The relevance of development that is focused on both environmental sustainability and economic improvement is shown by the current global economic boom. With an emphasis on green skills development, green human resource management (GHRM), and its effects on environmental sustainability, this article provides a thorough overview of the role that human capital plays in assisting workforce transformation towards a green economy. This study examined 20 pertinent articles out of 1,760 that were found in the Semantic Scholar and Scopus databases using the PRISMA approach. The findings demonstrate that the adoption of green technology, particularly in the fields of sustainable industry and renewable energy, depends on the development of green human capital. To speed up the development of green talents, cooperation between the government, business community, and academic institutions is also required. The study also identifies significant prospects for job creation and environmental impact reduction, as well as obstacles to the green economy's implementation, such as structural impediments and skills gaps. The article's conclusion is that significant investments in education and training, along with policies that promote sustainability and worker well-being, are necessary to shift the workforce toward a green economy.

Pesantren as a religious-based educational institution has an important role in shaping the pattern of Clean and Healthy Living Behavior for santri and santriwati. However, there are still challenges in improving knowledge, understanding and application of Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) and Female Reproductive Health among female santri. This community service program aims to improve knowledge, understanding and application of PHBS regarding Female Reproductive Health at the Umar bin Khattab Qur'an House Islamic Boarding School, Bogor Regency. The methods used include counseling education, and direct observation practices to 110 female students through a participatory and interactive approach. The evaluation results showed that there were scores > 60 in PHBS knowledge of 104 santriwati (94.55%), awareness of female reproductive health with scores > 60 only 30 santriwati (27.27%). In addition, the implementation of PHBS in the pesantren environment based on observation and assessment, there are still scores with low scores <60 on the following indicators; cleanliness of ablution places; use of healthy bathrooms & latrines; dormitory cleanliness and sufficient ventilation; water reservoirs & used goods free of mosquito larvae; santri utilize poskestren & health service facilities; know priority health information; and have health care insurance. In conclusion, this educational intervention proved to be effective in improving the knowledge and behavior of santriwati towards PHBS and Reproductive Health. It is expected that similar programs can be implemented in a sustainable manner with the collaboration of Cross Sector and Cross Program pesantren with the local Health Office to create a healthier pesantren environment.

Mental health literacy is regarded as a significant factor influencing an individual's intention to seek professional psychological help when confronted with mental health issues. The elevated psychosocial risks inherent to the profession of healthcare work render these individuals particularly susceptible to mental health issues, with a higher prevalence observed among females. This study aims to assess the relationship between mental health literacy and mental help-seeking intention among female healthcare workers, and to explore potential associations between sociodemographic characteristics and these variables. Methods: A total of 140 female healthcare workers were surveyed. The data collection instrument included socio-demographic characteristics, Mental Health Literacy (MHL), and Mental Help-Seeking Intention Scale (MHSIS) questionnaire. Data were analyzed using Kruskal-Wallis, Pearson correlation, simple and multiple linear regression. The results showed that mental health literacy showed a significant positive correlation with mental help-seeking intention (r = 0.395, p < 0.001). Simple linear regression indicated MHL significantly predicted help-seeking intention (β = 0.395, p < 0.001). Multiple linear regression controlling for age, tenure, and marital status confirmed MHL remained a significant predictor (β = 0.375, p < 0.001). However, Kruskal-Wallis tests found no significant differences in variables by socio-demographic factors (p > 0.05). The findings highlight the importance of mental health literacy in influencing an individual’s intention to seek professional help. Although socio-demographic factors showed no significant effect, mental health literacy remains a key factor in addressing mental health issues among female healthcare workers.

Background: The fast-paced growth of the global landscape has triggered significant transformations in various sectors, including education and the workforce. As the world enters the era of Industrial Revolution 5.0, which emphasizes sustainability and human-technology collaboration, it becomes critical for vocational high school (SMK) graduates to possess job skills that align with modern industry demands. However, a persistent skills gap remains between what vocational education delivers and what industries require. Methods: This study aims to analyse the employability level of vocational high school students in meeting industry demands during the Industrial Revolution 5.0. A quantitative approach was employed using an online survey distributed to 450 vocational students and 40 industry representatives across various sectors in Indonesia. The survey instrument focused on two main job skill dimensions: problem-solving practices and planning and organizing activities. Descriptive statistical analysis (frequency distributions, means, and standard deviations) was conducted, followed by inferential analysis using a t-test to compare students' self-assessments with industry evaluations of job readiness. Results: The findings revealed that vocational students' skills are currently at a moderate level and have not yet fully met industry expectations. A statistically significant gap was found between student perceptions and industry assessments, indicating a misalignment in readiness levels. Conclusion: These results highlight a critical employability gap that must be addressed to ensure vocational graduates are better prepared for the evolving workforce. Strengthened collaboration between vocational education institutions and industry is essential. Joint efforts should focus on establishing shared competency standards, enhancing industry-based training programs, and increasing industry participation in curriculum development to improve the alignment between education outcomes and labour market needs.

Background: Low back pain is a complaint that is often experienced by pregnant women, especially in the first trimester due to hormonal adaptation and in the third trimester due to increased mechanical load on the body. This condition can interfere with daily activities, quality of life, and decrease comfort during pregnancy. Pregnancy exercises are one of the non-pharmacological interventions that are believed to help reduce back pain complaints through stretching exercises and muscle relaxation. Objective: To determine the effectiveness of pregnancy exercises in reducing the intensity of low back pain in pregnant women in the first trimester and third trimester. Methods: This study used a quasi experiment design with a pretest-posttest one group design approach. The sample consisted of pregnant women in the first trimester and third trimester who experienced low back pain (30 people), selected by total sampling technique. Interventions in the form of pregnancy exercises were carried out regularly according to standards during several meetings. Back pain intensity was measured using the Verbal Descriptor Scale (VDS) before and after the intervention. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon statistical test (0.000) to look at the effects before and after treatment. Results: The results showed a significant decrease in the intensity of low back pain after pregnancy exercises, both in pregnant women in the first trimester and third trimester (p < 0.05). Conclusion: Pregnancy exercises have been shown to be effective in reducing low back pain in pregnant women in the first trimester and third trimester. This intervention may be recommended as part of obstetric care to improve maternal comfort during pregnancy.
