Gambling in all its forms is contrary to religious, moral, and societal values, thus posing a threat to the nation and its interests. Gambling is defined as the act of placing a wager on the outcome of a game or event, with the expectation of improving the probability of a favorable result. This outcome is dependent on a number of factors, including chance, which distinguishes it from other forms of betting. Gambling is considered a deliberate criminal activity because those who engage in it are fully aware of the nature of their actions and the consequences they cause. The formulation of the problem is to identify the elements of the crime of gambling. This research is of the normative variety. The results of this study indicate that the elements of the crime of gambling are as follows: a) Game/race. The actions taken are usually in the form of a game or race. Therefore, it is conducted for the sake of leisure or to fill idle time, with the intention of providing entertainment for the mind. This is a reactive act. However, it is not necessary for the perpetrators to be directly involved in the game. They may simply be spectators or individuals who engage in betting on the course of a game or race.b) Fortune: The outcome of the game or race is more dependent on speculative elements, such as chance or luck, than on the skill or strategy of the players.c) In this game or competition, bets are placed by players or bookmakers. These can be in the form of money or other property, including wives. Due to the existence of bets, there are parties who benefit and are disadvantaged. This element is the most important in determining whether an action can be called gambling.

In today's digital age, the world is faced with rapid technological advances. It is undeniable that education today must be able to keep up with these advances. This technology can be utilized in various forms of media such as WA groups, classrooms, zoom and so on for distance learning facilities. However, many schools have not fully utilized technology. Moreover, currently there are many cases of students being less active, less interacting and involved during distance learning. So this research emerges to answer this problem with a focus on the utilization of technology in an effort to increase student interaction and involvement in active learning. The purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of technology utilization in active learning. Then to find out the extent to which technology can encourage student interaction. Through technology, it is also possible to measure the level of student engagement in distance learning. The research method used is quantitative method. Data was obtained through distributing questionnaires to students online utilizing google form. The results obtained from respondents during the distribution of questionnaires were then processed into an application called SPSS with the oneway anova test. After processing the data, the researcher then presents the data in the form of a table containing the response rate of the respondents. The results of this study show that technology has a positive impact. Technology brings active learning. Learning is more fun, interesting and not boring. Then technology is able to increase interaction between students and students, student interaction with learning so that learning is effective. The conclusion of the research is that technology is an important tool used in the fields of life today such as government, economy, social, media, including education. The technology is very much needed in the world of education. The integration of technology wisely in the context of active learning is able to increase student interaction and involvement so as to facilitate the learning process so that educational goals are achieved and the quality of education increases.

Penelitian ini memfokuskan pada pelaksanaan Monitoring, Rescheduling, Reconditioning dan Restructuring sebagai upaya penyelesaian pembiayaan bermasalah. Dimana perkembangan lembaga keuangan syariah saat ini khususnya Koperasi Syariah cukup stabil. Meskipun ada beberapa anggota pembiayaan yang mengalami kemacetan dalam mengangsur. Sehingga dari permasalahan tersebut Koperasi Syariah mampu menanggulanginya dengan baik. Metode penulisan yang digunakan dalam menyusun skripsi ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif jenis penelitian diskriptif. Informasi diperoleh dari observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara langsung. Teknik analisis data dengan model interaktif. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpukan bahwa: Pelaksanaan Monitoring, Rescheduling, Reconditioning, dan Restructuring dalam mengatasi pembiayaan bermasalah di KSPPS Al Bahjah Bima dan BTM An-Nuur Bima yaitu 1. Monitoring dengan melakukan pengecekan secara administratif dan kunjungan langsung ke tempat usaha anggota. 2. Rescheduling yakni dengan memperpanjang waktu pembiayaan. 3. Reconditioning yaitu dengan memberikan surat penagihan dan pengambilan jaminan. 4. Restructuring yaitu dengan menambah modal dan jaminan. Dampak positif adanya Monitoring, Rescheduling, Reconditioning, dan Restructuring yaitu jumlah pembiayaan bermasalah berkurang dan anggota menjadi lebih patuh sedangkan dampak negatifnya akan menurunkan kinerja dan prestasi koperasi apabila tidak segera ditangani.

