Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gaya kepemimpinan kepala madrasah wanita di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Swasta (MIS) Al Kautsar Desa Ranggo Kecamatan Pajo Kabupaten Dompu, meliputi gaya kepemimpinan kepala madrasah dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi gaya kepemimpinan kepala madarsah wanita dalam pengambilan keputusan Subjek penelitian ini adalah kepala madrasah wanita di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Swasta (MIS) Al Kautsar Desa Ranggo Kecamatan Pajo Kabupaten Dompu serta guru dan staf tata usaha sebagai penunjang. Penelitian ini adalah merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah pengamatan atau observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Proses analisis data dimulai dengan menelaah seluruh data dari hasil wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi yang berhubungan dengan gaya kepemimpinan kepala madrasah wanita. Setelah itu dilanjutkan dengan mengadakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan simpulan. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) gaya kepemimpinan kepala madrasah wanita di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Swasta (MIS) Al Kautsar Desa Ranggo Kecamatan Pajo Kabupaten Dompu adalah cenderung menggunakan gaya partisipatif yaitu kontrol atas pemecahan masalah baik yang terstruktur atau yang tidak terstruktur dan pengambilan keputusan antara pemimpin dan bawahan dalam keadaan seimbang. Pemimpin dan bawahan sama-sama terlibat dalam pemecahan masalah dan pengambilan keputusan; (2) Gaya kepemimpinan kepala madrasah wanita di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Swasta (MIS) Al Kautsar Desa Ranggo Kecamatan Pajo Kabupaten Dompu dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor yaitu latar belakang pendidikan, kepribadian, sarana dan prasarana, serta kematangan para pengikut atau bawahan.

Dalam proses belajar mengajar membaca dan menulis Al-Qur’an, MTs Babussalam Lanci Satu Kecamatan Manggelewa Kabupaten Dompu mempergunakan metode iqro’. Tujuan digunakannya metode ini adalah dalam rangka meningkatkan kemampuan membaca dan menulis Al-qur’an bagi peserta cukup berhasil. kami selalu memberikan motovasi kepada peserta agar selalu berlatih membaca dan menulis Al-qur’an terutama di rumah. Pengajaran dasar Al-Qur’an pada umumnya kita dapati dua unsur yaitu unsur mengajar dan unsur yang diajar. Kedua hal tersebut tidak dapat dipisahkan sebab berhasil tidaknya suatu usaha pengajaran itu banyak ditentukan oleh tenaga pengajar itu sendiri. Antara keduanya harus ada hubungan timbal balik yang harmonis dengan mencapai semaksimal mungkin apa yang diinginkan. Sebagaimana kita mengetahui bahwa apa yang dicapai oleh setiap individu dari berbagai macam ilmu pengetahuan sedikit banyaknya berpengaruh terhadap kelangsungan setiap individu. Penerapan pola pendidikan pesantren yang terapkan pada MTs Babussalam Lanci Satu Kecamatan Manggelewa Kabupaten Dompu dalam proses belajar mengajar khususnya dalam pembelajaran AL-Qur’an dipergunakan beberapa metode sesuai tingkat murid yang menerima pelajaran yaitu, metode halaqah, metode hadap satu persatu dan metode Klasikal.

