Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Equity dan Price Earning Ratio terhadap nilai Perusaahan pada Perusahaan Pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2014-2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, jenis penelitian hubungan kausal dan bersifat deduktif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling populasi penelitian sebanyak 44 perusahaan dan sampel yang digunakan 17 perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2014-2018. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji regresi berganda dan asumsi klasik. Hasil uji menunjukkan Return On Equity dan Price Earning Ratio berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, Debt to Equity Ratio tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Equity dan Price Earning Ratio berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2014-2018 hanya 16.5%.

This research investigates the factors that influence pre-service science teachers' conceptualization of STEM education. The factors involved STEM self-efficacy, STEM anxiety, science content knowledge, and mathematics content knowledge. The survey method was utilized in this research to collect a huge number of respondents at one time. The participants were 604 pre-service science teachers in Indonesia with different backgrounds (physics Education, biology education, chemistry education, Ingrate of Science education, and primary school education). The instruments were developed and share with participants using a google form to avoid the items that the participant did not fill in. The data analyzed using STEM showed that science content knowledge, STEM self-efficacy, and STEM anxiety were influencing the conceptualization of STEM education. This research suggested that to improve the quality of STEM education in the classroom. Pre-service science teachers should understand the concept of the content taught

The COVID-19 pandemic has an impact on the psychology of health quarantine officers if it cannot be handled, there is a chance for psychological distress to affect performance when carrying out their duties. This study aims to determine the psychological distress of health quarantine officers during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study uses a quantitative descriptive design. The research sample consisted of 111 respondents who were selected based on inclusion criteria using a total sampling technique. The data collection tool used is the Self Reporting Questionnaire (SRQ).Data were analyzed using univariate test. From research on 111 health quarantine officers, 104 people (93.7%) did not experience psychological distress. SRQ components in 7 respondents who indicated psychological distress showed symptoms of decreased energy 7 people (100%), cognitive symptoms 7 people (100%), anxiety symptoms6 people (85.7%), somatic symptoms 6 people (85.7%) and depression symptoms 3 people (42.9%). The majority of health quarantine officers are not indicated to be experiencing psychological distress. A person may have one or more types of indicators of psychological distress symptoms, the majority of the symptoms experienced by respondents are feeling a decrease in energy and cognitive symptoms

Tulisan ini membahas tentang pembaharuan hukum keluarga di Negara-nega ramuslim. Dari pembahasan ini diketahui bahwa metode pembaharuan dilakukan denganmetode intra-doctrinal dan extra-doktrinal reform, regulasidankodifikasi. The objectives of this research to test the influences (1) entrepreneurship-learning toward atittude toward entrepreneurship (2) entrepreneurship-learning toward subjective norm (3) entrepreneurship-learning toward perceived behavioral control (4) entrepreneur-characteristics toward atittude toward entrepreneurship (5) entrepreneur-characteristics toward subjective norm (6) entrepreneur-characteristics toward perceived behavioral control (7) subjective norm toward entrepreneurial interest (8) attitude toward entrepreneurship toward entrepreneurial interest (9) perceived behavioral control toward entrepreneurial interest.This research used quantitative descriptive method. The population of this research wereall XI-grade students in SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo which amounts to 356 students. The sample were selected 78 students through proportional random sampling. Data were collected by means of questionnaire. This research were used Structural Equation Modelling (SEM).The results showed that: (1) There were a negative and not significant influence between entrepreneurship-learning and attitude toward entrepreneurship (2) There were a positive and not significant influence between entrepreneurship-learning and subjective norm (3) There were a positive and not significant influence between entrepreneurship-learning and perceived behavioral control (4) There were a positive and significant influence between entrepreneur-characteristics and attitude toward entrepreneurship (5) There were a positive and significant influence between entrepreneur-characteristics and subjective norm (6) There were a positive and significant influence between entrepreneur-characteristics and perceived behavioral control (7) There were a positive and significant influence between attitude toward entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial interest (8) There were a positive and significant influence between subjective norm and entrepreneurial interest (9) There were a positive and significant influence between perceived behavioral control and entrepreneurial interest.

