This study was conducted with the aim of determining the influence of workload and work environment on organizational commitment to non-permanent employees of BNI Palembang branch office. The population used in this study is all non-permanent employees at PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Tbk Palembang Branch Office in 2024 as many as 108 employees. The number of respondents in this study is all non-permanent employees at PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Tbk Palembang Branch Office in 2024 as many as 108 employees spread across 16 Sub-Branch Offices and 1 Main Branch Office and all of them are the number of respondents in this study. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that workload and work environment have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Workload, is expected to provide time with appropriate working hours for employees. The work environment, it is expected that the company's management, especially the superiors at each branch office, will be more sensitive to the relationships established between fellow employees.

The business world is a business that has the potential to improve the welfare of business actors. Every business actor certainly wants his sales volume to increase which means his income will also increase, including online business people in the fashion sector. This study aims to determine how to optimize online business management so as to increase income insights that will be used for business development and business expansion so as to minimize unemployment through the employment opportunities needed. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation and distributing questionnaires via g-form. The number of respondents was 200 people selected by purposive sampling. The results showed that there are several proven ways to increase sales volume, namely determining the target market, product quality and guarantee, store design, promotion and financial management. Through these strategies, it is known that business people who experience a decline in sales volume can gradually increase their income again.

This article explores some evidences on unsatisfactory educational achievement. It particularly is focused on its failure in forming good character for society. This fact shows the proven that there is a “crucial†gap between the objectives of National education and the education result which has been gained. Al-Quran pays attention toward education which oriented to character building and understanding of plenary values. Character building according to Al-Quran should be started from ‘the inner’ of man. The values is internalized and done to be custom to form good character. Al-Quran shows some examples by asking the man to experience the objects and take lesson from them in Islam terms “ibrah†from good models which full of plenary values and is hoped to form the man who have good attitude, large knowledge, good faith and religion.

Sustainability report kini telah menjadi sorotan dan perhatian serta kebutuhan bagi perusahaan sebagai sarana untuk menginformasikan kinerja ekonomi, sosial, serta lingkungannya kepada seluruh pemangku kepentingan (stakeholder) secara bersamaan. Pemerintah telah membuat regulasi tentang pengungkapan sutainability report yang dituangkan dalam peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 51/POJK.03/2017. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendapatkan bukti empiris pengaruh ukuran perusahaan, kepemilikan perusahaan, profitabilitas, dan leverage terhadap pengungkapan sustainability report. Populasi yang digunakan adalah seluruh perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2017 – 2019. Sampel penelitian ini ditentukan dengan metode purposive sampling diperoleh 80 data sampel. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan analisis regresi binary logistik. Hasil pengujian menunjukan ukuran perusahaan, profitabilitas, dan leverage tidak berpengaruh terhadap pengungkapan sustainability report. Sedangkan kepemilikan institusional berpengaruh positif terhadap pengungkapan sustainability report.

This study aimed to obtain empirical evidence about the influence of fundamental factor and technical factor on stock returns. The population in this study is companies list in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2015-2017. The study sample was determined by purposive sampling method so that obtained as 192 samples. The data analysis technique used is multiple linier regression. The results of this study showed that the profitability, cash flow operating activities, dan risk (beta) have positive significance effect on stock returns, whereas exchange rate and interest rate have negative significance effect on stock returns. Salah satu upaya untuk menumbuhkan jiwa kewirausahaan bagi mahasiswa adalah melalui program pengembangan bagi Kewirausahaan (PPK). Program PPK ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pelaku wirausaha muda khususnya mahasiswa yang mempunyai keterampilan dan kecakapan serta membuka peluang untuk menumbuhkan unit bisnis baru berbasis sains dan teknologi dan membangun jejaring antar pelaku usaha terutama pelaku bisnis pemula dan pelaku UKM. Metode yang dilaksanakan adalah memberikan wawasan tentang ilmu kewirausahaan dengan memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan pada pelaku usaha. Pelaksanaan PPK dirancang dengan membagi menjadi 3 tahapan yaitu :1. Tahap awal meliputi persiapan, sosialisasi identifikasi yang muncul dalam melakukan usaha dan pemilihan pelaku usaha yang mendapatkan pendampingan 2. Tahap pendampingan meliputi pelatihan, pendidikan dan penyusunan kegiatan dalam perencanaan bisnis , penyeleksian rencana kegiatan bisnis yang dilakukan dengan bekerja sama dengan pelaku UKM. 3. Tahap Pelaksanaan kegiatan dengan melibatkan mahasiswa baik secara individu maupun kelompok mahasiswa yang memulai bisnis (start-up business) baru.

