Pendidikan agama Islam yakni menumbuhkan nilai-nilai spiritual pada anak usia dini, terutama jika dilihat dari perspektif psikologi anak. Proses pendidikan sejak dini merupakan fase krusial dalam pembentukan karakter dan kepribadian anak. Dalam konteks ini, pengajaran nilai-nilai agama Islam di PAUD Darussalam dapat memberikan landasan moral yang kuat bagi anak, membantu mereka memahami konsep kebaikan, kejujuran, dan tanggung jawab. Metode pembelajaran yang interaktif dan menyenangkan, seperti cerita-cerita teladan dari Nabi dan kisah-kisah inspiratif, anak-anak dapat lebih mudah mencerna ajaran agama tersebut. Selain itu, pendidikan agama juga berfungsi sebagai sarana untuk membangun rasa kepercayaan diri dan rasa memiliki, yang merupakan komponen penting dalam perkembangan psikologis anak. Dengan pengajaran yang tepat, anak-anak diajarkan untuk melihat dunia dari sudut pandang yang lebih positif dan penuh toleransi. Hal ini berkontribusi dalam pembentukan kepribadian yang seimbang, serta kemampuan untuk menghadapi tantangan hidup dengan sikap yang optimis.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of service quality and Store atmosphere on customer satisfaction (Study of Cafe Seis in Medan City), the research method used in this study used quantitative methods, the population in this study were customers who visited Cafe Seis in unknown quantities. Therefore, the sampling technique used in this study with the Hair et al formula (2014) must be at least four or five times the number of question items. The total questions in this study were 24 questions, so the minimum sample size for this study was 24 x 5 = 120, The data analysis method uses descriptive methods and multiple linear regression analysis with a significant level of 0.05 and gets the results (1) Service Quality variables have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction This can be seen from the significant value (0.000) < than 0.05 and t-count (2.012) > compared to t-table (1.980). (2) Store atmosphere variables have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. This can be seen from the significant value (0.001) < 0.05 and t-count (5.021) > compared to t-table (1,980). (3) Service Quality (X1), and Store atmosphere (X2) simultaneously are significant to Customer Satisfaction.

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji pengaruh komunikasi pemasaran digital, perceived quality, dan brand identity terhadap brand image serta pengaruh brand image terhadap purchase intention pada calon mahasiswa Politeknik Negeri Media Kreatif PSDKU Medan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain survei; pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner ber-skala Likert yang diisi oleh 151 responden calon mahasiswa. Analisis data meliputi analisis deskriptif dan uji inferensial untuk menguji hipotesis mengenai hubungan antarvariabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi pemasaran digital, perceived quality, dan brand identity berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap brand image. Selanjutnya, brand image terbukti berkontribusi positif dan signifikan dalam meningkatkan purchase intention calon mahasiswa. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pengelolaan strategi pemasaran digital yang konsisten, peningkatan persepsi kualitas layanan dan fasilitas, serta penguatan identitas merek institusi untuk membentuk citra positif yang mendorong keputusan pendaftaran. Implikasi praktis penelitian memberi arahan kepada pengelola pemasaran perguruan tinggi untuk mengintegrasikan upaya digital marketing, manajemen kualitas, dan pengembangan identitas merek dalam strategi rekrutmen calon mahasiswa.

Kekerasan seksual pada anak merupakan isu global yang berdampak signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan fisik dan psikologis anak-anak. Di Indonesia, kasus kekerasan seksual terhadap anak terus meningkat setiap tahunnya, mencerminkan urgensi intervensi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan pengetahuan anak-anak mengenai bahaya ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur efektivitas edukasi berbasis audio visual dalam meningkatkan pemahaman anak-anak tentang kekerasan seksual dan cara melindungi diri mereka sendiri. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan quasi experimental design dengan One Group pre-post test design, melibatkan 43 siswa dari kelas 1 dan 2 sebagai partisipan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan sebelum dan sesudah intervensi edukasi. Hasil penelitian menggunakan uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikan sebesar 0.0001 yang dimana nilai tersebut kurang dari 0.05 (P < 0.05) sehingga menunjukkan bahwa adanya efektivitas edukasi berbasis audio visual tentang kekerasan seksual terhadap pengetahuan anak di SD Inpres Batua II Makassar sebelum dan sesudah diberikan edukasi, yang berarti Hipotesis alternative (Ha) diterima hal ini menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pengetahuan siswa mengenai kekerasan seksual. Kesimpulannya, edukasi berbasis audio visual terbukti menjadi metode yang efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran anak-anak mengenai kekerasan seksual.

This article examines the concept of human nature and economic behavior in Islam according to Taqiyuddin an-Nabhānī. Unlike the homo economicus of neo-classical economics, Islam views humans as complex beings influenced by intellect (‘aql), instinct (ghāriẓah), and physical needs (ḥājah al-‘uḍhwiyyah), all of which are governed by aqīdah (creed). One’s mindset (mafāhīm) and attitude (nafsiyyah) reflect their belief system. An-Nabhānī emphasizes that belief in divine destiny does not negate human free will (ikhtiyār), but rather balances God's will, natural laws, and individual moral responsibility. He also outlines the concept of ownership: private, public, and state-owned—where public ownership must be managed for the benefit of society. According to An-Nabhānī, the ideal Islamic economic framework is built upon sharī‘ah and aqīdah, integrating social justice, ethical worship, and a balance between human effort and reliance on God (tawakkul).

