Pengkajian resep merupakan suatu kegiatan pengkajian pada resep berdasarkan aspek administrasi, farmasetik dan Juga klinis. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kesesuaian pengkajian resep racikan anak di Rumah Sakit Mega Buana Kota Palopo berdasarkan Permenkes No. 72 Tahun 2016 tentang standar pelayanan kefarmasian di Rumah Sakit. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskripsi dengan jenis data retrospektif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 132 resep pada periode Juni – September 2022. Hasil yang di dapatkan pada kesesuaian aspek administrasi yaitu 59,56 %, aspek farmasetik yaitu 66,66%, dan pada aspek klinis komponen interaksi obat sebanyak 96 resep dengan persentase 72,72%

Drug storage profiles are an importand factor ini drug management at community health center, because with proper storage of medicines it will be easier and more effective to guarantee the quality of medicines. This research aims to determine the procedures for regulating drugs and improving the quality of drug storage at the wosu healty center, bungku barat sub-district, morowali district. Data collection was carried out through interviews and using observation sheets regarding aspects of drug storage in community health centers including general aspects, special aspectsinclude requirements for drug storage warehouses with 15 aspects assesed with a persentage of 100%, special aspects include requirements of drug preparation with 5 aspects assessed with a percentage of 100% and document review includes procedures for recording drugs. From the result of research in the field there are still several problems that do not meet standards. How ever in general the results of this study show that drug storage, preparation of drugs, and recording of drugs at the wosu comunity health center, bungku barat sub- district, morowali regency are in the good category.

This thesis aims at finding out whether or not the use of Electronic U-Dictionary effective to improve non English students’ vocabulary mastery. This research is pre-experimental research with pre-test and post-test design. The pretest was given before giving treatment and the posttest was given after giving treatment. The population of the research was the fourth semester students of PGSD Study Program in Muhammadiyah University of Makassar academic year 2022-2023. There are thirteen classes where each class consist of 25 students, so the sum of the population is 325. The sampling technique used is cluster random sampling. The researcher used one class as the sample which contained 25 students. To get the data, the researcher used vocabulary test as the instrument. The data were then analyzed by using SPSS. The results of the statistical analysis shows that the mean score of the pre-test is 53,5 and post-test is 81,6. The result of P=0.00 while α=0.05. it could be that α is higher than P with degree of freedom (df) = 25-1 = 24. Therefore, the alternative hypothesis (H1) is accepted and null hypothesis (H0) rejected. Based on analysis of the result, it could be summed up that the use of Electronic U-Dictionary is effective in teaching vocabulary.

Salah satu produk yang dihasilkan oleh Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) Maju Semesta, Desa Segeran adalah serbuk minuman jeruk yang saat ini prosesnya produksinya masih terbatas, dari segi jumlah dan tenaga karena kurangnya penerapan teknologi di dalamnya. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, tim penulis melakukan kegiatan pengabdian kepada Masyarakat, dengan membuat mesin sugar grinder untuk menghaluskan gula, dan powder mixer untuk mengaduk serbuk minuman jeruk. Metode yang digunakan mulai dari observasi dan koordinasi awal, perancangan, pembuatan mesin, pelatihan hingga pendampingan. Kedua mesin telah dibuat dan mampu menghaluskan gula selama 78 - 110 detik per kg tergantung kecepatan putaran motor serta mengaduk serbuk minuman jeruk paling cepat selama 25 menit –per kg tergantung dari suhu kompor dan volume air jeruk yang digunakan. Kegiatan serah terima dan pelatihan penggunaan alat telah dilakukan agar mesin dapat dimanfaatkan dengan baik oleh BUMDes Maju Semesta.

Transformasi teknologi di dunia pendidikan salah satu upaya dalam mewujudkan Visi Indonesia Emas 2045 yang terlihat dari strategi-strategi pembangunan pendidikan dan ilmu pengetahuan serta teknologi (iptek). Kemendikbudristek sejak 2019 telah menjalankan berbagai kebijakan dan program dalam mewujudkan pendidikan berkualitas berbasis teknologi, salah satunya adalah program Pelatihan Mandiri pada Platform Merdeka Mengajar (PMM) yang berorientasi pada pemberdayaan dan peningkatan kompetensi terpadu bagi guru. Namun, manfaat dan peluang yang diberikan tidak seluruhnya dapat dirasakan para guru honorer, terutama bagi guru honorer di daerah-daerah terpencil dan miskin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui realitas guru honorer di daerah berpenduduk miskin dalam menyesuaikan diri dengan era transformasi digital dan untuk mengetahui skema kebijakan pemberdayaan guru honorer dalam meningkatkan akses CASN di daerah miskin di era transformasi digital. Metode yang digunakan adalah yuridis-empiris dengan data sekunder berupa peraturan perundang-undangan, artikel ilmiah, dan sumber internet, serta data sekunder berupa hasil wawancara. Digitalisasi pendidikan bagi guru honorer di daerah berpenduduk miskin menghadapi tantangan keterbatasan akses internet, biaya tambahan, infrastruktur yang buruk, dan manfaat sertifikasi pelatihan digital lebih dirasakan oleh guru ASN sehingga menciptakan kesenjangan karier. Skema kebijakan yang dirancang yakni perlunya revitalisasi kebijakan Kurikulum Merdeka untuk guru honorer di daerah miskin dengan penyediaan akses yang lebih inklusif terhadap modul Pelatihan Mandiri, penyesuaian kewajiban guru honorer, serta prioritas bantuan kuota internet.

