Organizing public services in the modern era in facing the challenges of maintaining local wisdom values while improving the quality of services to the community. This study aims to analyze the implementation of public service innovations based on local wisdom in the implementation of regional government in Central Lombok Regency. Central Lombok Regency has a wealth of local wisdom of the Sasak community that can be involved in the modern public service system. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that the local wisdom of the Sasak community in Central Lombok Regency, such as the concept of awiq-awiq, mutual cooperation, and traditional leadership systems, can be integrated into public service innovations through an integrated service model that includes traditional approaches and modern administration. The implementation of public services based on local wisdom has been proven to increase accessibility, responsiveness, and public satisfaction with local government services. This model also contributes to the preservation of local culture while meeting quality public service standards in accordance with applicable regulations.
