Abstrack: In general, social studies are taught using lecture and question and answer with the involvement of students in the learning process was minimal. Consiquencyt, students are not motivated to keep learning as expected by teachers So many students do not pay attention when the teacher explains the lesson, is not eager to ask or answer questions from teachers and do not want to know about what is conveyed by the teacher. Additionally, when the teacher gives the task, there are many students who do not do the work. It inlah which shows students' motivation in learning is very low. To that end, efforts should be made improvements in the learning process by selecting the appropriate teaching methods and appropriate for use. So students have the motivation to participate in every stage of learning. The aim of the study was to increase the motivation of social studies students of class VII in SMP N 6 Tanah Putih by using cooperative learning model make a match. This research was conducted in SMP N 6 Tanah Putih. The sample used in this study were students of class VII consists of 24 students. Data was collected using observation sheet teacher activity, student activities, student motivation and achievement test. Data analysis techniques in this study using the technique teacher activities, student activities and student motivation. From the analysis done shows cooperative learning model make a match proved to increase motivation to learn, especially in the IPS study Bisang class VII N 6 Tanah Putih.Keywords: PPD Learning Method, Student Motivation

Abstract: Research it is based on discipline residents learn program equality package C seen from a series of behavior that show values obedience, allegiance, and order. Formulation problems in this research namely how high discipline residents learn program equality package C in PKBM Primatrain Pekanbaru?, how high obedience people learn the package C equality in pkbm primatrain pekanbaru?, how well the loyalty that citizens learn the package C equality in pkbm primatrain pekanbaru?, how well the program order learning equality package C in pkbm primatrain pekanbaru?, how well the willingness of people learn observe rules in pkbm primatrain pekanbaru?. Research objectives in this research order to know the level discipline residents learn program kesetaraan paket c at pkbm primatrain pekanbaru , and obedience , allegiance , order , and willingness residents learn program equality package C. The population in this research as many as 40 residents learn. Then the researcher determine sample as many as 40 residents learn to research and 20 people we will try to somewhere else with using a technique sampling jenuh. An instrument data collection that is chief with 76 a statement and if the trial live 75 a statement valid for in made instrument research. Through data analysis of the quantitative descriptive analysis. So that discipline residents learn program kesetaraan paket c at pkbm primatrain pekanbaru high. This can be seen from four indicators on discipline residents learning program kesetaraan paket c in pekanbaru pkbm primatrain is considered to be higher, the most high is the presence of obeying the rules.Key words: Discipline, Discipline residents learning

Abstract : This study aims to determine the effect of Playing Jump Numbers To Know Concept Number Ability Of Child Age 4-5 Years In TK Agape Tampan Sub District Pekanbaru City. The population in this study that children A classes totaling 18 children and sample in this study amounted to 18 children. The method used pre-experimental design with one group pretest posttest design that experiments conducted on one group alone with no comparison group. This type of instrument used in this study is to use the observation and documentation to take notes about events that occurred during the treatment given. Based on the results obtained by testing the hypothesis that there are significant playing jump number To Know Concept Number Ability Of Child Age 4-5 Years In TK Agape Tampan Sub District Pekanbaru City. This known t count 13.52 or significance (0.000), because sig < 0.05, it can be concluded that there are differences in the ability to know concept number ability on students significant before and after using playing jump number in the learning. Hypothesis testing can be seen on t = 13.52 > table = 2,110. It has been suggested that there are significant differences in the results between the pretest and posttest. Plaing jump numbers to know concept number ability of child Age 4-5 Years In TK Agape Tampan Sub District Pekanbaru City amounted to 50,40 %.Keyword : Concept Number, Playing Jump Number

Abstrack: this study aims to look at the effect of firm size and leverage on financial performance both simultaneously and partially in the food and beverage sub- sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013 – 2017. The population of this study is all food and beverage sub – sector companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in the period 2013 – 2017 where the data is examined by census. This study uses secondary data sourced from the Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD). The data analysis technique used is path analysis with the help of the statistical package for social science (SPSS). The results of the study show that firm size and leverage simultaneously influence the company’s financial performance. Firm size partially has a positive effect on the company’s financial performance while leverage has a negative effect on financial performance.Key Words: Firm Size, Leverage, Company’s Financial Performance

