This research aims to determine the effect of the Numbered Head Together (NHT) learning model and the Jigsaw learning model on student learning outcomes in economics class X IPS at SMA Negeri 5 Serang City, as well as to determine the differences using the Numbered Head Together (NHT) learning model and Jigsaw on student learning outcomes in economics subjects for class X IPS at SMA Negeri 5 Serang City. This type of research is a quasi-experimental quantitative research (Quasi experimental design) with a nonequivalent pretest-posttest control group design, the population used for this research data is the entire class X IPS. The samples taken were classes X IPS 1 and X IPS 3. The instruments used were tests (pretest-posttest), interviews and non-tests in the form of documentation. Based on the results of the analysis of the Numbered Head Together (NHT) learning model on learning outcomes with the t test Tcount < Ttable, namely 0.000 < 2.306. So the Numbered Head Together (NHT) learning model influences student learning outcomes. Based on the results of the analysis of the Jigsaw learning model with the t test Tcount < Ttable, namely 0.001 < 2.306. So the Jigsaw learning model influences student learning outcomes. The Numbered Head Together (NHT) and Jigsaw learning models have significant differences in learning outcomes. This can be seen from Tcount < Ttable, namely that the Jigsaw learning model is -2.928 < 2.306 and the learning model is -2.928 < 2.306. So it can be concluded that there is a significant difference in learning outcomes between the Numbered Head Together (NHT) and jigsaw learning models on the learning outcomes of class X IPS students at SMA Negeri 5 Serang City.

Village Fund Management is one of the most important things in realizing the Vision and Mission of an area to improve the welfare of the community. The aim of this research is to find out an analysis of the accountability of village fund management in Kadu Agung, Gunungsari District, Banten Province. The research method used was qualitative by conducting direct observations and interviews with several employees and the community in Kadu Agung Village, Gunungsari District. Based on the results of research by conducting direct interviews, it shows that the village fund planning stages are in accordance with the regulations that have been implemented and only involve a few community leaders, but not all of them can be realized, the implementation stage has an implementation schedule and the realization is not entirely in accordance with the schedule even though the community has assisted. The accountability of Kadu Agung Village employees only has evidence in the form of receipts for purchasing goods and not the entire community knows about their accountability. The results of managing village funds in Kadu Agung are not in accordance with the needs and expectations of the community because many poor people do not receive assistance from the village, causing inequality between the community and the Kadu Agung Village.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji seberapa besar pengaruh atmosfer restoran, kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan konsumen melalui harga produk sebagai variabel intervening pada keripik balado habil snack di kota padang. Metode pengumpulan data melalui survei dan mengedarkan kuisioner, dengan sampel 95 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan structural equation modeling menggunakan smartpls. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan atmosfer restoran terhadap harga. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kualitas pelayanan terhadap harga. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kualitas produk terhadap harga. Terdapat pengaruh yang tidak signifikan atmosfer restoran terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Terdapat pengaruh yang tidak signifikan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Harga tidak memediasi pengaruh atmosfer restoran terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Harga memediasi pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Harga tidak memediasi pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan konsumen.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh-pengaruh Earning per share (EPS), Price earning ratio (PER) dan Debt to equity ratio (DER) terhadap return saham pada perusahaan manufaktur di bursa efek Indonesia” terdaftar di BEI tahun 2018-2022. The "Reading Corner Provision" program at SD Malengkeri II aims to create a safe and enjoyable learning environment for students. Through this activity, we succeeded in increasing interest in reading and literacy awareness among students by providing a comfortable reading room and access to various types of books. Support from the Pre-Service PPG Muhammadiyah University of Makassar and collaboration with facilitators played an important role in the success of this program. The results of this program not only improve students' reading skills, but also encourage the development of a reading culture in schools and communities. In this way, this program contributes to social empowerment and sustainable education in local communities.

This1research1aims1to1find1out1how1much1influence rewards and work motivation have on employee1performance1through1employee welfare at PT. PLN (PERSERO) Sijunjung district. The data analysis method uses a questionnaire, with a sample of 30 respondents1using1a1saturated sample method or census method. The method used1is a1quantitative1method with structural equation modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square 3.0. By distributing a questionnaire to 421respondents. The results of data analysis concluded that Rewards had no significant effect on employee welfare variables with a significant level (0.186 < 0.07). Work motivation variables had1a significant effect on employee welfare with a significant level (0.000 > 0.07). The1reward variable has a significant effect on employee performance with a significant level (0.017 < 0.07). The work1motivation1variable does not have a significant effect on employee1performance at a significant1level (0.830 < 0.07). The employee welfare variable has a significant influence on1employee1performance with a significant level (0.014 < 0.07). The work motivation variable has a1significant effect on employee1welfare1through employee performance with a significant level (0.027 < 0.07), in other words there is a significant influence of work motivation on employee welfare1through employee1performance. And1the reward variable does not have a significant effect on employee welfare through employee performance with a significant level (0.295 > 0.07). In the sense that there is no significant1influence1of1reward on employee welfare through employee performance.

This research is a survey of consumers of Ramayana Solo restaurants. The type of data used is quantitative data. The data source used is primary data. The population in this study were consumers who had visited the Ramayana Solo restaurant. The number of samples used in this study were 100 people. This data collection technique uses a questionnaire. This data analysis uses multiple linear regression tests, t tests, F tests, and determination coefficient tests. The t test results show that the price (X1) price has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, product quality (X2) has a significant effect on purchasing decisions and service quality (X3) has a significant effect on purchasing decisions

Knowledge Management is a process that helps organizations to identify, choose, organize, share and transfer important information and experience which part from organization. Human Resources are one most important part in hospital. Every business process and services carried out by hospital require quality human service in their division. Knowledge in this information era very important for a company. The more knowledge that company employees have the more advance the company will be and pass on knowledge to the right people to improve company performance. The purpose of this theoretical analysis is to knowing the benefit of knowledge management in implementation and development hospital information management system and to knowing the software and hardware will need in this system. The research method used is a structured literature review via Google Scholar and Science Direct using keywords “knowledge management system, management hospital system”. Knowledge Management System in effective implementation should be considered supporting and inhibiting factors to maximize the system. It can be concluded that the application of SIMRS with Knowledge Management System can provide health services due to easy access to information, minimize risks in managing medical data and ensure the security of patient data, improve service coordination between medical personnel, provide accurate and timely health information for patients, and increase patient satisfaction. regarding the services provided by the Hospital.

The Institut Teknologi dan Bisnis Ahmad Dahlan Lamongan community service team conducted this counseling to CV Rahmat employees with the aim of increasing tax awareness and compliance and channeling knowledge about taxation, especially regarding the PPh 21 reporting process, the results of this counseling really helped employees to calculate and report PPh 21 WP OP and understand more about the latest tax rules and regulations.

This community service activity focuses on 1) Providing training and new knowledge to the members of the Kaisabu Baru youth group 2) Improving the skills of Karang Taruna to earn additional income through the utilization of pine nuts into a product with selling value, which can later be marketed to tourists who visited the tourist attraction of the Samparona Pine Forest. The method used in this activity was training which was directly taught to cadet members, totaling 20 people who were managers of the Samparona Pine Forest tourism park. The benefits that can be directly felt by members of youth organizations are increasing skills in utilizing pinecones and processing them into goods that have a sale value so that they can provide additional income. This service was carried out at the Samparona Pine Forest Tourism Object in Kaisabu Baru for one day by providing direct training and outreach. The output to be achieved in this community service is a community service journal that is published and is expected to be able to apply knowledge in managing pinecone waste in entrepreneurship.