Sertifikasi guru adalah proses pemberian sertifikat pendidik kepada guru. Sertifikat pendidik bagi guru diberikan kepada guru yang telah memenuhi standar profesional guru, dan merupakan syarat mutlak untuk menciptakan sistem dan praktik pendidikan yang berkualitas. Guru yang telah memperoleh sertifikat pendidik akan mendapatkan tunjangan profesi sebagai konsekuensi logis atas pengakuan kompetensi yang dimilikinya. Dengan upaya yang demikian itu, diharapkan kualitas pendidikan dapat ditingkatkan. Mengingat pentingnya kompetensi guru dalam kaitannya dengan kualitas pendidikan, maka dilakukan penelitian tentang kompetensi guru Pendidikan Agama Islam di MTs Al-Kautsar Desa Ranggo Kecamatan Pajo Kabupaten Dompu sebelum dan sesudah memperoleh sertifikat pendidik. Untuk memperoleh data yang diperlukan, maka peneliti menggunakan beberapa metode penelitian, yaitu: Metode Observasi, Metode Wawancara/Interview (Wawancara terstruktur dan Wawancara tak terstruktur) dan Metode Dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, maka dapat disimpulakan bahwa; (1) Potret kompetensi guru PAI MTs Al-Kautsar Desa Ranggo Kecamatan Pajo Kabupaten Dompu sebelum mengikuti program setifikasi belum memiliki kompetensi yang diharapkan dalam proses belajar mengajar, (2) Potret kompetensi guru PAI Setelah mengikuti program sertifikasi guru PAI MTs Al-Kautsar Desa Ranggo Kecamatan Pajo Kabupaten Dompu sudah memiliki kemampuan untuk melasanakan proses belajar mengajar sesuai dengan kompetensi yang diharapkan, yakni kompetensi pedagogik, kepribadian, profesional dan kompetensi sosial.

Abstract The aims of this article is to analyze the law of the product agreement "SmartLink Flexi Account Plus" at PT. Allianz Life Indonesia Insurance. Where the product program provides life insurance protection for the insured by having two benefits at once, namely life insurance benefits and investment value. The research method used in this study is a normative juridical research method, carried out by examining primary data obtained/collected directly from related parties, namely the company and customers of PT. Allianz Life Indonesia Insurance Jayapura Branch. In this study, two approaches were used, namely the law approach and the case approach. The sources of legal materials in this study are primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials. Based on the research results obtained, the life insurance customers "Smartlink Flexi Account Plus" are guaranteed life insurance benefits up to the age of 100 years/for life, additional insurance benefits (riders) and the benefits of an all in onethe life insurance customers "Smartlink Flexi Account Plus" are guaranteed life insurance benefits up to the age of 100 years/for life, additional insurance benefits (riders) and the benefits of an all in one policy investment value. With the implementation of an agreement between the Insurer and the Insured, in which the insurance company or insurer is obliged to pay insurance compensation in the event of insurance risk to the insured and return the investment value formed, the Insured's obligation is to pay a premium. The form of the agreement is written in the insurance policy book.

The purpose of this study was to improve the learning outcomes of class V students in science subject matter animal life cycle material. This research is a Classroom Action Research which is conducted in two cycles with the stages of each cycle being planning, implementing action, observing and reflecting. The subjects of this study were students of class VA SD Negeri 2 Tambakmulyo for the 2020-2021 school year. There were 24 students. Data collection techniques using observation and tests. The conclusion of this study is that the use of audio-visual media can improve science learning outcomes in grade V SD Negeri 2 Tambakmulyo for the 2020/2021 academic year. This is evidenced by the percentage of learning completeness in the first cycle of 62.5% and in the second cycle it increased to 91.27%. The class average in the first cycle was 74.58 and the second cycle increased to 77.91.

The objective of this research was to find out the influence of individual factor, social factor and primary factor in work toward work satisfaction at PT Perkebunan Nusantara IX Batujamus/Kerjoarum Karanganyar. The population in this research was entire employees counted as 1750 employees at PT Perkebunan Nusantara IX Batujamus/Kerjoarum Karanganyar. The samples were 95 respondents. The technique sampling that was used in this research was purposive sampling. The analysis instrument used in this research was multiple linear regression. The research result showed that there was significant influence of individual factor, social and primary factor in work toward job satisfaction at PT Perkebunan Nusantara IX Batujamus Karanganyar. The partial research result showed that individual factors influence the job satisfaction of employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IX Batujamus Karanganyar. Social factors also influence the job satisfaction of employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IX Batujamus Karanganyar and primary factor in work towards job satisfaction at PT Perkebunan Nusantara IX Batujamus Karanganyar.

