Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh sertifikasi guru dan motivasi kerja guru secara parsial maupun secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 2 Prabumulih. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional (sebab-akibat). Teknik pengumpulan data melalui angket, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan uji regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan analisis data, 1) ada pengaruh signifikan sertifikasi guru terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 2 Prabumulih; 2) ada pengaruh signifikan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 2 Prabumulih; dan 3) ada pengaruh sertifikasi guru dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 2 Prabumulih

This thesis is concerned with the inquiry on the correlations among vocabulary mastery, reading interest, and reading comprehension of the eleventh grade students of Private Senior High School of Talang Ubi Sub-District of Pali regency. The total number of the population were 200 students. The sample for this study was 51 students taken through a two-stage random sampling technique. Data were collected by adopting a questionnaire for reading interest and test for vocabulary mastery and reading interest. Data were analyzed by using r-Product Moment and Multiple Regression. The data analysis shows that = 0.774 with =0.599 and p-Value is 0.00. This value is lower than 0.05. This is significant. So, Ha was accepted while Ho was rejected. Conclusions suggested that there are significant correlations among vocabulary mastery, reading interest, and reading comprehension of the eleventh grade students of Senior High School of Talang Ubi Sub-District of Pali Regency.

This research was concerned with the inquiry on the correlation among learning motivation, parents’ involvement and speaking achievement of the fourth-grade pupil at Palembang Paramount School. The population of this study was 327, the sample was 38 taken by using purposive sampling. Data were collected by adopting a questionnaire for learning motivation and parents’ involvement, and test for speaking achievement. Data were analyzed by using r-Product Moment and Multiple Regression. Findings show that there were correlations among learning motivation, parents’ involvement, and speaking achievement. The data analysis shows that R_yx1x2 = 0.682 with r2 = 0.465 and the criteria of the sig-test was F_count(15.183) > F_table (3.270). therefore, the alternative hypothesis Ha was accepted while the null hypothesis Ho was rejected. Conclusions suggested that there were significant correlations among learning motivation, parents’ involvement and speaking achievement of the fourth-grade pupils at Palembang Paramount School.

This research aimed at finding the suitabality of the readability levels of reading texts in English textbook entitled Bahasa Inggris Kelas X which is used at the tenth grade students of IBA Senior High School. There are ten reading texts in textbook, they met calculated by using The Dale-Chall Formula and Cloze Procedure Test to know about the suitabality and readability levels of reading texts. From this research there are only two reading texts in English textbook Entitled Bahasa Inggris Kelas X by Kemendikbud are suitable for tenth grade students and they were classified into Independent Level, it means that the reading texts considered easy enough for students to read on their own without any help. In conclusion that readability of reading materials in the textbook is found reading materials in the textbook is found reading m suggest that readability of reading materials are suitable with students grade level.

This research aimed at finding out and developing intrinsic elements and how social life was presented in the novel Mirror Image by Sandra Brown. This is a qualitative research. The data of the research were taken from word, phrase, sentences in the novel and they were analyzed used triangulation method. Data source triangulation was achieved through the inclusion of two different types of data: interviews and questionnaire. The result showed were social aspect, economy aspect, politic aspect, and cultural aspect.

SMA Negeri 1 Prabumulih merupakan salah satu lembaga pendidikan yang memperhatikan Pendidikan Agama siswanya dengan visi unggul dalam prestasi, luhur dalam budi pekerti untuk menumbuhkembangkan sikap mandiri dan misinya meningkatkan iman dan taqwa seluruh warga sekolah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan instrumen wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini menyebutkan salah satu contoh suasana Islami atau budaya Islami di SMA Negeri 1 Prabumulih misalnya shalat Dzuhur berjamaah, tadarusan Al-Qur,an, berbusana muslim dan lain-lain. Strategi kepemimpinan guru dalam mengembangkan budaya Islami adalah dengan cara menunjukkan keteladan yang baik, melakukan pembiasaan yang baik, sentuhan hati, dan kerja sama antara guru dan orang tua.

