In current technological advances, digital technology has developed rapidly in assisting human activities, for example in the business sector. In today's digital era, technology plays an important role in the changes that occur in business activities, which previously could only be done face to face between the seller and the buyer, now with only e-commerce technology, buyers do not have to meet the seller to buy the product or service they need. . However, when using e-commerce technology, you must pay attention to what is needed between buyers who want to look for the goods or services they need and sellers who sell their goods or services so that when the business process occurs there will be no failure later.

This study examines effective strategies in increasing sales through social media in the digital era. With the increasing use of social media platforms, businesses need to adopt innovative approaches to reach a wider audience. This study uses qualitative methods to explore various social marketing techniques that can increase sales engagement and conversion. The results show that building credibility, quality content, active interaction, and collaboration with influencers are key factors in achieving sales goals. The development of digital technology has changed the way companies market their products and services. Social media has become an important platform in reaching consumers more closely, and has the potential to increase sales significantly. This article discusses effective social media marketing strategies in increasing sales such as developing interesting content, utilizing influencers, using paid advertising and fast customer interaction and service that are often encountered in social media marketing strategies and how to utilize data analytics to support marketing decisions.

Critical thinking ability is one of the abilities that every student in Indonesia needs to have, especially when learning science. Based on the researcher's initial data, the results of daily tests in science subjects obtained an average of ≥ 75 of 64 with a percentage of completion of classical results of 22.22%. Apart from that, there is data from interviews with teachers, that class VD has not implemented innovative learning models in science learning in class VD. It can be concluded that class 5D at SDN 1 Tegalmunjul still requires actions that can innovate classroom learning and improve students' critical thinking abilities in science learning, therefore the STEM learning model is applied to determine the process of student learning activities and increase students' critical thinking abilities in science learning after implementing the STEM learning model. This research uses classroom action research (PTK) with a Kemmis and Taggart research design. The subjects of this research were 27 class VD students at an elementary school in Purwakarta Regency. This research instrument uses critical thinking ability tests in the form of written description tests, and student and teacher activity observation sheets. The percentage of students' critical thinking ability test results in one class in cycle 1 was 33.3%, rising to 88.8% in cycle 2. So, applying the STEM learning model can improve students' critical thinking abilities in science learning in elementary schools.

Science literacy skills have a very important role in science learning because students are required to be able to solve problems by utilizing technology. The low level of science literacy in Indonesia is the basis for this research. The objectives of this study were: 1) Knowing the effect of the STEM approach on improving the science literacy of elementary school students; 2) Knowing and analyzing the improvement of science literacy skills of students who get learning with the STEM approach better than students who get learning with conventional approaches. The research method used in this research is Quasi Experimental Design with the form of Non-equivalent Control Group Design which involves two classes in its implementation and is given different treatments in learning science with the subject matter of Changes in the Form of Objects with a subject of 43 students. The instrument used to obtain data before and after learning is a science literacy test instrument. Based on the research conducted, the conclusions were obtained; 1) There is an effect of STEM approach on science literacy skills of fourth grade students. 2) There is an increase in science literacy skills of students who get learning with the STEM approach better than students who get learning with conventional approaches.

In the learning process, challenges arise when students lack concentration and motivation to absorb new knowledge, especially in science subjects, resulting in decreased learning outcomes. The low learning outcomes of elementary school students are the background to this research. The aim of this research is to determine the improvement in science learning outcomes of students who use the Problem Based Learning learning model with the help of Quizizz Paper Mode media as compared to those who learn with the conventional model in elementary schools and to find out the effect of the Problem Based Learning learning model assisted by Quizizz Paper Mode media on results. student learning in science subjects in elementary schools. The research method used in this research is quasi-experimental in the form of a nonequivalent control group design on the topic of discussing magnetic forces with a sample of 40 students. Data collection techniques in this research used tests and documentation. Based on data analysis, the n-gain score in the experimental class was 0.6673 and the control class was 0.5498, meaning that students who used the Problem Based Learning learning model with the help of Quizizz Paper Mode media were better than using the conventional model in elementary school. Meanwhile, the results of the linear regression test obtained an rSquare value of 0.508 while the coefficient of determination was 50.8%, meaning that there was an influence of the Problem Based Learning learning model with the help of Quizizz Paper Mode media on student learning outcomes in elementary school science subjects.