ABSTRACTION: This Research study about Evaluation of form and Mean The Word of Absorption of Dutch Ianguage in Indonesian. This Research used approach qualitative having the character of descriptive which aim to for the description of vocabulary of absorption of Dutch Ianguage in this Ianguage Indonesia. Because research only limited to word collection, hence use of various certain dictionary very that dibutuhkan. Without other;dissimilar reference use also partake to support this research. Following various reference which used as a data source. Foreign absorption Words dictionary in Indonesian (J.S Badudu, 2003), dictionary of Indonesian Etymology (Department of Education And Culture Jakarta, 1987), dictionary of absorption Word (Surawan Matinus,), Absorption Element in Indonesian and its instruction (Mansoer Pateda-Yennie P. Pulubuhu, 1987), Absorption word from Ianguage Belanda / english (Sudarno,1). Produksi listrik di Indonesia sangat didominasi oleh sumber energi berbahan bakar fosil. Penggunaan tersebut memiliki dampak negatif bagi ketersediaan sumber daya alam dan dampak terhadap kelestarian lingkungan. Solusi yang ditawarkan antara lain, perubahan model bisnis pada perusahaan listrik negara di salah satu perusahaan BUMN. Solusi kedua adalah mendorong penggunaan panel surya secara massif dan kolosal. Solusi ketiga adalah melibatkan peran serta berbagai komponen secara pentahelix dalam berkontribusi untuk mewujudkan transformasi sektor energi. Proses realisasi gagasan ini berlangsung selama 11 tahun dari tahun 2022 sampai dengan tahun 2033. Masa tersebut terbagi dalam tiga fase yaitu fase pengembangan, fase transformasi, dan fase keberlanjutan. Ketiga fase tersebut melibatkan beberapa pihak yang tergabung dalam konsep pentahelix untuk berkolaborasi melaksanakan gagasan ini. Implementasi gagasan ini mendorong terwujudnya kemandirian energi bagi masyarakat Indonesia. Setiap masyarakat berpeluang untuk dapat berperan sebagai produsen sekaligus konsumen dari energi yang mereka hasilkan. Bagi PLN sebagai salah satu perusahaan negara, perubahan model bisnis melalui diversifikasi barang dan jasa yang dihasilkan akan mempertahankan eksistensi PLN di era disrupsi sektor energi. Manfaat lain yang tidak kalah penting yaitu mengurangi tingkat polusi udara dan menurunkan dampak pemanasan global sesuai dengan semangat perjanjian Paris.

Puppet was the cultural heritage of Indonesia and a world heritage whose many advantages and some disadvantages. Indonesian youth was considered away from the puppet. Unit of Educational and Culture of Radio Media Development addressed this phenomenon by conducting a needs analysis of puppet stories as audio media character education for the younger generation, in particular adolescent ages 12-18 years. The analysis was conducted to uncover the adolescent perception about the puppet and how their need about the puppet which was broadcasted through the radio. This study used the survey method and involved radio stations in Middle Java and Eastern Java, which had been partnered with BPMRPK and had founded school and student community. The results showed that teens are considered the main attractive of the puppet performances was at the story. Teens considered puppet stories would be interesting if the radio broadcast program was made by adjusting the present context. Most teens need a puppet story radio broadcast in the form of a recording, duration of 30 minutes, and aired every day.Wayang merupakan warisan budaya Nusantara sekaligus warisan budaya dunia yang memiliki banyak kelebihan dan kekurangan. Sekarang ini generasi muda Indonesia dianggap tidak lagi memerhatikan keberadaan wayang. Balai Pengembangan Media Radio Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (BPMRPK) menyikapi fenomena ini dengan melakukan analisis kebutuhan tentang cerita wayang sebagai media audio pendidikan karakter bagi generasi muda, khususnya remaja usia 12-18 tahun. Analisis dilakukan untuk mengungkap pandangan remaja tentang kesenian wayang dan bagaimana kebutuhan remaja tentang kesenian wayang yang disiarkan melalui media radio. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan melibatkan stasiun radio mitra di Jawa Tengah dan Jawa Timur yang memiliki sekolah binaan atau komunitas pelajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa remaja menganggap daya tarik utama pertunjukan wayang adalah pada cerita. Remaja menganggap cerita wayang akan menarik bila dijadikan program siaran radio dengan menyesuaikan konteks masa kini. Sebagian remaja membutuhkan siaran radio cerita wayang dalam bentuk rekaman yang berdurasi 30 menit dan disiarkan setiap hari.

This paper discusses the solution of systems of fuzzy number max-plus linear equations through the greatest fuzzy number subsolution of the system. We show that if entries of each column of the coecient matrix are not equal to infinite, the system has the greatest fuzzy number subsolution. The greatest fuzzy number subsolution of the system could be determined by first finding the greatest interval subsolution of the alpha-cuts of the system and then modifying it if needed, such that each its components is a family of alpha-cut of a fuzzy number. Then, based on the Decomposition Theorem on Fuzzy Set, we can determine the membership function of the elements of greatest subsolution of the system. This paper examines the adoption of e-commerce system models in the rural tourism sector. Rural tourism business infrastructure barriers be resolved with application ride sharing system named 'Terater’ and e-payment with the name ‘E-bajer’. Research using qualitative methods to explore information from the subject of the research. The existence of a model system for Ride Sharing such Go-jek in 50 cities in Indonesia, able to inspire the TERATER initiator, community, adopt e-commerce system as a model of service to visitors. The utilization of e-commerce helps a lot and makes it easy for rural home industry to market and Transaction. In the E-Commerce systems can guarantee the existence of real data and real money. The results of the research can be used to initiate the expansion of the adoption of e-commerce systems in the development of regional tourism its main tourist village.