Through the observations of the fourth grade researcher at MI Nurul Hikmah Dlanggu and interviews with the principal and principal, the researcher saw that the students were still less creative. The lack of student creativity is manifested in several aspects, namely students tend to be passive (rarely ask questions and express opinions), students only get information from what the teacher teaches, students lack the courage to develop their potential, and students are often asked to find problems. Difficulty when using alternative solutions. Learning From Home (BDR) is one of the lessons used by teachers during the pandemic. By doing learning through this BDR, teachers can deliver learning materials online (online). This study aims to determine the effect of learning from home (BDR) during the pandemic on the creativity of students in theme II sub-theme II in class IV MI Nurul Hikmah Dlanggu. The research design used is One Group Postes. The population of this study consisted of 55 students in class I, II, III, IV and 10 students in class IV as samples. The results of data analysis using the paired sample t-test of 0.000398, which means 0.000398 is smaller than 0.05, which means that there is an effect of learning from home on the creativity of fourth grade students of MI Nurul Hikmah Dlanggu.

This research was conducted because the development of science is growing, coupled with the existence of increasingly modern technology. Thus the teaching and learning process will also experience changes, both from the methods used and from the enthusiasm of students. This certainly affects students' understanding and learning outcomes. The purpose of this study was to find out how to implement a cooperative script in Aqidah Akhlaq subjects in improving the understanding of class VIII students at MTs Al-ma'rif Kereak Pandan Indah, and to find out whether the implementation of cooperative scripts in Aqidah Akhlaq subjects could improve students' understanding in class. VIII at MTs Al-ma'rif Kereak Pandan Indah. While the research method in this study uses classroom action assessment (CAR). The location of this research is at MTs Al-ma'rif Kereak Pandan Indah class VIII. In collecting data, this research uses daily notes and observations. The results of this study can be seen that the way of implementing cooperative scripts is in the early stages including: 1) subject teachers prepare lesson plans, 2) prepare test questions and answers, 3) prepare observation sheets, and in student learning outcomes have increased starting from pre test, post test cycle I, to post test cycle II. It can be seen from the average score of 78 students (pre test) increased to 86 (post test cycle I), and increased again to 95 (post test cycle II). Infancy is a stage where growth and development is very rapid, starting from when the baby is born until he is 1 year old. The developmental age starts from when the baby is born until he is 1 year old. Infancy is a golden period in achieving a child's growth and development which of course requires special attention. One of the factors that influence a baby's growth and development is sleep and rest. Sleeping soundly is very important for a baby's growth, because during sleep the baby's brain growth reaches its peak. The aim of this literature review is to determine the effect of baby massage on increasing baby weight and sleep quality. The method used in preparing this research is Literature Review by analyzing a predetermined number of articles. This research consists of 24 articles which will be analyzed using article selection techniques using article criteria used in accordance with the research objectives. The results of the literature review from these 10 articles show that there is a significant influence between baby massage and increased baby weight and sleep quality. In conclusion, baby massage provides enormous benefits for the growth and development of babies, especially in terms of increasing the baby's weight and sleep quality. Baby massage therapy can be carried out by health workers or independently by the baby's mother who has previously received training on how to massage babies. Babies who are regularly given baby massage with a frequency of 2x a week at the age of 0 months - 12 months will have a higher immune system (babies don't get sick easily) and show faster motor development compared to babies who are not given baby massage. Abstrak Masa bayi merupakan tahapan dimana pertumbuhan dan perkembangan yang sangat cepat, dimulai dari bayi itu lahir hingga nanti berusia 1 tahun. Usia perkembangan dimulai dari bayi itu lahir sampai berusia 1 tahun. Masa bayi merupakan masa emas dalam pencapaian pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak yang tentunya memerlukan perhatian khusus, salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi tumbuh kembang bayi adalah tidur dan istirahat, tidur nyenyak sangat penting bagi pertumbuhan bayi, karena saat tidur pertumbuhan otak bayi mencapai puncaknya. Tujuan dari literature review ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh pijat bayi terhadap peningakatan berat badan dan kualitas tidur bayi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penyusunan penelitian ini yaitu Literature Review dengan menganalisis sejumlah artikel yang telah ditentukan. Penelitian ini terdiri dari 24 artikel yang akan di analisis dengan teknik penyeleksian artikel dengan menggunakan kriteria artikel yang digunakan sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian. Hasil literature review dari 10 artikel tersebut, menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara pijat bayi dengan peningkatan berat badan dan kualitas tidur bayi. Kesimpulan, pijat bayi memberikan manfaat yang sangat besar terhadap pertumbuhan dan perkembangan bayi terutama dalam hal meningkatan berat badan dan kualitas tidur bayi. Terapi pijat bayi dapat dilakukan oleh tenaga kesehatan maupun secara mandiri oleh ibu bayi yang sebelumnya telah mendapatkan pelatihan mengenai bagaimana melakukan pemijatan pada bayi. Bayi yang rutin diberikan pijat bayi dengan frekuensi 2x seminggu pada usia 0 bulan – 12 bulan akan memiliki sistem imunitas yang lebih tinggi (bayi tidak gampang sakit) dan menunjukan sikap perkembangan motorik yang lebih cepat dibandingkan dengan bayi yang tidak diberikan pijat bayi.

