AbstrakKinerja Pegawai dapat diartikan sebagai tingkat pencapaian pelaksanaan suatu program kegiatan atau kebijakan dalam mewujudkan sasaran, tujuan visi dan misi yang dituangkan melalui perencanaan strategi suatu organisasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai desa cicau kecamatan cikarang pusat, pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai desa cicau kecamatan cikarang pusat, pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai desa cicau kecamatan cikarang pusat kabupaten bekasi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 77 karyawan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 50 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan data observasi, kuisioner, dan studi pustaka, analisis data dilakukan dengan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa budaya organisasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, motivasi kerja secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, lingkungan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Berdasarkan hasil uji simultan variabel budaya organisasi, motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of organizational culture on the performance of Cicau village employees, Central Cikarang subdistrict, the influence of work motivation on the performance of Cicau village employees, Central Cikarang subdistrict, the influence of the work environment on the performance of Cicau village employees, Central Cikarang subdistrict, Bekasi district. The type of research used is quantitative. The population of this study was 77 employees. The sample in this study was 50 respondents. Data collection used observation data, questionnaires and literature studies, data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression. The research results show that organizational culture partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation partially has no significant effect on employee performance, the work environment partially has a negative and significant effect on employee performance.
