Kemampuan Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh model pembelajaran abad 21 (CLM) terhadap kemampuan siswa dalam mempelajari Higer Order Thinking Skills (HOTS); (2) Pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap Higer Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) siswa; (3) Interaksi antara model pembelajaran dan motivasi belajar terhadap kemampuan Higer Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa PPKn Semester III. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh populasi penelitian. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan Total Sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Abad 21 (CLM) terhadap Higer Order Thinking Skill (HOTS) siswa, hal ini dilihat dari rasio kelas eksperimen (CLM) sebesar 87,42, sedangkan kelas kontrol (DLM) sebesar 72,35; (2) Terdapat pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap kemampuan siswa pada Higer Order Thinking Skill (HOTS); hal ini ditunjukkan dari rasio motivasi tinggi sebesar 86,26, sedangkan motivasi rendah sebesar 65,89; (3) Terdapat interaksi antara model pembelajaran dan motivasi belajar terhadap keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi (HOTS) siswa, hal ini dilihat dari nilai sig. 0,025 < 0,05, dimana hasil belajar siswa optimal diajarkan dengan model pembelajaran abad 21 untuk motivasi tinggi.

The background to this research is the low learning achievement in Social Sciences Theme 3 Figures and Inventions sub theme 1 Inventors who changed the world in class VI of SD Negeri 7 Nisam Antara. Apart from that, students' motivation and learning activities are still low because teachers only use conventional models in learning. Based on these problems, researchers apply the Role Playing learning model. as an effort to improve student learning achievement. This research is Classroom Action Research. The subjects of this research were 20 class VI students at SD Negeri 7 Nisam Antara for the 2022/2023 academic year. The research was carried out in 3 cycles, each cycle consisting of 2 meetings. The data sources in this research are class VI students, class teachers, and document data. The data collected is qualitative data covering student learning activities and teacher performance, and quantitative data includes student academic performance, class average, and classical learning completion. Data collection techniques include tests and non-tests which include observation and recording. Data collection tools include tests and observation sheets. A research is declared successful if student academic performance and teacher performance in student learning activities increase according to the predetermined success indicators. The results of cycle-by-cycle research can be concluded that the Role Playing learning model can improve student learning achievement, class average, classical learning completeness, and learning activities for class VI students at State Elementary Schools in Nisam Antara District.

Bandar Lampung has a strategic location and of course has quite a lot of tourist destinations. Tourism in Bandar Lampung is quite diverse, ranging from Hills, Beaches, Museums, Artificial Tourist Attractions and Malls. The purpose of the study was to see the effectiveness of public facilities in the form of places of worship as a support for tourism in Bandar Lampung. This research method is a qualitative method. Data sources were obtained from researchers visiting research objects and conducting surveys, then the survey results were studied using theories related to Sharia management, then presented and conclusions were drawn. The research objects that the researchers used were 8 large malls in Bandar Lampung. The results of the study were 1) All malls in Bandar Lampung have provided prayer room facilities as places of worship. 2) The prayer rooms provided have met the provisions of Islamic Sharia but are still not in the category of upholding the specialness of worship. The prayer room is only limited to users being able to perform worship. 3) In the category of needs and comfort, the prayer rooms in the mall in Bandar Lampung City still need to be improved to a higher level, because the provision of facilities and cleanliness of the prayer rooms still need attention from managers or even the local government.

Penyuluhan investasi telah dilaksanakan di SMAN 1 Baleendah dengan tujuan meningkatkan literasi keuangan siswa, khususnya dalam bidang investasi. Kegiatan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya tingkat literasi keuangan di kalangan generasi muda dan pentingnya pemahaman investasi sejak dini. Metode yang digunakan meliputi presentasi interaktif, diskusi, simulasi investasi, serta pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur peningkatan pemahaman. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan pada literasi keuangan siswa, yang ditunjukkan oleh peningkatan rata-rata nilai dari pre-test ke post-test sebesar 82.5%. Simulasi investasi terbukti efektif dalam memberikan pengalaman praktis dan meningkatkan pemahaman siswa tentang konsep risiko, imbal hasil, dan diversifikasi. Kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi positif dalam menumbuhkan kesadaran akan pentingnya perencanaan keuangan dan investasi di kalangan siswa. Disarankan agar kegiatan serupa dapat dilaksanakan secara berkelanjutan dan diintegrasikan ke dalam kurikulum sekolah.