Reciprocal teaching strategy (RTS) is an instructional activity that takes text from of dialogue between teachers and students regrinding segments of the text for the purpose of constructing the meaning of text. A reciprocal provides students with four specific reading strategies that are actively and consciously used to support comprehension; questioning, clarifying, summarizing, and predicting. Reading is an activity that is done by written text or print text as a medium. In this activity readers decode and interpret the language to get the meaning. This study aims to determine student reading motivation towards reciprocal teaching strategy on the eight grade students’ reading ability at Junior High School 35 Palembang.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkapkan hal apa saja yang dapat dilakukan oleh guru dalam kondisi pembelajaran darurat/ masa pandemi khususnya mata pelajaran seni budaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif yang dilakukan di SMAN 1 Sumber. Tujuan penelitian deskriptif adalah untuk mengeksplorasi apa saja hal yang ditemukan oleh peneliti dalam penelitiannya. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan guru seni budaya memilih metode asynchronous system dan synchronous system menggunakan beberapa media platform seperti WhatsApp Grup, Google Classroom, Microsoft Teams dan Youtube. Penggunaan media tersebut memiliki beberapa fungsi yang berbeda, memang terlihat tidak praktis, namun perlu menyesuaikan dengan karakteristik pembelajaran seni budaya. Dalam pembelajaran seni budaya sendiri terdapat kesulitan dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran menggunakan metode asynchronous system dan synchronous system karena kecenderungan pelajaran seni budaya adalah praktik, hal tersebut yang menjadi tantangan dan hambatan guru-guru seni budaya saat ini.

Generasi Z adalah generasi yang lahir antara tahun 1997 hingga 2012. Pendidikan agama Islam memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk karakter generasi ini dengan nilai-nilai keislaman yang kuat. Pendidikan agama Islam memberikan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang ajaran agama Islam kepada generasi z. Hal ini meliputi pemahaman tentang aqidah (keyakinan), akhlak (etika), dan syariat (hukum Islam). Dengan pemahaman yang baik tentang ajaran agama Islam, generasi z dapat mengembangkan karakter yang kuat dan bertanggung jawab. Salah satu aspek penting dalam pendidikan agama Islam adalah pengajaran nilai-nilai moral dan etika agama. Generasi z sering kali menghadapi berbagai tantangan moral dan etika dalam kehidupan sehari-hari mereka. Melalui pendidikan agama Islam, mereka dapat memperoleh pemahaman yang mendalam tentang nilai-nilai baik yang dianut agama Islam, seperti kejujuran, keadilan, dan kesederhanaan.

Abstrak— Sampah merupakan masalah serius yang terus berkembang di Kabupaten Aceh Utara. Kenaikan jumlah produksi sampah yang tidak seimbang dengan kapasitas pengelolaan dan juga penempatan posisi tempat pembuangan sampah yang tidak sesuai dengan kondisi produksi sampah di kecamatan tersebut menyebabkan tempat pembuangan sampah yang ditemukan oleh masyarakat sering penuh sehingga masyarakat melakukan pembungan sampah secara ilegal menyebabkan permasalahan yang mengancam lingkungan dan kesehatan. Hasil penelitian ini memudahkan masyarakat dalam menemukan lokasi tempat pembuangan sampah dan membantu Dinas Lingkungan Hidup dan Kebersihan Aceh Utara dalam menentukan posisi tempat pembuangan sampah yang lebih sesuai dengan kondisi tingkat produksi sampah, dengan cara melakukan pengembangan Aplikasi Sebaran Tempat Pembuangan Sampah berbasis Android menggunakan React native dan menerapkan metode K-Means. Metode K-Means merupakan salah satu algoritma klasterisasi, untuk mengelompokkan kecamatan berdasarkan tingkat produksi sampah menjadi dua klaster yaitu rendah dan tinggi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa metode K-Means berhasil membagi daerah produksi sampah menjadi dua klaster yang berbeda, berdasarkan penurunan signifikan nilai Sum of Squared Errors dari 1679583.3277832593 menjadi 537719.6618359736 dan peningkatan nilai Silhouette Score sebesar 0.6037.Abstract— Waste is a serious and growing problem in North Aceh District. The increase in the amount of waste production that is not balanced with management capacity and also the positioning of landfills that are not in accordance with the conditions of waste production in the sub-district causes landfills found by the community to be often full so that people carry out illegal waste disposal causing problems that threaten the environment and health. The results of this study make it easier for people to find the location of landfills and assist the North Aceh Environment and Hygiene Office in determining the position of landfills that are more in accordance with the conditions of waste production levels, by developing an Android-based Waste Disposal Site Distribution Application using React native and applying the K-Means method. The K-Means method is one of the clustering algorithms, to group sub-districts based on the level of waste production into two clusters, namely low and high. The analysis results show that the K-Means method successfully divides the waste production area into two different clusters, based on a significant decrease in the Sum of Squared Errors value from 1679583.3277832593 to 537719.6618359736 and an increase in the Silhouette Score value of 0.6037.
