in this research are the Numbered Head Together (NHT) cooperative model, the jigsaw cooperative model, and the ability to analyze the intrinsic elements of short stories.. This research obtained the following results: (1) The Numbered Head Together (NHT) learning model can increase students' understanding in analyzing the intrinsic elements of short stories for class IX students at SMP Negeri 2 Mamuju. This was proven from the pre-test score of 69.41 to 78.40 in the post-test score; (2) The jigsaw learning model can improve students' understanding in analyzing the intrinsic elements of short stories for class IX students at SMP Negeri 2 Mamuju. This is proven from the pre-test score of 60.48 to 77.25 in the post-test score; and (3) Based on the results of the hypothesis test Sig. (2-tailed) shows the same value in both learning models of 0.659. This shows that both learning models are effectively used. However, this is different from the tcount value obtained, namely 0.444. The tcount value is 0.444 from the ttable value of 2.055, therefore, the hypothesis (H0) is accepted and (H1) is rejected so that the NHT type cooperative learning model is more effective than the jigsaw type cooperative learning model in analyzing the intrinsic elements of class IX students' short stories at SMP Negeri 2 Mamuju.

The identification of the thickness and coal seam depth using the Schlumberger configuration geoelectric method in Petai Village, Singingi Hilir District, Kuantan Singingi Regency, Riau Province has been investigated. This study aims to determine the subsurface structure and its depth. The method used in this study is the one-dimensional Schlumberger configuration geoelectric method by processing data using Progress software. The data obtained are (I) and potential difference (V). Based on the results of data processing, the information on rock layers at the research site is obtained. The resistivity value of rocks on track 1 ranger from 2,272.23 – 1,317.96 Ohm-m with a depth of up to 19.05 meters. The lithology layers identified the resistivity values obtained for track 1 are sand and dry gravel. The resistivity value of the second trajectory range 1,188.91 – 1,491.29 Ohm-m with a depth of up to 17.00 meters. The lithology layers identified the resistivity values obtained for track 2 are top soil, coal and sandstone. The resistivity value of the third trajectory range 4,986.17 – 347.81 Ohm-m with a depth of up to 11.43 meters. The lithology layers identified the resistivity values obtained for track 3 include sandstone, coal and sand. The result of the interpretation of track 1, track 2 and track 3 obtained the subsurface layers and its depth at the research location.
