AbstractThis research is motivated by communication strategy of bilingualisme person that affect to his literary work. The problem that discussed in this research is existence, background, and causatue factor of mix code in the novel Bidadari Bermata Bening by Habiburahman El Shirazy. The purpose of this research is to describe based on the research problem. This research use a description method with qualitative form. The data sourse in this research is the novel Bidadari Bermata Bening by Habiburahman El Shirazy. The data in this serearch is word that contain data source in the form insert the word, phrases, clauses, repeat word, baster, and idiom. Technique of this serearch is sereach technique using documentary. Data collection tool of this serearch is stationary and laptop that use to record the data. Based on data analysis there is 74 data in Bidadari Bermata Bening by Habiburahman El Shirazy that analyzed. Mix code of phrases is 16 data that including 8 data of Java languange and 8 data of Arabic languange. Mix code of repeat word is 9 data of Java languange. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor minat masuk ke Jurusan Ilmu Keolahragaan FKIP UNTAN pada Siswa Kelas XII Se-Kota Pontianak. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII Se-Kota Pontianak yang terdiri dari 6 sekolah berjumlah 1052 siswa.Teknik sampel menggunakan teknik komunikasi tidak langsung dan teknik studi dokumenter.Analisis data dengan analisis deskriptif persentase.Hasil analisis data diperoleh dari siswa-siswi kelas XII secara keseluruhan yang minat masuk kejurusan ilmu keolahragaan FKIP UNTAN berdasarkan hasil untuk kategori baik sekali yaitu 50 orang siswa dengan persentase 5,13%, kategori baik yaitu 64 orang siswa dengan persentase 6,27%, kategori cukup yaitu 140 orang siswa dengan persentase 13,02%, kategori kurang yaitu 206 orang siswa dengan persentase 19,39% dan untuk kategori kurang sekali yaitu 592 siswa dengan persentase 56,17%. Artinya kurang sekali minat siswa yang masuk ke Jurusan Ilmu Keolahragaan FKIP UNTAN Kata Kunci: Minat Masuk Jurusan Ilmu Keolahragaan  Abstract : This study aims to determine the factor of interest entered into the Department of Sport Science in Guidance and Counseling UNTAN Class XII Pontianak . The method in this research is descriptive quantitative research methods . The population in this study were students of class XII Pontianak which consists of 6 schools amounted to 1052 students . Engineering samples using indirect communication techniques and techniques of documentary studies . Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis of the percentage . The results of the analysis of data obtained from the students of class XII overall interest in. department FKIP UNTAN sport science based results for both categories so that 50 students with the percentage of 5.13 % , both categories is 64 students with a percentage of 6.27% , enough categories namely 140 students with a percentage of 13.02 % , which is approximately 206 categories of students with a percentage of 19.39 % and less than once a category is 592 students with a percentage of 56.17 % . That is one less student interest that goes to the Department of Sport Science FKIP UNTAN Keywords : Interests Enters Sport Science Department

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan cara pembelajaran anak down syndrome di kelas B1 TK Luar Biasa C Dharma Asih Pontianak. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data terdiri dari 1 orang guru, 2 orang anak di kelas B1 dan 2 orang tua anak subyek penelitian. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan cara belajar anak down syndrome dilakukan secara individual yang disesuaikan dengan tingkat kemampuan dan perkembangan anak. Cara guru dalam membelajarkan anak down syndrome dengan memberikan tugas langsung dan mengajak anak meniru ucapan guru. Tugas yang diberikan berupa kegiatan menulis huruf dan angka yang masih berupa titik-titik, mewarnai, mozaik, dan bernyanyi bersama. Peran orang tua dalam memberikan pembelajaran kepada anak down syndrome dapat dilakukan dengan memberikan perhatian dan kasih sayang kepada anak serta melanjutkan pembelajaran yang diberikan oleh guru di rumah. Pembelajaran tersebut dapat diketahui oleh orang tua melalui kerja sama yang baik antara guru dan orang tua. Kata kunci : Down Syndrome, cara guru Abstract : This research aimed to describe how learning Down syndrome children in the kindergarten class B1 Exceptional C Dharma Asih Pontianak. The