Ideologi merupakan sesuatu yang hidup dalam masyarakat sosial Indonesia. Di dalam masyarakat terdapat pendidikan Islam sebagai salah satu sarana penyebaran dan pemantapan ideologi yang sesuai dengan negara mempunyai peran strategis dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memahami pondok pesantren yang ada merupakan entitas pendidikan tertua di Indonesia, menarik untuk dilihat: Bagaimanakah pendidikan Islam di pondok pesantren yang ada di Indonesia dalam perspektif ideologi pendidikan Muhammad Jawwad Ridla dan William F. O’neal? Metode penelitian kualitatif dengan library research, mengambil data dari buku, artikel dan hasil penelitian. Adapun pendidikan Islam di pondok pesantren yang ada di Indonesia mempunyai kesamaan dengan perspektif agamis-konservatif (al-Muhafidz) sedangkan dalam perspektif William F. O’neal pendidikan pondok pesantren ideologi konservatisme pendidikan.

This study aims to analyze the integration of transformational and distributed leadership in elementary school management as a strategic strategy to improve teacher performance and school achievement. The research was conducted at SDN 144 Kabupaten Barru from September to October 2025. Grounded in the need for adaptive and collaborative leadership models in elementary education, this study employed a quantitative approach with an explanatory survey design. The participants consisted of 124 teachers selected through proportional random sampling. Data were collected using validated questionnaires (Cronbach’s Alpha = 0.91) and analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results indicate that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance (β = 0.42, p < 0.001), while distributed leadership also shows a significant effect (β = 0.37, p < 0.001). Simultaneously, both variables significantly influence teacher performance (F = 58.76, p < 0.001) with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.63, indicating that 63% of the variance in teacher performance is explained by the integrated leadership model. Furthermore, teacher performance significantly affects school achievement (β = 0.55, p < 0.001). These findings confirm that integrating transformational and distributed leadership substantially enhances teacher performance and contributes to improved school achievement in elementary education.
Thermal distribution and macrostructural characteristics of TIG-welded Cu/SS316L dissimilar joints: experimental and numerical study

Dissimilar welding of copper (Cu) and Stainless Steel 316L (SS316L) presents significant challenges due to their large differences in thermal conductivity and melting temperature, which lead to asymmetric heat distribution and non-uniform penetration. This study aims to evaluate the effect of welding current on temperature distribution and macrostructural characteristics of TIG-welded Cu/SS316L joints using ERCuSi-A filler through an integrated experimental and numerical approach. Welding experiments were conducted at three current levels: 120 A, 135 A, and 150 A on 2.7 mm thick plates. Macrostructural examinations were performed to assess weld bead geometry and penetration behavior. Transient thermal simulations were carried out using ANSYS Workbench to predict temperature fields and thermal gradients. The results indicate that welding current significantly influences weld morphology and thermal behavior. At 120 A, the weld bead was relatively narrow with limited penetration on the Cu side due to rapid heat dissipation. At 135 A, a more uniform fusion profile was achieved, with simulated peak temperatures exceeding 1000°C and an improved penetration balance between Cu and SS316L. At 150 A, deeper penetration into SS316L was observed; however, the heating cycle became shorter and the temperature distribution more localized. Numerical results consistently showed asymmetric temperature fields, where heat diffused rapidly into Cu and concentrated in SS316L. The strong correlation between simulation and macrostructural observations confirms that thermal distribution governs weld geometry and penetration behavior. The 135 A current provides the most balanced fusion characteristics, making it suitable for Cu/SS316L dissimilar joints in heat-transfer applications.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan instrumen penilaian hasil belajar mengenai sistem reproduksi manusia yang mencakup tingkat kognitif C1–C4 berdasarkan Taksonomi Bloom yang Direvisi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian dan Pengembangan (R&D) yang diadaptasi dari model Borg & Gall, yang terdiri dari lima tahap: identifikasi potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, perancangan produk, validasi ahli, dan revisi produk. Instrumen yang dikembangkan terdiri dari 20 soal pilihan ganda. Validasi dilakukan oleh seorang ahli bidang studi, seorang ahli evaluasi pendidikan, dan seorang guru biologi sekolah menengah atas. Hasil validasi menunjukkan skor rata-rata 68%, yang dikategorikan sebagai valid. Oleh karena itu, instrumen penilaian yang dikembangkan dianggap layak untuk digunakan setelah revisi berdasarkan saran dari para validator.