Ibu rumah tangga menjadi salah satu kelompok yang beresiko tertular HIV/AIDS. Berdasarkan laporan eksekutif perkembangan HIV/AIDS dan penyakit infeksi menular seksual (PIMS) triwulan III tahun 2022 jumlah AIDS pada ibu rumah tangga sebanyak 18.848 orang. Penurunan layanan tes HIV menyebabkan penyebaran HIV/AIDS sulit dikendalikan. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan tentang HIV/AIDS dengan sikap VCT pada ibu rumah tangga. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penleitian yaitu ibu rumah tangga yang berjumlah 75 orang, adapun sampel dalam penelitian berjumlah 60 orang yang dikumpulkan menggunakan kuisioner dengan teknik Accidental Sampling. Hasil analisis statistik dengan uji chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Pvalue = 0,035 dan nilai OR didapat 3,677. Disimpulkan ada hubungan antara pengetahuan HIV/AIDS dengan sikap VCT. Ibu rumah tangga yang memiliki pengetahuan kurang tentang HIV/AIDS beresiko 3,677 kali memiliki sikap negatif pada VCT.

This study aims to describe the role of civics learning based on digital citizenship development and the integration of digital citizenship models through civics learning. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. The data collection technique uses the literature study method by reviewing various literature. The results of the study show that the role of civics learning based on digital citizenship development is as a strategy so that students have the qualities to be able to face the challenges of the times. The integration of the digital citizenship development model through civics learning is based on the behaviorist theory of operant conditioning, namely changes in student behavior caused by positive responses. The new concept of digital citizenship through civics learning must be implemented in the digital era so that teachers and students can use technology wisely and judiciously.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas VI menggunakan pendekatan pembelajaran kontekstual. Hal yang melatarbelakangi penelitian ini adalah rendahnya motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan melakukan dua siklus dan terbagi dalam empat tahap kegiatan di setiap siklus, yaitu meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Penelitian memperoleh hasil bahwa penggunaan pendekatan kontekstual pada pembelajaran matematika memberikan dampak sangat besar terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Hal ini nampak pada peningkatan aktivitas siswa selama pembelajaran yang dapat dikategorikan aktif atau sangat baik. Hasil belajar klasikal mengalami peningkatan signifikan sehingga dapat menjadi salah satu alternatif pilihan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa jika didapatkan kesulitan belajar pada materi matematika. ABSTRACT This research is a qualitative-quantitative research that aims to find out the problems and factors that influence the problems of mastering Chinese vocabulary for class VII students at SMP Frater Makassar. The population in this study were 179 students of class VII SMP Frater Makassar. The sampling technique was carried out using random sampling, so the sample in this study were students of class VII F, totaling 30 students. The research instruments were in the form of interviews, closed questionnaires and open questionnaires. Data were analyzed using percentage techniques. The results showed that the problems in students' mastery of Mandarin vocabulary were that students were novice students who did not know Hanzi and even had difficulty pronouncing it, students acted normally when they received assignments and felt embarrassed to appear in front of the class to memorize Chinese vocabulary, the time allocation for learning Mandarin still not enough. These problems are influenced by two factors, namely internal factors (student discipline), lack of interest in learning and students' self-confidence in learning Mandarin and external factors (teachers, facilities and infrastructure, and family), namely: teachers sometimes use creative learning media in introducing new vocabulary to students; insufficient number of Chinese language textbooks; parents rarely provide motivation to learn Mandarin. As for other external factors, according to the interview data obtained, the school does not yet have a language laboratory.Keywords: Problems, Vocabular
