Pendidikan merupakan suatu proses penyadaran yang terjadi karena interaksi berbagai faktor yang menyangkut manusia, lingkungan, dan potensinya, pada praktek pengungsian medik udara tidak hanya menghadapi simulasi kasus - kasus darurat yang realistis, tetapi juga belajar mengenali dan menanggapi dinamika kerja tim dalam situasi tegang, didalam praktek pengungsian medik udara seringkali ada kendala di tiap tim saat melakukan kerjasama dari tim satu ke tim lainnya, faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi diantaranya : kurangnya komunikasi yang efektif dan rendahnya motivasi didalam kerja sama tim, upaya - upaya yang dapat dilakukan diantaranya : melakukan peningkatan komunikasi serta motivasi dalam berkoordinasi dalam kerjasama tim, kesimpulan bahwa kerjasama tim yang baik merupakan kunci keberhasilan dalam penyelenggaraan praktek pengungsian medik udara.

Perpustakaan SMKN 1 Tembilahan hadir seiring dengan berdirinya SMKN 1 Tembilahan yaitu pada tahun 1965. Pada tahun 2019, Perpustakaan tersebut beralih nama menjadi Perpustakaan Tengku Sulung. Perpustakaan adalah unit kerja yang mengolah, menyimpan, melestarikan dan menyebarluaskan informasi kepada pemustaka (pengguna perpustakaan). Perpustakaan memiliki peran penting dalam menunjang proses belajar mengajar. Dalam pengelolaan perpustakaan Tengku sulung sudah menerapkan system informasi berbasis teknologi. Penerapan yang dilakukan mulai dari proses mendaftar anggota, perpanjang peminjaman, permintaan buku, dan absen online. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah mengoptimalkan teknologi informasi yang sudah tersedia di perpustakaan Tengku sulung berbasis web yang dapat membantu pengelolaan data dan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan transaksi peminjaman pada perpustakaan. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode waterfall. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat membantu meningkatkan pelayanan perpustakaan dan mempermudah dalam pengelolaan koleksi datanya. Peneliti akan merancang, mendesain, serta mengimplementasikan sistem informasi perpustakaan dengan menggunakan pola perancangan model waterfall sebagai acuan dalam pengembangannya.

Tax compliance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is a critical factor in optimizing state tax revenues. This study aims to analyze the effect of tax knowledge and tax fairness on MSME taxpayer compliance. The research methodology uses a quantitative approach with multiple regression analysis techniques. The research data were obtained through a survey of 76 MSME taxpayer respondents. Hypothesis testing was carried out using the T-test for partial hypotheses and the F-test for simultaneous hypotheses. The practical implications of this study are the need for intensification of tax education programs and improvement of the tax fairness system by the government. This study provides theoretical contributions to the development of tax compliance theory, especially in the context of MSMEs in Indonesia. The limitations of the study lie in the limited geographical scope, so further research is recommended to expand the scope of the area and explore other moderating variables.

Strengthening character education is an important aspect of national education development, which aims to form the next generation of the nation with integrity and national insight. One of the real efforts in realizing this is through the implementation of Pancasila values in the school environment. This article discusses the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) with the theme of entrepreneurship at SD Negeri Poboya as an example of good practice in shaping students' independent character. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach to explore the implementation process, challenges, as well as the impact of the project on students' character. The results showed that P5 at SD Negeri Poboya was able to make a significant contribution in strengthening students' character, especially in terms of independence and responsibility. However, the successful implementation of this project can still be improved through stronger synergy between the school, parents and external partners. Program sustainability and joint commitment from all stakeholders are key factors in making P5 an inspiring character education model that can be replicated in other schools in Indonesia.

This study examines the phenomenon of online buying and selling among students in the Sociology Education study program through a qualitative approach. The research aims to explore how Herbert Marcuse’s theory and the concept of alienation can be applied to understand students’ engagement with online shopping platforms. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and analyzed using content analysis to identify patterns of behavior, perception, and meaning related to online commercial activities. The findings reveal that online buying and selling are not merely economic practices but also social and psychological phenomena that shape students’ interactions, identities, and lifestyles. The study highlights how students experience both empowerment and alienation through digital consumerism—where convenience and self-expression coexist with dependency and loss of authenticity. Furthermore, the results indicate that online platforms have become spaces for social interaction and self-construction, yet they may also reinforce consumerist tendencies that distance individuals from genuine social relations. These insights contribute to a deeper understanding of how technological engagement intersects with classical sociological concepts, particularly alienation, within contemporary student life. The research also offers implications for sociology education, emphasizing the importance of critical awareness regarding technology’s role in shaping social experiences.

