Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan profil penalaran deduktif siswa SMP dalam menyelesaikan masalah geometri berdasarkan perbedaan gender. Penalaran deduktif pada penelitian ini mengacu pada pernyataan umum, pernyataan khusus, dan melakukan penarikan kesimpulan. Subjek penelitian ini terdiri dari 2 siswa kelas VIII SMP. Teknik pengumpulan datanya dilakukan dengan pemberian tugas dan wawancara. Data hasil penelitian yang diperoleh sebagai berikut: (1) profil penalaran deduktif siswa laki-laki. Pada langkah merencanakan penyelesaian masalah; subjek dapat merumuskan pernyataan umum dengan menyebutkan pernyataan yang digunakan untuk menjawaban soal yang diberikan, subjek dapat merumuskan pernyataan khusus dengan menyebutkan pernyataan logis yang mengacu pada pernyataan umum berdasarkan soal yang diberikan, dan subjek dapat melakukan penarikan kesimpulan dengan menetapkan strategi untuk menjawab soal yang diberikan. Pada langkah melaksanakan rencana penyelesaian masalah; subjek dapat merumuskan pernyataan umum dengan menggunakan pernyataan yang digunakan untuk menjawab soal yang diberikan, subjek dapat merumuskan pernyataan khusus dengan menetapkan pernyataan logis yang mengacu pada pernyataan umum berdasarkan soal yang diberikan, dan subjek dapat melakukan penarikan kesimpulan dengan menggunakan premis-premis (pernyataan umum dan khusus) yang telah terbukti kebenarannya. (2) profil penalaran deduktif siswa perempuan. Pada langkah merencanakan penyelesaian masalah; subjek dapat merumuskan pernyataan umum dengan menyebutkan pernyataan yang digunakan untuk menjawaban soal yang diberikan, subjek juga dapat merumuskan pernyataan khusus dengan menyebutkan pernyataan logis yang mengacu pada pernyataan umum berdasarkan soal yang diberikan, dan subjek dapat melakukan penarikan kesimpulan dengan menetapkan strategi untuk menjawab soal yang diberikan. Organizing is the second step in the management of the organization after planning. Proper planning will not run correctly, without no one to run and move it, without clearing the job and who will do it. That is the essence of the organizing. Good organizing will produce the right organization, from the work system, structure, resources, and other aspects. This study discusses 1) organizing management in Arabic program pesantrens, 2)job description in Arabic program pesantrens. This study was descriptive qualitative research. The data are collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. Then the data were analyzed in three steps, 1) data reduction, 2) data presentation, 3) concluding/ verification. The results of this research shows that 1) the organizing management Arabic program in pesantren is using a coordination with staff department it can be seen from the manager's task under the chairman, after coordinating with the staff (departmental coordination), and on each program in the Arabic department because in Arabic and organization programs generally have a model line structure and staff (line and staff organization). 2)Division of task the management board recruits service people, student alumni, teacher, or lecturers who are in charge of the foundation. The board on the Arabic program get responsibility and authority on the organization system in the Arabic program.

As social beings, each individual will always interact with others. Dakwah is one form of social interaction. It required the ability to understand, respond, get to know other people and convey the desired message and purpose. Interpersonal skills are basic skills that should be owned by individuals so that interactions can go smoothly, including the implementation of dakwah. Interpersonal skills help preachers to understand and respect other people, which in turn can lead to success in the implementation of persuasive dakwah. This paper specifically explores the importance of interpersonal skills for a preacher in the implementation of persuasive dakwah.Sebagai makhluk sosial, setiap individu akan senantiasa berinteraksi dengan individu lainnya. Dakwah merupakan salah satu bentuk kegiatan interaksi sosial. Untuk itu diperlukan kemampuan memahami, merespon, mengenal orang lain dan menyampaikan pesan dan maksud yang diinginkan. Interpersonal skill merupakan keterampilan dasar yang harus dimiliki individu agar interaksi dapat berjalan lancar, termasuk dalam pelaksanaan dakwah. Keterampilan interpersonal membantu da?i dalam memahami dan menghargai orang lain, yang pada akhirnya dapat membawa kesuksesan dalam pelaksanaan dakwah persuasif. Tulisan ini secara khusus mengupas tentang pentingnya interpersonal skill bagi seorang da?i dalam pelaksanaan dakwah persuasif.

