Taxpayer awareness is a condition from which taxpayers know, understand and implement taxes correctly. The higher the level of awareness of taxpayers, the better understanding and implementation of taxes so as to increase tax payments. The purpose of this study was to find out how the level of public knowledge about taxes, the level of public awareness about tax obligations, and the influence of public awareness on national development in Indonesia. Analysis of the factors that influence small and medium business owners in reporting tax obligations in Ceceng going. The results conclude that all factors (knowledge of taxpayers, understanding of taxpayers on tax regulations, perceived benefits of taxpayers from taxes, optimistic attitude of taxpayers towards taxes) have an influence on taxpayer awareness, but the knowledge of taxpayers about taxes has a negative influence. on taxpayer awareness. However, the taxpayer's understanding of tax regulations, the benefits felt by taxpayers from taxes and the taxpayer's optimistic attitude towards taxes have a positive influence on tax awareness. From the results of this study, it can also be seen that the most dominant factor influencing taxpayer awareness is the taxpayer's understanding of tax regulations

This study aims to analyze the learning readiness of class XII students of MA Negeri 1 Serang in participating in mathematics lessons. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. This research was conducted in March – June 2021 with the subject of class XII students at MA Negeri 1 Serang. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Research instruments in the form of questionnaires, observations and interviews. The procedure for implementing the data includes the preparation stage, stages and stages of journal preparation. Data processing was carried out by analyzing the results of the student learning readiness questionnaire by calculating the suspension obtained and then describing it with a presentation according to the learning readiness category. The results showed that the readiness of class XII Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Serang students was included in the sufficient category with an average percentage of 74.15%. The results of the research on the aspect of physical readiness obtained a percentage of 77.30%, psychological readiness of 76.11%, material readiness of 74.19% and cognitive readiness obtained the lowest score of 68.19%.

This study examines the effect of the flipped classroom learning model and cognitive style on students' mathematical problem solving abilities. The type of quasi-experimental research with the sample technique is cluster random sampling. The population is all students of class XI SMAN 11 Pandeglang, with a sample of 2 classes for 1 experimental class with flipped classroom and 1 control class with conventional. The stages of the research were giving the GEFT test to classify based on cognitive style. Then pretest, treatment and finally given posttest. The test instrument is in the form of 4 essay questions that have been tested using the CVR method. The data analysis technique used was to determine descriptive statistics, pretest and posttest scores, normality and homogeneity tests of N-gain data and Two Way Anova analysis. The results of statistical tests show that 1) there are differences in the improvement of mathematical problem solving abilities of students who use the flipped classroom model with students who use conventional models, 2) there are differences in the improvement of mathematical problem solving abilities between students who have a field independent cognitive style and students who have a cognitive style. field dependent on flipped classroom learning, 3) there is an interaction between the learning model and cognitive style on increasing students' mathematical problem solving abilities.

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kemungkinan penerapan metode beyond budgeting. Penelitian ini merupakan studi literatur yang menggunakan metode analisis PICO (problem, intervention, comparison, outcome). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa proses penganggaran merupakan komponen penting dari sistem pengendalian manajemen dan telah menjadi sistem yang sangat berguna dimana manajemen berhasil merencanakan, mengkoordinasikan dan mengendalikan. Proses penganggaran melibatkan penciptaan dan pelaksanaan tujuan organisasi serta perencanaan jangka pendek dan panjang. Anggaran memungkinkan organisasi untuk lebih memanfaatkan sumber daya keuangan yang tersedia. Sebagian besar alternatif sejalan dengan penganggaran tradisional, tetapi beyond budgeting menganjurkan untuk mengabaikan penganggaran tradisional karena anggaran tidak membantu organisasi sebagaimana dimaksud. Beyond Budgeting berpendapat bahwa kerugian menyebabkan lebih banyak kerusakan pada organisasi daripada hasil keuntungan. Maka beyond budgeting pada proses ini diusulkan sebagai alternatif manajemen koheren yang memungkinkan organisasi untuk mengelola kinerja dalam berbagai lingkungan bisnis.ABSTRACTThis study aims to examine the possibility of applying methods outside of budgeting. This research is a literature study that uses the PICO analysis method (problem, intervention, comparison, outcome). The results of this study indicate that the control process is an important component of the control system and has become a very useful system where management is successful in planning, controlling, and controlling. The budgeting process involves the creation and execution of organizational goals as well as short and long-term planning. Budgets support organizations to better utilize available financial resources. Most of the alternatives are like with tional budgeting, but outside of budget budgeting for traditional budgeting budgets because it doesn't help the organization as intended. Beyond Budgeting argues that losses cause more harm to the organization than profits. So off-budgeting in this process is proposed as a coherent management alternative that allows organizations to manage performance in a variety of business environments.