Omnibus Law Undang-Undang Cipta Kerja jauh sebelum disahkan pada 5 Oktober 2020 menuai penolakan luas dari masyarakat, mulai dari serikat buruh, aktivis HAM, hingga mahasiswa. Penolakan itu kemudian berlanjut pada gugatan uji formil ke Mahkamah Konstitusi dan pada tanggal 25 November 2021, “MK dalam putusan Nomor 91/PUU-XVII/2020 menyatakan UU Cipta Kerja sebagai inkonstitusional bersyaratâ€, dan memerintahkan pemerintah untuk memperbaiki UU Cipta Kerja dalam jangka dua tahun sejak putusan dibacakan. Selama tenggang waktu itu, UU Cipta Kerja dinyatakan “masih tetap berlakuâ€. Kemudian pada 30 Desember 2022. Alih-alih memperbaiki UU Cipta Kerja tersebut seperti perintah MK, Pemerintah malah menerbitkan Perppu Nomor 2 Tahun 2022 tentang Cipta Kerja dengan alasan “kegentingan memaksa†dan DPR bersama pemerintah justru mengesahkan Perppu tersebut menjadi Undang-undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2023, dan dilakukan pula uji materill ke MK, hingga kemudian, pada tanggal 2 Oktober 2023 Mahkamah Konstitusi (MK) menolak lima gugatan uji materil terhadap Undang-Undang Cipta Kerja seperti tertuang dalam putusan MK Nomor 54/PUU-XXI/2023. Kajian sosiologis hukum menilai bahwa Putusan MK Nomor 54/PUU-XXI/2023 tidak berlandaskan pada argumentasi konstitusional dan sosiologis yang sangat kuat dengan mengabaikan partisipasi bermakna (meaningful participation) sejak awal pembentukannya sebagaimana pada putusan terdahulu (Putusan MK Nomor 91/PUU-XVII/2020), dan merupakan pembangkangan konstitusional (constitutional disobedience), sehingga dapat berdampak pada ancaman disintegrasi sosial, instabilitas keamanan dan hukum.

This study aims to investigate the use of a laboratory-based inquiry learning model on improving students' critical thinking skills in the topic of light reflection. The research method used is a quasi-experiment with a control group pre-test and post-test design. Conclusions are drawn based on the processing and analysis of data using OriginLab. The data analysis results show the average critical thinking skill scores for the control and experimental groups are 27,90% (low) and 42,02% (moderate), respectively. This finding is further supported by the results of a t-test on the mean difference of critical thinking skill improvement (α=0,05), where the calculated tvalue (6,10) is greater than the ttable value (2,39). These results indicate that the laboratory-based inquiry learning model can significantly improve students' critical thinking skills compared to the conventional learning model on the topic of light reflection.

Liquid organic fertilizer (LOF) is a solution resulting from the decomposition of organic matter originating from plant residues, agro-industrial waste, animal waste, and human waste containing more than one nutrient. LOF can be made from liquid organic matter (liquid organic waste), by composting and providing composting activators so that a LOF that is stable and contains complete nutrients can be produced. The use of LOF has the advantage that although it is often used it does not damage the soil and plants, the use of organic waste as fertilizer can help improve soil structure and quality, because it contains nutrients and other organic matter. The process of adding different fertilizers to the plants for 10 days showed that there were different height changes for each plant. With only water, the plants only reach 0.1 cm difference in 7 days. The plants that were given LOF and NPK (Chemical Fertilizer) gained height in only 4 days with heights 15.6 cm and 16 cm respectively. The growth percentage between LOF and NPK showed a significant difference in 4 days with 0.6% and 3.2 % respectively.

This study aims to determine the adsorption equilibrium of the activated carbon of empty palm oil fruit bunches and KA-Cu(TAC) on Zn(II). Oil palm empty fruit bunches are used as a bio-sorbent in making carbon at a temperature of 5000 C, the resulting carbon is activated using H3PO4 and modified into a composite with metal organic frameworks of Cu metal and terephthalic acid. MOFs and KA-Cu(TAC) composites were produced by reflux method. Activated carbon, MOFS and KA-Cu(TAC) were characterized using XRD. The adsorption process of Zn(II) metal was analyzed using AAS and determined the optimum conditions with various concentrations to determine the adsorption equilibrium. XRD characterization results show that activated carbon has an amorphous structure, while MOFs Cu(TAC) and KA-Cu(TAC) have a crystalline structure. The optimum condition of activated carbon and KA-Cu(TAC) at a concentration of 180 ppm with the appropriate adsorption isotherm model is the Langmuir isotherm.

This research aims to determine the adsorption ability of activated carbon and Fe-Cu modified activated carbon in the β-carotene adsorption process on Crude Palm Oil (CPO). Empty Palm Oil Bunches (TKKS) are used as a bio-sorbent for carbon production at a temperature of 500 ºC. The synthesized carbon was activated using H3PO4 and modified with Fe-Cu metal. CPO quality parameters such as Free Fatty Acids and Peroxide Number were analyzed to see the effect of adsorption on CPO quality. The β-carotene level in the CPO sample used is 472.1 ppm. The optimum conditions for using activated carbon in the β-carotene adsorption process are a mass variation of 8 grams with the β-carotene remaining after adsorption being 432.4 ppm, whereas by using Magnetic Activated Carbon, CPO β-carotene after adsorption remains at 426.1 ppm. Meanwhile, increasing the adsorption time causes the absorption of β-carotene to become greater. By using Activated Carbon the remaining β-carotene is 300.1 ppm after 120 minutes, whereas by using Magnetic Activated Carbon the optimum absorption time is faster and the amount of β-carotene absorbed is greater. The remaining βcarotene after absorption with Magnetic Activated Carbon was 288.7 after 90 minutes of adsorption. Apart from being able to absorb β-carotene, magnetic activated carbon is also better at reducing FFA and PV levels from CPO.
