Inovasi pengemasan makanan dalam meningkatkan kualitas produk adalah hal yang mutlak dilakukan oleh seorang wirausahawan. Inovasi diperlukan untuk memenuhi keinginan dan kepuasan konsumen yang dilakukan dengan menerapkan beberapa hal yang menjadi referensi dalam inovasi kemasan produk yang dikelola oleh industri rumah tangga di kota Batam khususnya daerah Sagulung. Dengan inovasi ini diharapkan pengusaha industri rumahan dapat bersaing dengan kompetitor lain yang disesuaikan dengan perkembangan saat ini. Pengembangan pariwisata menjadi salah satu fokus pemerintah pusat sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Perkembangan sektor pariwisata memiliki keterkaitan dengan perekonomian yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat lokal yang tinggal di sekitar lokasi wisata. Industri kreatif melalui pariwisata memiliki bentuk yang berbeda dengan unsur khas budaya dan tradisi desa yang dimiliki oleh lokasi wisata tersebut. Proses pengembangan desa wisata dalam meningkatkan perekonomian daerah melalui kemasan produk memerlukan peran kelembagaan sebagai wadah penyalur aspirasi dan penunjang keberhasilan sektor pariwisata dan peningkatan perekonomian masyarakat khususnya untuk wilayah Pulau Bulang.

This article includes research findings exploring how vocational education institutions should play their best role in preparing graduates for the world of work. The aim of this study is to provide an element for vocational education to meet the growing demand. This research uses the literature review method by deepening the literature and previous research results. The research aims to answer two questions, namely what is the current status of vocational training and what needs to be done to improve the quality of vocational training, especially in the face of advances in science and technology in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. . The conclusion of this study is that there are still things that can be improved such as increasing the capacity of professional teachers, increasing synergy and pentahelix collaboration, revitalizing professional education with more experts. educational machinery, rebranding through direct research to industry and comparative in more advanced educational institutions both at home and abroad, while adding personality to students. Therefore, it is hoped that vocational education can participate in real efforts to implement government programs aimed at advancing Indonesia by preparing superior human resources.

Brondong District, Lamongan Regency has many types of mangroves in the coastal area and has a coastline reaching 47 km, Lamongan Regency and a mangrove forest area of around 53.37 Ha.This research aims to determine the types and characteristics of mangroves. The method used is explorative survey.The results of the study showed that Brodong District, Lamongan Regency had various types of mangroves as many as 6 types of mangroves consisting of Avicennia marina, Avicennia alba, Rhizophora mucronata Rhizophora stylosa, Bruguiera gymnorrhiza and Sonneratia alba.

Pajak Penghasilan Pasal 21 adalah Pajak yang dikenakan terhadap penghasilan yang diperoleh seorang Wajib Pajak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa perhitungan dan penetapan Pajak Penghasilan Pasal 21 yang telah dilakukan oleh PT. Refika. Latar belakang penelitian ini yaitu untuk menghindari timbulnya penambahan biaya akibat dari kesalahan atau keterlambatan dalam memperhitungkan pemotongan atau pelaporan Pajak Penghasilan karyawan dengan membuat aplikasi untuk mempermudah perhitungan PPh pasal 21. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode waterfall. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan untuk penelitian ini adalah studi lapangan dengan mengunjungi langsung perusahaan dan melakukan praktik kerja lapngan selama dua bulan serta melakukan wawancara kepada karyawan untuk mendapatkan data-data dan informasi yang dibutuhkan untuk penelitian ini, selain itu dilakukan juga studi pustaka yaitu penelitian dilakukan dengan cara membaca dan mempelajari referensi yang berkaitan dengan perpajakan khususnya pajak penghasilan pasal 21 dan juga melakukan studi dokumentasi dengan menyusun data yang telah diperoleh berdasarkan dokumen dan formulir yang berhubungan dengan perhitungan pajak penghasilan pasal 21. Refika adalah perusahaan swasta yang bergerak di bidang industri publishing dan printing buku-buku perguruan tinggi. Perusahaan ini berlokasi di Jl. Mengger Girang No. 98 Soekarno Hatta Bandung dan memiliki 54 Karyawan yang terdiri dari pegawai tetap, pegawai harian dan pegawai borongan. Sebagai pihak pemberi kerja PT Refika berhak melakukan pemotongan pajak penghasilan pasal 21 terhadap seluruh pegawai. PT Refika melakukan perhitungan PPh Pasal 21 sesuai dengan ketentuan perpajakan, tetapi masih dilakukan dengan cara yang sederhana sehingga memungkinkan terjadinya kesalahan dalam perhitungan. Perhitungan pajak pada umumnya mengacu kepada Undang-undang perpajakan dan peraturan yang dikeluarkan oleh Dirjen Pajak.