Understanding the factors that influence customer satisfaction is crucial for transportation companies to enhance their services and retain customers. This study aims to examine the impact of service quality and price on customer satisfaction, utilizing a sample of 239 passengers of Pelni ships at Makassar Port. Utilizing multiple linear regression analysis, data were collected and analyzed to determine the relationship between these variables. The findings indicate that neither service quality nor price significantly affects customer satisfaction at the 5% significance level. The unstandardized coefficients are 0.035 for service quality and 0.301 for Price, with significance values of 0.242 and 0.182, respectively. The model explains 31.2% of the variation in customer satisfaction (R Square = 0.312), with an Adjusted R Square of 0.306. However, 68.8% of the variation is attributed to other factors not included in this study. The study's limitations include the exclusion of other potential influencing factors and a moderate sample size. Future research should explore additional variables, such as perceived value and customer loyalty, using larger samples and more comprehensive methods. Companies should continue enhancing service quality and reviewing pricing strategies to boost customer satisfaction and loyalty.

This study aims to determine student interest in learning and parents' responses to learning assistance at home during the Covid-19 pandemic in Pahandut Palangka Raya District, Central Kalimantan. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a survey method, in which the survey data is measured quantitatively and then the statistical correlation is sought. The research sample of students and parents of students respectively as many as 348 people. The sampling technique was purposive sampling, in the Pahandut District, Palangka Raya. The results of the study reported that students' interest in learning was in the "good enough" category, where the response of parents to children's learning assistance during the Covid-19 pandemic also showed a response in the "positive" category. Analysis of the results of variance shows very significant data (0.000 <0.05), which is interpreted as a positive correlation between student interest in learning and parental responses, which is 58% influencing children's interest simultaneously.

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh reward dan punishment terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Bank Sumsel Babel Kantor Cabang Prabumulih. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada karyawan di kantor cabang tersebut. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada karyawan di Bank Sumsel Babel Kantor Cabang Prabumulih. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda, yang memungkinkan peneliti untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh individual dari variabel independen (reward dan punishment) terhadap variabel dependen (kinerja karyawan). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa baik reward maupun punishment memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Reward yang tepat mampu meningkatkan motivasi dan produktivitas karyawan, sementara punishment yang diterapkan secara adil juga berperan dalam menjaga disiplin dan kinerja optimal. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya strategi manajerial yang seimbang antara reward dan punishment untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif dan berprestasi.

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui peranan Manajemen Risiko dalam memoderasi rasio keuangan terhadap nilai perusahaan, serta mengetahui Profitabilitas yang diproksikan dengan Return On Asset Ratio (ROA), Likuiditas yang diproksikan dengan Current Ratio (CR) dan Green Accounting, terhadap Perusahaan. Nilai yang diproksikan dengan Tobins'Q. Penelitian ini meneliti populasi perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2019-2023. Pemilihan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh 20 perusahaan dan periode penelitian 5 tahun sehingga diperoleh 100 catatan. pola penelitian diperoleh. Analisis data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan Microsoft Excel 2010 dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Analisis Regresi Data Panel dengan menggunakan aplikasi E-Views versi 12 dan tingkat signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian ini secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa, (1) Profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, (2) Manajemen Risiko mempunyai pengaruh yang moderat terhadap Profitabilitas terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, (3) Likuiditas berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, (4) Manajemen Risiko tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. memoderasi Likuiditas terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (5) Green Accounting berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, (6) Manajemen Resiko tidak memoderasi Green Accounting terhadap Nilai Perusahaan.