This paper describes about the psychological perspective on interpersonal communication as one of the strategies the Prophet in preaching. Interpersonal communication is communication btween two or more people in order to achieve the desired objectives. In the context of the history of dakwah of Rasullullah SAW, interpersonal communication has been used as a dakwah strategy of the first when he was newly appointed as an apostle and called on the Islamic religion commanded. Interpersonal communication is done by Rasullullah in psychology perspective is a communication in psychological level. Psychologically interpersonal communication will go well if the two sides are communicating it had known each other, giving each other the attention, support, openness and trust. So the use of appropriate interpersonal communication and effective will affect the success of dakwah Islamiyah.Tulisan ini memaparkan tentang perspektif psikologi tentang komunikasi interpersonal sebagai salah satu strategi Rasulullah dalam berdakwah. Komunikasi interpersonal merupakan komunikasi yang dilakukan dua orang atau lebih dalam rangka mencapai tujuan yang diinginkan. Dalam konteks sejarah dakwah Rasullullah SAW, komunikasi interpersonal telah digunakan sebagai strategi dakwah pertama pada saat beliau baru diangkat menjadi rasul dan diperintahkan menyerukan agama Islam. Komunikasi interpersonal yang dilakukan Rasullullah dalam tinjauan psikologi merupakan komunikasi tingkat psikologis. Secara psikologis komunikasi interpersonal akan berjalan dengan baik jika kedua belah pihak yang berkomunikasi itu telah mengenal satu sama lain, saling memberikan perhatian, dukungan, keterbukaan dan kepercayaan. Sehingga penggunaan komunikasi interpersonal yang tepat dan efektif akan mempengaruhi keberhasilan dakwah Islamiyah.

Various studies showed that there are some points which affect students’ achievement; one of them is mathematics self-efficacy. Self-efficacy is feeling, trust, and confidence of affective behavior of students toward their ability. In learning process, the students find obstacles in solving their problem such as relating one representation to another representation. Previous studies indicated that students’ achievement of mathematical representation ability have obstacles because the students did not understand relationship between concepts, ideas, and materials to be represented. The other studies claimed that the higher students’ self-efficacy, the higher mathematical multiple representation ability (MMRA). It means that self-efficacy has positive correlation with mathematic ability. This article will discuss about role of mathematics self-efficacy toward ability achievement of mathematical multiple representation ability (MMRA) in solving mathematics problem in order to increase students’ achievement.

Pulau Bali merupakan Pulau yang terkenal hingga penghujung dunia karena adat, seni, budaya yang dimiliki. Salah satu budaya yang dimiliki Pulau Bali adalah karya seni berupa lukisan. Lukisan khas Bali yang sudah diwariskan dari abad ke-17 adalah lukisan wayang Kamasan. Dikatakan lukisan wayang Kamasan, karena Kamasan merupakan salah satu nama Desa di Kabupaten Klungkung, serta pengerajin lukisan wayang ini hanya terdapat di Desa Kamasan, Klungkung. Berbagai produk telah dihasilkan oleh pengerajin, namun produk yang dihasilkan digunakan oleh konsumen yang terbatas. Faktor ini berhubungan dengan target pasar, saat ini hanya kalangan tertentu yang menggunakan produk lukisan wayang kamasan ini. Hal tersebut menyebabkan jumlah produksi lukisan wayang Kamasan sulit ditingkatkan, jumlah produksi yang terbatas ini berdampak pada rendahnya penghasilan pengerajin lukisan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka skala prioritas yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan ini adalah 1) inovasi dan kualitas produk, 2) memperluas pasar. Inovasi produk berupa jam dinding dan bingkai menyala yang berlatar lukisan wayang Kamasan. Untuk memperluas pasar dengan cara digital marketing, yaitu pemasaran yang dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan konsep dan partisipatif. Pendekatan konsep pada dasarnya adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman konsep yang bermakna sehingga terjadi perubahan perilaku dan cara berfikir pada pengerajin. Pendekatan partisipatif bermakna melibatkan seluruh peserta pelatihan untuk berpartisipasi aktif ketika pelatihan keterampilan dilakukan, dengan harapan nantinya mereka memiliki keterampilan dalam proses pembuatan dan pemasaran produk. Inovasi lukisan wayang Kamasan berupa produk inovatif dan inovasi pemasaran. Inovasi produksi yang dilakukan pada kerajinan lukisan wayang Kamasan dengan memberi sentuhan modern berupa jam dinding dan bingkai menyala, dapat meningkatkan kuantitas dan kualitas produk secara signifikan. Inovasi pemasaran yang dilakukan menggunakan teknik digital marketing, bertujuan untuk memperluas pasar. Disamping itu inovasi lukisan wayang Kamasan ini secara tidak langsung sebagai salah satu upaya untuk melestarikan warisan budaya Bali serta memperkokoh usaha mikro kecil menengah (UMKM) untuk akselerasi kemandirian Bangsa. The uniqueness of art and culture makes Bali be one of the famous Island of the world. One culture of Bali are works of art such as painting. Bali has a painting that has been inherited since the 17th century that is “Lukisan Wayang Kamasanâ€. The name of Lukisan Wayang Kamasan comes from the name of the village in Klungkung district. This painting is only found in that village. Various products have been produced by the craftsman, but the product only used by the limited consumer. This factor is related to the target market, currently only certain circles who use this painting. It cause the number of Lukisan Wayang Kamasan hard to increase. This problem has a big impact of the painters income decrease. Based on this problem the priority scale in this activity are 1) innovation and product quality, 2) expanding the market. Product innovation in the form of wall clocks and frames that lit behind the Lukisan Wayang Kamasan. To expand the market using information technology such as digital marketing. In this project we used conceptual and participatory approach. The conceptual approach is basically to provide a meaningful of the concept so it can be changed of behavior and the way thinking on the craftsman. The participatory approach involves all trainees to participate actively when skills training is conducted that they will have skills in the process of manufacturing and marketing the product. The innovation of Lukisan Wayang Kamasan are product innovation and marketing innovation. Product innovations are made on Lukisan Wayang Kamasan by giving modern touches such as wall clock and framed light. It can increase quantity and quality product significantly. Marketing innovations are conducted using digital marketing techniques, aim to expand the market. Besides the Lukisan Wayang Kamsan innovation as one of the effort to preserve Balinese cultural heritage as well as strengthen Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) to accelerate the independence of the Nation.