This research is a Classroom Action Research. In this research, learning tools are arranged: Lesson Plans, Teacher's Guidebooks and Student Worksheets. Next, arrange essay test instruments and student observation sheets, before the test instruments are used, they are tested first and the results are used for research instruments. This research was carried out through 2 cycles before being given action, first given a diagnostic test with a minimum category of enough to get 40.91%. Furthermore, given a test of mathematics learning outcomes in the first cycle, it was 77.27 which increased to 86.36 in the second cycle. The percentage of active student activity increased, this was obtained from the average level of student activity in the first cycle of 76% then in the second cycle it rose to 85.28. The teacher's ability to manage learning cycle I and cycle II is included in the "Good" category. Based on these results, this study suggests the application of the Think Pair Share learning model to improve students' mathematics learning outcomes in class VII-3 of SMP Negeri 2 Batahan.

The change of two different spin electronic states under the influence of temperature, pressure and light irradiation is known as the Spin Transition or Spin Crossover (SCO) phenomenon. Spin transition exists on octahedral complexes with an intermediate ligand field, one of the ligands is 2,6-bis (pyrazol-3-yl)pyridine or 3-bpp. Spin transition complexes were intensively investigated because they are highly potential candidates for electronic materials, such as sensors, molecular switches and information storages. The iron(II) complex with 3-bpp ligand has shown SCO characteristics including different transition pattern and transition temperature which were influenced by type of the counter anions. The iron(II) complexes with different types of counter anions have exhibited SCO phenomenon, due to the effect of temperature with abrupt transition. However, the presence of hydrate water in the iron(II) complex results in the higher temperature transition. In addition of that, the transition pattern has changed from the abrupt transition into the gradual transition types. Several studies of SCO properties of the complex Fe(II)-3-bpp reported that the transition type and the temperature transition were influenced by the type of counter anion and the amount of hydrate molecules. With various transition patterns and transition temperatures, the potential of Fe(II)-bpp complexes as SCO materials is more interesting to explored. Karya tari Si Ganjua Lalai merupakan gambaran tentang perempuan Minangkabau yang selain memiliki kekuatan juga memiliki kelembutan. Si Ganjua Lalai adalah ungkapan untuk gadis Minangkabau yang menggambarkan pribadi perempuan Minangkabau yang lembut namun tegas, bijaksana dan bertindak di atas kebenaran. Karya tari Si Ganjua Lalai berawal dari rangsang visual yaitu saat mendapatkan informasi dari cerita Kaba Sabai Nan Aluih berupa pepatah “alua tataruang patah tigo, Samuik tapijak indak mati”. Dari pepatah tersebut memberitahukan bahwa perempuan Minang selain memiliki kekuatan juga memiliki kelembutan. Landasan penciptaan yang digunakan adalah kreativitas dan koreografi. Pendekatan kreativitas digunakan karena penciptaan karya seni tidak lepas dari proses berpikir dan bekerja secara kreatif. Melalui pendekatan inilah cara berpikir dan cara bekerja secara kreatif akan dibangun. Pendekatan kedua adalah koreografi, yang digunakan sebagai landasan dalam mencipta estetika tari yang meliputi gerak tubuh, komposisi, kesatuan dan harmoni, serta aspek-aspek laku dan visual lainnya. Si Ganjua Lalai dance work is a picture of Minangkabau women who besides having strength also has tenderness. Si Ganjua Lalai is an expression for the Minangkabau girl who portrays the Minangkabau female personality who is gentle yet firm, wise and acts upon the truth. Si Ganjua Lalai dance work originated from visual stimuli that is when getting information from the story of Kaba Sabai Nan Aluih in the form of the saying “alua tataruang patah tigo, Samuik tapijak indak mati ”. From the saying goes that Minang women in addition to having strength also has a tenderness. The foundation of creation used is creativity and choreography. Creativity approach is used because the creation of art cannot be separated from the process of thinking and working creatively. Through this approach the way of thinking and how to work creatively will be built. The second approach is choreography, which is used as a foundation in creating aesthetic dance that includes gestures, composition, unity and harmony, as well as other aspects of behavior and visual.
