The COVID-19 pandemic has brought changes to all sectors, including the education sector. The policy of learning from home in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic has been carried out by schools in Indonesia. This policy is based on the Circular of the Minister of Education and Culture No. 4 of 2020 concerning the Implementation of Education Policies in the Emergency Period for the Spread of Covid-19. One of the contents of the SE is to provide an appeal to learn from home through online learning or distance learning. Like other schools, during this pandemic, SMP N 2 Karanganyar Demak is required to be able to organize distance learning that is good, easy to understand and not boring. Judging from the conditions in the field, there are still many teachers who have limitations in terms of access and use of existing technology. Because the material distributed in the form of presentation files and e-books requires a deeper explanation, learning videos are seen as the right solution. The effect of using video media in learning is very high because the more often teachers use learning videos, the stronger/higher the impact on student learning outcomes will be. Learning video training at SMP N 2 Karanganyar utilizes the Camtasia application which functions to record and edit recordings. Teachers are required to make learning videos according to the subjects they teach.

Craft bags in the village of Gulang has become a superior product of the village whose existence is able to lift the economy of the Gulang village community itself. There are at least 20 bag craftsmen in Gulang Village. One of them is Valya Bag’s bag craftsman who has been managed by Mr. Sutarno since 2008. So far, bag craftsmen in Gulang village including Valya Bag’s in producing bag crafts based on orders, entrepreneurs do not make products for stock. The product marketing system is also still manual, it still relies on communication media for direct interaction with consumers and is still centered on the location of certain places such as coming directly to the place of craftsman or when there is an exhibition. This kind of marketing model makes it difficult for potential buyers to access various information needs about the product, information about the latest prices due to limited promotional media. The bag craftsmen hope to expand the marketing area and add customers in order to increase the company's turnover and sustainable production. The purpose of community service is to help entrepreneurs in expanding marketing difficulties. Especially with e-marketing techniques as a means to optimize product marketing. In addition, this dedication team will provide training and assistance for managing e-marketing websites and make interesting product photos to support the website's appearance.

Desa memiliki peranan penting dalam menunjang tersedianya segala keperluan warga. Salah satu kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh desa adalah memberikan informasi terbaru mengenai kegiatan desa kepada warga. Penyampaian informasi dilakukan melalui papan pengumuman di depan balai desa, surat menyurat atau menggunakan suara speaker dari balai desa. Informasi yang diberikan diantaranya pengobatan gratis, pembagian raskin, info panen dan kegiatan lain yang ada di desa. Kendala yang muncul dalam kegiatan memberikan informasi kepada warga adalah informasi yang ditempel di papan pengumuman tidak diketahui oleh semua warga, sedangkan pemberitahuan melalui surat menyurat kepada warga dirasa kurang efektif dan membutuhkan waktu yang lama, banyaknya jumlah warga dan banyaknya informasi yang harus diberikan menyebabkan pihak petugas desa kewalahan dalam memberikan informasi kepada warga. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, maka perlu diadakan pelatihan teknologi informasi berbasis online untuk mendukung distribusi informasi dan sarana aduan masyarakat di desa.

Metode permukaan respon merupakan sekumpulan teknik statistika yang berguna untuk menganalisa permasalahan dimana beberapa variabel bebas mempengaruhi variabel respon dan tujuan akhirnya adalah untuk mengoptimalkan variabel respon. Metode ini pertama kali diajukan pada tahun 1951 oleh Box dan Wilson. Penerapan metode permukaan respon yang digunakan untuk optimalisasi proses sealing pada pengemasan produk makanan jelly merk Big Stick menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap presentase produk nonBS adalah lamanya waktu pressing kemasan dan suhu yang digunakan pada proses sealing. Nilai respon presentase produk nonBS optimum diperoleh pada waktu detik dan suhu . Sedangkan nilai respon presentase produk nonBS optimal diperoleh sebesar . Titik optimum pada permukaan respon merupakan titik pelana, karena nilai eigen dari matriks yang diperoleh berlainan tanda (positif dan negatif) yaitu dengan nilai dan . Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah bimbingan karier dapat diintegrasikan dalam mata pelajaran IPS. Penelitian tersebut menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan penelitian tindakan kelas. Rancangan penelitian ini meliputi (1) pemetaan standar kompetensi mata pelajaran IPS yang berhubungan dengan kesadaran karier dan pemetaan standar kompetensi bimbingan karier kelas tiga sekolah dasar, (2) menyusun materi pembelajaran, (3) menyusun rencana tindakan, (4) pelatihan terhadap guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran, (5) pelaksanaan tindakan, (6) hasil pelaksanaan tindakan, dan (7) evaluasi dan diskusi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, di-lakukan secara kolaboratif antara peneliti dan guru. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah peneliti sendiri sebagai instrumen kunci; peneliti memegang peran kunci dalam proses pengumpulan, penganalisisan, maupun penyimpulan data. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah observasi dan perekaman. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan model analisis data mengalir yang dimulai dari tahap reduksi data, penyajian data, verifikasi, dan penyimpulan data. Untuk menjaga keabsahan data dilakukan triangulasi dan pengecekan teman sejawat.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bimbingan karier dapat diintegrasikan dalam mata pelajaran IPS. Dari 42 siswa kelas III B Sekolah Dasar Negeri Percobaan Malang yang mampu menjawab paling sedikit 80% pertanyaan yang berhubungan dengan bimbingan karier