The existence of customary institutions in Aceh has contributed significantly to the resolution of disputes in society. The existence of customary institutions has experienced ups and downs in accordance with the legal rules and regulations set by the government. This study is a normative legal study through a study based on the theory of legal pluralism, utilizing historical, conceptual, and comparative legal research techniques. The use of the theory of legal pluralism has recently been widely carried out through historical, conceptual, comparative, sociological and anthropological research on law. This study focuses on the multicultural settlement system in customary institutions before and after the enactment of Qanun Number 10 of 2008 in resolving household cases. The results of the study obtained by customary justice institutions in Aceh before and after the enactment of Qanun Customary institutions are the same, they still use local wisdom in resolving household disputes by prioritizing the customs of the community that have been established since the Indatu era, the difference with the issuance of qanun makes the function of the figure institution in its role in the customary institution clearer. The customary apparatus of Tuha peut Gampông is the party that plays a responsible role so that the resolution of the dispute/case does not cause losses to the parties, but makes maximum efforts to achieve peace. The leaders of customary institutions have the main responsibility of implementing the settlement process, deciding fairly, protecting the rights of the parties, recording the process and decisions and documenting documents. From the perspective of legal pluralism, dispute resolution through customary institutions is part of the recognition of the diversity of legal systems and the existence of customs in Aceh.

The development of the city has made a lot of agricultural land turned into residential land and other urban facilities so that agricultural land becomes increasingly narrow so that it can weaken the food safety program. Another way is needed to utilize narrow land in an effort to develop agricultural products, namely by farming and maintaining fish hydroganic. Hydroganic comes from the words "Hydro" and "Organic" which are defined as organic cultivation systems by combining the hydro system and the organic system. The main source of nutrition from hydroganic is obtained from solid and liquid organic fertilizer and fish pond water that is treated as plant nutrition. The Hydroganic Technology Dissemination Program with independent electricity sources from solar power plants was carried out in Kampung Bunga Grangsil, Jambangan Village, Dampit District, Malang Regency. Communities that are the perpetrators of the activities are the Tourism Awareness Group "Kampoeng Boenga Grangsil" and the "Syakura Arum" Farmer Women's Group. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative method, beginning with the design, the creation of an Independent Energy Hydroganic Greenhouse and the planting of vegetables and fish stocking. Retrieval of data in the form of observations and documentation of photos and videos on activities: a) lectures and discussions; b) practice of making bamboo structures greenhouses; c) the practice of installing hydroganic plants; d) the practice of installing solar power plants; e) Hydroganic vegetable and fish growing practices. Through this program the construction of a tunnel-shaped greenhouse with bamboo structure has been carried out successfully, 2 (two) hydroganic farming facilities complete with fish ponds, 1 (one) solar power generation unit consisting of 4 solar panels each with a capacity of 100 wp with energy storage in the form of a 100 AH 12 V battery and a 1000 WH inverter in sunny conditions producing a minimum of 13.6 Amp, 18.8 V can meet the energy needs to drive the water circulation pump and greenhouse lighting lamps and the surrounding environment. Planting sla and mustard greens as well as spreading catfish and tilapia in mid-August 2019, lettuce vegetables can be harvested at the end of September 2019. The success that can be seen is that when farmers cannot grow vegetables in dry land, the vegetable plants in this hydroganic greenhouse remain fertile and healthy because water circulation occurs continuously. Tunnel-shaped greenhouse with bamboo structure using independent energy for hydropower farming is very practical, efficient and quick to build and can be planted with vegetables and spread fish throughout the year without pause is expected to be a prototype of modern agricultural and fishery facilities without relying on the rainy or dry season in the framework of the program increase national scale food safety. DOI: https://doi.org/10.26905/lw.v12i1.3676

Penelitian ini didasarkan pada sejarah lokal berkaitan dengan datangnya islam beserta tokoh-tokoh yang ada di Kalimantan Tengah. Atas dasar tersebut yang menjadi masalah pokok penelitian ini adalah peran dari seorang tokoh yang banyak di kenal di daerah Kotawaringin Barat dengan sebutan Kiai Gede yang pernah menjabat sebagai Mangkubumi di Kesultanan Kutaringin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran Kiai Gede di Kesultanan Kutaringin. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif deskripsi. Tempat penelitian dilakukan di Kotawaringin lama yang merupakan pusat pemerintahan pertama dari Kesultanan Kutaringin dan makam Kiai Gede serta Pangkalan Bun yang merupakan pusat pemerintahan kedua dari Kesultanan Kutaringin setelah dipindahnya pusat pemerintahan dari Kotawaringn Lama ke Pangkalan Bun. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan antara lain : Observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkap bahwa Kiai Gede merupakan tokoh yang dihormati masyarakat sejak masa Kesultanan hingga sekarang, Kiai Gede juga merupakan seorang Demang di Kotawaringin Lama yang kemudian menerima ajaran islam yang dibawa oleh Pangeran Adipati Antakusuma dan menjabat sebagai Mangkubumi pada masa kesultanan Kutaringin karena keahliannya di bidang militer atau keamanan.