SMP 4 Denpasar holds the title of "Adiwiyata School" in academic year 2012/2013. However, in 2016 SMP Negeri 4 Denpasar can not achieve Adiwiyata school title, whereas potentially a comfortable and beautiful school environment as well as awareness of the party as to the environment is very good preservation. Based on the interview with the Principal of SMP Negeri 4 Denpasar, Drs. I Wayan Dhania, M.Pd. He expressed the need to re-arrange the school environment by giving the scientific name of each plant so that SMP Negeri 4 Denpasar can regain the title of Adiwiyata School. Besides it is related to the learning process, although there are already teachers who are able to develop e-learning based online learning in SMP Negeri 4 Denpasar. But the number is still very minimal and only limited use of blogs with simple features. The method used in this research is the interview method that is the way interviewer deeply with resource, discussion method, active participation method, and the method of demonstration. Based on the implementation of the program it can be concluded 1) The creation of e-learning module that is schoology and plantamor is very useful for teachers in SMP 4 Denpasar because it has features that facilitate the teacher in the teaching, 2) e-learning training is schoology and plantamor implemented in SMP Negeri 4 Denpasar teleah went smoothly, although the teachers are a little constrained by making schoology account that requires special precision, 3) Provision of scientific naming board of IbM program is very useful in supporting science teaching especially biology, 4) There is a difference between the results of pre test and post test teachers of SMP Negeri 4 Denpasar (p-value = 0.013> ? = 0.05).

SMP Negeri 7 Denpasar is one of the leading schools located in the City Center, namely Jalan Gunung Rinjani, Denpasar. This school has many achievements, both in the academic field and in the non-academic field. In the academic field, SMP Negeri 7 Denpasar is one of three school public schools that have passed verification from the Education Office to implement UNBK. SMP Negeri 7 Denpasar also received an award as one of the schools with integrity in the implementation of National Examination with a value of 9.5. Although most of the teachers at SMP Negeri 7 Denpasar have applied the student active learning approach, in reality teachers find it difficult to implement e-learning models. Related to similar aspects, namely learning problems. From the aspect of library facilities, SMP Negeri 7 Denpasar already has a representative library and is very comfortable to be used by students both for learning and doing assignments .. But the obstacles or problems here are the types of reading books and subject books in SMP Negeri 7 Denpasar still classified less so students only get reading literature or limited learning resource books. The method used in this study is the interview method, namely in-depth interviews with informants, discussion methods, methods of active participation, demonstration methods, and methods of analyzing the understanding of trainees' teachers (pretest and post test) using a t-test. The results of the analysis show that there are significant differences (p = 0.001 <?) of the teachers' understanding in SMP Negeri 7 Denpasar between before and after participating in e-learning training.

The paper investigated common grammatical errors produced by Indonesian university students of English as a foreign language when writing their undergraduate research proposals. Accordingly, an urgent research question to resolve was what common grammatical errors are made by the seventh semester students of the English Language Education Study Program of Sanata Dharma University in writing Chapter One of their research proposals? To answer the research question, the researchers conducted a content analysis. The researchers analysed students? research proposals, focusing on grammatical issues identified in the first chapter. Results showed that the errors were omission (content and grammatical morpheme), addition (double marking, regularization, and simple addition), misinformation (regularization errors, archi-forms, and alternating forms), misordering, parallelism and diction. The top three errors were successively omission (38.15 per cent), addition (21.97 per cent) and parallelism (18.5 per cent).

The learning Algebra courses are often taught using coventional textbooks. However, the reality of the learning outcomes has not been able to absorb the material to the maximum extent possible, and this is because the textbooks is limited in number so that students only record some of what is taught by the Lecturer. At the same time, electronic books are available free of charge in several world libraries. The purpose of this study is to determine the ability to think critically mathematically through the use of Elementary Algebra electronic books. The study of the method are used a Quasi Experiment with a nonrandomized Pre-test Post-test Control Group Design research design. The study population was all students who took Elementary Algebra in the Department of Mathematics Education, Malikussaleh University, in the Even Semester 2018/2019 academic year. Sample for the study was students of class A1 as an Experiment group using E-books for Teaching, and Class A2 as a Control group with lectures using conventional textbooks. The results showed that the mathematical critical thinking ability of students taught using Electronic books was better than the mathematical critical thinking ability of students who were taught using conventional textbooks. Thus the use of elementary algebra electronic books (E-books) can improve students' mathematical critical thinking skills in learning Algebra.