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian non eksperimen yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada perbedaan tingkat aktualisasi diri anggota Persit Kartika Chandra Kirana ditinjau dari pangkat suami di Batalyon Infanteri 512 Kompi C Malang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh anggota Persit Kartika Chandra Kirana yang ada di Batalyon Infanteri 512 Kompi C Malang dengan jumlah 75 orang yaitu 5 orang istri Perwira, 25 orang istri Bintara, 49 Istri Tamtama. Untuk pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik stratified sampel. Pengumpulan data menggunakan skala aktualisasi diri dengan koefisien korelasi product moment antara 0,5378-0,5823 dan koefisien reliabilitas sebesar 0,9994. Dari hasil analisa data yang menggunakan teknik anava 1 jalur menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan tingkat aktualisasi diri anggota Persit Kartika Chandra Kirana ditinjau dari pangkat suami diterima pada taraf sangat signifikan dimana FoA sebesar 8,31911018 lebih besar dari f tabel 1% = 4.61 dan f tabel 5%.Dengan demikian ada perbedaan dimana istri Perwira memiliki aktualisasi diri lebih tinggi dibanding istri Bintara dan Tamtama.

Menopause constitutes a life deep step all woman and necessarily this condition gets to be accepted and is behaved wisely, since if woman enters particular age which is final adulthood period, period menopause must upcoming. But is not all woman get to behave it with able, since a lot of within women while begins to enter this period one be pointed out with physical phenomenas, psychological and social, perceive fidget, alarm even depression which make women experiences behaviour change. This research is done on 105 membered mothers of PKK Sidomulyo's Villages already enter menopause's periods and its result points out that menopause kicks in 32,182% for its heavyhearted happening and its residuary because of unanalyzed other factors.

The purpose of this study was to determine the significance of variables influence the type of temperament and gender in shaping the work of an employee's commitment. The population in this study were employees of PR. Makmur Jaya Jalan 168 Kepanjen Probolinggo Malang, East Java, which amounts to 2600 + men and women are taken by using a quota sampling technique. Data collection using the scale of work commitments, with Product Moment correlation coefficient between 0.321 to 0.745 and the reliability coefficient of 0.9083532. Meanwhile, to classify the type of temperament using the test tool by Robert J. Temperament Inventory Cruise, Ph.D., and W. Peter Blitchington, Ph.D. The results showed that the hypothesis which states there is the influence of the type of temperament and gender of an employee's work commitment is rejected at the 5% significance level of 2.21 when the FoA is smaller than F-table 5% at 2.60; Foa at 3.82 smaller than the F-table 5% of 3.84; and FoAB of 0.34 smaller than the F-table 5 2.60% interest. Thus there was no difference in the commitment of employees who work a different type of temperament and gender

Exercise is an activity that is much preferred by people who realize the importance of health for the human body. Routinely man sports for the sake of a healthy body crave. Many of them, in addition to doing regular exercise, also does one of the sporting activities with his group as a community or club, e.g. basketball club, badminton club and other clubs. Regular exercise should be carried out in order to face the competition with another group of the same type of field of sport. To sustain such sport activities, sports shoes are required.Consumers must be clever to choose a brand of shoes that meet with some requirements of their need. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an influence of the elements of product attributes on consumer purchase behavior of Nike sports shoes. The study was conducted by taking a sample of 100 users of Nike basketball shoes. Data were processed using SPSS program to perform the analysis of overall means score and multiple regression. The results show that the quality of products, product features, product design, product pricing, and product brands significantly influence the intensity of consumer purchases of Nike basketball shoes.

The curriculum is at the heart of education. During the Covid pandemic, the government through the ministry of education and culture is working on making the current learning process run well and smoothly even though learning is carried out remotely or online. The latest policy issued by the Ministry of Education and Culture is an emergency curriculum for education units in special conditions. The objectives of the research on the implementation of this emergency curriculum is to knowing the readiness of the school for implementing the emergency curriculum This research uses qualitative research. This research approach is a case study. This research was conducted at SMP PGRI Taropo. Participants in this study were the principal, vice principal in curriculum, and teachers. Data collection techniques using interviews. Data analysis techniques used the Miles Huberman model and were analyzed using the Atlas.ti software version 8. Based on the results of the analysis, the implementation of the emergency curriculum at SMP PGRI Taropo has four important things in its implementation, namely: (1) Teacher Competency Development; (2) Learning Change; (3) Technology Utilization; and (4) Evaluating Learning Outcome