method used is descriptive method with qualitative approach. The data source consists of 1 teacher , 2 children in class B1 and two parents of children subject of research. Results of the study illustrates how studying Down syndrome children performed individually tailored to the skill level and development of children. How to teachers in teaching children with Down syndrome by providing direct assignment and invite children to imitate speech teacher. The task given the form of writing letters and numbers of activities are still in the form of dots, coloring, mosaics, and sing along. The role of parents in giving lessons to children with Down syndrome can be done by paying attention and affection to the children and continue the learning process provided by the teacher at home. AbstractThis research was motivated by the low reading comprehension ability to 8th grade students of Mts Islamiyah.The method used in this study was descriptive method with clasroom action research. The data source in this study were teacher and 26 pupils 8th grade of MTs Islamiyah Pontianak. The data in this study were in the form of document RPP and the results of tests conducted by students about the ability to reading comprehension of exposition text by using a method of cooperative integrated reading and compositon. The data collection techniques used are direct observation techniques.Planning cycle The average average score of planning cycle I was 98,6 and cycle the score obtained reaches 100. In the implementation of cycle 1 learning the average value reaches 81,25 and of cycle 2 increased with the average value 98,9. Then on cycle 1 learning outcomes by using a method of cooperative integrated reading and composition pupils learning have increased by an average was 50,7. Then in cycle 2 pupils learning outcomes again increased by an average was 75,2.Conclusion in this study was method of cooperative intergated reading and compositon both used in reading text eksposition skills because it can help pupils work together in group learning because the group division was heterogeneous. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa, apakah ada pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Inquiry Terhadap Hasil Belajar Pukulan Backhand Bulutangkis Pada Siswa Kelas VIII A SMP Negeri 2 Pontianak. Metode yang di gunakan adalah metode eksperimen dengan bentuk penelitian yaitu Pre-Experimental Design. Sampel penelitian seluruh siswa kelas VIII A berjumlah 36 siswa. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan analisis uji-t Hasil analisis data diperoleh rata-rata pretest 12,61 dan rata-rata posttest 17,55 (meningkat sebesar 4,94). Analisis uji pengaruh hipotesis nilai thitung yaitu sebesar 27,55 melihat tabel statistika pada derajat kebebasan db=(N-1) adalah 36 – 1 = 35 pada taraf signifikansi 5% diperoleh nilai ttabel sebesar = 2,030. Nilai thitung =27,55 lebih besar dari nilai ttabel = 2,030, artinya hipotesis diterima dan terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran inquiry terhadap hasil belajar pukulan backhand bulutangkis pada siswa kelas VIII A. Persentase peningkatan sebesar 39,17%. Disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran inquiry memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar pukulan backhand bulutangkis.Kata Kunci: Model inquiry, pukulan backhand bulutangkis.Abstract: This study aims to analyze, whether there was an effect of Inquiry Learning Model Against Badminton Backhand Blow Learning Outcomes Students of Class VIII A SMP Negeri 2 Pontianak. The method used is an experimental method to study shape ie Pre-Experimental Design. The research sample the entire class VIII A numbered 36 students. Data analysis was performed using t-test analysis results of the analysis of data obtained an average of 12.61 pretest and posttest average of 17.55 (an increase of 4.94). Analysis of the influence of the hypothesis test that is equal to 27.55 tcount see statistical tables on the degree of freedom db = (N-1) is 36-1 = 35 at the 5% significance level obtained ttable value of = 2.030. Value t = 27.55 is greater than the value table = 2.030, meaning that the hypothesis is accepted and there are significant inquiry learning model on learning outcomes backhand badminton in class VIII A. The percentage increase of 39.17%. It was concluded that the inquiry learning model has a positive influence on the improvement of learning outcomes backhand badminton.Keywords: Model inquiry, backhand badminton.