This study aims to determine the description of learning outcomes and the influence of the Index Card Match learning model on student learning outcomes in the subject of Social Studies on cultural heritage material for grade V of UPTD SD Negeri 12 Parepare. The approach used is a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental design experiment in the form of one group pretest-posttest design. The population in this study were all students at UPTD SD Negeri 12 Parepare, while the sample was 20 students of class VA. The research data were obtained from the results of the students' pretest and posttest. The results of the inferential statistical analysis with the Paired Samples T-test showed that sig. (2-tailed) = 0.00 <0.05, so H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted. This indicates a significant difference between student learning outcomes before and after the application of the Index Card Match learning model. Thus, the conclusion of this study is that there is a difference in the value of student learning outcomes before and after the application of the Index Card Match learning model in the subject of Social Studies for grade V of UPTD SD Negeri 12 Parepare.

The students’ low ability on mathematical literacy caused by teachers’ monotonous learning process and lack of students’ participation in teaching and learning process. This research aims to determine if Missouri Mathematics Project (MMP) is able to improve students’ mathematical literacy ability more effectively than direct learning model. In addition, the researcher explores how gender affects the effectiveness of MMP. The gender contribution here is what the differences of male and female students’ mathematical literacy ability are. The approach used in this research is quantitative research and the method is quasi-experimental having design of non-equivalent controlled group design. There are 70 students of grade X as sample consisting 35 students in experimental classes and 35 students in controlled classes (simple random sampling technique). The data taken in this research through mathematical literacy written test as the instrument and documentation. The analysis technique used is a two-way analysis of variance. The research results shows that students who are taught using the MMP model have significant effect on mathematical literacy ability than the students who are taught using direct learning. Female students’ mathematical literacy ability is better than the male students’ ability. There is a correlation between learning model and gender differences on mathematical literacy ability. Both male and female students’ mathematical literacy ability who are taught using MMP learning model is higher than male and female students’ ability who are taught using direct learning model Thus, MMP can be implemented as an alternative learning model to develop students' mathematical literacy ability. Kurangnya kemampuan literasi matematis dikarenakan oleh proses pembelajaran yang lebih monoton pada guru serta minimnya keaktifan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Studi ini untuk mengetahui apakah MMP (Missouri Mathematics Project) lebih efektif dalam mengembangkan literasi matematis daripada pembelajaran langsung. Selain itu, akan diekplorasi bagaimana gender mempengaruhi efektifitas MMP. Kontribusi gender yang dimaksud yaitu bagaimana perbedaan kemampuan literasi matematis antara laki-laki dan perempuan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain quaisy experimental. Sebanyak 70 siswa kelas X yang dijadikan sebagai sampel yang terdiri dari 35 kelas eksperimen dan 35 kelas kontrol (teknik simple random sampling). Instrumen penelitian dilakukan melalui tes literasi matematis, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis varians dua jalur. Penelitian tersebut menemukan bahwa siswa yang diajar dengan model pembelajaran MMP memiliki literasi matematis lebih baik dibandingkan siswa yang diajarkan menggunakan pembelajaran langsung. Kemampuan literasi matematis siswa perempuan lebih tinggi daripada laki-laki. Terdapat interaksi antara MMP dengan perbedaan gender terhadap kemampuan literasi matematis. Kemampuan literasi matematis siswa laki-laki yang menerapkan MMP lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan yang menerapkan pembelajaran langsung. Kemampuan literasi matematika siswa perempuan dengan menerapkan MMP lebih tinggi dibandingkan kemampuan siswa yang menerapkan pembelajaran langsung. Sehingga, MMP dapat dijadikan alternatif model pembelajaran untuk mengembangkan kemampuan literasi matematis siswa.

