Sexual harassment by teenagers occurs in verbal, visual, and physical forms such as: sexual jokes, flirting and touching someone's sensitive area. Factors that influence adolescents to commit sexual harassment are due to peer group involvement and the inability of adolescents to make choices in actions that are reflected in peer conformity and self-determination. The aims of this study is to examine the contribution of self-determination to sexual harassment, to examine the contribution of peer conformity to sexual harassment, and to examine the contribution of self-determination and peer conformity together with sexual harassment. This research uses quantitative method with simple and multiple regression analysis. The study population is all students high school city of Padang who are active in 2020/2021. The number of samples in this study were 273 teenagers who were selected by cluster random sampling technique using the Slovin formula. Methods of data collection using self-determination scale, peer conformity scale, and sexual harassment scale with a Likert Scale model to then be tested for validity and reliability. The research findings show that: (1) there is a significant negative contribution between self-determination with sexual harassment shown by correlation coefficient of R= 0.736 and R Square of 0.542, which means that the contribution of self-determination to sexual harassment is 54.2%. (2) there is a significant positive contribution between peer conformity to sexual harassment shown by correlation coefficient of R = 0.767 and R Square of 0.588, which means that the contribution of peer conformity to sexual harassment is 58.8%. (3) there is a significant contribution between self-determination and peer conformity together to sexual harassment shown by correlation coefficient of R = 0.810 and R Square of 0.665, which means that the contribution of peer conformity to sexual harassment is 68.5%.

This study aims to determine the application of TPACK in innovations made by teachers in economic learning. The method used in this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The subjects in this study were economics teachers and students. Data collection techniques carried out in this study used the methods of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study state that schools have implemented TPACK in economic learning by making innovations to develop students' understanding of economics learning. All teachers already understand technology, so teachers use technology, especially in economics learning. In the economics learning process, teachers use various strategies, models, and learning methods that have been compiled in the lesson plans and innovate through approach, models, and learning methods. In addition to integrating technology and pedagogy, teachers innovate in material knowledge. Along with the development of the curriculum, economics teachers develop themselves to better master the economics material and, thought training could add insight to teachers in mastering the material. TPACK is a new research topic in the world of education in Indonesia. Therefore, the Education Office and related agencies are expected to provide and explain throughout socialization and conduct training on TPACK to add references in the world of education.

This research used design research. It was constructing a learning trajectory through handshake context to help students’ understanding of the Combination concept. This research used PMRI approach. The participants of the research were the students of 10th class SMA Negeri 15 Palembang. For retrospective analysis, the data were collected from a teaching experiment in form of student’s work, field notes, and interviews. The obtained data is a learning trajectory which is consists of 1) students do a role-play scene of the handshake activity; this activity supports students’ understanding that A do handshake with B is the same with B do handshake with A, which it indicates order does not matter in Combination. 2) students utilize their knowledge about factorial forms to analyze the general pattern of the Combination. 3) students solve problems related to the Combination concept to help them think about how to solve the similar problems in the daily life. The results of the study showed that the use of the handshake context can help students to understand of the Combination concept.

Good education is an increase in the quality of education that is inseparable from the improvement in the competence of students. The purpose of national education is for students' competencies, both in terms of attitudes, knowledge and skills. The effort made by the government is to develop the curriculum from KTSP 2006 to the 2013 curriculum and revise it. Based on the results of the interview, there are many obstacles in the learning process. Implementation in the learning process of teachers still uses the lecture method, lack of use of LKPD in the learning process, lack of implementation of practicum activities in schools, teaching materials used are less attractive to students and not contains steps of activities that must be carried out by students. Therefore, researchers are interested in conducting research that aims to produce LKPD based on Learning Cycle 7E models that are tested for validation. The type of research used is Research and Development (R&D). R & D research methods are research methods used to produce certain products. This research procedure consisted of potential problems, data collection, product design, design validation, and design revision. Product design validation was carried out by three expert lecturers. The components assessed are content worthiness, language, presentation and graphics. The results of the validation of LKPD were 83.67%. Overall LKPD based on Learning Cycle 7E model is in a very valid category so it is suitable to be used in physics learning.
