Science process skills are scientific skills related to how to obtain information related to scientific objects. In this skill, the child will be stimulated to be able to think logically. This study aims to determine the increase in early childhood science process skills using the guided inquiry learning model. This research is a classroom action research which consists of two cycles. The stages of the research started from planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The research subjects were students in TK Tembeng Putik Qur'an, totaling 16 children. The research instrument used was the science process skills observation sheet. Data collection techniques using observation and documentation. Data were analyzed using the percentage formula to determine the increase in children's science process skills. The results showed that the guided inquiry learning model was proven to be able to improve early childhood science process skills. The increase in science process skills in this study was seen in the average value in cycle I of 60.68% and increased in cycle II to 72.14%. This is because every process carried out by children in the guided inquiry learning model supports the improvement of early childhood science process skills. Science process skills on the indicators of using tools and measurements get the highest score compared to other indicators. This happens because early childhood is very happy when invited to participate and be involved in conducting experimental activities. Furthermore, the highest increase in science process skills is found in the communicating indicator. This is because in the guided inquiry learning model, children have carried out experiments directly, so they can make their own conclusions based on the results of their observations.

Bullying behavior is an act of intimidation carried out repeatedly by the stronger party against the weak party, done deliberately. The negative impact of bullying can make a person's life lost. Parenting is the attitude and way parents prepare younger family members, including children, to make their own decisions and act on their own. The purpose of the study was to determine whether or not there is a relationship between parenting style and bullying behavior in adolescents in MAN Model 1 Manado schools.This research method uses Cross Sectional approach. The sample was taken based on the number of respondents 49 people using simple random sampling. Data collection is carried out by means of questionnaires. Furthermore, the data that has been collected is processed using the help of the SPSS computer program to be analyzed with a spearman rank statistical test with a meaning level (α) of 0.05.The results showed that p = 0.596 was obtained compared to the α value = 0.05, where p≥α then H0 accepted H1 means that there is no relationship between parenting style and bullying behavior in adolescents at MAN Model 1 Manado school.The conclusion in this study was that there was no relationship between parenting style and bullying behavior in adolescents in MAN Model 1 Manado. Advice to adolescents is to increase empathy for others or the school environment and can exercise good restraint or manage emotions well so as not to cause aqqbehavioral attitudes that lead to bullying practices.

Prospective parents have very minimal knowledge about the importance of nutrition for children. This research aims to explore the importance of education and knowledge of prospective parents in preventing stunting in children. This research approach is qualitative with a case study research design. Data collection was obtained through in-depth interviews, participatory exploration and group discussions. The research results show that prospective parents who have a good understanding of nutrition and health tend to be better able to provide appropriate nutritional intake for their children. A higher educational background also contributes to awareness and responsiveness to children's nutritional needs. However, there are significant obstacles such as limited access to information, low levels of formal education, and the influence of local culture that does not support the practice of providing nutritious food. This research recommends improving community-based health education programs for expectant parents, including providing materials that are easier to understand and relevant to the local context.

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan bahasa inggris awal anak melalui metode total physical response (TPR) di kelas B Al-Rasyid 2. Bahasa inggris awal anak dapat ditingkatkan sejak usia dini. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan subjek penelitian berjumlah 10 anak. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah metode total physical response, pengumpulan data dimulai dari observasi teknik analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan berbahasa inggris awal anak meningkat setelah diberi tindakan yang sesuai dengan metode TPR. Nilai persentase pada pra siklus mencapai 32% dengan kriteria Belum Berkembang (BB), pada siklus 1 nilai persentase sebesar rata-rata mencapai 66% dengan kriteria Mulai Berkembang (MB) dan mengalami peningkatan pada siklus 2 sebesar 86% dengan kriteria Berkembang Sangat Baik (BSB) sedangkan target keberhasilan penelitian ini adalah 80% dengan demikian kemampuan bahasa inggris awal dapat ditingkatkan melalui metode TPR.Kata Kunci : Bahasa Inggris Awal, Metode Total Physical Response AbstractThis research have a puspose to improve children's early English skills using the total physical response method in class B Al-Rasyid 2. Children's early English can be improved from an early age. This research is a classroom action research with research subjects are 10 children. The independent variable of this research is the total physical response method of data collection starting from the observation of data analysis techniques done in quantitative descriptive. The results showed that children's early English language skills improved after being given an action in accordance with the Total Physical Response method. The percentage value in the pre-cycle reaches 32% with the criteria of Not Developing in cycle 1 the percentage value is on average reaches 66% with the criteria of Starting to Develop and has increased in cycle 2 by 86% with the criteria of Very Good Developing while the target of the success of this research is 80% so that the initial English language skills can be improved using the total physical response method.Keywords: Early English, Total Physical Response