This article explores the philosophical underpinnings of the falsification theory proposed by Karl Raimund Popper, a key figure in the philosophy of science in the 20th century. Utilizing a library research approach and descriptive analytical methods, the study delves into the core principles and implications of falsification as a model of scientific reasoning. Unlike the verificationist paradigm that seeks to confirm theories through accumulating supportive evidence, Popper’s falsification theory asserts that scientific theories must be testable and open to refutation through empirical observation and experimentation. The article examines how falsification provides a more rigorous framework for distinguishing scientific knowledge from non-scientific claims by promoting continual testing and revision. It further discusses the broader methodological implications of falsification for scientific inquiry, emphasizing its relevance across multiple disciplines. By fostering a mindset of skepticism and critical inquiry, falsification theory challenges researchers to remain open to new evidence and alternative explanations, thereby supporting the evolution of science as a dynamic and self-correcting enterprise. This analysis highlights the enduring importance of Popper’s contribution to research methodology and the development of progressive scientific thought.

Although science learning in elementary schools has often relied on textbooks and simple visual media, abstract topics such as the water cycle remain difficult for students to understand. This study aims to determine the effect of water cycle diorama media on the learning outcomes of fifth-grade students at UPT SD Negeri 8 Pinrang. A quantitative approach was employed using a quasi-experimental design with a nonequivalent control group. Data were collected through learning outcome tests, observation, and documentation, and were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The findings indicate that the use of water cycle diorama media had a significant effect on students’ learning outcomes. Students taught using diorama media achieved higher learning outcomes than those taught through conventional methods. The use of diorama media helped students understand the water cycle process in a more concrete, engaging, and meaningful way. These findings suggest that water cycle diorama media can serve as an alternative instructional medium for improving students’ learning outcomes in elementary science education.

Limited research has examined cooperative learning models that integrate reading and writing activities to improve students’ literacy competencies, although low reading comprehension skills remain a significant issue among fifth-grade students at UPTD SD Negeri 28 Parepare, where conventional learning methods have commonly been used. This study aims to describe students’ reading comprehension skills taught with and without the Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) model and to analyze the effect of the CIRC model on fifth-grade students’ reading comprehension skills at UPTD SD Negeri 28 Parepare. A quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design using a balanced control group was employed, with samples selected through a random grouping technique. Data were collected using pretests and posttests. The data were analyzed through descriptive and inferential statistics, including normality tests, homogeneity tests, N-Gain analysis, and an independent samples t-test. The findings indicate a significant difference in reading comprehension skills between the experimental and control groups, with the experimental group achieving a higher average score. The independent samples t-test further supported this result, showing a significance value (Sig. 2-tailed) below 0.05, which indicates that the CIRC learning model had a significant effect on students’ reading comprehension skills. The study concludes that integrating reading and writing activities through heterogeneous group interaction effectively improves students’ reading comprehension compared to conventional learning methods. These findings contribute to the development of cooperative learning strategies and extend the literature on integrated literacy instruction at the elementary school level. The study also provides practical implications for educators to adopt collaborative and activity-based learning models such as CIRC to create more meaningful literacy learning experiences, while further research is recommended to examine the application of this model across different educational levels.

Although the issue of low learning motivation in Physical Education at the elementary school level has received increasing attention in prior studies, research specifically examining the application of Problem-Based Learning (PBL) to enhance students’ motivation in Islamic elementary school contexts remains limited. This study aims to analyze the effect of the PBL model on the learning motivation of elementary school students in Penjas learning. A quantitative approach was employed using a quasi-experimental nonequivalent control group design involving 40 fifth-grade students at MIS Muhammadiyah Parepare, selected through purposive sampling, with the study conducted in November 2025. Data were collected using a validated learning motivation questionnaire and classroom observation sheets, and analyzed using descriptive statistics and an independent samples t-test. The findings indicate a statistically significant difference between the experimental and control groups (p < 0.05), where students taught using the PBL model demonstrated higher motivation scores than those taught through conventional methods. These results contribute to the theoretical development of constructivist learning theory and broaden understanding of student-centered learning implementation in Physical Education at the elementary level, particularly within Islamic school settings. The study concludes that the PBL model plays a crucial role in increasing students’ learning motivation in Physical Education and recommends that teachers adopt PBL as an innovative instructional strategy in Penjas learning. The implications include theoretical contributions to the growing literature on active learning models and practical recommendations for schools and educators to integrate problem-based approaches into Physical Education instruction. Furthermore, the study highlights opportunities for future research on the long-term effects of PBL on students’ affective and psychomotor outcomes in elementary Physical Education.
