Kerusakan jalan yang sering terjadi pada lapis permukaan yaitu permukaan tampak kasar yang diakibatkan oleh air dan gesekan roda kendaraan. Untuk menanganinya perlu penambahan bahan additive anti striping wetfix-Be agar memperkuat ikatan antara agregat dengan aspal. Penambahan bahan additive dengan dosis pemakaian hanya 0,2 – 0,5% dari berat aspal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh bahan additive tambahan wetfix-Be menggunakan metode marshall pada lapis permukaan Asphalt Concrete Wearing Coarse (AC–WC) dan mendesain Job Mix Formula (JMF) dalam membuat campuran aspal lapis aus permukaan AC-WC yang merupakan spesifikasi baru yang dikeluarkan oleh Direktorat Jenderal Bina Marga. Pengujian Marshall dilakukan untuk menentukan kadar aspal optimum yang sesuai dengan spesifikasi campuran dari bina marga. Pembuatan benda uji marshall dibuat variasi kadar aspal yaitu 5,0%, 5,5%, 6,0%, 6,5%, 7,0% masing-masing sebanyak 3 buah. Berat benda uji marshall campuran kira-kira 1200 gram. Proses pemadatan benda uji marshall dilakukan pemadatan 75 kali bolak balik. Hasil Penelitian didapatkan kadar aspal optimum sebesar 6,2% pada lapis permukaan AC – WC menggunakan aspal Penetrasi 60/70. Pemakaian bahan additive anti striping Wetfix-Be dosis pemakaiannya 0,25% dari berat aspal. Meskipun dosis pemakaiannya hanya sedikit tapi hasil dari pengujian marshall dapat meningkatkan nilai stabilitas, kepadatan VFB dan MQ.

The Mahgrib Mengaji program was launched by the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia on April 14, 2013. The program gets attention and good response from local governments in various regions of the Republic of Indonesia and continues today, including in the Takalar District. Along with the rate of development of technology, information, and communication, the community began to leave the Maghrib Mengaji program, including in Pakkabba Village, because the younger generation of the community put more engagement to social media and television shows. This community service activity aims to provide a deep understanding of the implementation of the Maghrib Mengaji program and create awareness of reading and practicing the contentsof the Quran. The community service team provides socialization and assistance to the Pakkabba Village community to habituate the Maghrib Mengaji program. Service activities are carried out by socializing the importance of reading the Quran and assisting Maghrib Mengaji habituation activities carried out from the house to house. Community service activities are carried out with socialization and assistance with the following stages: planning, implementation, monitoring, and administration. The activity results show that the people of Pakkabba Village have high enthusiasm for implementing the Maghrib Mengaji Program and getting support from the government and community leaders. Service activities received approval and support from the community, including the government and local community leaders.

STEKOM College which has branch campuses in several places. Employee performance appraisals are carried out by superiors and branch campus coordinators using Ms. Excel. The results of the performance assessment are sent to the staffing department via e-mail. The personnel department will recap the results of the performance appraisal to be conveyed to the leadership. This assessment process takes a long time and tends to be inefficient. In this study, a web-based Employee Performance Appraisal System was developed that can be accessed online by relevant appraisers at the central campus and STEKOM branch campuses. The System Development Method uses a Research and Development (R&D) approach. Assessment elements include 6 (six) aspects, namely: Service Orientation, Integrity, Commitment, Discipline, Cooperation and Leadership. The results of the performance appraisal of educators (lecturers) apart from being used internally as a measurement of lecturers' work behavior, can also be used externally for the assessment of work behavior when the lecturer makes Employee Performance Targets (SKP), as well as being used to assess the performance of education personnel. System modeling uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML). Making the source code program using the Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) programming language with a web-based MySQL database using Notepad ++ software. The results obtained from the use of the employee performance appraisal system, performance reports can be obtained more quickly, making it easier for the staffing department to obtain data on employee performance appraisals effectively and efficiently.

Blood donation is the activity of donating blood that will be stored in the blood bank or blood transfusion needs. Factors that encourage individuals to commit blood donors one of them is motivation. The motivation of a person's blood donation is influenced by several factors, namely knowledge, social environment, altruism, and experience. This aim of this research was to know the factors that related to student’s motivation in blood donation. The design of this research was a descriptive correlation with a cross sectional method. The sample of this study was 77 students as respondents, taken using accidental sampling techniques. The measurement instruments used were questionnaire sheets for knowledge variables, social environment variables, altruism variables, experience variables, and motivation variables. The data analysis used was the chi square test. The results showed that of the 4 factors studied there were two factors which concluded that there was a relationship with the motivation of students in blood donation, namely the factor of knowledge with motivation, obtained p value of 0.044 < α (0.05) and social environmental factors with motivation obtained p value of 0.015 < α (0.05). Two other variables concluded that there was no relationship with student motivation in conducting blood donations, namely altruism with the results of p value 0.721 > α (0.05) and experience with the results of p value 0.942 > α (0.05). Based on the results of the research obtained, it is recommended that the blood donation unit of the City of Pekanbaru to further increase the interest of the community by providied counseling about the benefits of blood donation.Keywords: Blood donation, college student, motivation