Dalam masa pandemi Covid-19 pembelajaran daring menjadi salah satu pembelajaran yang dapat dilakukan dalam proses pembelajaran. Selama proses pembelajaran daring berlangsung pasti menghadapi berbagai kesulitan atau kendala, khususnya pada pelajaran matematika. Maka dari itu, tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis kesulitan belajar matematika secara daring bagi siswa SMA selama masa Covid-19. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, yaitu dengan melakukan penyebaran angket secara online. Subjek penelitian ini ialah siswa SMA kelas X IPS 4 di SMA Negeri 3 Kota Serang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi WhatsApp sebagai media pembelajaran daring dari kebanyakan siswa. Kesulitan peserta didik selama pembelajaran daring adalah masalah sinyal atau jaringan internet dan kondisi kuota yang terbatas. Kesulitan yang dihadapi siswa saat belajar matematika daring karena beberapa faktor, antara lain: 1) Rumus yang berlebihan, 2) Sedikitnya korelasi antara pendidik dan siswa, 3) Terlalu banyak soal yang diberikan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemandirian belajar mahasiswa dalam penerapan project based learning pada mata kuliah Karya Ilmiah Pendidikan Matematika yang ditinjau dari rubrik self-regulation 21CLD. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Matematika Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa semester enam yang mengontrak mata kuliah Karya Ilmiah Pendidikan Matematika sebanyak 25 orang, yang akan dikategorikan menjadi mahasiswa dengan kemandirian belajar tinggi, sedang, dan rendah. Hasil penelitian setelah proses wawancara menunjukkan bahwa subjek penelitian yang kemandirian belajarnya di atas nilai rata-rata dan memiliki skor tertinggi untuk pernyataan dalam angket yang memenuhi rubrik self-regulation 21CLD memiliki kemandirian belajar yang baik dalam penerapan project based learning, serta mahasiswa dapat mengatur diri sendiri (self-regulation) dengan baik dalam mencapai tujuan pembelajaran.

Sistem coal handling memegang peranan sebagai sistem yang mensuplai batu bara untuk PLTU Tenayan dengan SLA (Service Level Agreement) 40 jam waktu bongkar tiap shipment. Permasalahan yang sering terjadi pada saat pembongkaran batu bara adalah tumpahnya batu bara di jalur bongkar karena penumpukan dan batu bara dengan dimensi besar mengganggu performa peralatan lain. Untuk meningkatkan keamanan dan efisiensi operasi dalam sistem coal handling akan dilengkapi dengan sistem proteksi plugging, yang akan dipasang di chute conveyor. Sistem ini bekerja berdasarkan prinsip kemampatan dimensi, dengan menggunakan feedback dari sensor limit switch yang mengirimkan sinyal ke PLC sebagai controller yang kemudian akan menonaktifkan motor conveyor. Sebelum proteksi ini digunakan waktu bongkar defisit -21% dari target maksimal 40 jam, dan setelah proteksi ini digunakan rata-rata waktu bongkar 4 bulan terakhir adalah 95%, surplus 5% dari waktu 40 jam. Dari data pemeliharaan terukur sebelum proteksi plugging digunakan persentase pemeliharaan CM = 56% dan setelah proteksi plugging digunakan persentase pemeliharaan CM = 44%, terukur penurunan pemeliharaan CM adalah 12%.

The human development index in 2020 get slowdown in growth of 0.04%. The problem becaused per capita expenditure has decreased due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The purpose of this research is to implementation of a classification method used in the classification of the human development index in North Sumatra Province in 2020 and find out the accuracy value obtained. In implementation of support vector machine method with the Radial Basic Function (RBF) kernel function got the accuracy value is enough good at 79.31% with parametersC=1. This study aims to obtain the game as an acid-based learning media that can improve the self-efficacy skills of students of high school studentsusing the Chemy Shooter game as a learning media on acid-base materials with research and development (R&D) methods.The validation assessment results obtained 90,79% had fulfilled the validity category. The results of questionnaire responses and observations of students activities gained 96,16% and 93,33% with the category of very practical. Student learning outcomes significant values in the Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test obtained a pretest value of 0,200 and posttest 0,200 so that it is greater than 0,05 so that it is normally distributed and Paired Sample t-Test test obtained significant pretest and posttest 0,000 significant values are less than 0,05 so that there are differences in the average pretest and posttest scores and the results of students self-efficacy skills gained 89,20% in the very effective category.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara kemandirian belajar dan disiplin belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Pendidikan merupakan suatu hal yang penting dalam kehidupan. Termasuk dalam hal pembelajaran matematika. Dalam pembelajaran sangat ditentukan oleh karakteristik siswa. karakteristik setiap siswa berbeda baik tentang belajar mandiri maupun disiplin. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang dirancang dengan populasi penelitian yaitu siswa kelas XI SMKN 2 Kabupaten Tangerang. Cluster random sampling digunakan untuk pengambilan sampel. Digunakan satu kelas sebagai sampel untuk mengumpulkan data survei siswa dan hasil ulangan harian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh, terdapat hubungan antara kemandirian dan disiplin siswa terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa.
