This study aims to determine risks to public health in the Talangagung Landfill. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive study. The population in this study is the people who live and work in TPA Talangagung, Malang Regency. The instrument used in this study used a questionnaire that was distributed to the community around the landfill site. Data analysis using quantitative descriptive analysis by collecting data obtained from the community, and then describes the results of the data collected as is by using the percentage formula. From the analysis of the questionnaire data there are 40% of respiratory disorders, 20% of digestive disorders and 10% of skin disorders. TPA Talangagung Malang Regency in its implementation is in accordance with procedures set by the government in accordance with the Law, so that the impact caused by the Talanggung TPA has no odor and does not cause environmental damage. Keywords: health; landfills

Waqf, as an instrument of the Islamic Economy, has been developed in a quite long period. Since the Prophet Muhammad PBUH era up to present. Indonesian people have also recognized waqf much long before Indonesian independence in 1945. Yet, the institutionalization of waqf into national law is less than five decades in Indonesia. As the most predominantly Muslim country in the world, most of the people recognize waqf only as a land donated in the name of Allah for building masjids, schools (madrasah) or cemeteries. Whereas, at The Law No. 41/ 2004 on Waqf, waqf is not limited to immovable goods but also movable assets. And, the utilization of waqf is not limited to build masjids and madrasah, but also for other purposes that related to public welfare. Depression among college students is very common. College students are special groups that are in transition from adolescence to adulthood that can create stress in one's life. College students try to fit in, make plans for the future, and being away from home often causes anxiety and results in depression for college students. In addition, during the Covid-19 pandemic, students felt bored at home, did not understand material optimally, were confused with online learning methods, and felt their abilities and grades dropped dramatically. This study aims to determine the level of student depression during the Covid-19 pandemic. The quantitative research with a descriptive analytic approach. The research sample was 147 students, the study was conducted in May 2020 on the students of Akper Dharma Wacana. The research instrument used the BDI II questionnaire. Data were analyzed univariately with a frequency distribution. The results showed that 21.1% of students had mild depression, 17% of students had moderate depression and 3.4% had severe depression.

Nowadays, the lack of a facility is one of the main problems in physics education for developing countries. To solve the problem by use of the modern technology which develop around the world obviously, a teaching material in learning alternating current (AC) circuit as one of the most difficult theory in physics for secondary school students has been investigated using a soundcard oscilloscope with the laptop computer. Experiments for the electrical resonance in LCR circuits have been investigated using the sound card oscilloscope; experimental results were compared to that measured by the conventional oscilloscope system. As expected, the investigated soundcard oscilloscope experiments show a good performance; the magnitude of electrical current as a frequency response proves the effectiveness of the teaching material in physics education that shows kind of limited function of soundcard oscilloscope that utilizes as a benefit in a simple experiment. For the further work, the teacher can utilize and develop this software for the other teaching materials for example related to traditional music or traditional apparatus which tend to find around student’ home or school, so students can understand more deeply about the concept of alternating current in many cases and more interesting classes can be created.

Abstrak Materi jamur adalah salah satu materi yang berkaitan dengan lingkungan sekitar, dan siswa akan mudah memahami konsep materi tersebut jika dilakukan berdasarkan aktivitas yang dilakukan sendiri. Untuk dapat menunjang pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran materi jamur, Lembar Kegiatan Siswa (LKS) yang berbasis pendekatan Salingtemas (sains, lingkungan, teknologi dan masyarakat) dapat membimbing siswa dalam mengintegrasikan materi yang diberikan dengan kehidupan sehari-hari Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan LKS berbasis pendekatan salingtemas pada materi jamur yang valid berdasarkan penilaian validitas pakar biologi, pakar pendidikan dan guru biologi. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian pengembangan model 4-D. Tahapan model pengembangan ini adalah Define (pendefinisian), Design (perencanaan), Develop (pengembangan) dan Disaminate (penyebaran). Pada tahap Dissaminate dilakukan sampai pada tahap pengemasan produk LKS yang dikembangkan. Kegiatan pengembangan dilaksanakan di jurusan Biologi FMIPA Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Uji coba terbatas pada 16 siswa kelas X MIA 2 di SMAN 1 Menganti. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menyatakan rata- rata validitas LKS sebesar 3,40 masuk pada kategori valid. Dengan demikian LKS berbasis pendekatan salingtemas dinyatakan layak untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Booklet merupakan salah satu inovasi sumber belajar yang dapat digunakan sebagai penerapan pembelajaran berbasis scientific literacy pada materi pencemaran lingkungan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui kelayakan booklet berbasis scientific literacy secara teoritis dan empiris. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan dengan menggunakan desain 4-D model yang terdiri dari 4 tahap (1) pendefisian (define), (2) peracangan (design), (3) pengembangan (develop) dan (4) penyebaran (desseminate), akan tetapi penelitian ini hanya sampai tahap pengembangan (develop). Parameter yang diukur meliputi kelayakan teoritis berupa hasil validasi, dan kelayakan empiris berupa hasil uji keterbacaan dan respon peserta didik. Sasaran uji coba terbatas booklet yaitu peserta didik kelas X SMAN 1 Lamongan berjumlah 20 siswa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan November 2019 – Mei 2020. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa booklet berbasis scientific literacy layak secara teoritis dengan hasil validasi rata-rata 0,81 termasuk dalam ketegori valid, layak secara empiris dengan hasil keterbacaan berada di level 9 dan 10 serta respon peserta didik mendapat hasil rata-rata 97,5% termasuk dalam kategori sangan efektif. Abstrak: Seiring perkembangan informasi dan teknologi yang sangat pesat, animator adalah profesi yang semakin populer di bidang multimedia. Adanya program pengenalan tentang profesi animator diharapkan dapat membantu para pendidik menstimulus anak-anak dalam mengidentifikasi minat dan bakatnya. Dengan meninjau pentingnya upaya stimulasi potensi anak-anak di bidang tersebut maka kegiatan “Tour The Animator Talent† diselenggarakan untuk anak usia Sekolah Dasar di Purwokerto dan sekitarnya. Kegiatan ini berisi pemaparan materi dengan metode student center dan workshop pembuatan animasi sederhana dengan metode project-based learning. Pada evaluasi penguasaan materi diperoleh rata-rata keberhasilan sebesar 74%, sedangkan pada evaluasi workshop diperoleh rata-rata keberhasilan sebesar 82 % dengan menggunakan tolak ukur aspek-aspek yang telah ditentukan penyelenggara.Abstract: Along with the rapid development of information and technology, animator is an increasingly popular profession in the multimedia field. The introduction of the animator profession program is expected to help educators stimulate children in identifying their interests and talents. By reviewing the importance of stimulating children's potential in this field, the "The Animator Talent" event was held for elementary school-age children in Purwokerto and surrounding areas. This activity contains material exposure by the student center method and a workshop on making simple animations using the project-based learning method. In the evaluation of mastery of the material obtained an average success of 74%, while in the evaluation of the workshop obtained an average success of 82% by using benchmarks aspects that have been determined by the organizer.