This research aimed to find out whether or not there was an effect of (1) online marketing learning and self-efficacy factors to the online entrepreneurship interest on XI-grade Marketing skill competency in SMK Negeri Surakarta City; (2) online marketing learning factor to the online entrepreneurship interest on XI-grade Marketing skill competency in SMK Negeri Surakarta City; and (3) self efficacy factor to the online entrepreneurship interest on XI-grade Marketing skill competency in SMK Negeri Surakarta City.The population of research was the students of SMK Negeri Surakarta. The sample consisted of 135 students taken using Isaac and Michael’s formula. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling with lottery. This research method used is quantitative method with a descriptive design. Technique of collecting data used was questionnaire. Technique of analyzing data used was a multiple regression. Significance level used in this research was 0.05.The results of research were as follows. Firstly, there was a positive significant effect of online marketing learning and self-efficacy factors on the online entrepreneurship interest of students with the test result of Fstatistic > Ftable (5.816 > 3.065) at significance level of 0.05 with regression equation Y = 27.345 + 0.189X1 + 0.215X2. Secondly, there was a positive significant effect of online marketing learning factor on the online entrepreneurship interest of students with probability value < 0.05 (0.031 < 0.05) and tstatistic > ttable (2.177 > 1.979). Thirdly, there was a positive significant effect of self-efficacy factor on the online entrepreneurship interest of students with probability value < 0.05 (0.024 < 0.05) and tstatistic > ttable (2.278 > 1.97). The coefficient of determinacy (R2) was 0.081 or 8.1%.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangan media pembelajaran dengan teknologi video tutorial yang dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran pemasaran online kelas X PM 1 SMK Negeri 3 Surakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Riset dan Pengembangan. Perancangan dilakukan dengan melalui prosedur tahap studi pendahuluan dan tahap pengembangan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penilaian ahli materi yang menyatakan bahwa media pembelajarannvideo tutorial memenuhi kriteria baik sekali dengan persentase sebesar 91%. Penilaian ahli media terhadap media video tutorial dengan rata-rata sebesar 88% yang memenuhi kriteria baik sekali. Penilaian ahli multimedia terhadap media video tutorial dengan rata-rata sebesar 79% yang memenuhi kriteria baik. Tanggapan pada uji coba terbatas, memperoleh rata-rata sebesar 73% yang memenuhi kriteria baik, kemudian tanggapan dari siswa pada uji coba luas memperoleh rata-rata sebesar 78% yang memenuhi kriteria baik. Hasil post test yang telah dilakukan memperoleh nilai rata-rata yang lebih tinggi sebesar 80 dari nilai sebelumnya sebesar 73, serta memperoleh presentase ketuntasan sebesar 76%.

The research carried out is Classroom Action Research (Claasroom Action Reseacrh). In general, the purpose of the study was to measure the effectiveness of the application of Attention, Relevance, Confidence, Satisfaction (ARCS) models assisted by video tutorials to improve student loyalty and learning motivation in vocational schools, especially in marketing majors. The specific objectives of this research are: (1) Application of ARCS models in online marketing learning; (2) Making video tutorials for online learning; (3) Testing the effectiveness of ARCS models assisted by video tutorials on the validity and learning motivation of students in vocational schools especially in marketing; (4) Publication of research results in national journals.In this study, an analysis of the focus of the problems studied and design planning for making video tutorials for online marketing learning in vocational high schools and the effectiveness of the application of ARCS) models assisted by video tutorials using qualitative and quantitative approaches by following the implementation path as follows : (1) literature study, to draft the ARCS model and video tutorial; (2) field data collection and data circulation, are carried out to describe the learning and media models currently implemented; (3) Identifying Competency Standards, Online Marketing Syllabus for relevance in the application of ARCS models assisted by video tutorials; (4) Description and analysis of findings and effectiveness of the application of ARCS models assisted by video tutorials.The results showed that the application of ARCS models assisted by video tutorials on online marketing subjects in Vocational Schools was effective in increasing the activeness and learning motivation of students. This was marked by an increase in the students' loyalty to visual activities at 86.11%, oral activities at 83.33%, listening activities at 80.55%, and writing activities at 91.66%. In line with this, the effectiveness of the application of ARCS models with tutorial videos is also able to increase the learning motivation of students from very low criteria of 18.28% to 83.63 which is included in the very high criteria.

This research is aimed to improve students’ engagement and students’ learning achievement through implementation of Number Heads Together at SMKN 3 Surakarta 2015/2016 academic year. The subject of this research is the students of X Marketing II class of SMKN 3 Surakarta. The techniques of collecting the data used in this research are questionnaire, observation, interview, documentation and test. The procedures of this research are planning, acting, observing and reflecting. The result of the research showed that students’ engagement in the pre-cycle was 29.03%, improved in the 1st cycle up to 77.42% and in the 2nd cycle up to 90.32%. The result of the students’ achievement in cognitive aspect of the pre-cycle was 6.25%, improved up to 75.86% in the 1st cycle and 79.31% in the 2nd cycle. The result of the students’ achievement in affective aspect of the pre-cycle was 81.25%, improved in the 1st cycle up to 83.87% and in the 2nd cycle was 87.10%. The result of the students’ achievement in psychomotor aspect of the pre-cycle was 78.13%, improved in the 1st cycle up to 80.65% and 86.21% in the 2nd cycle. Based on the result of this research, it can be concluded that the implementation of Number Heads Together can improve students’ engagement and students’ learning achievement in the subject of Introduction of Economy and Business of X Marketing II class of SMKN 3 Surakarta 2015/2016 academic year.

This research was aimed to know (1) the reasons majority of economic teachers have not conduct Classroom Action Research (CAR), (2) the school’s efforts to encourage and overcome difficulties in conducting CAR. This research was a qualitative research which used case study methodology the techniques of collecting data were used unstructured planning interview and documentation with the techniques of data analysis used analysis interactive Miles and Huberman. The result of this research was following: First, the main reason was that they were not motivated yet while the supporting reasons were following: (a) facing technical difficulties; (b) teachers’ perceptions such as busy and CAR was burden teachers, time and financial consuming; (c) training of CAR wasn’t optimal, (d) lack of reading habit about books of CAR; (e) lack of experiences in research; (f) influence of teachers’ age. Although the age wasn’t fully influenced, there were other factors that influenced teachers in conducting CAR such as their experiences, motivation and manner toward rule. Second, the school’s efforts to encourage teacher in conducting CAR were by giving socialism, information and reminding importance CAR mainly when the meeting was held of school whereas the school’s efforts to overcome the teachers’ difficulties were by providing internet access and reference books of CAR.