Penelitian ini mengkaji KH Moh. Kasypul Anwar yang merupakan ulama dan tokoh agama di Kabupaten Kotawaringin Timur khususnya Kota Samuda. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menggali biografi, peranan dalam politik dan organisasi keagamaan, jejak dakwah, pengaruh dan peranan dalam masyarakat, serta sumbangan pemikiran dari karya-karya K.H. Moh. Kasypul Anwar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian sejarah dengan empat tahapan yaitu heuristik, kritik, interpretasi, dan historiografi.K.H. Moh. Kasypul Anwar semasa hidupnya aktif di berbagai organisasi seperti Nahdatul Ulama (NU) dan Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI), selain menjadi anggota majelis umat agama Muassholah Baina Ulamail Muslimin Indonesia. Ia juga aktif menjadi guru dan berdakwah dari satu desa ke desa lainnya. Metode dakwah yang digunakan ketika memimpin majelis atau pengajian adalah “kajian per lembar” kemudian diberikan penjelasan langsung. Ia menjabat sebagai kepala desa di Bapinang selama empat periode dan berhasil membuat masyarakat di desa tersebut mendapat banyak kemajuan dan disebut sebagai “Desa Percontohan”. Selain itu, K.H. Moh. Kasypul Anwar menjadi Ketua Tarekat Alawiyah Naqsabandiyah Muhsiniyah di kota Samuda, hingga kemudian berhasil meluruskan ajaran masyarakat yang sesat tersebut. Beliau juga menjabat sebagai Ketua Tim Peneliti Makam Suci di Kabupaten Kotawaringin Timur yang masih belum diketahui identitas aslinya dan masih banyak karya yang perlu dikaji dan diteliti lebih lanjut.

Jenis penelitian yang akan digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif, Penelitian ini juga dilakukan secara kepustakaan atau melalui library research, dengan cara membaca, memahami serta mempelajari secara kritis sumber-sumber yang terkait. Dari pengumpulan data tersebut kemudian menghasilkan temuan baru bahwa kemunduran yang terjadi hari ini memang memiliki keterkaitan dengan koalisi Ulama-Negara. Hal ini di dasarkan pada, kontribusinya bagi konsolidasi persekutuan ulama-negara dan karya-karya nya yang . Jika dikontekskan ke Indonesia hari ini, hal ini tidak benar menurut Ulil Abshar Abdalla karena ‘cucu Al-Ghazali’ hari ini sangat terbuka terhadap segala perkembangan jaman. sedangkan menurut Muhammad Fakhruddin, koalisi agama dan Negara mempunyai peran penting bagi kemunduran pemikiran di Indonsia hari ini.

The Merdeka Curriculum is an educational initiative aimed at providing freedom and flexibility for schools to develop curricula that are suitable for local needs. It was launched as a progressive step in transforming education in Indonesia. This article aims to investigate the effectiveness of implementing the Merdeka Curriculum in improving students' learning outcomes and literacy skills at the elementary school level. The research method employed is qualitative approaches. The findings indicate that the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum has had a positive impact on student learning. Standardized exam scores and literacy assessments show consistent improvement throughout the implementation of the new curriculum. Teachers also report that students demonstrate increased interest in learning and significantly enhanced critical thinking and creative abilities. However, the evaluation also identifies several challenges encountered in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum. One of them is the need to provide more training for teachers in designing and implementing project-based and contextual learning. Additionally, additional resources and adequate support from the government and relevant stakeholders are required to implement this curriculum effectively. In conclusion, despite many challenges that need to be addressed, the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum has proven effective in enhancing the academic achievements and literacy of elementary school students. Sustained efforts to promote and support inclusivity in education curricula will be crucial in ensuring quality and meaningful education for future generations. Abstrak Kurikulum Merdeka adalah merupakan sebuah inisiatif pendidikan yang bertujuan untuk memberikan kebebasan dan fleksibilitas bagi sekolah dalam mengembangkan kurikulum yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan lokal, diluncurkan sebagai langkah maju dalam mengubah pendidikan di Indonesia. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar dan keterampilan literasi siswa sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka memberikan dampak positif terhadap belajar siswa. Nilai ujian dan penilaian literasi yang ter standarisasi menunjukkan peningkatan yang konsisten selama penerapan kurikulum baru. Guru juga melaporkan bahwa siswa menunjukkan minat belajar dan kemampuan untuk berpikir kritis dan kreatif mereka meningkat secara signifikan. Namun, evaluasi juga mengidentifikasi beberapa kesulitan yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan Kurikulum Merdeka. Salah satunya adalah perlunya memberikan lebih banyak pelatihan kepada guru dalam merancang dan melaksanakan pembelajaran berbasis proyek dan kontekstual. Selain itu, diperlukan sumber daya tambahan dan dukungan yang memadai dari pemerintah dan pihak- pihak terkait untuk melaksanakan penerapan kurikulum ini. Kesimpulannya, meski banyak tantangan yang harus diatasi, penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka telah terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan prestasi akademik dan literasi siswa sekolah dasar. Upaya berkelanjutan untuk mendorong dan mendukung inklusi dalam kurikulum Pendidikan akan menjadi penting dalam menjamin pendidikan yang berkualitas dan bermakna bagi generasi mendatang.