Drug abuse is a quite serious problem and its handling involves various stakeholders. This study aims to analyze how the influence of family communication on the assertiveness of adolescent drug abusers. This study used a cross-sectional study design and was carried out at National Narcotics Agency, Jakarta Timur City (BNNK), Jakarta Timur and Non-Governmental Organizations under the guidance of the BNNK, Jakarta Timur namely: Balarenik Foundation and Swara Peduli Indonesia Foundation. The selection of research locations is done by snowball sampling. The population of this study is adolescent drug abusers in  Jakarta Timur, Jakarta. The respondents of this study were 68 adolescent drug abusers in BNNK, Jakarta Timur, Balarenik Foundation, and Indonesian Swara Care Foundation. The sampling technique in this study uses non-probability sampling with purposive sampling. The findings in this study are that there is a significant positive effect of family communication on adolescent assertiveness. The determinant coefficient in this study was 62%, which means that the assertiveness of adolescent abusers of narcotics is determined by the communication of the of family of 62% and 38% is determined by other factors.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of digital seesaw-based learning in improving students' higher-order thinking skills. This study uses Research and Development. The study procedure uses the dick and Carrey model which has ten stages. The instrument in this study used a questionnaire to determine the feasibility of the media in terms of expert validation and field testing and then used a test instrument to measure students' higher-order thinking skills. Evaluation is carried out in three stages; the first stage is expert judgment carried out by media and material experts. The step was evaluated by a small group of ten students. The test results state that digital teaching materials are suitable for use. To see the effectiveness of the product developed, the newest field group was followed by a total of 30 students at SDS Laboratory. Analysis of test results shows the difference in learning outcomes between pre-test and post-test. Judging from the average value, it shows that the digital teaching materials based on the seesaw developed are effectively used in improving student’s thinking skills of elementary school students. The novelty of this research includes the digital learning design developed by the researcher which is integrated with the aspects of high-level thinking skills of students and researchers combining several applications such as PowToon, phet, video scribe which are packaged in the seesaw platform. Of course, the results of this study can be a very interactive digital learning innovation and can increase student's higher-order thinking skills in the pandemic period.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan model PBL dengan metode CRH berbantuan media crossword terhadap aktivitas dan hasil belajar IPA SMP. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian, yaitu quasi experiment. Metode penelitian quasi experiment ini dilakukan pada kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Kelas eksperimen menggunakan penerapan model PBL dengan metode CRH berbantuan media crossword, sedangkan kelas kontrol menggunakan penerapan model PBL dengan metode ceramah. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan di antaranya adalah teknik analisis statistik Mann-Whitney untuk mengetahui aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data melalui instrumen penelitian berupa lembar pengamatan aktivitas belajar yang diperoleh, menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan aktivitas belajar siswa melalui penerapan model PBL dengan metode CRH berbantuan media crossword dan siswa melalui model PBL dengan metode ceramah, sedangkan untuk hasil belajar siswa melalui instrumen tes hasil belajar menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar antara kelas yang menggunakan model PBL dengan metode CRH berbantuan media crossword dan kelas yang menggunakan model PBL dengan metode ceramah. This study aims to determine the application of the PBL model with the CRH method assisted by crossword media to the activities and learning outcomes of junior high school science learning. This research is a type of quantitative research with a research method, namely a quasi-experiment. This quasi-experimental research method was carried out in the experimental class and the control class. The experimental class used the application of the PBL model with the CRH method assisted by crossword media while the control class used the application of the PBL model with the lecture method. The data analysis technique used includes the Mann-Whitney statistical analysis technique to determine student activity and learning outcomes. Based on the results of data analysis through research instruments in the form of observation sheets of learning activities obtained, it shows that there are differences in student learning activities through the application of the PBL model with the CRH method assisted by crossword media and students through the PBL model with the lecture method, while for student learning outcomes through the results test instrument learning shows that there are differences in learning outcomes between classes using the PBL model with the CRH method assisted by crossword media and the class using the PBL model with the lecture method.