This study intends to examine the impact of free shipping and discounts on consumer purchasing decisions on the Shopee marketplace with advertising as an intervening variable. The Triviona Residential Community in Dusun VI Marindal II, North Sumatra, Indonesia, serves as the study's sample. Probability sampling using a straightforward random procedure and a sample size of 213 participants was the sampling technique employed in this investigation. SEM (Structural Equation Model) is used in this data analysis technique. The study's findings demonstrate that offering free shipping has a positive and significant impact on advertising. While the discount has a negative and insignificant impact on advertising. Free shipping has a negative and insignificant effect on buying choices. Subsequent research has demonstrated that discounts have a positive and significant impact on purchase choices. Purchase decisions are positively and significantly impacted by advertising. Then, through advertising, free delivery has a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions. Discounts have a negative and insignificant impact on consumer decisions made as a result of advertising.

Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) have emerged as a novel alternative approach to enhancing the economy and welfare of rural communities by tapping into the potential of villages. However, the reality is that only a few BUMDes are able to positively contribute to economic development and the betterment of community welfare, including those in Pematang Johar village. To address this, a community service initiative was conducted in Pematang Johar village in the Medan Labuhan District of Deli Serdang Regency. The main objective of the program was to provide education and socialization on the "Marketing Mix" marketing strategy and the consignment sales system to the management of BUMDes Johar Mandiri, the manager of Sawah Tourism business, and micro and small businesses in Pematang Johar village. The aim was to enable BUMDes and the community to build more extensive business collaborations in local economic development and community welfare. The program in Pematang Johar village went according to plan, with partners displaying a cooperative and enthusiastic attitude throughout the activity. Furthermore, partners actively engaged in discussions and sought clarification, demonstrating increased motivation to follow up on the community service program. The activity had a direct impact on the partners, enhancing their comprehension of the "Marketing Mix" concept and the consignment sales system, and inspiring them to pursue business collaborations by implementing the program offered to develop Sawah Tourism in Pematang Johar. Ultimately, the partners hope for more intense collaboration as a follow-up to this community service program to further enhance community welfare in Pematang Johar village in the Medan Labuhan District of Deli Serdang Regency.

Some problems that are often faced by small and medium industry players are the low ability of SMEs to explore opportunities, and the low ability of SMEs to innovate in business. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to examine the influence of organizational agility and open innovation on competitive advantage in culinary SMEs in Medan. This study used quantitative methods. The subjects in this study were employees and owners of the culinary industry in Medan City as many as 218 respondents. The sampling technique is carried out by accidental sampling method. The data was processed by structural methods of modeling equations, and using the IBM Amos Program. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between organizational agility and corporate open innovation. The findings also prove that organizational agility and open innovation can predict the competitive advantage of the culinary industry in Medan City positively and significantly. The results also found that open innovation mediates the influence of organizational agility on the competitive advantage of the culinary industry in Medan. In other words, open innovation is proven to significantly mediate those that form or create strong links between organizational agility and competitive advantage. We provide suggestions to improve organizational agility, and unlock innovations in the culinary industry in Medan City to improve business competitiveness.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana kinerja pegawai Badan Pengelola Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Utara dalam kaitannya dengan keterlibatan kerja, sikap, dan komitmen afektif. 265 orang berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Sampel purposive yang terdiri dari 84 orang digunakan sebagai strategi pengambilan sampel. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi survei, studi dokumentasi, dan observasi. Regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan program Statistical Product Software Solution (SPSS) adalah metode analisis untuk penelitian ini. Temuan penelitian memberikan beberapa bukti bahwa kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh keterlibatan kerja. Kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh sikap kerja. Kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh komitmen afektif. Kinerja pegawai Badan Pengelola Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Utara secara simultan dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan keterlibatan mereka dalam bekerja, sikap dalam bekerja, dan komitmen afektif. Hasil pengujian melalui koefisien determinasi menghasilkan nilai (R Square) sebesar 0,613 (61,3%) yang artinya variabel dependen dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel independen. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh label bestseller dan potongan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian buku ilmiah pada Penerbit Merdeka Kreasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Univeristas Muslim Nusantara Al-Washliyah yang melakukan pembelian Buku Ilmiah Penerbit Merdeka Kreasi sebanyak 171 orang selama bulan Juli-Desember 2022. Sampel yang diteliti dihitung melalui rumus slovin dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,05. Jumlah keseluruhan responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 120 konsumen. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, dokumentasi serta kuesioner dengan skala likert. Metode analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, dan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS (Statistical Product Sofware Solution). Hasil penelitian membuktikanbahwa Label Bestseller berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Potongan Harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Hasil penelitian secara simultan Label Bestsaller dan Potongan Harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Buku Ilmiah pada Penerbit Merdeka Kreasi. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,752. Hal ini berarti 75,2% keputusan pembelian dapat dijelaskan oleh Label Bestseller dan Potongan Harga.