Electricity is one of the main needs that supports people in their activities, starting from studying, working, and even enjoying entertainment through electronic devices that use electricity. However, the use of electricity that is not turned on can result in wastage of electricity. One of the Regional Apparatus Organizations that has a large electricity consumption, namely the General Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of West Sulawesi Province, can be seen from the number of electricity bills paid each month. This study aims to monitor and control electricity consumption to minimize excessive use of electrical energy by utilizing microcontrollers and sensors. The research was carried out by testing stages in three work rooms, namely the personnel room, the mail room and the Urdal room. Electronic equipment that is monitored and controlled such as lights that are connected to an electric current (socket) on the designed device. The result is a range of 110 dejar pear motion sensors and a maximum range of 7 meters requiring a minimum of 2 sensors for each room and saving the energy consumption of electrical equipment in three rooms by 49%. The conclusion of this research is that the system is designed to provide a good path in saving the consumption of electronic equipment

The hotel industry is one of the fastest growing industries in Indonesia, along with the development of domestic and international tourism. Some of property owned by Indonesian citizens with Indonesian legal entities, in general, mainly three-star to five-star hotels. How ever the operational is managed by hotel chains such as Hilton, Intercontinental and Accor. This study aims to increase customer satisfaction by corporate credibility and brand credibility mediated by service excellence. The analysis method used in this study is PLSSEM with software SmartPLS3.0. The population and sample in this study were customer staying at Holiday Inn Jakarta Kemayoran Hotel on their first visit or more. Accidental sampling through the distribution of google form is a sampling technique consisting of 150 respondents. This study shows result with good values and has a significant positive influence between each variable both directly and indirectly.

Bangka Belitong is one of the largest tin islands in Indonesia. Indonesia’s tin mininng is nearly 300,000 tons a year, but unfortunately 95% of these products are exported overseas because of the scarce products used in the country. The research aims to design the layout of spin casting casting casts and to get a refined product with optimum rotation. The benefit of this study is to help umkm (small medium-size microendeavor) Kebajig Lure to acquire the most subcutaneous product's surface roughness. The method used in this study, using experimental research methods to sift data derived from crusty testing of the surface and simulated results. The result of this research is that 3 variant layout design was woven layout design variant 1, with a runner's position at tail Angle of 135, The most generous variant. The first of the three rounds, the one with rpm (round per minute) 350, is optimal with a rough surface value of 1.41 µm And for a turn which produces the most subtly roughness of the surface with 450 that has a cohesive surface value of 1.19 µm.

The result of a large material removal rate is the desired goal in the CNC MORI SEIKI MV40-m process, the right settings for the MORI SEIKI MV40-m CNC process must be adjusted so that a large workpiece Material Removal Rate response is obtained. The research that has been conducted aims to determine which parameters contribute greatly to the Material Removal Rate and to determine the effect of variations on each parameter. The parameters of the machining process that were varied were the cutting speed and the infeed depth. The experimental design is based on the Taguchi method and is in the form of an L9 (32) orthogonal matrix. The analytical method used is Taguchi. The experiment was carried out randomly 3 times in order to produce more optimal results and prevent disturbances that occurred during the machining process. The results showed that the parameter that contributed greatly to the Material Removal Rate was cutting speed, which was 7.2%. To obtain a large workpiece Material Removal Rate, the cutting speed is set at 180m / min and the infeed depth is set at 0.26 mm.

3D printing technology is the latest technology in the field of Additive layer manufacturing (AM). One of the AM that is currently being developed is Rapid Prototyping (RP) based on FDM, the FDM type uses polymer melted by heating then extruded through a nozzle as ink and deposited on the printer table to produce 3D objects layer by layer (layer by layer). In this research, the filament used is PETG (Polyethylene terephthalate Glycol) filament. In this study, the taguchi L9 () OA method was used. This study aims to determine the effect of the process parameters used in tensile testing in accordance with the process parameters used, namely Nozzel Temperature, Bed Temperature, Wall Thicknes, and Infill Speed. The results showed that the parameters that greatly influenced the tensile test using PETG filament were Bed Temperature (70°C), Nozzle Temperature (230°C), Wall Thickness (0.8 mm), and Infill Speed (40 mm/s).
