Reversal reaction with nodules clinical manifestations that initially diagnosed as erythema nodosum leprosum in borderline lepromatous leprosy

Background: The reversal leprosy reaction generally manifest as larger, swollen, red and shiny the pre-existing skin lesions which are accompanied with pain. This reaction can be manifest as infiltration and nodules which resembles the features of erythema nodosum leprosum (ENL) leprosy reaction. Case Illustration: We present a case of 26-year-old woman with erythematous nodules on almost all the body since two weeks ago. She had pre-existing erythema plaque on the right elbow became more erythematous and arouse with partially felt pain, fever, and malaise. Nodule lesions in BL leprosy with reaction need to be distinguished between ENL and reversal reaction because they may affect therapy and prognosis. Discussion: The patient was diagnosed as BL leprosy with ENL reaction erythematous nodules on the face, both upper and lower arms, upper and lower limbs, knees, that partially felt pain, but after more careful history and histopathologic examination of the lesions, the nodules didn’t match to the histopathologic features of ENL reaction. Correlation between the clinical and histopathological findings in the form of acid fast bacilli (AFB) and granulomatous inflammation grenz zone with epithelioid cells and lymphocyte cells infiltrations in the dermis established the diagnosis of BL leprosy with reversal reaction. Conclusion: Erythema nodule lesions in leprosy can be an ENL or reversal reaction or a leprosy lesion in type BL leprosy. Reversal reaction should always be considered when diagnosing a skin-colored nodule in leprosy. Appropriate clinical and histopathological findings of the skin-colored nodules are needed to establish the definite diagnosis of reversal reaction.

A market of potato commodity for industry scale usage is engaging several types of actors. They are farmers, middlemen, and industries. A multi-agent system has been built to simulate these actors into agent entities, based on manually given parameters within a simulation scenario file. Each type of agents has its own fuzzy logic representing actual actors' knowledge, to be used to interpreting values and take appropriated decision of it while on simulation. The system will simulate market activities with programmed behaviors then produce the results as spreadsheet and chart graph files. These results consist of each agent's yearly finance and commodity data. The system will also predict each of next value from these outputs.

Tanah Putih Village is a village in Kupang regency, NTT with the majority of people are working as breeders and farmers. That is why there are lots of pigs, chickens, and cows raised by the community. The purpose of the counseling is to educate farmers and breeders about the risk of cysticercosis for human beings and to give information on how to store eggs in a better way. The counseling carried out was done smoothly and the participants were enthusiastic to follow the activity which is shown by the questions and sharing they are given to the counselor during the community service activity. Thus, the people of Tanah Putih Village are expected to be able to understand and apply the topics that are given into their daily life.

Pada Penelitian ini penulis melakukan penelitian di sepanjang jalur pedestrian Universitas Pancasila. Yang dimana terfokus dengan Segmen jalur pedestrian yang diteliti, ialah diawali dari Fakultas Farmasi, Fakultas Pariwisata dan menuju jalur pedestrian lapangan bola Fakultas Hukum. Panjang segmen jalur pedestrian yang diteliti adalah sepanjang 140 meter. Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk mendorong aktivitas berjalan dan meneliti bagaimana keadaan dan kondisi jalur tersebut, jalur pedestrian kampus harus memiliki rute yang jelas, aman, mudah dijumpai, menyenangkan, dan mendukung interaksi antar civitas akademika. Walkability adalah informasi kelayakan berjalan dari interaksi antara fasilitas pejalan kaki dan dukungan keseluruhan untuk lingkungan pejalan kaki. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji persepsi responden terhadap jalur pedestrian rute Fakultas Farmasi dan Fakultas Pariwisata sampai dengan Lapangan Bola Fakultas Hukum Universitas Pancasila. Persepsi responden diperoleh melalui kuesioner google form yang di gambarkan dengan memberikan penilaian terhadap 10 parameter indeks walkability dari ADB (Asian Development Bank). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode analisis korelasi deskriptif dengan jenis korelasional. Hasil kajian memperlihatkan hubungan korelasi antara beberapa variabel yaitu 10 parameter indeks walkability dengan kebijakan dalam mengatur pedestrian adalah adanya tingkat tidak berpengaruh bahkan sampai menurunkan minat berjalan kaki karena penggunaan sepeda motor yang melebihi 50% dari total 96 responden. Dari hasil analisa hubungan antar variabel maka diperlukan pemberian kebijakan yang lebih serta meningkatkan fasilitas pada jalur pedestrian kampus untuk mempengaruhi minat Mahasiswa dalam berjalan kaki.