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pengelolaan kelas terhadap model pembelajaran kelompok anak usia dini di TK IT Al- Mahira. Metode yang digunakan adalah Pendekatan Kuantitatif Korelasional. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di TK IT Al- Mahira. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan Random Sampling dengan jumlah 30 Anak. Variabel penelitian terdiri dari variabel X (pengelolaan kelas) dan Y (model pembelajaran kelompok). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan menyebarkan angket berupa abjad atau a, b dan c dalam setiap gambar kepada siswa sebagai responden. Metode yang digunakan adalah korelasi dengan taraf 5%. Dari hasil perhitungan dengan menggunakan SPSS 23 diperoleh signifikan sebesar 0,072. Dengan demikian Ha yang menyatakan adanya pengaruh antara pengelolaan kelas terhadap model pembelajaran kelompok ditolak dan sebaliknya Ho yang menyatakan tidak adanya pengaruh antara pengelolaan kelas terhadap model pembelajaran kelompok diterima. Maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa tidak terdapat korelasi pengelolaan kelas terhadap model pembelajaran kelompok anak usia dini di TK IT Al- Mahira. Artinya, model pembelajaran kelompok yang baik belum tentu pengelolaan kelasnya kurang menarik dan sebaliknya model pembelajaran kelompok yang kurang baik belum tentu pengelolaan kelasnya menarik.

The poverty rate of Pekanbaru city increases every year. As a result, the dropout rate is increasing. Students experience a decrease in the value of learning outcomes due to helping parents at work. This results in students being less motivated to go to school due to the socio-economic demands of their peers at school. The tendency of students who come from poor families to have a low assessment of their happiness in life (subjective welfare). This study aims to describe the learning motivation of students who come from poor families and how the implications of counseling services in increasing the learning motivation of children who come from poor families. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach. The population of the study was students from children who received assistance from poor students in 2015 with a sample of 152 students, who were selected by using multistage random sampling technique. The instrument used is a scale of student motivation from poor and reliable families with Cronbach's Alpha value of 0.923. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics. The research findings show that students' learning motivation is in the high category. Based on the research findings, there are several implications for guidance and counseling services in schools, namely: Information Services, Content Mastery Services, Individual Counseling Services, Group Guidance Services and Group Counseling Services.

The purpose of this research is to explore the concept of CSR branding from the perspective of Islam and through the communication theory of Habermas. CSR is understood as a form of corporate responsibility that involves social concern for the environment in order to strengthen its positive image in society. However, some companies distort the concept of CSR towards branding, which is considered by the majority of society as a manipulative act. In Habermas' communication theory, CSR is one form of communicating the social and environmental effects of a company's economic actions on certain groups in society as a whole. And from an Islamic perspective, CSR branding can be communicated effectively and is permissible as long as it does not violate Sharia principles such as honesty, transparency, and avoiding things that contradict Islamic values

North Aceh district has 12,750 ha of idle land that has the potential to be planted with rice. This unused land becomes rice paddies because it has a large enough area and contains elements needed by rice plants. PT Pupuk Iskandar Muda implemented a program to turn sandy land into fertile rice fields called AMELASIR (Amelioration of Sandy Land) with an area of 278 m2. This program is carried out by offering intensive tillage and using ameliorants. The materials added were PIM organic fertilizer, clay, manure, rice straw compost, PIM Polivit and PIM Urea. The results of this program show an increase in rice yield from year to year. In the first growing season the harvest reached 3 tons/ha, in the second growing season it reached 3.45 tons/ha, and in the third growing season the harvest reached 4.5 tons/ha. This area has a faunal biodiversity index H' 3.22 and floral biodiversity H' 2.28. The conversion of idle land into paddy fields also increased the biodiversity of several interesting fauna species, namely 12 bird species, one reptile species, two mammal species, and 20 insect species. The AMELASIR program also made the soil more fertile for some trees so that four tree species, two pole species, eight sapling species and 16 seedling species grew in the area.

This study aims to determine the effect of career development and work-life balance on turnover intention of millennial generation employees with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at the West Kalimantan Health BPJS. The sample in this study amounted to 91 employees who used the SEM PLS analysis method with WarpPLS software. The results revealed that career development has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Work life balance has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Career development has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Work life balance has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. In this study job satisfaction acts as a mediator. Turn over intention can be improved by career development, job satisfaction, and protection for the company's intangible assets.

Gangguan emosi pada anak merupakan kondisi yang dapat menghambat perkembangan psikologis, sosial, dan akademik mereka. Anak dengan gangguan emosi sering menunjukkan kesulitan dalam mengelola perasaan, berinteraksi dengan orang lain, serta beradaptasi dengan lingkungan sekitarnya. Faktor penyebabnya meliputi aspek biologis, lingkungan keluarga, pola asuh, serta tekanan sosial. Jika tidak ditangani dengan baik, gangguan ini dapat berdampak jangka panjang terhadap kesejahteraan anak. Artikel ini membahas karakteristik gangguan emosi pada anak, faktor-faktor yang memengaruhinya, serta strategi intervensi yang dapat diterapkan oleh orang tua, pendidik, dan tenaga profesional. Dengan pemahaman yang lebih baik mengenai gangguan emosi pada anak, diharapkan dapat ditemukan pendekatan yang efektif untuk membantu mereka mengembangkan keterampilan emosional yang sehat dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup mereka