This study aims to find out the implementation of problem-based learning methods to improve learning activities in social studies subjects in class V SD Negeri 101740 Simangambat Kec. Simangambat Kab. Paluta. The research approach used in this study uses qualitative methods, this research was conducted at SD Negeri 101740 Simangambat precisely in class V which is located in Kec. Simangambat, Kab. Padang Lawas Utara, in this study the data was collected by observation, interview and documentation methods. Data sources in this study were taken from teachers and students, The data analysis technique used in this study is the Miles & Huberman method, which consists of data collection, data reduction and data presentation. The results of this study are the learning process of social studies subjects in class V at SD Negeri 101740 Simangambat using methods that are quite varied by collaborating the lecture method with problem-based learning methods, the application of problem-based learning methods (PBM) in social studies subjects at SD Negeri 101740 Simangambat can be concluded that the application of these methods runs effectively and the challenges faced by teachers when applying problem-based learning methods in social studies subjects at SD Negeri 101740 Simangambat the main obstacle lies in the complex process of group division and group presentations which result in a lot of time consuming.

Literasi digital merupakan salah satu kemampuan yang diperlukan dalam menumbuhkan karakter siswa melalui penggunaan teknologi khususnya dalam menerima dan menganalisis informasi secara bijak di era digitalisasi. Salah satu langkah yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi kemampuan literasi digital pada siswa usia dasar adalah dengan menggunakan instrumen tes. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengembangkan dan menguji instrumen tes pemahaman literasi digital pada siswa kelas VI SD Labschool UPI Purwakarta. Melalui pendekatan Research & Development (R&D) tipe 4D pada 25 siswa melalui 5 butir soal yang dianalisis dengan menggunakan Anates sehingga dapat dihasilkan bahwa instrumen yang dikembangkan cukup baik dan konsisten dalam mengukur kemampuan pemahaman siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan reliabilitas instrumen sebesar 0,69; tingkat kesukaran masuk ke dalam kategori sedang; validitas sebesar 0,53 dan memiliki daya pembeda tinggi pada butir soal 3 dan 4 menunjukkan kualitas soal yang baik. Namun, terdapat 3 butir soal (butir 1, 2, dan 5) yang memiliki korelasi rendah serta daya pembeda tidak memadai sehingga diperlukan perbaikan kembali. Oleh karena itu, instrumen yang digunakan dapat dikatakan cukup baik untuk mengevaluasi kemampuan literasi digital siswa. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan instrumen evaluasi yang lebih baik serta menjadi rujukan para guru dan peneliti dalam menyusun alat ukur relevan dan berkualitas.

Limbah tanaman padi seperti Jerami, sekam, dan dedak dapat dimanfaatkan untuk berbagai kegiatan budidaya dan diolah untuk menghasilkan produk yang bernilai ekonomi. Untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan dan kepeduliaan masyarakat terhadap penanganan limbah dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat atau PKM pada wilayah masyarakat petani sawah. Kegiatan PKM dilakukan secara bertahap meliputi kegiatan penyuluhan dan sosialisasi, demonstrasi atau praktik pemanfaatan dan pengolahan limbah, pendampingan dan evaluasi program. Kegiatan pengabdian melibatkan beberapa kelompok tani sawah dan kelompok wanita tani sebagai mitra. Setelah rangkaian kegiatan, diperoleh hasil berupa kepedulian dan usaha masyarakat tani di desa Pitusunggu yang telah mampu menangani limbah padi. Sisa produksi tanaman padi yang sebelumnya bertumpuk di areal persawahan telah dimanfaatkan sebagai mulsa organik pada lahan budidaya sayur-sayuran, sebagai bahan media tanam tanaman hias, dan diolah menjadi pupuk organik. Pemanfaatan dan pengolahan limbah padi tersebut masih terbatas pada penggunaan limbah pada kegiatan budidaya tanaman dan untuk kegiatan PKM selanjutnya, pengolahan limbah akan dilakukan untuk menghasilkan energi alternatif atau bahan bakar dari sekam dan pengolahan dedak menjadi campuran pakan ternak.

This research aims to see how the Point Counter-Point learning strategy in social studies subjects can improve student learning achievement at Al-Hidayah Medan Private Junior High School (SMP). By focusing on social studies learning, where the points in the curriculum are key in understanding various social, economic and political aspects, this learning strategy becomes very relevant. This research uses a qualitative methodology using descriptive methods. This approach aims to provide a systematic, accurate and factual description of the phenomenon being studied. The results of this research show that the Point Counter-Point learning strategy makes a significant contribution to increasing student learning achievement. This is reflected in increased student involvement in discussions, development of critical thinking skills, as well as improvements in the way students organize and convey their ideas. This research provides in-depth insight into how this strategy functions in the learning context in class VII, as well as how it can improve students’ understanding and learning achievement in social studies subjects.