ABSTRAKCiwidey adalah kecamatan di Kabupaten Bandung yang merupakan sentra produksi pertanian dan wisata. Pertumbuhan pergerakan orang dan barang dari dan ke daerah ini semakin tinggi. Menindak lanjuti hal ini PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI) berencana mereaktivasi atau menghidupkan kembali jalur kereta api Bandung - Ciwidey. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghitung besarnya tarif kereta api berdasarkan kesediaan dan kemampuan membayar pengguna potensial dengan metode Ability to Pay (ATP) dan Willingness to Pay (WTP). Hasil analisis mendapatkan nilai ATP sebesar Rp9.274,00 dan WTP sebesar Rp17.909,00. This study aims to calculate railway tariffs based on the willingness and ability to pay of the potential users using the Ability to Pay (ATP) and Willingness to Pay (WTP) methods. The result found that ATP is Rp9.274,00 and WTP is Rp17.909,00. PENGEMBANGAN KETERAMPILAN PROSES SAINS MAHASISWA PADA PENGGUNAAN APLIKASI COLOR GRAB DALAM PENENTUAN MASSA ZAT LARUTAN BERWARNAAbstractThe purpose of this study is to analyze the development of students science process skills on the determination mass of colored solution using color grab application. The method used in this research was classroom research with subjects of 33 students taking chemical separation course. The instrument used was student activity observation sheet, practicum worksheet, and checklist of student performance. The results showed the use of smartphones in the practice of determination mass of colored solution can develop students science process skills . The overall student science process skill is interpreted very well with an average score of 81, with acquisition of experimental plan value with value of 82, observed 92, interpreting data 84, concludes 66, and communicating 79. Student activity on experiments using smartphones as a whole is excellent with percentage of 96%.AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengembangan keterampilan proses sains mahasiswa pada penentuan massa zat larutan berwarna menggunakan aplikasi color grab. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah adalah penelitian kelas pada mahasiswa mata kuliah kimia pemisahan sebanyak 33 orang. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan lembar observasi aktivitas mahasiswa, lembar kerja praktikum, dan daftar ceklis kinerja mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penggunaan smartphone dalam praktikum penentuan massa zat larutan berwarna dapat mengembangkan KPS mahasiswa. Keterampilan proses sains mahasiswa secara keseluruhan diinterpretasikan sangat baik dengan nilai rata-rata 81, dengan perolehan nilai pada indikator merencanakan percobaan 82, mengamati 92, menafsirkan data 84, menyimpulkan 66, dan mengomunikasikan 79. Aktivitas mahasiswa pada percobaan menggunakan smartphone secara keseluruhan sangat baik dengan persentase 96%.Â

This study aims to find out (1) the influence of job stress on turnover intention at PT Sinar Mutiara Cakrabuana, (2) The influence of job satisfaction on turnover intention at PT Sinar Mutiara Cakrabuana, and (3) The influence of job stress and job satisfaction on turnover intention at PT Sinar Mutiara Cakrabuana. The collecting data methods used in this study were interview, questionnaires, and literature studies. The scale of questionnaires used agree-disagree scale with 10 point scale. The sample in this study were 60 Sales employees of PT Sinar Mutiara Cakrabuana. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. The results of multiple linear regression showed that job stress had a positive and significant influence on turnover intention, and job satisfaction had a negative and significant influence on turnover intention. Job stress and job satisfaction given contribute 30.4% to turnover intention. That means that 30.4% turnover intention was explained by job stress and job satisfaction, while 69.6% was explained by other factors not examined in this study.

The Kodina watershed with its river which empties into Lake Poso is one of the critical watersheds in the Poso watershed area. In addition to generating benefits that can be enjoyed by the community, changes in land use in the upstream watershed cannot be separated from the risk of land damage due to erosion, environmental pollution and flooding. The impact that is often seen is the increase in critical land, increased soil erosion and siltation (sedimentation) in the watershed area, and the occurrence of flooding in the rainy season and drought in the dry season. The purpose of this study was to determine the water discharge and the amount of floating sediment that was transported along the Kodina river. The purpose of this research is to provide information about water discharge and the amount of floating sediment production produced by the Kodina river which as a whole can help watershed managers in overcoming problems related to the hydrological aspects of the watershed area. This research was conducted for two months, from December 2015 to February 2016 at the Kodina Watershed, Poso Regency, Pamona Tenggara District. The method used in this research is a survey method, namely by taking direct measurements in the field, which includes: measuring water flow and taking water samples for analysis of floating sediment content. The results of the calculation of the data collected during the research period after being processed show that the water discharge flowing in the Kodina river cross section is 17.10 m3 / s and the amount of floating sediment transported with river water runoff is 36.53 gr / ltr. The relationship between water discharge and floating sediment discharge has a positive relationship with a correlation value of 0.895. This shows that the increase in the Kodina River Water Flow will be followed by an increase in floating sediment loads.Keywords: Water Discharge, Floating Sediment, Watershed.