Penelitian ini penting untuk mengetahui supply chain management yang berkaitan dengan persediaan bahan baku khusunya pada industri makanan di UMKM kecil. Tujuannya untuk memahami supply chain management terhadap pengadaan bahan baku. Dalam metode penelitian kualitatif ini, populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian yang didapatkan adalah yang mana disebutkan sebagai dengan responden. Dalam metode penelitian kualitatif ini, sampel dan populasi pada penelitian didapatkan ialah yang mana disebutkan sebagai dengan responden. Kemudian teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian kualitatif ialah dengan wawancara. Yang menjadi objek dalam penelitian ini ialah responden pihak SCM Aceh Fried Chicken (AFC) di Deli serdang. Supply chain management ini berpengaruh terhadap persediaan bahan baku. ABSTRACT This research is important to know supply chain management related to raw material inventory, especially in the food industry in small UMKM. The goal is to understand supply chain management for the procurement of raw materials. In this qualitative research method, the population and sample in the study obtained are those who are mentioned as respondents. In this qualitative research method, the sample and population in the study were found to find which one was mentioned as the respondent. Then the data collection technique in qualitative research is by interviewing. The object of this research is the respondent from SCM Aceh Fried Chicken (AFC) in Deli Serdang. This supply chain management hasan effect on avery adequate supply of raw materials and good quality with excellent supply chain management will obtain asupply of raw materials and can meet the needs and demands needed at Aceh Fried Chicken in Deli Serdang. The AFC needs to continue to improve the management or governance of the UMKM supply chain so that raw materials are always sufficient and available whenever needed.

This study aims to determine the effect of Profitability, Firm Size, and Earnings Persistence on the Earning Response Coefficient. The sample used in this study is the consumer goods sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017- 2021, with a total sample of 16 companies that meet the sample criteria determined through the purposive sampling method. The independent variables of this study are profitability as proxied by the ratio of Return on Assers, firm size as measured by Natural Logarithms, and earnings persistence as measured by using the regression coefficient between earnings in the current period and earnings in the period that has passed. The dependent variable of this study is the Earning Response Coefficient as measured by Abnormal Return and several other stages. The results showed that : (1) Profitability has no significant positive effect on earning response coefficient, (2) the size of the company has a negative and significant effect on earning response coefficient, (3) Earnings persistence has a negative and significant effect on earning response coefficient.

This research aims to increase the activeness and learning outcomes of students in learning Islamic Religious Education (PAI) material on Faith to the Prophet and Apostle in grade VI of SD Negeri Alue Kuyun through the application of sharing strategies combined with audio-visual media. This classroom action research was carried out in two cycles with each cycle consisting of two meetings. Student activity data was collected through observation, while learning outcomes were measured using written tests. The results of the study showed a significant improvement in both aspects. Student activity increased from 37.5% in the initial condition to 62.5% in the first cycle and reached 87.5% in the second cycle. Student learning outcomes also increased, with the percentage of students who reached the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM) of 56.25% in the initial condition, increased to 68.75% in the first cycle, and reached 81.25% in the second cycle. The average grade point also increased from 65.5 to 77.8. This study concludes that the application of sharing strategies combined with audio-visual media is effective in increasing student activity and learning outcomes in PAI learning at SD Negeri Alue Kuyun. The implications of this research can be used as a reference in the development of more interesting and interactive learning methods.

Penelitian ini mengenai pengaruh sikap muruah terhadap perilaku penggunaan media sosial TikTok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh sikap muruah terhadap perilaku penggunaan media sosial TikTok pada siswa kelas XI di SMAN 3 Sumedang. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif korelasional atau penelitian korelasional. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah angket, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian menggunakan sampel dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 43 orang. Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji regresi linier sederhana. Pengelolaan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sikap muruah siswa berada pada kategori sangat baik dengan persentase sebesar 87%. Untuk penggunaan media sosial TikTok pada siswa termasuk dalam kategori baik dengan persentase sebesar 79%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, dapat diketahui nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000, sehingga 0,000 < 0,005, yang berarti Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, sehingga terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara sikap muruah dan perilaku penggunaan media sosial TikTok pada siswa kelas XI di SMAN 3 Sumedang. Pengaruh sikap muruah terhadap perilaku penggunaan media sosial TikTok pada siswa sebesar 28%.

The aims of this study were (1) to describe the implementation of numeracy literacy in learning fractional arithmetic operations for fifth grade students during the pandemic; (2) Explain the obstacles to implementing numeracy literacy in grade 5 students; (3) Describe the results of learning fractional arithmetic operations during implementing numeracy literacy in grade 5 students. This type of research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The research was conducted at SD Negeri 2 Ngambarsari, Wonogiri Regency. The research subjects were all fifth grade students. The implementation of numeracy literacy was carried out through 3 (three) stages, namely the habituation stage, the development stage which is oriented towards understanding the basic concepts of mathematics and the last stage is the application stage of mathematical concepts. Obstacles to implementing numeracy literacy in grade 5 students, namely: students' low interest in reading, the mindset of teachers who only encourage but do not provide role models for reading habitually, limited facilities and infrastructure for numeracy literacy media. The teacher's obstacles are: the teacher's lack of understanding of the concept of numeracy literacy, so that during learning the teacher is not able to apply learning material in everyday problems, and constraints related to time, namely reduced learning time as a result of the policy to control the spread of Covid-19. Class V numeracy literacy skills in learning fractional arithmetic operations obtained 3 (three) categories, namely: first low level, second low level, and medium level. The ability of numeracy literacy in learning fractional arithmetic operations is strongly influenced by how often students encounter arithmetic operations questions.