An independent curriculum is a policy of learning program designed to restore the national education system. It enables schools, teachers, students, and all school resources to innovate, be creative, and learn independently. Teachers are the main drivers in this process. In differential learning, teachers choose the material to be taught taking into account students' readiness, interests, and learning styles. Currently, educators are more inclined to use conventional learning approaches. In this case, a teacher-center learning approach is used rather than a student-centric learning approach. The aim of this study is to find out how differential learning is used in an independent curriculum for English courses in high school (SMA). The study uses qualitative descriptive methods. The results of this study show that differential learning can be applied in an independent curriculum to English subject.

Strategi untuk mengatasi anemia pada remaja putri sudah banyak dilakukan. Namun intervensi yang sudah dilaksanakan belum dapat bisa menurunkan angka kejadian anemia, oleh karena itu sangat penting dilakukan edukasi kesehatan mengenai pencegahan anemia pada remaja. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan remaja putri tentang pencegahan anemia gizi sehingga remaja dapat melaksanakan upaya yang baik dalam mengkonsumsi makanan yang mengandung gizi yang tepat. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan tiga intervensi utama, yaitu (1) Sarapan dan Minum TTD Bersama di pesntren setiap minggu sekali sebagai satu kesatuan kegiatan; (2) Edukasi gizi yang bersifat multi-sektor dengan tujuan mempromosikan asupan makan yang sehat dan aktivitas fisik; (3) Komunikasi untuk perubahan perilaku yang relevan dan komprehensif. Sasaran kegiatan pada remaja putri Warga Pesantren AL-Zahrah. Hasil pre-test dan post-test yang dilakukan berkaitan dengan paparan materi edukasi, didapatkan data bahwa ada peningkatan nilai rata-rata sebanyak sepuluh poin dari 70 menjadi 80 poin. Evaluasi kegiatan edukasi gizi ada peningkatan pengetahuan santriwati setelah diberikan edukasi gizi seimbang tentang isi piringku, disisi lain memerikan edukasi gizi dengan metode ceramah telah terbukti bisa memberikan peningkatan pada pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku santriwati, edukasi gizi seimbang yang cukup efektif dengan adanya peningkatan pemahaman tentang gizi seimbang pada remaja putri di pesantren. Peningkatan pengetahuan dan penerapan perilaku hidup sehat pada remaja dapat tercapai dengan adanya kolaborasi antara remaja, pendidik dan orangtua serta tenaga kesehatan. Para pendidik dapat menyampaikan pesan-pesan tentang perilaku hidup sehat melalui pembelajaran di kelas, sedangkan orangtua memantau dan mengingatkan remaja selama berada di rumah. Tenaga kesehatan dalam menyampaikan pesan kunci perlu menggunakan media yang tepat sesuai dengan sasaran agar mudah dipahami dan diingat oleh audiens.

This study aims to analyze the role of dietary patterns in supporting the physical health and development of adolescents in Indonesia. The research used a descriptive qualitative approach with literature study and thematic analysis. The results indicate that the nutritional status of Indonesian adolescents still faces a double burden of malnutrition, encompassing both undernutrition and overnutrition. Unbalanced dietary patterns, low intake of energy, protein, and fat, as well as insufficient fiber consumption, are the main contributing factors. Nutritional knowledge, body image, and family influence especially the role of mothers significantly affect dietary quality. It is concluded that holistic nutritional interventions and continuous education are essential to support optimal adolescent growth and development.

The increasingly competitive job market has heightened work pressure faced by employees, particularly in the pharmaceutical sector. Unmanaged work pressure can lead to stress and job burnout, ultimately resulting in decreased employee performance. This study aims to analyze the effects of work pressure, job stress, and job burnout on employee performance in a pharmaceutical company. A quantitative method was employed, using a semi-structured questionnaire distributed to 50 purposively selected respondents. The study focused on testing seven hypotheses that include both direct and mediating relationships among the variables. Literature review indicates that work pressure and job stress have direct impacts on job burnout and employee performance. Furthermore, job burnout acts as a mediating variable in the relationship between work pressure, job stress, and performance. These findings highlight the importance of managing work pressure and stress to maintain optimal employee performance, as well as the need for leadership and organizational support in fostering a healthy work environment.

Literacy and numeracy are thinking activities that involve learning symbols and the language that expresses them orally or in writing. Data from PISA 2018 shows significant challenges in improving these capabilities in Indonesia. The research method used is an experimental approach by conducting a pretest and posttest. This method is used to study students in a subject using certain learning media. The purpose of making this journal is to find out how much influence education has on the literacy and numeracy skills of elementary school level students. The results of the research show that the use of literacy and numeracy games has a positive impact on students' literacy and numeracy skills. Learners who engage in literacy games show significant improvements in reading ability and text comprehension, while numeracy games help improve basic math skills such as addition, subtraction and problem solving. Apart from that, these games also increase students' learning motivation, making the learning process more fun and interactive. These results indicate that the integration of educational games in the curriculum can be an effective strategy for improving students' literacy and numeracy skills.