Human resources are an integral part and play a important role in an organization. In this case found a problem with the management such as lack of disipline and lack of supervision.The research method uses descriptive research methods with quantitative research, because the number of studies is 31 people, the research sample taken is 31. Because the number of samples is based on population, the saturated sampling technique is used. With technical analysis of correlation test data. This correlation test stated that the closeness of the relationship between work discipline and leadership on employee performance is very strong if the value of r> 0.5 and Multiple Linear Regression Test, with the equation: Y = 4,793 + b1 X1 + b2 X2 The results of this study have the effect of work discipline on the performance of employee employees at PD. Karya Mandiri Serang, there is an influence of leadership on the performance of employee employees at PD. Karya Mandiri Serang. The results of the simultaneous test obtained Fcount values with a real level of 5%. The value of free degree for numerator was greater than Ftable (16,802> 3,33) and Sig F was smaller than α (0,000 <0,05) so that there was a significant effect between work discipline and leadership on the performance of employee employees at PD. This research goal to be achieved is to know the factors that affect labor productivity and to know what efforts are done by small businesses to improve labor productivity especially in Pd. Jujur Lestari. The method used in this research is qualitative method with data technique such as; interviews, and documentation. These are the research subjects of Owner and Employee Pd. Jujur Lestari. Based of present of study, than influence factors in Pd. Jujur Lestari have know, that are internal factors and external factors. Internal factors are included age, education rate, health, and skill. External factors are included compatible wages gift. Appropriate decision of wages system, tools, health communication pattern, conducive place, health and disaster subsidies cost attestation of manager to the employees, good arrangement problem by manager. Efforts done by micro industries to increase productivity of employees by Pd. Jujur Lestari are 1) to give a conformity appreciation to excellent employees. 2) analyze the grade employees’ productivity every month. 3) stimulate CEO in order to they can work with employees. 4) schedule un equal activity that can increase approximation of employees interpersonal connection. Like traveling, out born and tassakuran. 5) to create harmonic communication at work. 6) create design of problem or conflict solving with family relation. 7) clear employees working that mean to clear standard of the employees working resources. 8) Increase discipline of working. 9) Increase employee ability with un equal practice. 10) create working conditions and healthy communication design. 11) Conformity salary system application. 12) to published whole working system that can do in house or in company.

Non-communicable disease prevalence continues to increase in Indonesia. One of the top 10 causes of death is non-communicable disease, and diabetes mellitus is on the list. Genetics, advanced age, obesity, stress, hypertension, smoking, and physical inactivity are risk factors that might result in diabetes mellitus. Despite advancements in mainstream anti-diabetic treatment, traditional medical practices continue to exist in several nations. Syzygium polyanthum is the herb that diabetic patients most frequently utilize in the traditional therapy of their illness, according to research on diabetic patients at the Health Community Center in Sering, Medan, Indonesia. The research team was interested in figuring out whether bay leaves showed any potential as an anti-diabetic agent based on the previous description. In this study, secondary literature from research publications is used in a literature review with a descriptive method. Several studies have suggested that bay leaves could potentially be used for the prevention and treatment of diabetes mellitus.

The students face some difficulties in the English course, especially in learning grammar. Their grammar mastery is low and there are no instructional media specifically used for learning grammar in the English class for online and offline sessions. This research aims to determine the validation and test the feasibility of Grammar Cards Website as instructional media for learning grammar in English course. The participants of this research are 22 students of X MIPA 3 in SMAN 5 Tanjungpinang. The design of this research is qualitative. The process in qualitative data is collected from validation sheets and the practicality test questionnaire. The result of the study shows that Grammar Cards Website is valid and feasible to be used as instructional media in English grammar learning for 10th grade students. Grammar Cards Website instructional media is easy, attractive, and useful.

Globalization has brought about significant transformations that have fundamentally altered the business and organizational environment. In the present context, Human Resource Management (HRM) is situated in an important position, confronted with the imperative to adjust and get transformation to sustain its relevance and efficacy. This study aims to examine the evolution of HR Management in response to the demands of globalization, specifically by analyzing the strategies employed to enhance the calibre of HR. Through the methodology of a literature review, this study investigates how the traditional idea of HR Management has been affected by the alterations that have occurred in the global business environment. These findings provide in-depth insights into organisations' strategies to improve HR quality. This research indicates that HR Management requires a transformation to adapt to the era of globalization. This transformation must involve some strategic steps. First, adjusting one's values and culture to those of international business is essential. Second, cultivating the ability to work across cultural boundaries becomes the foundation for international cooperation. Third, there is an emphasis placed on the development of global leadership to ensure the existence of leaders who can successfully manage diversity and complexity. In the fourth place, increased digital competence is incorporated to meet the technological challenges of an increasingly connected work world

Kondisi terkait kinerja pegawai yang berdampak pada kinerja instansi di SMP Negeri 2 Labuan Pandeglang khususnya terhadap hasil kerja pegawai yang belum optimal. Hal demikian terjadi karena adanya beberapa permasalahan berdasarkan hasil pengamatan peneliti. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja dan iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di SMP Negeri 2 Labuan Pandeglang baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif yaitu penelitian yang bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan sebab akibat dengan menggunakan teknik probability sampling atau teknik sampel jenuh dengan menggunakan populasi dan sampel sebanyak 52 pegawai terdiri dari 23 Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN), 13 Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja (PPPK) dan 16 Honorer. Dan diolah dengan SPSS versi 25. Berdasarkan analisis penelitian didapat nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) = 80,7%. Hasil Uji Parsial yaitu variabel X1 sebesar 6,071 dan X2 sebesar 2,034 lebih besar dari ttabel sebesar 2,009 dan nilai sig. < 0,05. Hasil penelitian secara simultan mendapatkan hasil Fhitung = 102,371 > Ftabel = 3,18. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengaruh variabel Motivasi kerja dan Iklim Organisasi secara parsial dan simultan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif.
